I like to believe I'm a curry connisure, This takeaway ticked all my boxes, especially the heat, and unless they let me down on future orders, they will remain my favourite in Newport.

The best spot for a cheap curry option. I was staying in IBIS hotel on malpas road and was recommended this place.I ordered their masla and biryani and good thing I carried cash on me.the women at the till was very helpful and sweet girl .When I asked for some cutlery she didn't mind adding a few and also asked if I wanted a tray.I didn't miss going their next day for another food journey.The best takeaway in Newport,Wales.

This lovely place deserves a mention.. ordered food tonight.. it was delivered before the time given, it was lovely and hot and most of all it was delicious 😊 portions are great, service is great... definately would recommend New Indian Cottage in Newport for a lush take away meal.👍Sam & Doug.

I wanted to love this . Ive heard so many great reviews but the food just wasn’t up to standard last night .we had a takeaway. The pilau rice tasted like washing up liquid . The korma lacked taste . Very odd jalfrezi . Jalapeño’s replaced peppers and chillis . The chips were cold and for the price I was not happy . The majority of it was binned which was just a waste of money .
