New Clock Inn in Eastleigh

We had a lovely evening! The food was lovely and the waitress Chloe.R was attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and we enjoyed the decorations also.

We were served by Cary-Ann. Was welcome really friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely come back.

We haven’t been for quite a few months, went for my daughter’s birthday. Food was perfect, the service was great and I cannot thank Cary-Ann enough for her hospitality, she was amazing and we all as a family really appreciate her. She honestly couldn’t have done enough, she is an asset to the pub ! Thank you Cary-Ann xx

I visited the new clock inn in Eastleigh, had a gammon and eggs was very good , my waitress Carrie Ann was very helpful with what nice puddings to order , she was very friendly and I highly recommend this pub good for great price food

Had a lovely meal & drinks! The food was lovely—great portions, and amazing value at just £15 for our family of four. Chloe was super friendly, making us feel really welcome. Jamie at the bar kept things running smoothly, and Marc in the kitchen did an outstanding job with the food. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a better meal. Came to Eastleigh to see our son and family before he is deployed away for 8 months so this should have been a little celebration instead we were left very disappointed. A couple of us ordered sizzlers..... no sizzlers what so ever!!!!. These dishes were stone cold and inedible. We spoke to the waiter who was extremely overwhelmed with the work dealing with many families and misbehaving children. He suggested that we HAVE A WORD WITH THE MANAGER ON OUR WAY OUT! The manager should have been told there and then. Needless to say we will not be back!

Had a great Family Birthday meal for 9 Adults, Great food, Amazing Staff, Warm atmosphere

Great service and staff across all of the front of house. The pub itself is very tired and shabby. Shrinkflation has definitely hit portion sizes. The food was poorly prepared,we had a rare steak that was supposed to be well done and a semi frozen peppercorn sauce on another. I would guess the chef is new or has lost their passion? Overall probably good for a couple of pints as the staff are great but I'd give the food a miss.

We were the first customers in the door today for breakfast. We were greeted by Abi who looked after us well and made us a lovely cappuccino and hot chocolate, and took our food order. Chef Mike and Tim went above and beyond for us to make our brekie the best ever! Safe to say mumma and baby bump were more than happy. Abi and Jason check in on us making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Carrianne, Abbie, Jason and Louise are always so welcoming to all of us, every time we visit. We visit regularly and it’s always a great experience when we do.

Arrive on a Thursday with friend Jim, served by Chloe and Jason they always go out off their way to help.chloe has a nice smiley friendly face happy person. Jason always with a joke or two runs around at 50 mph when the speed limit is 3mph. I had 3 cats numbered 1,2 and 3 number 1 died but I still had 3. Keep the good work going nice pub nice staff.

Service was quick jason was our server very polite, kerryan was so helpful she brought us our cutlery and sauces as i was on my own with my little one she was interacting with her and was so polite and the food was outstanding would definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family. 😊

Heather, Matt & Matt are very welcoming, friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble, fantastic food, great atmosphere all of the staff are great and always look after me and our party. They are all friendly and make us most welcome.my group meet up once a week and depending on our shifts as we are all bus drivers we go there most weeks. The food is also great in our group of 8-10 all our meal do arrive together.

Arrived and table was ready for us. We were celebrating my mums 90th birthday. Ordering food and drinks was easy. Staff very friendly. Food came out all together, we were a table of 10. And everyone enjoyed it all. We come every couple of months, 3 of us, as service and food is always very good. We've had no complaints at all. So thank you to all your staff who are very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Took my Grandkids in to meet Santa and have Breakfast. I was Welcomed by Cary Ann. Since going through the Door Cary Ann could not have been more Helpful. Also made my Grandkids More Than Welcome. The Food was Great and the Service from Cary Ann was was nothing short of Excellent. Would Highly Recommend a Visit. 10/10.

Had a lovely morning and breakfast with Santa the kid we're so excited loved Santa such a good time great way to see him thanks to the team Santa Jingles ,Cary-ann Hannah and Ella making it a festive treat.

We booked a table for 4 which was Table 1. When placing our food orders separately we were guaranteed that all meals would be served together despite paying in 2 parts. The first 2 meals ( Epic New yorkers) arrived within 5 minutes but the other 2 meals ( Epic New yorker and 12oz Gammon) arrived 15 minutes later which by them our friends had already finished eating. We never complained as didn't want to make a scene so left soon after very unhappy.

Did the breakfast with Santa this morning and the kids loved it, they had a lovely time meeting Santa and getting a toy and making their reindeer hats. Jingles (aka Chloe), Cary-Ann and Hannah were so accommodating couldn’t have asked for better staff.

We come in here a lot, but we just had the Father Christmas breakfast and it was outstanding. Great value for money and, as always, lovely food. Staff are really nice. The team Cary-Ann, Chloe & Hannah were great fun. The interior and exterior was lovely.
