Very tasty and reasonable price parking is sometimes busy as it's roadside only

Ordered chicken in black bean sauce. A few thin slices of chicken in a tasteless watery sauce with a few black beans in. Paid extra for prawn crackers that had been deep fried in old oil....unedible.

Best Chinese in Hartlepool, unreal chips!

The food was nice. Had a munchy box but it looked like they through all the scraps in the box and covered it with chips I like it to look good as well as taste good 👍

Been coming here for years from Currys to sweet and sour prawns and spring rolls never had any thing that wasn't spot on would recommend to all 👍

Got the Noodle Munchie Box and some BBQ Ribs. The Prawn Crackers were really stale. More than a few days old. Not even crunchy and tasted disgusting. They left a fould taste. The BBQ sauce on the ribs didn't have much flavour.The munchie box was decent to be honest however, didn't get much Salt and Pepper chicken maybe 5 small pieces.

Sorry. Not good. Tried once but not again. Chicken curry was unrecognisable and seemed to be made with leftovers from the bin.

Best chips chicken curry is very nice.

Great delivery food delishes proper homemade chips only thing I would say if you are ordering a portion of mushrooms tell them without gravy that's if you don't want gravy I should of explained to her

£25 wasted, the salt and chilli chicken was hard and dry, and some parts slightly burnt. House special chow mein, some of the meat was tough. Very dissapointed.

No faults to pick with food, young lass in 30s has bad customer service and attitude maybe she's in the wrong job. I left in a bad mood being spoke down to like that, sent my lass back in to collect food.

Only one of the 2 orders turned up, by the time they sorted the other order the first order was cold. Owner delivered the 2 meal but was very aggressive he came back twice screaming calling us a liar we told him that one of the meals were cold so we threw it in the bin he then said well get it out the bin, tried pushing passed to get in the house. Will never go here again.

First time trying this place tonight on a whim... can't say much more than quick delivery, excellent authentic customer service and beautiful authentic food... would highly recommend 👌!!

This is what happens when a takeaway becomes too popular. Was told I could not have my food in foil containers. Arrives cold, rice was just a cloggy clog, beef was the cheapest cow in the field. Profits before quality, my advice, look elsewhere

We ordered a sweet and sour, chicken in black bean, salt and pepper chips and egg fried rice. All food was absolutely stunning - all came piping hot and on time. Veg in dishes was fresh and chicken lovely and tender! Will definitely be ordering again from here

Always great food at great prices. Best Chinese in hartlepool. Even when busy instore waiting times are reasonable. Not used delivery but when I'm there they seem to have quite a few drivers so I imagine delivery times are equally good.

It's a bit of a rip off , when they charge you 9 quid just to get egg fried rice, and gravy delivered, it's not worth that much money, you can get the same thing anywhere else, for a fiver , it's overpriced, they are charging too much for delivery, I wouldn't phone them anymore

Tasty, Sides hot, Mains could have been hotter. But tasty. Crispy Shredded Beef not that crispy.

Switch on and off from just-eat which is poor service. Can’t just switch on when they need the sales. What about those self-isolating who do not wish to pay cash on the door?

First time leaving a food review, it was absolutely amazing. Piping hot, plenty of it and on time. The delivery driver was lovely and its the best Chinese takeaway I've had in a very long time.

My food was left on the door step for over 30 minutes without warning or knocking at the door. Was waiting in livjng room for 30 minutes after it said it was with driver so i called the store and they said it is on your step. My food was freezing!

WHY ?? put HOT syrup on CRISPY hot batter (pineapple rings) ?? and then seal them (together) in a container ?? it totally defeats the object of 'CRISPY'. The result is SOGGY inedible food. Almost ALL of HPool takeaways do it - WHY ?? Although it was delivered earlier than expected (Great !) the food was barely warm - within one minute the curry sauce congealed on the plate. Although only warm, the chips were tasty. Never again..a waste of money.

The order was slightly wrong as they delivered some chips instead of curry sauce, but that's the first time in many orders they have made a mistake. The rest of the order was correct and very tasty, as usual.

We ordered salt and pepper chicken, special curry, noodles fried rice and chips. I have to say it was sensational. Haven’t been here for a year or two but WOW, we will be back very soon!! Fast delivery, piping hot food and no bother amending the order when we called the restaurant. The chips are on another level to anywhere else.

Canny, but shy with their chow mein, one of the dearer ones but comes in a dinky tub instead of a machine foil un. If they did it would be bang on. 5 * all round like cos they dun have a "is it enough for a greedy fat ba$&@%d" star rating. 👍

Staying with family decided to order from here.Not disappointed. We had chicken chow mein which disappeared very quickly, and Chicken King Po. The food was hot and tasty,the Kung Po had a nice warm spice taste with lots of chicken and large pieces of veg.We also had mini spring rolls and fried rice this being one of the best I’ve had in a while.Complimentary prawn crackers thrown in.Will order again.

Food was nice picked it up and was still piping hot when got home they only take cash in shop which I wasn’t aware of so couldn’t pay by card luckily I had some cash on me to pay for it

Beutifull curry I got pork and prawn with rice chips

Gravy was greacy and very bland. Chicken balls swimming in greace but the chicken was dry like warm ups. Chicken in the gravy was slimmy and the noodles just tasted like plain egg noodles. It's gone in the bin what a waste of 19.80. The kids didn't eat much of theirs as they sent sweet and sour sauce instead of gravy. Waited over and hour and a half for it and it was awful.

What can I say. Friendly staff and really nice food. Very helpful when choosing food and recommendations to go with dishes. Well done new chow kee
