Nero in City of London, Westminster

I ordered quite a bit of food with my mates we ate it the coffe was not good the waitress was pretty nice the only reason I’m giving it a good review is cause my mate upchucked his gingerbread and coffee so the place was good about having to clean it sit at the table near the windo and you might smel my mates vomit

Nipped in for a cup of tea 🍵 in the Trafalgar Square branch. Asked the code for the loo. Manager gave me the code but was hostile in his tone, muttering the code but not even looking at me, so after using the loo I left without buying anything. Maybe they get sick of customers coming in and just using the facilities, but I had been planning to buy a few things. Not going to give someone my money if they act like that. Employ friendlier staff! My branch in Reading has much nicer staff.

The cake is fresh, tidy and clean. A little bit busy when I arrived. Nice place when you wish to chat with friends.

Whilst visiting our daughter in London we stopped in for a bite at Neros .Staff were great fresh food ,clean but a bit busy

Two trainee barristas unable to cope with the crowd in the early afternoon, no sign of a senior staff member present. Tables were filthy and had previous trays taking up space. Twice asked if they could clen the table was acknowledged but after 15 minutes still not clean and coffees were made. Frappe Creme were not well made liquid at the top, not thick or creamy, better towards the bottom. Really poor service.

I have definitely had better coffees than the one from this place, it tasted like it was instant coffee or was rushed which was really disappointing. However their brownie I got was delicious.

Very dependable cup of coffee. Lots of different Nero's around London so it's a good place to stop if you want some good tasting caffeine or just a bit of a rest. Always clean, dependable, friendly.

Called in here on my way to Victoria Bus Station from the Underground. The service was friendly and the coffee very good.

The latte and the brownie were lovely, but the bathroom was disgusting. Paper and water all over the floor, plus there was dirt in the sink...

Popped in for a coffee at Nero after receiving and offer for buy one get one free on festive drinks. Both drinks were lovely and the restaurant was nice and clean.

I'm a fan of Cafe Nero & their rich strong coffee. Have often grabbed a take out from here due to its convenience to Victoria Station.

This chain we found all over London even at the airport. staff were always friendly and food and coffee. hot choc was always .excellent

Caffe Nero is the perfect spot to grab a coffee to go. We would stop here in the morning to grab a coffee or mocha and a croissant as it was right on the way to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey.
