Had a Chinese last night.Had the krispy beef and a beef chowing the crispy beef what's burns the chow was very dry, will not be using them again 14 pounds. The crap

We ordered our very first take out from this Chinese and would say its the best we've had in the Erdington area. Would absolutely 💯 recommend. Food arrived hot and we had complimentary portions of prawn Crackers and small spring rolls. EXCELLENT, thank you

Best salt and chilli chicken and chow mien around

Had a takeaway because it was highly recommended by friends 😡Turned out they are not good friends had spicy chicken wings DRY chicken balls DRY chicken fried rice guess what DRY The spring rolls were ok but £40 is a lot for spring rolls the rest was pants The missus said hers was pants which is why I am posting this and cos I feel ripped off

Usually order online from here but was out and about and decided to pop in. Ordered the food and asked to pay card to be told cash only. Not a single notice in sight to advise it was cash only, (I have my own views on why this might be) - asked was there an app I could use, to be told they had their own app. Fab, will order on there. Didn’t work!! Then told I could order on just eat so I tried that and everything was £1 more expensive. No option to match the price so ended up walking out. Poor, poor service.

Don't look after their own systems. Ordered online which did not give me an emailed receipt. Delivery within the hour. Never arrived. When called it appeared the till had RUN OUT OF PAPER. I had to remind them that that was their issue and had I not called I wouldn't have have got my order. Food was hot but not the nicest Chinese meal I'd had. Won't be using them again.

Had 2 really nice dishes from here. The salt and pepper ribs and beef and mushroom in blackbean sauce. Both nice and spicy. Our new favourite Chinese takeaway.

Absolutely gorgeous food ! It was first time ordering from here after a while I went to shop as it’s local to collect and they are so friendly in there . I went to this place yesterday evening, which had no food rating on the window. I failed to noticethis before hand. I ordered roast pork and duck with fried rice. It was so salty I couldn't eat it. They put so much dark soy sauce in it, the rice and meat was drenched in it and it was so salty it was inedible. Also the meat used was mainly grisle and fat. Very dissapointing indeed, and a waste of money.

One out of three dishes was really good (lemon chicken) curry was very average and the duck dish was very poor - very light on the duck

The food was heavenly Crispy beef and plain chow mein and partner had chicken in black bean sauce with green pepper. Cracking chef and service. Thank you for the mini spring rolls….. delicious

If I'm paying £2.50 for delivery I'd at least expect the driver to read the delivery note. Either the restaurant didn't tell him or the driver didn't read it, I don't know. Either is poor service. The food is actually really good but this needs to be sorted out.

one of the worst chow mein I've ever had vegetables overcooked for the whole package 2 small broccoli the rest is just onions and carrots practically no sauce terribly poor vegetarian dish I do not recommend

Great little take away with plenty of options on menu. Chicken and mushroom curry, rice,chips,curry sauce for around £12 is excellent value.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF £23.00. FAR TOO SALTY AND IT WASN'T HOT EITHER. LUKE WARM AT BEST. I won't be ordering from there again.

I’ve ordered from this place for the last 3 months and the food as been really good , I ordered last night and I always have the barbecue spareribs, this item was so salty, after one bite I couldn’t touch them anymore,and the special curry was so thick with sauce and mushrooms, there was no other taste, and for that I will not order again from this place

WORST FOOD EVER!! Isn’t a real Chinese, they don’t even know how to make satay sauce or salt n pepper chicken 😭 Waste of money. The satay sauce was sweet, to the point were I thought I have the potential to get diabetes here and the salt n pepper chicken was as if someone had just dropped a bag of extra hot chilli powder.

Spare ribs over cooked and too tough to eat. Rest of food delicious. Just wished their delivery minimum order was less. I'm single and had to order extra food that I wouldn't eat to get it delivered - this has put me off ordering from them again.

1st time using new hong kong tonight and i have to say how nice it actually was! i nornally use gokden boat which has gone bland latelt or thr hawthorn one cannot remember the name now but i was calling that for over 15 mins but no answer so called this one and i enjoyed evrry bit! this is now my loacal best ive had in ages! And i dont like change or new places just in case its minging or just makes me sick! We will see about that in the morn if im still ok ill up it to the 5 🌟😉

Been a loyal customer of a different chinese takeway. Recently started ordering from New Hong Kong, must say love their food. Helpful staff, would recommend for definite. Will not be going to any other takeway now that i have found this little gem. Decent portions and not too greasy.

Just had a chicken huson it was inedible we have used this takeaway many times but no more it has got worse week after week so sorry to abandon this takeaway

beautiful. the delivery men are the kindest people i’ve EVER met and i love them with all my heart. the receptionist is the most wonderful human and i think she deserves more than working at a chinese. food is bloody brilliant and i could eat it daily. if you use any other chinese service then you’re a nutcase because new hong kong is the . b . e . s . t . goodnight god bless
