New Lowes in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Ordered Beef and Tomatoe with egg fried rice and it was the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot, highly recommend, and the delivery was an acceptable time and very friendly

We have been having deliveries from Lowes house for many years the food is second to none and the delivery driver is amazing. I would highly recommend Lowes house to people new to the area or those who haven’t tried it yet I am convinced they wouldn’t be disappointed in any way.

We have been using Lowes house chinese ever since I moved to Norfolk at least forty years I’ve never had any complaints and the people who are there now and the ones before have always been very nice and friendly people it’s quite scary to think that I’ve been using the same Chinese for so long

Always really tasty food. Sauces are never watery, (unlike some other takeaways.) I always enjoy the large pancake rolls.

got chinese from here yesterday, best to say never getting from here again. had a belly ache all night and was non stop throwing up, they also had this problem with there food a couple years ago, awful!

My son got a chicken curry 7th november for my wife, it was stone cold not cooked,my wife had a mouthful of it, and has had food poisoning alll week, probally wont go back there in a hurry,should have kept the curry and went to trading standards.

We have used this takeaway for a number of years and it is excellent food is fresh and my husband is a fussy eater but he loves the combination curry no veg less hot with fried rice.He would have it every day of his choice.The pancake rolls are so fresh and crunchy they are a meal out here own.We have used the delivery service especially when we had covid the delivery was good quick and contactless. There is nothing on the menu that has not been good.When our family come from Bedford they love the food and they even made pancake roll without prawns because of an allergy which proves how freshly prepared the food is .

I have to say new Lowe's food is delicious always on point tastes great and always fresh, definitely top on my Chinese list, I won't go elsewhere, customer service is always great too

I have always used Lowes, I will not go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and polite and the food is also delivered hot, within the time specified and is always delicious. 🙂

Best Chinese in kings Lynn , food is amazing I really love the spicy 8 piece chow main my favourite. After being to a few in kings Lynn it is one of the cheeper ones , but that doesn't mean the food is poor , some times you have to wait but that shows how busy they are and they most be the best and it's all ways worth the wait ,

I have never EVER had a problem here but whoever his manning your phone lines is shocking tonight! I’ve made 50+ calls in the last 40 minutes granted some of those calls, the line has been engaged but other times, I’ve rang through and not a soul has answered. It’s a Tuesday, not your busiest day of the week!!!

Really enjoyed the food, a £55 order with a lot of food and 4 of us ate the lot, a bonus was we got 2 free bags of prawn crackers. We will return.

Food is always good, best Chinese around in my opinion. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The beef chow mein is a must try. Xx

Have been going to Lowes since I was little and carried on when it became New Lowes. Absolutely lovely food. Very accommodating and reasonably priced.

Just had our second meal from here to make sure it was as good as the first and it was this will now be our go to Chinese takeaway loads better than the others in the area

The staff at Lowes have always been polite and helpful. The food is delicious and hot. I dont use anywhere else.

Sorry to write such a negative review but we ordered a takeaway from here for the first time in a while. We were very disappointed and will not go back for more. Plenty of meat and vegetables, however no taste to anything and the beef very tough. Chow mien consisted of noodles in the bottom of the tray with veg and meat on the top. Bon Bon beef was advertised as piquant but no heat at all to it. Overall it didn’t taste anything at all like a Chinese meal - it was like, tough beef and boiled veg, chicken and noodles with no flavouring - and no I don’t have Covid.

Now going to order a nother meal fro Lowe's, as the last meal we had,3weeks back, was surper. The best I have had, as I have had many meals from them since they first started.Well done,and the delivery was, quick, and hot.

Just had steak and chips from this place and I had to sling the steak In the bin. It smelt disgusting. Yes I did contact them to complain.

Have had several nice meals from here but the last couple we have had haven't been that great, when we had the crispy chilli beef it was really overcooked and there wasn't any texture to it and it seems that the beef had become so crispy it was actually inedible and then when we had the sweet and sour pork, it seemed like there was no pork in it but just fat and this was not a pleasant taste. We will try here again in the future but will be giving Chinese takeaways a miss for a good while after this.

Was okay, missed some of the order. Not sure if the guy didn't hear me and didn't know if I paid for the missing items, certainly seemed I did!

Ordered at 5pm this evening told 1hour wait, its now 7pm phone line constantly engaged. Poor service very dissapointed wont be using again.

I had my first Chinese last night from Lowe's and it was really nice, food was hot and fast delivery. The curry was out if this world tried a few in kings lynn but was the best so far..

It's a bloody joke!! Ordered 2 meals for delivery for 18 quid, when it turned up only one meal was in the bag! Rang them up and they refused to 're deliever unless we paid again for the meal and another lot of delievery! This isn't the first time this has happen but it will be the last !!!!!!!

Have to say I used to love Lowes House but had enough of poor quality of meat, reheated chips.. Had a meal tonight as see if they had changed, bad choice , was awful. Never going back now!

I would ideally like to give no stars but it won't let me. We had our first meal in a year from here this evening and it was diabolical. The chips were all black and bits so small they were more like scraps from a chip shop. They had also been reheated and were swimming in grease. The gravy sauce had a distinct taste of something, but is didn't resemble gravy. The pancake roll had an overwhelming smell of something disgusting and my husband refused to eat it. The ribs were vile and had no meat on them. I phoned Lowes to tell them how bad it was, I thought they had a right to know. I was accused of lying. I can assure you that, 1, I don't lie, & 2, we will never go there ever again. I just hope that what little of it that we did eat doesn't make us ill.

Well just had a beef curry from here to nearly choke on it after finding the remains of a paper bag inside and by the colour of it it had been there a while. Their response it may be an onion would love to share a photo but can't on here. Wouldn't recommend

I have had takeaway from Lowes House for over 14 years and tonight it is the worst food I have ever had as takeaway the Beef dishes were not edable very very tough,the chips were burnt as was the salt and pepper beef,would never order again. Not even fit for my dogs

Food used to be good but lately food not been not hot enough. Certain food would be too overpowered with the taste of vinegar.

Very good Chinese have used many times !! Deliverys are always on time ..... Best in area !!
