Restaurante sucio. Un montón de mesas sucias y no hay donde sentarse. Tuve que pedir 3 veces para una mesa para ser despejado ya que había pedido comida. Solo tenían 1 joven haciendo las mesas para todo el restaurante y el área del bar. Despejó la mitad de la mesa y luego me dijo que tenía mucho que hacer. Tuve que preguntar por el gerente. Cuando llegó la orden estaba mal.

Visitamos el Neptune Harvester hoy y fuimos recibidos por Mawena, la camarera encantadora que era muy amable y suficiente. La comida era tan deliciosa que pedimos agradecer personalmente al chef, Rich. Definitivamente volveré a visitar pronto

Vi que había un nuevo menú, probé el popurrí de salchicha triple, fue increíble. Excelentes vistas al mar y al paisaje. Personal amable, servicio eficiente.

The outside area is disgusting. The tables are caked in old food and the glass on the tables havnt been washed in a long time. The floors were full of sand and old food. A quick high pressure water wash every morning would sort that out.

Pleasant staff but desperately in need of a refurb! Tables sticky, decor and paint peeling and damp. A shame as location is prime

use this to have breakfast for 3 day .This was cock to order and was very tasty.with lots of free top up fo tea or coffee.Also lovely view to seat here have a meal looking right over Boscombe beach just fab start to the day

Awful avoid, the place is filthy. We paid £60 for 4 meals, they were cold. The cutlery was dirty, the toilets were disgusting. The location is good (overlooking the beach) but that’s about the only positive. Needless to say I wouldn’t return, I would rather eat in McDonalds.

First time visiting this harvester branch, we are usually at the harvester in Weymouth it's our typical go to family night but we thought since we were down here for the weekend we would give this harvester a go, The reviews were mixed on great service but the food not so much so we were a bit apprehensive on going but we always say never judge a book by its cover. And arnt we glad that we didn't because we had an amazing night, our server was a lovely gentleman very handsome and polite and super friendly loves to have a good chit chat I think his name is Shane might have been Shaun sorry we couldn't quite remember, he was very helpful when we were ordering and recommending some good places to look at in Bournemouth on our holiday. Turns out his family live in Weymouth and we had a lovely laugh and chat about living there ourselves. The food was good wasn't piping hot but not cold either you could tell the chips were fresh out of the fryer our favourite part of the meal was the dessert though the ice cream sundaes at harvester never disappoint 😁 We look forward to returning soon hopefully the same lovely gentlemen will be working he is a credit to the company and a very hard working man please pass this review on to him and the manager.

Wonderful location by the beach in Boscombe. We were given a great table by the window with a beach view. Our waiter - Lewis - was very friendly, served us promptly and made sure we had a very enjoyable time. Food was delicious too.

So so disappointing, dirty tables, dirty glasses, very very underwhelmed by Neptune. Didn't want to eat as everywhere looked dirty.

The place had been slammed all day and we arrived around half 7. Service was quick, friendly and we were all round impressed. Our local harvester In Hemel need to take tips from these guys! The manager was also very hands on getting stuck in.

On a gloomy wet day our visit here cheered us. Warm friendly welcome, good food, excellent service. An enjoyable visit. Thank you to DJ, service attentive without being obtrusive. Pleased with discount offer which got us out.

I had amazing service and they were very prompt to take my order the lady that served me was called poppy and she was very friendly. Overall really good!!

I asked for no bbq sauce on my burger which was repeated back to me. It came with so much bbq sauce it was over the plate. My partners chicken was also really dry. I ordered a drink and it just never came, after 20 mins i went to the bar and got it myself.

Just stayed for desserts but food was amazing and our server DJ was super lovely! Would definitely recommend if in the area

Due to some previous unpleasant customer service, I was reluctant to visit Neptune again... I did today and what a nice surprise it was...Although the new menus are not exactly to my liking, the full breakfast was very well cooked, and our waiter, David James went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Lovely Valentine’s edition of Argentine Tango night at The Neptune in Boscombe last evening by Hanh Hoang and she backed yummy chocolate brownies too along with other snacks and drinks 😋 Lovely to see our Tango dance teachers, Leo Acosta Tango and Tracey Acosta as well as Kyla Joy Mares and other fellow dance friends there as well as making new friends 🥰 Their next social in this venue is on Friday, 22nd March 2024, 7-10pm 💛

We were a group of eight for lunch today. Lots of children and dogs The place is run down and pretty grubby. We didn’t get given any menus so helped ourselves in the end. Then wait for quite a while for anyone to take any sort of order. The menu was extensive and something for everyone’s taste but for the price they are asking the food was average at best. I had a chicken flat bread with sweet potato fries. The chips were cold and the flat bread nice enough but not worth the price. Others had ribs, which were enjoyed and a burger (which was £17) and ok but the most enjoyed part of it was the hash brown. The kids had pudding. My daughter had a sundae which was meant to come with Oreo, there were not Oreo bits in it One of the party was dairy and nut intolerant. He had a vegan ice cream sundae which was in a bowl and half the size of the others and we were changed almost the same as the others (a £1 less) Never rated this sort of place and this experience certainly hasn’t changed my mind.

I came to the Neptune harvester last night for a late valentines dinner with my boyfriend. We both decided to go for the ultimate grill and it was incredible. You get so much food, I had to take half of it away with me! Great food, friendly atmosphere and it’s even better having a nice view overlooking the seafront, will definitely be recommend to friends and family.

Visited today for a quick drink while in the area. I was greeted by Mawuena who served me a fantastic pint. The bar area is dog friendly so was ideal for your four legged friends.
