bp in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

My disabled husband desperately needed to use the facilities. When he informed the staff that there was no loo roll left, the lady was extremely rude to him about the way the loo had been left. It wasn't particularly clean in there to start with, there was paper all over the floor etc, and a disabled person in an emergency cannot necessarily clean up after themselves like other people. They were still commenting on it behind the counter when I went to pay. Extremely rude and unprofessional and made my husband feel humiliated. Very poor show.

Not as much choice as you'd want when stopping for ev charging

Very kind and helpful staff, I love the jet wash for a quick carwash, there is a hand carwash on site also. The fuel price does tend to be slightly dearer than other local competitors, but there isn't much choice locally, so they do have the monopoly. I'm happy to pay the extra for the convenience of it being local.

Had to return a parcel, nearest drop off point was the BP garage. It was easy to do, staff very helpful.

Cashier was rude, my friend needed a toilet and she kept telling her to buy something first when my friend kept saying she was going to pee herself as we'd been driving for over an hour

Pop in here not for the first time must say lovely place staff are very friendly and helpful plenty of parking if needed and there is even a hand car wash right next to it which is very nice

A very friendly atmosphere and always greeted with a smile, yes it's not the cheapest in the area for fuel but when your only putting £30 in does it mater for the coffee cup of fuel difference if that!! And speaking of coffee..... Costa or in house machine for a £1! That in my eyes makes up for it. Not to mention they open early and close late with a wide range of convenience items, you can't knock this place.

No fuel but Costa coffee, good selection of snacks, it's all we needed 😀

They put prices up when Tesco is shut and rip everyone off . Fill up if you need to but try and go somewhere else if you can . The actual staff are great though. It's not their fault they work for a greedy corporation.

Stop here when doing big coastal cycle rides. Staff friendly and patient as I was loitering around the coffee machine and they let me eat my purchases inside. I appreciate this may not always be suitable but at the time of my visit they did. So thanks. Roll bought was way better than I expected

Rip off place. Now reduced the price per litre by 20p. Looks like trying to make a quick killing didn't pay off.

Petrol has gone up as most places £1.37.9p per litre. As a regular customer a little disappointed that the tyre inflation machine is now £1 to use but it's efficient

Good stop for fuel for your car and snacks ,coffee and sundries in the well stocked shop....with Chinese restaurant/ take-away adjoining.

Google say close at 10pm, but closed today at 8:15pm. Handy as it's the only one for miles too, as Tesco is also never open late.

Local to me. BP Station ideally placed en route to and from Hunstanton. Next to Silk Road Chinese Restaurant. Close to Heacham Recycling Centre. Close to Lidls. Good customer service. Decent shop for the smaller items

Used Star Car Wash next to petrol station. They did a brilliant cleaning job on my car inside and out.

Unleaded 130 per litre not as dear as Stansted at 1:40 a litre

Easily accessible, variety of stock in store, staff are friendly and they get to know you as a local, like with any BP garage the prices for fuel are always more than elsewhere.

I do not buy petrol here but use the car cleaning service next to it which is very good.
