Ordered a drink and was given the wrong drink. Which is okay as mistakes can happen. Unfortunately as I went to go and ask to swap My drink. I was looked at and given a High school dirty look from a staff member called Caitlin. I have never since high school been given a childish look. Went to the counter and the lovely lady there said it was her mistake and my drink was made there. But the service and atmosphere was awful from Caitlin

Driver was wonderful, pleasant and very efficient.A real credit to the team.

They don’t make your drinks very flavourful here in my opinion & recently I ordered on the mobile app early before work (right near it) and on foot & and when I get there it’s drive through only, the doors are locked and I couldn’t collect my drink?

You can only park at this Starbucks for a maximum of 90 minutes, OR YOU GET A PENALTY FINE. I chose this coffee shop to have a meeting in, and I spent just over two hours there with my new client (spending lots on multiple drinks and food)… and then a couple of days later a letter arrives saying you're going to FINE me £100 !!! I chose to stay in your cafe for more than 2 hours as the coffee and food and ambience was exactly what my new bsuiness meeting needed. But, you seem to actively want to stop people buying more from you! Costa Coffee is looking more & more appealing 🤬

Problem with Starbucks is their drinks vary so much from one establishment to another. However, this visit the coffee frap was excellent. Had no food nor went inside, it was a drive through visit.

Was served by Dan & Angela, absolutely lovely the pair of them! We often visit late night, always always friendly sharing a laugh and a smile, pretty much the only reason we return!

New refit just reopened ,big improvement. Will return , glad it's open 24 hours a day again . Unfortunately the eat in cafe part is only open to 10pm now but the drive through is still 24 hours shame as its a bit early to close for an evening out

Recent refurb. My only issue is the staff wearing their own clothes. Most look like refugees from a Billie Eilish concert.

I've had to remove my previous 5 star review. This is because I have been going here for years and order the exact same coffee daily before work and almost half the time now my drinks are wrong, sometimes undrinkable. I will be going elsewhere for my morning coffee in future.

Used to be my favourite Starbucks branch until they refurbished the place up. It no longer had that Starbucks vibe we all loved where you could sit and do your work with your laptop. I wish they had placed the couch round the windows like before and not in the middle of the store. The rest of the seating area unfortunately is not suitable for laptop works due to being too low. Staff and drinks are still nice but I would not go there as often sadly.

The food is good, and the range of drinks is more then just coffee. Which is great if you have children with you. There's a reasonable sized area to dine in, as well as the drive thru.

After traveling some distance to a 24 hours starbucks & then to find it closed on late nights. With no clear signage of when it will re open. Very disappointed 😔

Always available, sometimes busy and may make mistakes with an order, do not give them a grief, point out the possible mistake and advise to improve, happy to have them 24/7

Great Starbucks that was really convenient for meetings with great service. Unfortunately they now have a 90 minute time limit on parking.

Not always perfect, sometimes the seasonal flavours are so bland it just tastes like a cup of milk. Sometimes they get your order wrong even when you ask them to repeat it back to you. Otherwise a nice play to grab a cup of coffee.

Quiet when I called in plenty of seating available or drive through if required.

Delivery arrived later than stated and driver marked it as delivered before even arriving. Drinks were all ok, mocha was a little tasteless. Frappe was perfect 👌

June 2023 This branch has recently had a complete refit and now feels a lot more spacious and welcoming. The service area also now works more effectively. Oh, some soft seating has returned with this refit! Update (April 2022). Service here seems to be a lot better these days. What's slightly disappointing is that most of the more comfortable softer seats have been removed. (Original review) Surprising that even though it was quite quiet, the service was slow (over 10 minutes from ordering to getting order). Not helped by our drinks being left on the side by the drive through section, even though we were sitting in.

Phoned Starbucks as it was an hour late, said they were waiting on a driver at 2am, then half an hour later an update on just eat saying it was delivered at 1.05am, shocking

Love that it was 24 hours and despite being next to Trafford centre, was still able to sit and catch up on work without too much noise around.

The drive through was very busy when we arrived at 10am - to the cost of the in store service.

Met up with a friend I’ve not seen in ages then a week later got a parking fine, the signs are not obvious staff don’t tell you, and I parked in a disabled bay now having to pay £100

Took an hour + to arrive from ordering, toastie was barely warm and coffee not properly hot

Unfortunately, I received £100 parking fine sad really only place me and the Mrs go to with our newborn baby as we are limited!

24 hour Starbucks, surprisingly it was incredibly busy at 10pm both inside and outside however the staff were very courteous and fairly quick given the amount of people there, highly recommended :-)

Caramel macchiato was horrible- bitter taste & no caramel - ordered extra caramel as well!

Received half of my order of ice coffee and a hot one. Though a hot drink came, it wasn't the right one, its actually one I'm allergic too. So great. Someone had put the wrong order numbers one the bags. We shouted to the driver, and could see the orders were wrong, but due to just eat rules he couldn't exchange, or open or do anything. Also you need to find a better lids for the cold drinks, another delivery with most of the contents in the bag.

Great place to hang out with friends. New seating is a little less cosy but still nice. Baristas are all really nice people.

I'm a member of a walking group and we walk the bridgewater canal and other areas. We stop off at various places on these walks for refreshment. Just a 15minute break before returning to where we start. We dont eat just a quick stop off for a coffee or soft drinks. I cant comment on the food. Staff are helpful and the service is excellent.

Whats the point of calling yourself a 24 hour cafe if you close early almost every night due to ‘shortage of staff’ or ‘for a clean’ and most the time you don’t even find out they’re shutting until after you’ve sat down. What a terribly managed place.

I can’t help traffic on the road but I only recieved half a cup of coffee that why I rated it this amount of stars I come here all the Time and now I’m extremely disappointed

I asked for a note to be put on the cup and the bag and it wasn’t added. This is the second time. Disappointing!

Visited Thursday 17/08/23 for the 1st time in over 12 months. Good location opposite The Trafford Centre, but car is small, & driving anything but a small car is problematical. The coffee shop itself is large & airy, well furnished, & plenty of friendl, efficient staff. We opted for two cappuccinos, blueberry muffin & ham/cheese toastie. Interior seating was comfortable, & plenty of exterior seating was available. I visited the unisex loo & it was spotlessly clean.

Really weird atmosphere in this place, seems to be a bit bare and cold inside.

Fast service at the drive through. The coffee was hot and freshly made and the breakfast barm was well worth the drive.

I go here now Costa have chopped there own nips off! Great toasties.

Great place to work from, fast and effective service, and not overly crowded. Parking numbers outside are low, but there is plenty of space near the site. Up there with one of the better Starbucks experiences out there.

Not worth going to this starbucks, u less you want a £100 fine for having a coffee and a catch up with friends. Plus they sent the fine out after 12 days so missed the 14day to pay £60 Absolute joke how they can do that to people

Although really busy, we always love a trip here during our night shifts to get us through. Liam has served us a couple of times now and is always really friendly and comes up with some amazing recommendations! Probably the best Starbucks I go to

Their English breakfast tea is flowery and disappointing. Cakes are surprisingly expensive for what you get.

Came here late at night and the service from barista, Morgan was unbelievable. That man deserves to be the manager or the supervisor at the place, because he brought so much life to the conversation we had in the small time we shared together. However, the new supervisor, Riley, I believe was very abrupt and seemed to not understand how to work the computers in there as he spent 25 minutes trying to do a refund. In conclusion, Morgan for manager at this Starbucks. Morgan is the man in the photo for reference, he’s mint.

As regulars at this 24hrs drive through we are disappointed at the poor service. The staff don’t even bother to reply when you say thank you. Lately they have been getting the drinks wrong . We even had to go back as two of our 4 coffees were unacceptably wrong

Can’t fault the quality or delivery, though the small brownie squares were literally Malteser sized, I mean seriously tiny!

Usually a long queue at the weekends however the service is amazing!
