Ordered two iced matchas with oat milk and 2 coconut dahls. Watched the matchas being made with soy milk and then left by the till for 20 mins as food was not ready! Watched one customer cough on these drinks whilst ordering her food! Everything seemed unorganised and the kitchen and restaurant unclean. When we finally got our food and drinks the server said the matchas were made with oat milk despite what we had seen. There wasn’t even any oat milk out only dairy, Soy and coconut!

Didn't like it at all. Food far too spicy! Dirty, sticky tables.

The service was quick and friendly. The chicken that we ate was fresh and tasty. The kale smoothie was very refreshing. The let downs were the waffle fries, they were bordering warm-cold. Even after advising staff about this and being handed over fresh portions, they were still not hot which was a shame.

Amazing customer service I don’t know her name but she was Chinese I feel . But she was so amazing. Would surely recommend this place .

Service is abysmal no rush to get customers orders out not checking the orders nearly every single person’s meals were wrong waiting embarrassingly long time for my food which was then cold and my bottle of water hot. Appalling hygiene standards shown in the kitchen as well as in the customer area

Forgot more than half of my order. Beyond disappointing

This is the first time I had been to this restaurant. I had a wrap and waffle chips. The chips were only just warm and so was the wrap. I won't be going again or recommending.

Food is great and fresh. The crisp chicken wrap is my favorite. The tables cleanliness and tidiness could be better.

Just had meal in Leon at Bluewater, IT WAS TOTAL RUBBISH, and very expensive, the worst fast food Ever . Floor, tables, etc all dirty , altogether extremely poor NEVER AGAIN

The bacon rolls are absolutely smothered in the chilli sauce that the taste of bacon at all. Totally spoiled the meal.

Chicken burger was not cooked. The chicken was pink, cold and still had the texture of raw chicken. After complaining, both the girl at the till and the manager insisted that I don't know what raw chicken looks like. Apparently they cook all their chicken like that and never get it wrong, which is a complete lie as other reviewers have had raw chicken too.

I’m a loyal customer as I love the matcha lattes and chicken rice box here, I almost stopped coming as my last visit was a let down. But today I decided to give it another chance. And the person who served me was so lovely, the drink seemed a little diluted and as soon as I asked she fixed it for me immediately.

We had lunch here. The peanut satay chicken with rice. It was OK.

I enjoyed the vegan black bean and rice box, and my mum enjoyed the vegan dhal.

The best way to describe the turkey wrap zero turkey filling it was bland, and I threw it away I then went and grabbed a wrap of the day from another place was far more filling and much better I gave this place a try I would never go back.

If you want to be served by rude obnoxious people, this is the place for you. I was served by a woman that just grinned at me because I dared to use cash and place my order at the counter instead of the self service booths. I won’t be spending my money there ever again.

Terrible, no staff, waiting half hour for food then the chicken burger was disgusting one bite then binned!

Absolutely the worst of the franchise. Completely disorganised kitchen leads to ridiculous wait times for food. Sack the whole team and start again.

Our number came up and we went to pick up our food instantly. But the fries were cold and chewy and the chicken burger had a good piece of meat in it but the filling was soggy, wilted and a bit gross.

Typical fast food outlet. I asked for no ice but drink came with it. Wrap was good.

Food was disgusting the chicken burgers look great in order pictures but the reality is gross could not eat it . Never again yuck 🤮

Just after the 1pm rush, sitting at Leon's was great. The food is fresh. The range of options is great. The self-order screens are easy to follow. The wait for your order is reasonable. We will be back.

Great if your into plant based food. Not for me breakfast wasn't great. But each to there own

Nice pot porridge with bananas, the right amount that surprisingly gets you full. I loved it here.

Food always looks yummy and taste good staff always pleasent

Bit of an odd one Leon. The serve yourself screens are great, and the atmosphere is lovely. Store is colourful and welcoming. Chairs are comfy and I like the layout, but the staff let you down a bit here. Staff were just standing behind the counter and in the kitchen leaning on the sides with arms crossed and waiting for someone to come in and be served. This wouldn't have been much of an issue if the place was clean. The table we sat at desperately needed cleaning, and we had to ask for someone to come and wipe it down. The staff were quite blunt, a bit rude and even when wiping the table down, it was one spray and a wipe. The bare minimum she could have done to consider it a task done. Despite this, the food was lovely, although the eggs were overcooked, and the beans were undercooked, it still tasted lovely. The lattes were delicious and the hash browns for me were a hidden gem. £20 for two breakfasts though? Really? Bit of improvement overall needed.

Definitely recommended 🤌🏼💯 The vegan burger is very nice and ginger ale, the menu is very good and has a very good variety. Clean store and nice decor, food never comes out hot so this is the biggest let down unfortunately. Too much ice in the drinks waters down the flavours of the sodas. The kitchen is clean and the seating, portions are on the smaller size against the prices.

Just had breakfast here and althought it tasted OK it was very small for the £8 plus a tea they charged. Beans were mushy like they had been standing for a while. Half a rasher of bacon two tiny tomatoes and a two inch long sausage is not my idea of good value for money.

I have been here before but this was my first time having breakfast. I am a vegetarian and I must say my breakfast was so very tasty.

Worse Leon ever. Normally really like Leon, this one is not a good example. Staff seem to be related, had the cashiers wife and child munching in the kitchen, that’s unrelated but shows their attention to hygiene. Got a Love burger (which is what I always order at other branches) that was cold, took it back and listened to the explanation that it goes through the machine so can’t be cold, stick in a finger in it then, oh it’s cold, got a second one, lukewarm at best, I mean if the burger is not hot enough to warm up the cold fake cheese then someone on that chain should be questioning what is going on. The lattice fries were a soggy mush but at least my toddler thought that was acceptable with enough ketchup. I have no idea what is happening here but will copy this review to head office as the staff there need sacking and the process starting again. It seems that this fast food joint does not have the ability to cook the food but only to warm it and even then they don’t seem to be able to do that right.

Being from out of the country this was our first time eating at a Leon. We were in for breakfast and we loved what we ordered, especially the saucy beans. Kind of surprising to see such a low review score, but I am happy to report we had a great breakfast here. Maybe its our Canadian tastebuds? Haha

I don't like using machines to order I prefer people. I waited by the desk to be served yet I was told from 1 of the staff to order in the machine. So I had to leave. Food looked delicious that's why I'm giving 2 stars

Tired atmosphere, was poor selection of food, nothing like how it use to be.

Both meals went in a bin.. chargrilled chicken was precooked and chewy, some weird seasoning just made me feel sick. The place looked inviting from the outside but the food was very disappointing.

Despite order going through quick and fast delivery the food was cold, chicken in the burger was a funny colour

The worst Leon branch is definitely bluewater- they gave me a wrong order and then just took out bits and replaced it. On top of that their wraps are full of lettuce chunks and very badly made. Terrible service.

First time I've been to a Leon, absolutely delicious and low calorie meal! (If you don't eat as much as I did 😂) The chicken nuggets are a delight! Real chicken unlike the McDonald's equivalent which is more like a chicken which has been absolutely pulverised with a potato masher!

Disappointing as Leon is usually really good at other locations. The chicken rice box bad very little chicken. We've had this before and it usually contains a lot more. The atmosphere was nice though.

I went here for lunch and was not impressed with the food or the service. I order chicken nuggets and chips. The chicken nugget were pink. Took it to a member of staff who seemed uninterested and told me it was supposed to be that colour. There was no offer for a refund or an alternative meal. Ended up throwing £15 worth of food in the bin, which I believe is very overpriced anyway. I will not be returning.

I had gluten free nuggets and the cross cross fries. My wife had satay chicken with rice. Totally disappointed. The chicken I don't believe was fully cooked and the fries were soggy and greasy. So mine was in edible,y wife said hers was sort of ok. In my opinion , overpriced and not worth eating there. My first and last visit here.

2 items was missing rang restaurant who stated would refund money for missing items we will see

Nice healthy lunch at Leon in Bluewater. Chicken aoli rice box with cup salad and a drink. All fresh and tasty. Tables clean and not overly busy. All in all a nice relaxing lunch and good position to watch the world go by.

My Mum said she would take me here for lunch. I recalled many a super food salad and great nutrition had under this brand. Beware! It is not the same. We both ordered Satay chicken rice with a Kombucha drink. I was sad we had no salad as this was an extra. When I had finished my meal I saw on the electronic menu that we could have upgraded our main for another £2.99 to include a salad and a drink. I asked to speak with the manager to query why this had not been pointed out. The incredulous indignity of expression shown to me from the woman and another guy who said they would take this on board. No recourse, no offer of a salad no indication that they really even cared.

Love the food. Really fresh and tasty. Worth the higher cost

Not impressed, kitchen staff seemed to have an attitude problem as every item they had wrapped they just through down the lane making other food fall of the shelves. Chips were good but halloumi wrap didn’t seem fresh, it was like it was premade and then heated as lettuce wasn’t fresh it looked cooked.

This was the first time we had been here in the Bluewater branch and probably the last. The self service option was broken and the young guy serving wasn't much help, I waited over 15 mins for 2 portions of cold waffle fries, a latte and a lemonade.

My 1st time and I wasn't overly impressed by the breakfast boxes or the oat iced coffee. The breakfast box was congealed and warmish and the coffee tasted so sour that I threw both away. My partner had another breakfast option which he said was lovely as was his full milk latte so I think it just depends on what you get

Thought it was a little over priced and the chips had to be returned because they were too cool to the palet. Staff did bring us replacement hot chips. The burgers in the buns were small. 👎

I was pleasantly surprised at the flavour of the food I ordered. The food came quickly. I would definitely use them again.

The best flat white coffee I ever tasted in my life so far! The staff was lovely, food served well, good customer service, smiling staff, very yummy vegan cheesy fries and vegan balls rice box. Things to improve- It was all very good for the price we paid, but it would be better if food could be warmer enough to have that hot food feeling and tables could be cleaned as soon as it became vacant for the next customer. Overall, very lovely first experience, would visit again especially for flat white coffee.

I had never eaten in Leon before, didn't realise it was a healthy fast food style restaurant. This one (Bluewater) had a Tablet ordering system, was very clean, a good selection of food and drink, and plenty of seating- even for a Saturday lunchtime! I had a rice and chicken dish with garlic aoili, waffle fries, and the most delicious lemonade I have ever tasted. it felt like it was all freshly made, served quickly. I didn't have much interaction with the staff other than them calling out my order number, but they seemed happy to be at work, efficient, and very nice. (From a customer service point of view they did everything to make me feel welcome) great place.

Ordered deliveroo with coffee and Leon did not pack the coffee property and delivered with coffee soak food with such a mess to the house. How can such thing be done for delivery

Poor selection and quality compared to other Leon’s we frequent. Staff can best be described as moody and full of teenage angst.

I enjoyed the Korean burger and fries, although the fries was cold, I didn’t actually mind. BUT what I did mind was the state of the tables and chairs. Nearly ALL tables was in my opinion, disgusting. The staff seemed polite enough though and I did witness one of the staff run after a customer after she left her handbag behind 👍🏻.

First time buying from here Had a grilled halloumi wrap, The Halloumi was well over cooked I couldn’t even bite through it! The Fries served were stone cold.!! The cleanliness of the tables and seating was disgusting 🤢 I won’t be going back here

I love Leon. This one, whilst true to all things Leon, needed a clean.

This was a some grilled halloumi which had clearly been sitting for hours before being served to me. I know it was the last order of the day but they have a duty of care to there customers. It was like a rock!

My daughter - who works at Bluewater - has just been served this “chicken burger” - as a meal £8 - it’s raw and tastes disgusting!!! Very dangerous serving raw chicken and is obviously not the first looking at the reviews in hindsight!!! She doesn’t have time to come back to complain as she is working but she will not be returning and hopefully this review will stop anybody else eating there either!!! Disgusting - a visit from EHO is definitely in the cards!!!!

Sausage and Egg muffin was delicious. Ordered via a terminal, food was ready quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite minimum interaction. Will definitely return.

First time trying and as I stood waiting I watched my burger be made by a guy with no gloves on while prepping or washing hands regular, every part of the burger was touched by his bare hands while he was also making the vegan burgers! Cross contamination right there! Didn’t wait long but was served cold food also
