This really was appalling food. Everything was undercooked. Lettuce was not fresh for the yuk sung. Awful food I will never order from here again

What the hell is this that I’m eating Absolutely disgraceful if I was to be honest

Possibly the worst chinese food I have ever had.. I ordered beef with ginger and spring onions and they said they could do it Szechuan style with a little heat. What I got was no heat and pork, shrimp, chicken and a little shrimp with a snot like sauce. Disgusting. Shame on you. By the way the spring roll was so greAsy it was inedible and the egg fried rice had no egg!

Officially the worst special fried rice I have ever had. No taste the rice was almost like risotto so soggy. First time using will never go back.

I enjoyed my ribs thanks but their isn’t enough diversity within your team, it seemed to just be Eastern Asian people.

This order was wrong that we ordered off you and it should look like chow main normally not in rice I'm not being funny it's yourslefs that have got it wrong not us you attauod sick s as well not happy with you at all and we will not be comeing back so anyone elese that orders from them make sure its not wrong order for God sake cuz it happend to us

First time ordering and very disappointed my salt chilli garlic chips havent been cooked properly they were hard and my chicken chow mein was covered in oil complete waste of £11

Have had food poisoning from here twice in the form of very violent and painful diarrhea and stomach pains - once in November before I knew was it was from and once a few weeks ago and all I had was egg fried rice. Their food hygiene rating is only a 3 if you look on their website - there are other places deliver AVOID

1st time ordering food from New House food was great reasonable portions and price only disappointment that if you order delivery online each dish is costing more at least £1 per dish overall very good will order again but collection

The worst takeout ever. So did they mean 'take out' all the peppers and onions and this is what you're left with for £6.50 !!!! And that didn't include the rice !! Appalling

I found food was really good ..qick service ....shop could do with a bit of sprucing up ..which could be a bit off putting to many people ..spoils the overall impresson

I've just attempted to eat the most extraordinary Chinese meal of my life. I don't know what the guy in the kitchen did back home but I cannot believe for one moment he spent anytime in a kitchen. I don't expect authentic Chinese cuisine but sloppy, bland, chunks of meat and vegetables swimming in a sea of oyster sauce that tasted more like weak Bisto gravy is a new one on me. Anyone reading this review would make a better attempt, I certainly have. I was returning home late after a trip out of town when I stopped to pick up this over priced slop. My suggestion is he please goes back to dentistry, teaching, car maintenance or whatever it is he is really trained for and stop disrespecting Shirley residents with this muck.

Not great I'm afraid, our usual takeaway wasn't delivering because of bad weather so we thought we'd try somewhere new. Satay chicken was rubbery, wings tasted of nothing, shredded chicken was chewy. King prawns in Szechuan sauce was the only nice dish . Won't be trying here again

Ordered food last year which was v good . This time I ordered , food was not good at all ; watery noodles sauce , very bland and tasteless and this goes for the salted squid too . No more ordering from that place . Shredded chicken was hard and chewy. We pay for this food and we get zero quality for it

Love the food so much . This is the best place for good wholesome home made Chinese food. Well done all will keep coming back again and again. Love you all
