Food quality very good Service very poor no good will gesture Served the meal and never been asked again If we need anythingelse especially bread/naan and mainly jug of water. Overall experience is not very welcoming

The food was ok, but the delivery time was crazy I ordered my food at 17.58 expected deliver was 18.50, It did not arrive until 19.52. I would have preferred that they had cancelled the order so I could have ordered something else. I don't blame the delivery driver according to the app he was there waiting for the food to be ready himself. Based on delivery time alone i would not order again.

Food was tasty and quantity was good enough for 2 people of one potion of biryani. Also I got one free item costing £8 and it tasted amazing it was chilly mushrooms. 😋🤤

Pathetic food , lady offered buffet , so we opt it .Buffet was cold plus , there was no taste and good for health , it's too oily. Honest review.

Gobi manchurian is sour in taste and not close to its authentic taste. Also please seal the food always to protect it.

Had the audacity to serve "ready to eat" paneer makhani thinking that no one will find out. Didn't try to improve the quality, just reheated and packed for takeaway. Unprofessional and daring!

Paneer Jalferzi was very plain and didn't tasted a like curry at all. Paneer quality also was dreadful. Definitely not worth for the money charged .

Great food and service. Used 4 or 5 times now and never been disappointed. No Railway Curry option on here though, but it’s on the Uber Eats menu.

Waited over an hour estimated time kept changing. Food was much more spicy than expected inedible. Not happy.

Food is heavenly and very authentic! But takes forever to get to your table. The restaurant is very cold inside especially when there are so many delivery guys coming and going all the time. Better sit far from the main entrance to keep yourself warm. There is no parking available nearby. You’ve to park at the mall. Not wheelchair friendly.

Food was amazing and delicious , I have tried cholle bhature and I would recommend you to try also but there was no-one in the restaurant so it's too quiet in it.

The Bhaji were pretty good, but the Chicken Tikka Massala was very spicy, and very savoury and bitter and I didn't like it at all. It had a lot of sliced ginger in it. Some items were also missing, so I've requested a refund.

Ordered chilli paneer & tandoori paneer biryani. Amazing taste, good quantity, definitely worth the price. Though chilli paneer was slightly sweet, had the perfect blend of sweet & hot. The amount of gravy base in biryani could have been better. Will definitely order again.

After trying so many Indian Restaurants in Swindon, finally found New Delhi Indian Restaurant on Uber Eats. Perfect for authentic Indian food. I've ordered Gobhi Manchurian, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Biryani, Punjabi Kadhi Pakodi. All the dishes were delicious. Will definitely order again 🙂 Thanks to the entire team.

I work next door to the New Delhi restaurant. Lovely staff and amazing service. Bought a korma last night. Honestly the best Korma I've ever had. Definitely ordering again aswell as looking for more things to order on their menu.

We ordered samosas, chicken Nikgiri Korma and tikka masala with rice and garlic nan the tikka masala was okay, sauces were not good they didn’t have much flavor and didn’t taste like Indian spices, the worse thing I’ve ever tasted was the chicken Nikgiri Korma it was so nasty I love Indian food I am not Indian but I can definitely make my food taste better this was not edible, the taste was disgusting and very greasy samosas.I am very disappointed. This restaurants have great ratings and you supposedly make authentic food.

Negative rating…UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO GIVE 1star as this was the lowest possible. Staff management very bad …. Highly ill- mannered and rude person who handles the calls . Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the man who took the call. (9:45 approx, on 10th April,23) He cancelled our order purposely when I told him the baby is waiting for the food.. he said I don’t care I am cancelling your order…just because we called and said please give some onions and chutney (when we were ready to pay as well) with the food we have ordered.., but he was super rude…. After he cancelled our order my husband placed another order for 28£ adding the chutney and salad in the bill but he still kept us waiting for 20 mins and then Cancelled again…. This is a serious matter… Will email separately for the complain as this is ridiculous….

order was never delivered i had to go and collect in the end after waiting for 2 1/2 hours the restaurant were very helpful i rang them 7 times just eats app said driver was at restaurant he was not the resaurant requested three times for driver to pick food up. i was on phone again at 21:50 when just eats said my food had been delivered at 19:58 i then collected don't use just eat

This is my go to Indian takeaway in Swindon. Curries are always nicely seasoned with traditional flavours. Rice and sides are always tasty and well done. Recommended

Love the food from here as its a bit more traditional (such as the railway curry). Many of their dishes might be a little spicier than other restaurants, such as the buttered chicken which has a light kick to it.

Hi, I was not very pleased with the Delivery time of my recent order as it was delivered about 45 min late due to delay in 'assigning the driver'. I would have expected a much better service from Just Eat..!!

Ordered a takeaway from here and it did not disappoint! Every dish was flavoursome and the spice blends were spot on! Good portion sizes, and reasonably priced. I'll be returning in the future.

Great food. Probably the most varied, best Indian food we have had in Swindon. Their menu is eclectic and very different to the run of the mill food menus. The food has actual spices - khada masala, like back home in India and unlike most of the other Indian restaurants.

My family & I absolutely love the food from New Delhi Swindon. The flavour and spice is fantastic, each and every time I have ordered from here they have never failed to amaze me with; such a wide variety of cuisine available! (My personal favourite is the butter chicken) Special thanks to the chef as well as the host. I will be coming back again in the future 😊

Delivery boy was exteremely rude and refused to deliver to dooratep. He used cuss words and threw the food on road. I would expect a refund for such pathetic service.

We visited today and they were so rudee. They served us tandoori roti which was not even cooked when we complaint they refused to accept their mistake and started arguing. The chef was so rude and said that 'thats the problems with asian customers' which shows that chef being asian himself does not like to serve asian customers. We have also seen litttle kids hanging around in the kitchen which is so unsafe. Worst customer service and very bad restaurant.

Amazing food, amazing customer service. The best lamb in Swindon by far and the best curry house in Swindon.. I am from Birmingham and live very close to the balti triangle, so i know my curries.. I have tried so many different curry houses in Swindon and struggled to find a decent curry and lamb that is not to chewy and cooked correctly! After months of searching i finally found New Dehli and the food was amazing! The Lamb was so tender i felt like I was eating a curry in Birmingham.. I would definitely recommend to anyone in Swindon who wants a good curry.. The only downside was parking as they have no on site parking, however there is a carpark about a 5 minute walk away.

Never had this 'traditional' curry type before but was happy to give it a try. Its very different from other curry takeaways and I wouldn't personally recommend trying. Korma was 10× more salty than I'm used to, heavily spiced and not that creamy or thick. Naan bread style are very small and very flat, so disappointing... Didn't feel was worth the price.

Awful.... Food was overly salty , nearly bad enough to throw away but we persevered and I wish I hadn't . I couldn't get away from the loo after eating it . Avoid at all costs 😱

We dropped in on a Saturday night without a reservation, and were pleasantly surprised that they had some free tables and could offer us one! However, there was only one waitress, who seemed to be trying to do front of house/'meet and greet', plus serving drinks AND taking food orders. We ordered a bottle of white wine, starters and main courses, but after 20 minutes our bottle of wine still hadn't arrived - it takes mere seconds to grab a bottle from the fridge and place it on a table. If drinks are delivered, customers are usually happy to wait for the food - even if it's slow to arrive. Plus giving the customers their drink "locks" them in - they are committed to staying at that point. The group of four people on the table next to us had been waiting for absolutely ages and still hadn't managed to even order a drink. This did not bode well! We've had very slow service in New Delhi before, but this was a ridiculous amount of time without even a drink. They definitely need to address their staffing levels during busier periods. After 20 minutes, we decided to cut our losses, cancelled our order with an apology, and left.

Fabulous, flavourful real Indian food. While most Indian restaurants in Swindon serve up the anglicised version of Indian cuisine, this one is one of the handful restaurants where the food can be classified as authentic Indian IMO.

Complete Nonsese compared to other Indian restaurants I have been in the same area. Service was delayed and pathetic. Food was also quite oily and very tasteless (vegetarian part). My friends who ate the non-vegetarian food said it was nice.

It was the worst Indian food I have ever eaten or should I say didn't eat so everyone that has made comment to say it is grate is a fake comment. I wouldn't even give a star but I have to 👎 waist of my money.
