Can not fault it, very friendly, great food and price is reasonable enough which makes you want to go more often rather then for special occasions.

Check the dates on your bottled drinks from this dirtbag, had a take out for the first (and last) time last night (16/3/24), Fanta had expired in Dec ‘23 Food - mediocre at best

First time order for collection and the food is lovely piping hot and very tasty. Sweet & sour Chicken balls 10/10 Chicken chow main 10/10 Beef in black bean sauce 10/10 Mushroom rice 10/10 Spring rolls 10/10 Curry sauce 6/10 slightly spicy but was nice each to there own Chips 10/10 By far best Chinese in Bagshot fact! Massive portions and a cheeky free side of chicken wings, bloody lovely 😊 Reasonable priced drinks & food Famous Last words from the gentleman was you will be back and he’s not wrong.

Really nice fish and chips from New Century. Both were cooked fresh to order. Nicely cooked fish in a light and crunchy if a bit greasy batter. The chips were excellent being freshly prepared and were crisp and not greasy. The meal of haddock, chips and mushy peas cost £13.30 (cod would have only been 50p less) making this the most expensive fish and chips I have ever bought. The quality was good and the portion sizes were however very big.

The best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Everything was perfectly cooked and prepared. The portions were better than expected. Prices were great for what was given couldn’t be happier.

Once many years ago this was the best fish n chips in bagshot. Now is really poor, horrible fish and worst chips..shame really cause he has been running the place for years and he was good.. Will not go back..

By far the best chips in the area. Propper tasty chip shop chips, good portion size and great value. The Chinese takeaway menu is also very good with great meal for 1 deals.

Great cod and chips. Friendly and efficient service. A good selection of Chinese dishes as well as traditional fish and chips. It was pleasing to see cod cooked to order. This does mean a 5 to 10 minute wait but it is worth it. I really do recommend the fish and chips here.

The Chinese food is epic! Consistent top quality Chinese at great value prices. The Prawn Sesame Toast and pork dishes are superb.... Free prawn crackers.. Really worth a try. We love it.

Delish Food was hot, fresh and plentiful. We ordered the set menu for £30 was fantastic value and was all so tasty I didn't want to stop eating it. The food was ready exactly when we asked for it to be, and service was great. Highly recommended, and we are hard to please!

I can't recall the last time I visited New Century here in Bagshot, but wish I had been there more often. Their fish and chips were the best I have tasted in a long time.

Busy as usual at the weekend but I phone my order first and just pick up and pay. Oh, and I really like the haddock and chips.

After some very bad experiences locally we thought we would never find a good Chinese takeaway in the area. We decided to give 'New Century' a try today. We ordered, sweet & sour chicken balls, chow mein, crispy shredded beef, egg fried rice & a pancake roll. The food was delicious, lovely & crispy, very well cooked & very tasty! We will definetely be going back again! Don't bother looking elsewhere! Five stars!

Food here is always top notch... Fish is always cooked fresh and is never precooked and left under the hot lamp. Family owned business and it shows, never been disappointed.

After moving into the area we were desperate for a Chinese meal and took a punt on New Century. Phoned through my order and was told appx 45 mins for pick up. Parking not the easiest as quite limited but got there on time and order not quite ready unfortunately, but they were extremely busy (Saturday night) so not the end of the world. The wait was definitely worth it, food absolutely beautiful and portions great ( enough for one more meal for next day). Will be using these guys again for sure, don't let the exterior put you off, food first class

Thought we would try a new Chinese as haven’t found one around Bagshot we liked so was a little reluctant to try this one but OMGG, where has this even hiding. The food was fresh and hot, tasted absolutely amazing, no faults found with it. Pricing was ok and would highly recommend. We will not be using any other Chinese from now on. Thank you for making such gorgeous food.

For what looks like an average chip shop you get quality Chinese food. Generous portions with great flavour. The service is 1st Class as you can telephone your order in and grab a local beer and collect when you want - perfect! The service and generosity of the staff are great - I would recommend strongly. Not great this time. Asked for 2 chicken and mushroom and got 2 steak and kidney. Not very hot and I have to say I didn't feel well during the night. Chips however were very nice but unfortunately probably won't go back

Waited a long time for our food although it wasn't busy we had a set meal some of it was pretty tasteless and lacking much sauce so dry. Prawn crackers very hard to eat. Would I order again?? Maybe. there is another Chinese a short walk further up might try that next time.

Moody guy but great fish and chips

We had a take-away, king prawns in garlic sauce, Szechuan chicken, and beef with ginger and spring onion, nice egg-fried rice. Prawns were fabulous, beef so tender, real chicken as opposed to the "false" chicken from up the road. Huge portions, complimentary prawn crackers. Despite the flavours (could have been more garlic with the prawns), all the sauces were rather gloopy....too much cornflour or whatever. I do realise that this must be difficult to control in a take-away container, but all in all, pretty good!

Having lived in the general area for 25 years, this is fast becoming a favourite for an every day take away! Good quality food, good portions and better Ribs than many around!

This place is always busy and the food is always excellent. They have the usual chip shop offerings, as well as an extensive Chinese menu. Tak the owner always makes you feel welcome and the food is always tasty and hot. I can highly recommend the crispy shredded beef and the king prawn chow mein is amazing, big fat prawns.

Seriously the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. I drive out of my way to go to this little place. Better than any I have ever had at the coast too.

At least once a month we pop down here for an easy takeaway supper. The fish and chips are great value and excellent quality. We will keep coming!

I had a set meal for one for lunch .... at under £8, where you get 5 sweet and sour Chicken balls, egg fried rice and any standard meat main .... full portions not a bit of each like many others! Fabulous value and great taste, I travelled from Heatherside for this as the one there has gone down hill, as have the 2 in Lightwater. Excellent and I will be back!!

Oily cheap tasting chips, for the first time in a long time I only ate half a portion... Both battered sausages and fish had soggy batter despite being "freshly cooked" ! Do your self a favour and go to jacks round the corner for a proper feed.

Best fish and chips for miles around. Always fresh and they never taste of old used oil.

After having rank chips elsewhere, I was very cautious. Asked for a taster chip 🙄 and now think it's the best chippy in the area. I had to ask why their chips was so good, and found out they do not just add oil to deep frier, but empty and clean it prior to adding fresh oil. Fish is just as good.
