New adnan tikka in Carmarthenshire

Food is lovely highly recommended

from the point of order until I received it took 2 hours believe me it wasn't worth the wait. the onion barges were tiny and under cooked the naan bread was wiffer thin hard and crispy the chicken was OK overall I will never order from here again

Food was very early. I don’t eat takeaways before 7pm due to my oddness. I had to leave it then when I ate it at 7 it was cold.

Ordered curry and might as well have had water with chicken pieces,, the rice was nice and so was the naan, but that’s not worth the money I paid, won’t be returning, what a shame

we have adnan's food regularly, its our monthly payday treat .. but tonight is food was amazing the best we've had yet!! everything was hot & fresh and very tasty

Not happy with delivery time. App said on its way and when we phoned the restaurant they said they didn’t know where it was. Phoned back and they hadn’t even sent it out. Food was delicious however.

Delivery was 30 minutes late and hardly any salad on the kebab. Very disappointed.

Had the meal for 2 delivered. The starters wee good but the chicken in the 2 curries was tasteless and dry. The dansak had no pineapple and was way hotter than any dansak we have had before.... unedibly hot. The nan was dried out but not burnt? Last nights maybe. The pilau rice was good. I also had a kebab a few weeks ago, arrived late and was old. The driver didn't start until 8 but the food was to be delivered by 7.30.. go figure. Will not return as there are too many issues.

This is the worst meal I have ever had from Adnan, I have been a customer for years, but after last night never again. The meal was cold, the papadoms were inedible and the onion Bajis were dry and hard, an absolutely disgusting take away, just don’t is my advice

Food arrived was.very dry and tasted funny. . The chicken tikka did not taste of tikka at all. No coleslaw . Was very disappointed with the meal ended up leaving it and putting it in the bin.

shashlic and pilau were very good, jalfrezi not my cup of tea but my fault for ordering it, garlic bread was normal but the cheesy garlic really dropped the ball, the garlic hadn't been cooked in to the bread and the cheese wasn't really melted either

I've been a long term fan of the Adnan Tikka but what a disappointing service we received this evening. Ordered at approximately 7.15pm and requested an 8.35pm delivery time which was accepted, approved and confirmed by Adnan Tikka. At 9.05 we'd received no food so called the restaurant. After 3 attempts someone finally answered the phone, we were told they were busy but received no apology. We questioned what compensation we would receive and we were assured we'd receive a complimentary coke and poppadoms; the food would be with us shortly. 10minutes later no food had arrived so we called again. Once again we failed to get an answer until our 4th call, the driver accepted our call and claimed it was not his fault and maybe if we got off the phone he could deliver our food. Food finally arrived an hour late; there was no apology from the driver, a couple of items were missing from our order and there was no sign of the complimentary items we had been promised. Such a disappointing experience and service from a usually very respected Llanelli business.

Chicken was over cooked and didn’t taste anything like korma. Really bad quality food tonight and disappointing as it was nice last time we ordered so wouldn’t order again

Missing my sons meal and naan bread. We were away on a family holiday and this was a treat to enjoy a take away together. Really disappointed that my son who is only 13 had to wait 2 hours for his meal to arrive.

Food less than average, onion bagees very small and not very tasty. Cabbage non existent for the third time. Food delivered twenty minutes late. Even when we ordered two hours before see delivery.

Phenomenal food once again. My only gripe is that the app seems to not want to update my order status? E.g. the food was here 50 minutes earlier than the app told me and only said the order had been accepted.

Kebab and garlic bread were lovely , couldn’t eat the chips tbh , I ordered salt and chill chips and I think they may have sent the peri peri ones because they were covered in orange and a bit inedible to me so I ended up throwing them away . Other than that meal was fine .

Doner meat was cut in chunks, chicken tasted sour and was overspiced probably to take the sour/off taste away and the onion bahji was undercooked in the middle so was just like paste. £35 wasted as I threw it out, it was inedible.

Ordered adnan special kebab,vindaloo sauce absolutely fresh and delicious first time I've ordered..only down fall no lamb tikka in it ...but couldn't eat it all anyway even though I ordered a small with keema nan enough to feed 2 will be back soon

Disappointing. Rice missing from set meal. Very little chicken in curry, not sure what they pit in for the chicken tikka starter but it wasn't good and poppadoms crushed onto small pieces in bad. Poerikns seem smaller too. When you spend £55 and its meh it's annoying, especially as I know they can do so much better.

Had a meal from here last night. It was by far the worse kebab I've ever had . The curry sauce was like water and they forgot to put nuggets on the kids meal . They did sort the nuggets out but totally ruined the meal for my youngest daughter. Will never go back again sorry.

Late by an hour, waited 3 hours in total. Missing 1 Korma and poppadoms were soggy.

Didn’t wait long for food to be delivered, however the food isn’t the best. The Korma sauce has no sweetness to it or flavour, consistency is like water. With the mushroom rice there was about 5 mushrooms in there. The coconut chutney smells and tastes stale. And my partner didn’t like his food either.

I keep on going back to them because they are one of the better restounts to deal with on here 👌

As time given for delivery was nearly 90 min yes they arrived early food was awful missing two items and when handed bag the driver ripped off the receipt

Delicious kebabs and huge full of tender meat and a selection of salad

Curry sauce was curdled so bad bits in it, obviously had been sitting around all day or reheated from longer, had no taste like it had been watered down. The samosas and Bahji were clearly frozen things reheated. Rice was ok. Felt like a bad ready meal from the shop but three times the price. Would not recommend ordering from here, nothing freshly cooked. Delivery was on time

I have to say that we had the most delicious tastiest curry last night. We had the set meal option 1 and there was so much food we have some left for today! The staff are so friendly and helpful when ordering. I also have to say that the meat you get in the curry is real chunks of marinated chicken not like some places that give you chicken strips! Seriously you need to try the chicken tikka kochi murgh 🤤🤤🤤.

Absolutely delicious curry, real chicken chunks marinated and cooked I superb spices! No lie I'm in heaven!! Would def recommend the chicken tikka kochi Murgh. Nowhere else in llanelli makes a nicer curry and the staff are lovely.

Korma wasn't creamy it was thick and bitty also had literally 6 small pieces of chicken (I counted) the onion bhajis were tiny like bitesize the chicken chaat was bland but made up for the korma. Very disappointed :(

Stunning food. Won't go anywhere else since I've discovered The New Adnan. Genuinely puts many others to shame. Thanks for continually giving me no option other than to return as a regular customer. How can other Takeaways get it so wrong by being stingy on their portions and buying cheap ingredients? Such false economy! Sometimes buying outside of your local area (Llangennech for me) is definitely worth the extra 10 minutes wait for better and tastier food also makes up for the 10 minutes extra instead of playing 'hunt the prawn' in your curry anyway! 5*****!

Luke warm, greasy and half portions. It went in the bin after the first taste. The app said it was on its way for 35 minutes, by the time they got to me, less than 10 minutes away, it was cold. This is the second bad meal out of 3 I have ordered from them. I won’t be ordering here again.
