I’ve now had quite a few coffees, and every time I hope they’ll become better, but am disappointed. The coffee is too strong and tastes burnt. Positively, the team are always friendly and the service is quick. However, due to the coffee I’ll probably use the new Starbucks in the centre of the station now.

Staff here are great, I've had excellent service here each time I've visited and always been grateful for a comfortable place to pause while on my travels.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Was greeted with a smile by a lovely young lady. Said young lady spilled a drink while putting it in the bin, wasted no time cleaning it up in preventing a further accident. All mean while with a smile on her face and a soaking wet arm. Coffee was as good as expected with Costa’s standards

The Irish lady is fab. The team are always so friendly and helpful. Karen and Raquel served me today with such joy. They informed me of the breakfast deal which I wasn’t aware of. The best costa in Swindon

Updated: First to purchase the chocolate hazel hot milkshake. Was lovely thanks ladies, and happy new year Old Review - I had no complaints with this Costa! Typically priced whilst being in close proximity to a train station and for the time of year they have a good selection of christmas themed hot drinks and snacks! Will be back soon to try the rest of the menu. The staff were polite and for being quite busy at 8:00am-9:00am they were timely and efficient.

Very quick friendly service. A few tables needed cleaning even though it was very quiet but nothing you wouldn't expect. Nice and close to the train station.

5 to 1 star, majority of my visits contain unwelcoming behaviour from staff, and almost always get my takeaway orders wrong by having items missing or items replaced. Bottom line is they are only nice to those who they can relate to, if not, customer service or common respect is non existent.

Shambolic service. One customer had to return to swap his wrong order Coffee, which turned out to be my order. Abrupt, rude and inattentive service. Unclear Queueing system. Coffee was warm, not hot.

Been twice recently and both times were bad experiences. First time we waited half an hour for a drink which was incorrect. Second time my partner asked if the carrot cake had raisins/sultanas in and they spent 10minutes studying a book to tell him it didn't, when it turned out it was full of them. They also forgot to make my drink until they asked why I was still stood there. General bad attitude from staff (no warmth or helpfulness) and the slowest service I have ever experienced. The location is right by the station so not great when you're trying to catch a train.

What was a well run coffee shop in the past, has either seen a change in hands or I was unlucky with bank holiday staff. Ordered porridge which was effectively porridge oats with milk and a skinny latte where the plastic top was ineffectively sealed leading to spillage

Very quick! Even though an engineer arrived to fix the machine, the team members did not miss a beat! Still the quickest latte ever! Well done

I usually stop past here on my way into Swindon, all of the staff are nice and the coffee is great - with the exception of one staff member who is rude and seems to look for every opportunity to refer to me as "Sir" or "he" - which I clearly am not. Will be making a formal complaint next time - if it wasn't for this, would be a 5/5.

Useless staff more interested in selling to the next customers than serving the ones they have charged. Then giving away deink in any order to whom ever put their hand up. Rather than how and when they were served water 20min for a simple coffee. Not good Enough!

Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant with the Swindon Station Café closed Costa Coffee is open to 18.00 just to the left of the main entrance. Superb Staff, Superb Service, Superb Food hot & cold, cakes favourites & drinks you can take the goods with you for the train or eat in. Whilst here in the bus station find Dave's the key cutter too & support local businesses.

Very disappointing. Despite asking for my order twice and me declining the special roast I still got two cups of it. I had a train to catch so just gave up in the end and paid and left.

Very slow!!!! From arrival to sitting down was 30mins!

Always love a Costa before going on a train. Although it normally doesn't last very long because it's so good. I can recommend the black forest hot chocolate when Christmas comes around. Lovely beverages and a relatively quick service 😁

Convenient location at front of Swindon Station, to grab a coffee before travelling or meeting family, friends returning by train. Staff are very engaging, warm welcomes with great level of customer service. Complimentary Wi-Fi as standard in all Costa Coffee locations.

Not a good one to visit! Absolute filth inside. Every table was covered with dirty cups and trays. My white hot chocolate was served in a glass not a mug and that to was dirty. Tasted of warm milk. Very disappointed

The staff are litterly the Nice's people I have ever met they get my drink perfect every time and is always served with a smile I always got to this one even though its out of the way as the staff are so amazing

One of my favourites. When they offer winter roast, try it. The taste is good and we can see the difference from regular beans. Always neatly maintained and friendly staff.

Usually the service is good but today I was served but a sullen & rude girl, the orders were chaotic and one gentleman was questioned when he complained his coffee was cold!

It's fine, it's Costa. If you've had it before you know what you're getting. If you'll looking for great coffee, an independent coffee shop called Darkroom espresso is right round the corner

Conveniently located right at the front of the station, so can be busy at times. The normal range of Costa products and great service to go with it

Absolutely disgusting service from the fella who likes to tell the ladies he's a coffee 'aficionado' with the dash of hazelnut in the flat white. Asked why the caramel latte has gone up 35p, I was ignored twice. Guess I didn't enjoy a flat white.
