Terrible fish and chips at Michelin star prices. I would avoid this chippy like the plague. Absolute rip off. Chips were brown like the oil hadn't been changed. So so expensive. Not worth it. Avoid

has Neptune got new owners?? the food is getting worse. £20 for a terrible takeaway. Chips were cold hard and dry threw most away. pie was cold. Ordered a kebab on naan with salad about 3 strands of lettuce. not much meat on it either. had much better from here. last few times food been awful 😖.

food was cold even though delivered very early. donner was dry. salad was crisp though.

Fish was very small on this occasion and some chips were underdone...not happy i paid out £16.80 for this...bigger fish next time please

Food was hot, chips were lovely and the scampi was delicious.

Unfortunately meat was cold and parts of it were hard. In bin. Not up to usual standards

I ordered a 1.5 litre diet coke and i only received a 500ml diet coke i want the diet coke refunded or they can come and bring me a 1.5 litre diet coke now. The kebab was a bit cold but not to bad. I want my £2 back or another coke a 1.5 litre one.

From saying your food is on its way to arriving was 30mins!! Again rather cold, after microwave it was good.

Had a msg saying with the driver over half hr later it came chips soggy and freezing horrible

Absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend the fish and chips with curry sauce. Food arrived a lot earlier than estimated, it was hot, perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The pies had soggy pastry as if they had been microwaved. The chicken had tiny bones in it one I nearly swallowed. Went in the bin

I ordered tea which came to £14 on their own app only for it to not arrive and nobody answered the phone when I checked on their opening time it was still showing the open it’s been 3 weeks now and no reply back does anyone know if they are closed for good

We have had food delivered from here lots of times and it is aways delicous and hot. Delivery is very quick. Fish and chips and kebabs great.

Wow chips were lovley & quite a big scallop which was nice my usual chipping has gone down hill so tryed neptune & wasnt disappointed (i did order large chips at 4.99 & was disappointed at the amount if that was a large.but other than that not bad at all thumbs up

Chicken kebab meat let it down, it was just about cooked. It's usually good when go in through the day, has a nice char also no salad or sauce on the chicken and chips meal

The delivery driver didn't call , even though I put big capital letters on the bit on just eat " leave note" to call when arrived , they didn't . But apart from that the food was very nice , I would order again . The chicken wings were a little too hard and crispy . But overall very nice fish and chips.

Soggy batter fish advertised as fresh , ha ex fisherman thinks not .

Food quality was great as usual but order notes weren't followed, no salt and vinegar on the meal. Also the large portion of chips seemed very small compared to usual...not sure if we were sent a small by mistake
