New Eltham Fish & Chips Kebab in Greenwich

I had been there for the first time with my brother-in-law, sister, mom, nephew and niece. We dined in a round table with homely atmosphere. The quality of the food was unforgettable amd so fresh Service was superb. Man was very busy with sorting his delivery but still he was asking us again and again if we need anything else. He is very smiley and friendly. We spent a very good memorable time with quality food and wish to visit there again soon.

The taste and portion was nice and customer service was very good

Second attempt in as many months, dried out crispy savoury stale chips and over cooked or double cooked plaice , totally inedible Food not fit for a dog let alone human consumption

Very good customer service. Nice and friendly people. They fried the Cod fresh for me. Taste of the fish and chips was Okaysh tbh. Nothing especial, like other fish & chips shop. Price was bit too much compare to other shops that i had been. Chilly sauce was spectacular. It gives mouth watering taste either just with chips or with chicken. they gave me couple of wings to try but they were over dried and very crspy outside probably they were sitting there for sometimes. Wish to visit this shop again to try kebab.

Portions are great especially for the price. Great service. Take me to 5 if the Donner meat, to me, had a bit more flavour, was generic. My opinion only. Would still return without a question

A real friendly service, supported by really good food, Cod bites had a really crunchy batter, with an amazing portion amount. Don’t just drive pass, stop and give it a go, 40 years in the business.

It’s been amazing to see these people serving super fresh food in this area. The store is very clean, staffs seems professional and frndly…. About the food…… it’s beautiful, tasty and always feels fresh. Definitely recommend and will buy some them again.

Best tasting fish in New Eltham and eltham, the fish tastes the best I haven’t had it the same anywhere else, their kebabs are also spot on 10/10!!!!!!!

Chips that were cooked in old oil so had a bad taste. Cod bites soggy. Was not a nice meal.

Processed doner kebab no flavour we waited 30 minutes and it was cold, chicken Shish had no flavour. Sausage in batter has sat there for a while and batter was very thick. Saveloy was so dry and unable to eat. Will definitely no be going back

We have used this chip shop for years but the chips have gone down so much in quality and taste! They dry, hard and only warm! We have been using a different one but gave it another chance last night...chips were horrible...the cod was nice ...

Had twice fish and chips and never again. Chips both times were undercooked and fish was overdone. There are better place to eat next to it. Or if you want good fish and chips place go to Greenwich high road - small family run business- always amazing !

A few days ago I went into the shop and bought fish and chips and it was lovely. The guy that served me gave me a menu and said they deliver so yesterday/last night I ordered fish and chips. It came within about 20 minutes and as I was eating I noticed they gave me 2 cod fishes but it was too much for me to eat so I just ate one fish and the chips. 5am this morning I was woken up by an upset stomach so I went to the bathroom and was sick with food poisoning. I will not be eating there again.

Not much difference between regular and large cod but both cooked to order. Hot crispy and flaky. One large portion of chips did 3 of us.

Fish very soggy and oily, chips very very dry. The quality of the food has changed. Won’t be buying from there again. The fish and chip shop on the high street is better.

The cod was really nice including the battery however the chips were clearly old and probably left over from lunchtime. When it's £19 for two cod and chips I think at the very least the chips should be fresh. The server was a very nice chap and polite but he stank, he absolutely stank of BO, thats not acceptable in a food shop. We won't be buying from here again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Unable to contact the store. Food said it was delivered when it wasn’t. Food finally arrived cold after an hour and 15 minutes so we threw it away. Avoid ordering from here.

Said orders took 25-30 mins … called when it was much later to be told it they were preparing to hand over to driver … chased up 30 mins later to be told it would be fifteen minutes 105 mins total time to receive a then cold kebab and fish and chips - won’t use again due to dishonesty

An hour long wait for an Uber Eats delivery and it arrived inedible. So dry. Good clearly not fresh. Felt like it had been left out for days and served up.
