Came here for a birthday meal. Good value for money, food was lovely and Japh was the perfect host. He made us extremely welcome and my wife even received some chocolates and a card from the staff at Lynton Court wishing her a Happy Birthday,which was a really nice extra touch.

Great food and fantastic staff look out for Karl who is a very lively and funny lad who wants to be a train driver a very nice place to eat and stay

I ordered a Chicken Tikka Curry(Served with white rice, poppadom and mango chutney, with naan bread. My daughter ordered a Classic Beef Lasagne(served with a mixed salad & garlic bread). We were warned it would take 20 mins or so; but it was well worth the wait. Both dishes were very tasty and cooked well. Lisa, from Portugal, was just wonderful and attentive. Karl was a happy and caring character; and together they made our evening enjoyable. Hats off to the bearded manager behind the bar for serving the drinks! Fabulous Fellow.

I have been going to this place for about 10 plus years, always been happy with the service, pricing and the quality of food. Like to add at present the team at Lynton ct have never been better. A unique service that will make you feel relaxed as soon as you enter the door, their undevided attention will assure u off a great experience. Times I've been there, there great lengths to remember your names and past conversation and the food you last had...the food is great tasting and exceptional value...i would never hesitate to recommend the place....well done to the Lynton Court team

Had a great time with family. Just wanted to give credit to Maria and Karl for great service. They made us feel very welcomed and the food was really good.

Wish I could start this review on a positive but I'm struggling to find one. On arrival, we were shown to our table which was tucked away in the corner away from all other guests. We waited for around 20 minutes before we decided to go and get a waiter because no one had come to take our order. After taking our order we waited around an hour for our food to come out. When the food eventually came out it had multiple errors such as the wrong sauce with the salad and the wrong type of peas with the fish and chips. Furthermore, 1 dish had been “not printed out” meaning we had to wait a further 10 mins for that dish to come out and by that time most members of the table were nearly finished. Food itself was decent considering its cheaper price.

Friendly and outstanding staff, always make visitors welcome. Great service and a fantastic breakfast offer. :)

We have been going to table table at Baileys Bridge every Sunday for over a year for breakfast.We were absolutely gutted last Sunday to turn up and find out that it was no longer open for the general public. We didn’t think we’d find anywhere else to go as good as Baileys Bridge, but we heard that Jorge had moved over to Lynton Court table table, as Jorge had always been friendly, polite, welcoming and nothing was ever too much, we thought we’d give it a go! When we arrived we were greeted by Carl he was polite friendly and made us feel very welcome!,Carl took our order and brought us our cooked breakfast, he was very attentive constantly checking if we were okay and if there was anything else that we needed! We had an unlimited cooked breakfast and Continental, the fruit salad was fresh and very tasty, lots of choice of teas coffees and fruit juices, also cereals, different types of bread and spreads also muffins croissants.The food was absolutely delicious! The prices are very competitive !We will definitely be going back every Sunday and highly recommend paying them a visit! We hope that like us lots of regular members of the public that used to go to Bailey’s bridge will pay a visit to Lynton Court! Came here on the 28th May for breakfast thought we would try it for breakfast as a family me my partner and our kids as they advertised (kids eat free) came about 9.45am restaurant had 2 tables eating breakfast in there we stood by the checking table next to the bar and waited to be told sorry we can't and haven't got space and have we have ran out of everything on the breakfast menu!!!! Our kids were very disappointed as they were very excited to go for breakfast after a long Bank Holiday weekend. I have live down the road amd have poped in a few times for a drink, I think this was very disappointing and disgusting as soon.as we left there was 2 other family's going in there to have breakfast from the premier in!! If you advertise for breakfast and specially on a Tuesday when all suppliers and delivery's are back to normal after Bank Holiday.

The team at the Lynton Court are fantastic! Friendly, jolly and pleasant they welcome us on a regular basis. Nothing is too much effort, good quality food and an enjoyable environment. When we have visitors coming to Bournemouth we know that at the Lynton Court they will be served with a smile and treated like a VIP. Thank you for all you do to support us, HealthBus Team! x

Delicious tasty food and drinks. We came there three times with my wife for dinner. The service was wonderful. Matt and Ellie welcomed us with smiles. Ellie is definitely talented in the art of serving customers and making them feel comfortable! She took very good care of us and was attentive to our needs. PS: a possibility for improvement would be slightly cleaner tables as it was a bit greasy and sticky.

Food was ok. My chicken was dry and the chips were burnt and hard. Other friends enjoyed their meals.

Had Premier Inn breakfast here. One full one continental breakfast. Full English was fine but no buffet, had time wait for it to be cooked. Continental was OK but nothing special

Not a bad restaurant, esp if you're staying in the immediate vicinity. The food wasn't bad, however, my steak was cold inside, a side effect of having a blue steak. They did sort it quickly and didn't affect the rest of the meal. The kitchen did close at 2130, a little earlier than expected, so had to rush a pudding. Generally a normal Whitbread chain experience.

Had a lovely meal here this evening. I stayed locally and came across here whilst venturing. Tilly who served us was really lovely and recommended my main, which wasn't a disappointment! Chicken wings were crispy, thai curry was lovely with a good kick and the burger was on point! Great value for money! Quick and friendly service! Whats not to enjoy!

We have eaten at Lynton Court three times as it is the most convenient establishment to an area we stay in once or twice a year. The staff are friendly and service is quick. The food is tasty enough for the kind of fayre that it is. This time, unfortunately, all of the cocktails were unavailable (we had looked forward to having one!) and a mistake was made with one of our dishes (chips instead of mash, but it wasn’t a problem). The dessert was lovely and all three courses were done in an hour or so, which was what we needed before getting ready for an event.

So 2nd may came for a meal a few of us did and this was first time I been and what a big disappointment it was well kids Mac & cheese if that's what U wanna call it was disgusting no taste to it what so ever my boy didn't eat it and my girl didn't and they normally demolish pasta really was not worth the price I paid for it even tinned Mac & cheese from Tesco etc tasted better and I never like that either,so it was first time I been and will be the last also heard from people food gone downhill since changed management

Needs a good old clean!! Popped in there on our way back from walking the dog. Sat out in the front garden area. My partner showed me a photo of the loos he used and we were soon shot off without placing a order. Wasn't busy. Honestly I was to scared to go in.

Decided to go out for lunch with my partner and decided to go to Lynton Court. The service was excellent and the food quality was amazing. I went for the chicken combo and my partner had the fish and chips. Will definitely be back again

Not bad, the service was not good, people were waiting 45 mins for their meal. When you got the food it was good.

So sad to see that such a lovely place like that has a rude manager. Yesterday Thursday, 18th April they wouldn’t wait on us. We are 6 people from Italy and we’ve been dining there for 2 weeks. We had to wait from 7.00 pm to 8.20 before being served because they said “ we hadn’t reserved a table” so they served us dinner after all the guests had left the restaurant. Maybe they wanted to respect Italy’s tradition of dinner at 8.00? On top of that, when we complained the manager didn’t apologise but just found all sorts of excuses like blaming the waitress. She was simply doing her job and serving the customers. That was not nice of him at all……….

Food was nice and good value for money, especially as they offer emergency services discount. The decor is lovely. Update: Apr 24 Sadly had a less positive experience on our 2nd visit: lots of menu choices unavailable, including the entire cocktail menu. The service was very slow, although the servers were nice and polite.

Decor old and tired , hygiene left a lot to be desired especially the very impressive cob web in ladies toilets. And it was a really cold temperature in the building. Food average ,poor quality ingredients On a positive staff very warm and welcoming but clearly under staffed .

The food was fairly priced Not accurate on the description portions are small. Even the smother platters are small. We had 2 courses First the mains come out (3 of us) One gets dropped on the floor Other 2 meals are missing bits Puddings come out The banoffe cheesecake advertised with a Carmel sauce comes out covered in chocolate sauce I wouldn't have ordered it I don't like chocolate sauce and we wasn't asked if an alternative was ok The brownie isn't advertised with nuts Yet contains them. The only good thing to be honest was the gent on the bar was very bubbly happy polite The lady waitress was less than interested like she would rather be anywhere than there We wasn't allowed to sit in the restaurant had to sit in the pub yet there was plenty of empty tables Masses of them in the restaurant I'd not be in a hurry to return

Lovely place, good food but hopelessly understaffed. People leaving or being turned away as only 2 staff between bar and restaurant. The staff were magnificent considering the pressure. At least 3 needed and for one extra could have handled more tables and taken more. Definitely some customers will not be back.

Enjoyed a lovely Roast dinner here today. Total of 4 people all had Roast which was cooked very nicely, good size portions and very competitively priced. Special thanks to Klaire and Maria for their fantastic customer service. They were both very friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back again soon!

Received a very warm welcome from Claire and all her colleagues and it was lovely to be remembered from our previous visits.Excellent menu choice and we loved the Sunday Roast today ( turkey for me and beef for my husband .). Nothing is too much trouble and we feel valued as customers.

Service here is friendly however the food and atmosphere let it down a little. Could do with a revamp as it can feel quite dark sat in the restaurant part.

We’re regular visitors, weekly. Always enjoy the curry and try something new off the main menu and kids, never disappointed. Tasty and good portions. Very helpful with allergies and remember us. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Klaire is lovely.

Empty restaurant but we had to chase the staff to take our order.

Party of 10 pre booked as we have every year for a few years now on New Years Eve Did not have a table of 10 we we offered a table of 8 in one room and a table of 4 in another room. This was by a female manager. She most unhelpful. We had to move table and chairs ourselves as apparently they are not allowed to do it. Also the restaurant was practically empty, far emptier than we had ever seen it. Our waitress was lovely prompt and professional Sadly the food was not a great hit on all counts My father’s toast dinner with a gourmet chicken was awful. The veggie style chicken was like a brick. He was missing his mashed swede and honey roast parsnips that we had to ask for. His brussel sprouts looked so old and his carrots looked dry My mixed grill was ok but sadly mine and my son’s steak was requested rare but both came well done. The room we were in was in a corner on it’s on away from the rest of the restaurant and it was freezing. The radiator under the window was stone cold. When I asked about the heating I was told well it’s on. I explained it wasn’t in the room we were sat at. Half of our table ate their meal with our coats on The rest of the meal was ok When o explained the issues we had incurred during our meal there was an apology from our waitress (even though the manager was stood right next to us). No offer of a discount or voucher or free deserts to make up for ALL the short fallings. We spent roughly £140 between us all and I feel that we did not get our moneys worth

Very friendly staff, pretty decent food (though the Christmas pudding was a let down!), they made an effort with the Christmas decorations but probably needed someone with a more artistic eye in charge of that!

I've enjoyed a lovely vegetarian lasagna, followed by a rich cheese cake and coffee. Here is a flat white with my beloved Omega

I will give 5 stars for the excellent staff and food was freshly cooked and piping hot. I will say though to the management that I think it is very unfair to the hardworking staff that they were very understaffed on the day we visited for breakfast.

I'm local, thought I would take my partner out for birthday dinner. Got to Lynton court at 7.45pm and put in food order. Waited till 9.30pm then told no order shown and kitchens shut. No knives and forks all tables full of last persons plates. No sauces. Then abused by staff for asking for money back. Guy in red shirt dark hair and beard didn't care at all. Kept drinking cola whilst having conversation bout money refund. Will NEVER visit again. Another local customer had same problem. We are astonished at staff reaction and lack of help. Great Birthday dinner guys, was only burger and chips, but guess that was too much for kitchen. Not one update or apology on food being not just late but closed kitchen on us. I hope during winter months you realise us locals and word of mouth help your business. But I guess your staff think otherwise.

Walked in Wednesday 25th July afternoon for a drink to find nobody behind the bar serving apart from a guy who ignored me apparently was off duty. Whan I asked where are the bar staff he said he had no idea so I Walked out. Atrocious service and pig ignorant idle staff if you can find any.Avoid this place definitely would not recommend.

Excellent service etc. One error, room 17 has a heating system that is permanently cold, and no one came to fix it.

Sadly the thing that let's this place down is Breakfast, really weird setup that doesn't really work very well, not self serve apart from the continental and on our last day, my partners poached egg was uncooked also only one member of staff serving so if there are many tables then there will be a wait if people order seconds. In contrast, our evening meal we had on New Year's Day was very nice.

Good points to start in the interest of fairness - All front of house staff were friendly and accommodating - San Miguel pints were coming out nice and crisp and lively - Clean toilets We were a group of 11 and spontaneously decided to go out for a roast (I often cook at home but fancied a weekend off). Conscious that we were a large group and hadn't booked ahead, we asked if we could be accommodated for a roast and the waitress assured us that was fine. The restaurant was not busy, but could have been earlier that day. Once seated we were informed the beef had run out, but there was turkey or gammon. When we went to order the one veggie roast was also unavailable the waitress kindly arranged to swap a different vegetarian menu item onto so the veggies in our party could still have a roast with the trimmings. The roasts came out on cold plates in a very staggered manner. The food wasn't very hot so people with food started eating straight away. By the time the last dish was served, two people had finished eating. The food itself was really really bad. -Roast potatoes were definitely the frozen kind -Parsnips were somehow simultaneously dry and greasy at the same time. Also frozen. -Peas and carrots boiled dry Yorkshires looked half decent but a bit burnt. But we each only got about 25ml of gravy so they weren't really redeemable. We asked for more gravy but they ran out so got about a thimble full more. Several people had ordered 'large' roasts on the proviso that these came with unlimited trimmings, but these run out too and no alternative was offered. One member of the party had his food taken off the bill as his had gone cold by the time it was established no gravy was coming (I don't know why they couldn't just get bistro from coop over the road??). I usually cook Sunday roast for our group. It's in a small kitchen and I'm often two bottles of wine deep by the time its served. Even so If my food was as bad as it was today I honestly would cry. I think if I had complained today, the manager would have reduced the bill, but honestly it was so bad I was embarrassed for them. Have just eaten a pizza at home instead.

Excellent staff and food we booked for the wrong day by accident but the staff still accommodated us.Service was very quick and food was superb.Restaurant was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great experience.

Stayed in the premier inn next door for 3 nights. Arrived on the Friday evening after a long journey from west wales dumped our bags & went straight down to the restaurant we were greeted by the lovely Olivia nothing was to much trouble she was so helpful & friendly. The next morning we went down to breakfast & this time greeted with a good morning from Stuart who took our order & brought our coffee, then he came back to tell us there was a delay as the chef hadn’t turned up so Stuart then went into the kitchen & cooked us an amazing breakfast. Lynton Court you have two amazing members of staff.

We were a group of 23 celebrating a family birthday the food was great we had to pre order due to size of group honestly we weren't expecting too much just happy to all get together but we had a brilliant time mainly due to a fantastic member of staff Olivia she is very professional an extremely well organised the whole group recognised how good she is an we gave her a round of applause just as she finished her shift definitely recommend large group booking here but you must request Olivia

4 stars for brilliant friendly, efficient service & really good Sunday roast, added cauliflower cheese as an extra, beautifully made with a proper sauce then grilled to a golden colour, not bad at all

As a long standing local customer the quality of the food has dropped considerably over the past two years. I used to really enjoy coming here but recent visits and again today have been extremely disappointing.

I took my son to breakfast this morning. We had a great server Stuart. My son has various difficulties and disabilities with speech. Stuart spoke to him, checked on us, had my son engaged with various snippets of conversation.The food was great, good selection of fresh croissants and bakes, cereals, yogurts, well continental bits... cooked breakfast was really good mynson especially loved the scrambled egg.Great place, have to visit again for breakfast... lunch... dinner... Parking is great, and access is all on one level soy son liked this and wad able to see small areas at a time instead of one big open space.Overall love it!

Stayed at the Premier Inn for 2 nights, had breakfast twice which was lovely. Very friendly place, staff very attentive, especially Stuart on morning two of our stay. He made sure that we had everything we needed and although most of the food was self-service, he provided fantastic table service with our drinks. He kept my twins entertained. Lovely food, lovely staff. Definitely coming back in our next stay.

Plenty of choice on the menu for picky eaters. We stayed here 3 nights as a basecamp for a fishing competition. It was excellent. The bar prices were reasonable and the double spirit upgrade for £1.50 was well used.All of the staff were great, Covid meant the hotel was not full which probably helped. It was also good to see locals using the bar and dining. We got to sing at a 60th birthday party. Will go again.

Terribly slow service, food was really disappointing they didn’t have half the things on the menu available and what we did get I’d give a 1/10. No one came to ask if the food was ok or if we wanted dessert, after waiting half an hour we went to find someone to pay. Never again!

We booked Lynton Court for a family meal by accident - we were staying at another Premier Inn nearby, however with having a large table we couldn't move our booking so we went down to Lynton Court and were pleasantly greeted by the staff. Our server Olivia stood out as she was very pleasant and tended to our every need, including our more elderly grandparents and Olivia made sure we had plenty of glasses for wine. The food was excellent value for money with generous portion sizes for a restaurant of this type. We finished off with liquor coffees which were delicious.

We visited on Sunday 26th September. We were informed on arrival that there would be a delay due to only being one chef that morning. We were having the all inclusive breakfast so by the time we had made ourselves some toast and helped ourselves to pancakes etc wasnt long before hot food arrived. Staff were very pleasant and apologetic for any delay. Some customers were a little abrupt to staff about the delay but we felt they were trying their best in difficult circumstances and doing their best to make it a pleasant meal. We were just visiting for the weekend but if we are ever back we would definitely use them again

I was staying at the Premier Inn but invited my locally based brother to join me for breakfast.A warm welcome and a decent range of help yourself options - fruit, cereals, juice etc.We opted for the full cooked breakfast and it didn't disappoint, as it was freshly cooked. I presume we could have asked for extra sausages, bacon etc if we'd wanted, but I was full with what was served. I enjoyed having the option of toasting my own crumpet, as opposed to the usual fare of just white or brown bread. Apart from the lack of a really good coffee (maybe I could have asked for a fresh coffee?) it was faultless.

At last we were on our long awaited mini- break at Lynton Court Premier Inn . We were welcomed warmly by staff there and at the adjoining Table Table restaurant.We dined early both evenings taking advantage of the special rate. Both meals were excellent value for money and well cooked and presented.Breakfasts were fresh and cooked to order.A special mention must be made of Stuart, who greeted us each morning and delivered our breakfasts.He was cheerful and friendly and enhanced our stay in Boscombe by giving us directions and hints , making our experience even more enjoyable .

Although we were staying close by the bar here gave us a wider range of drinks and we ended up talking to other guests which was great. Drank here for the two nights of our stay locally. The staff were very good too.

Not wanting to venture far from our hotel tonight we ventured all of 150 yards to this Table Table restaurant. Very welcoming with prompt friendly service from Paul. We chose off the 2 for 8.99 menu. Both meals were delicious. Great value for money.

We had a very good hot meal, as usual. It was excellent value,, £7.00 for two courses! We have informed many people about this offer. We have booked again. Many Thanks for being very professional.

Whilst on holiday nearby we went out for dinner at Lynton Court and enjoyed it so much we went back the following night. Great service, friendly staff and good quality pub food. The puddings were a big hit with the kids.

Visited with 3 children for breakfast. Commended the chef for fabulous crispy bacon (no limp rind going on) and runny yolked poached eggs. Such friendly staff in particular our waiter. Can't wait to go again.

Lovely food, good service ate here 5 evenings during our summer holiday and each time the food was good and so was the friendly staff and quick service. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.Doombar was the only real ale on draft but it was well kept and enjoyable.

Had Breakfast there yesterday. We were really impressed with the Hotel's cleanliness and layout, Our waiter, Stuart, was particularly helpful. Nothing was too much effort for him and he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. A real asset for the hotel.We would certainly return.A++

We visited twice to this establishment, first time we ordered drinks and waited and waited , eventually had to ask staff where our drinks were. Ok if they had been busy but it was virtually empty , anyway ordered one more drink, they over charged us , we didn’t realise until we left, people make mistakes that’s fine, second visit, staff again were very slow with drinks, we sat outside and thought they had forgot about us, my partner had to go in and ask , they came out 10 minutes later to say they had no lemonade and they were waiting for an engineer, we had only been waiting another 20 mins, the staff made no apologies whatsoever ever and had the attitude that they couldn’t care less. You would think with Covid they would welcome people, we did not feel welcome, and for that I will not recommended ever going here, change your grumpy staff!!!

Well can i say... pulled in for a meal, and was greeted by a really polite and professional man. Shown to table. We chose 2 meals from the 8.99 for 2 meal. I had the battered haddock fish and chips, and chicken and bacon ceaser flatbread. Didnt take long to come either. The fish was huge and very tasty, and the chicken and bacon was great aswell. Overall great food and impeccable service by the lad in charge, credit to table table. Definitely come back if ever that way again..
