New Mandarin Chinese Takeaway in Castle Point

Friendly young Chinese man who takes the orders at the shop and also the white delivery man. Both are so warm and friendly. Without sounding rude, white lady who works their looks as if she needs a good wash. Her hair always looks greasy. If you’re front of house, look representable. People like myself will judge you as I’ve already done here. Why so many bad reviews I really don’t understand? Thank you guys for your great food and customer service skills. Much appreciated.

Always good food ,cooked how you like it ,not expensive and the staff are very welcoming.

Crispy chicken was like chewing gumming bears. Chicken Tom yum smelled awful and had no taste and 4 pieces of chicken in it. Straight to the bin.....dumplings and thai pancake rolls were OK...won't order from here again....

Fantastic service and fantastic food.

Very rude delivery driver. I Gave the money . She Didnt even look in my face. I said thank u three times and I was fully ignored. The food was OK. But put me in a bad mood before I even ate so won't be ordering again.

Over cooked chow mane, under cooked prawn balls, tasteless chicken and over spicy pork. Wouldn’t order again.

I wish I could give this place a 0. I ordered food yesterday and I've been sick and pooing all day and night with severe abdominal pains. Worst experience of my life. Avoid this place like the plague!! I ordered a special chow mein, sweet and sour pork and pork filled dumplins

Best Chinese on the island, speedy delivery, hot good, quality ingredients and lovely staff. Can't go wrong with this Chinese takeaway.

After Waiting 25 minutes got home ... sweat and sour sauce missing. Called to make them aware just got do apologise then cut me off quicker and lightning. All my family's not using them anymore.

Me and my family lived on Canvey Island for 12 years, and NEVER thought of using another Chinese takeaway on the island. New mandarins food and service is great, always turns up faster than expected and is always decent food.

Never had a complaint. Food is always beautifully cooked and on time ❤

Food was good but shame they can't get your order right asked and paid for sweets and sour sauce and did not get it and order sweet chilli ribs and got salted ribs instead

I've been ordering from this place for over 5 years. Was told waiting time was 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes...2 phone calls and 3 hours later, still no food. Phoned again and was told our £17:50 order has been reduced to £15:00. This is not the first time this has happened. Never ordering from this place again.

Used this for years with no problem until now, never again 2hours and 45 mins for a delivery phone constantly engaged would have not excepted it on arrival if not paid for in advance by card, never using again what a joke.
