Very nice like the pizza I grew up too I find dominoes to rich and salty for me but this shop I like

I've been ordering pizza from tgf for nearly 25 years now , I ordered my usual tasty trio by phone as I normally do ( there was a bit of miss communication with the guy on the other end , but I just left it at that and waited for the food to arrive ( almost an hour and fifteen minutes later still no food ) , so I rang again and asked what the problem was and a different guy Answered and was quite polite and understanding , he told me the first driver had a problem with his car and got stuck so I thought that's a fair enough excuse " , when the food eventually arrived it was luke warm ( I never had a problem with the pizza or garlic bread ) it was luke warm but I still ate them , the main issue was that I normally get a dip with the food but didn't get any this time ??? Plus I got the wrong side order , I ordered chicken nuggets but got something totally different and it was absolutely discussing , I don't know what they were but they weren't the chicken nuggets what I ordered , they tasted horrible and cold so I threw them straight in the bin I have occasionally been a loyal customer for years but after this incident I will never ever be ordering from here again Very disappointing and upsetting.

Thursday 13th July I ordered dinner it was 2 hours late so I phoned them to find were it had got to and I was on the phone for an hour, then I got a cab to the place and found out it was shut. The money came out of my bank and on there Web site it said open. So be careful. I also rang them today and what a joke they tried telling me they were open and I got the food delivered. So now waiting for for money back.

This is actually my regular pizzeria in Dartford, I have been coming here for about 15 years, seen so many changes of hands but they have all been good to me!

Ordered 2 x pizza and 2 x chicken sides for myself and my family. Pizzas were over cooked and burnt slightly with hardly any cheese. Tasted like over cooked cardboard! I rang to complain and offered to send pictures to show them. They said no they made the pizza and it’s fine, basically insulating that I’m a liar. Offered no resolution and said they can’t do anything about it. Complete rip off. And waste of money. Avoid!

Very disappointing chips where not cooked and something tasted off horrible I left half off it going to take it back tomorrow

Very bad customer services she couldn’t do what we asking and she was ignored me.

Had to wait an hour for food to be delivered. The pizza was very bland & had a rubbery texture to it & it was also cold by the time it arrived. This is without doubt one of the worst pizzas I've tasted in a long time. I would not recommend the food to anyone! I cannot fault the lady on the telephone as she was polite as was the delivery guy. It was just the actual taste of the food & the fact that it was cold, which has led to a 1* review. Also, I always assumed that tipping was a choice & not mandatory, but this was automatically included in the final price, alongside the delivery charge.

Been sold to new managment. All the staff have left. Pizza is horrendous. Avoid

The price could have been a kettle cheaper. Considering I've to wait and pick up by myself. However the taste is good.

I've ordered on two occasions and both times food has been dreadful! Before these two occasions I used to order and remember the food use to be nice but honestly the food has gone down hill. I wouldn't feed it to a dog let alone a human The mozerlla sticks came cold the inside of the mozerlla stick didn't taste like cheese even my little girl was saying how dreadful it was. The Donna meat came hard and crunchy it tasted like dog food the actual pizza bread was hard and crunchy everything tasted old and cheap and nasty! I rang the tgf pizza and there attitude was they didn't care about the quality of the food and if u want to complain feel free, lovely customer service skills! And that if anyone else has a problem with the food feel free to write a review and complain and only then they will change the food. Many thanks so if u order its upto u but I've left n honest review go order and see for yourselfs

10/10 amazing food, generous portions, decent prices. Would recommend.

Mozzarella sticks tasted burnt and soggy and microwaved. Disgusting really not even worth a £1 🤮

Good prices and nice pizza just needs a bit more flavour and not to burn the odd one or two pizzas that you get sometines

I have order thin based pizza but they delivered deep pan but when we spoke to the manager (Mr.Robert) he was rude and not handle in proper manner ( where they can check their recording). Very bad PIZZA and Bad service

I have used TGF pizza for years but unfortunately they now don't deliver to me! I'm less than 3 miles from them but the manager has decided to cut the delivery boundaries, please be aware you might not get the delivery you wanted so I suggest try others first, never using again.

Food is great and staff is very friendly. Great experience

TGF Dartford used to be a good alternative to the bigger chains, but the quality has gone downhill recently. Their "deep pan" base is now very thin, and the pizzas contain a massive amount of salt, leaving us extremely thirsty. On the positive side, at least the order arrived on time.
