I did not receive my order and it shows that it has been delivered

Visited in Friday, food was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful (lady didn't catch her name and a gentleman called Rich). Will definitely be back as it is a family favourite.

Why are some item menus still unavailable after nearly 2 weeks?

Friendly staff and food tastes good. However, I love beef and now they have had “no beef beef “ for a while and still charge 50p extra for that. It doesn’t take that great and I wish they had an alternative for people who want to eat actual beef.

Took over 2 hours to arrive and when the food finally did arrive it was cold, absolutely abysmal service .

I was served by Kiera and she did a great job. She was very nice and chatty, remembered my order and served my food very quickly, which was all much appreciated. The food tasted great as always.

I ordered it to come at 5:40 it arrived at 6:10 and it was cold. They also forgot the sauce.

Eat here almost every Sunday for lunch, always great food that is cooked fresh and lovely staff. Never stop doing the prawns, they're the best!

They were inflexible with the payment methods. The card payment machine broke today and they would not take cash. They asked me to order on my phone, which meant I needed to download their app, sign up an account, verify it etc etc. The portion of the food was small. The noodles were too salty.

Rice was still hard well undercooked. Not egg fried rice as requested. Missing spring roll. Disappointed.

For the 20th time I order food and throw it in the trash... Food without taste and not done properly... Proema is not the Chef but the meneger, when he cooks he doesn't know how to do it

food was completely wrong think I got someone else ordered and they got a up graded . Food had to go into the bin, as I didn't know what I would be eating and I have allergies. no working phon number so could fix it so no food this evening thank you

Richard is amazing, very friendly and has an excellent customer service.

First time trying here for food. We had the sweet and sour chicken box with rice and the caramel chicken box with noodles and some beef teriyaki as a side. You get a lot of food. We both had about 10 pieces of chicken in each box, which tasted really nice. Large portions of rice and noodles too. The teriyaki beef is really good with tender beef pieces. Love the cool packaging that the food comes in. Would definitely order from here again.

Food come to my door the bag was all inside out inside the delivery drivers bag damaged, damaged food and picked through the bag to get to the food using loads of tissues to mop up everything and Delivery boy tried to put the rubbish bag in my bin

The food is very very tasty, cheap and cheerful. Definitely recommend the Original Chinese Curry and the Cauli PopCorns and their Chicken BBQ and Honey is great too! Recommend to anyone 🤤

I believe the manger was called Richard, a really nice chap. In fact all the team were great and helpful (something rather lacking these days). Food was fresh and hot and was enjoyed immensely. Would really recommend this lovely team and company

Prefect place to go the food is the best, and there's a employee there called Kira I would go when she's there she's so kinda caring (the food seems to taste so much better when she's there)

Staff are always helpful and chatty. Food is always hot, tasty and quick service too. Nice to get some tasty, filling food for my lunch. Staff are always happy to help if your not sure what to choose aswell. Never had a bad meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chinese food is salty and that is a fact but this place is something else . Almost inedible. Portion sizes were shocking what I call cat portions. Although the chicken was cooked I could taste “ fridge” no other way to explain it . They killed the cauliflower rice with loads of dark soy sauce I’ll never order again sorry.

I can’t even rate 1 star because Chopstix has completely destroyed my already bad day. How can someone place an order to be delivered to my home around 4pm, stand in front of the door by 4:59pm looking out for the courier who was scheduled to arrive at 5:01pm and still have no food in my hands as I write this at 5:38pm despite the app showing it has been delivered?

Great experience, our server was really helpful and the food is great!!

Tasty food, very filling always with a vegetarian option. Chopstix are my ‘go to’ place for a quick and tasty meal during a hectic day at work in Swindon. I do like the fact you can have a base of rice and noodles not just one of each. The service is good and I’ve not had to queue at lunchtimes.
