Studio48 in Camden hosted my sister's birthday, and despite a hiccup with the karaoke machine at the start, Joanne and the team went above and beyond to ensure the celebration was a success. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making sure everyone had a great time. We’re looking forward to returning. Fantastic team!

We had the best time with Letrel! Such a fun waiter and the best food and drink. Highly recommend if you are in London - it’s a must do and such good value for money.

Attended my nieces 21st there on the top floor and the staff were fantastic. Jason and the team were amazingly helpful and diligent the whole night, helping with set up, music and cake duties. A member of the team was available to take drinks throughout the night and meant not having to leave the party. Highly recommended for functions.

Went here last Saturday night before a show at the roundhouse, we enjoyed a fantastic and tasty meal and some great cocktails. My husband is coeliac and they totally catered to his needs and made us feel totally reassured about our dietary needs during our visit. The service was fun and energetic and I cannot praise Emanuella and Reece enough. The venue is cool and quirky and if we are ever in Camden again, we will be back!

I went to this venue on Friday and tried a Palm Springs punch it was amazing, I was served by Hannah who was very nice and made the drink super fast, I will definitely be coming back!!

Let me tell you something if you want a place with good vibes, great staff and strong cocktails this is the place! Jason especially is a great host very welcoming and will have you walking out of here on a high! The service is really good, the cocktails are amazing I would recommend the funky mai tai. I mean this sincerely, the staff and their customer service is A1 and they will even joke with you and party with you. I’ll be coming back here very often!

Absolutely a waste of money, establishment have ZERO customer service and will speak to you in a manner to say you are the problem not them. Food was late out and cold at that and when addressed they were dismissive . Management was VERY RUDE and confrontational, baring in mind their rules and conditions to the booking say one thing but when you ask at the place they do not provide that. I would not recommend thing and if you need any further information as to why not to book have a look at their responses to low reviews that should at it all. Please avoid if you can.

I booked the terrace as a private event booking for my birthday. The service I received (particularly from Emmanuela) was completely unacceptable when a problem arose. The music was not working which was fine it was a technical error but I had to wait over 2 hours to find this out. When I did address that I was waiting for this long, Emmanuela responded rudely and with a confrontational tone. I’ve raised a complaint and despite explaining that I feel uncomfortable returning to the venue, they insist that I return with a free gift voucher provided by them. All I want is a simple refund of PART of the service charge but they seem to be adamant I come back to the place that ended my birthday night on such a sour note. Definitely will not be returning and a few friends had seen this place when looking for their own events but have reconsidered after the way the issue was handled on the night. My best advice is to avoid this place because not everything goes right when you’re hosting an event for 26 people and you’d rather be in a place where they know what customer service actually is. Can you imagine the bartender offered me a free drink upon hearing the issue which honestly I did not care about, all I wanted was a decent apology (on the night) which I thought was just basic customer service. I’ve worked in a restaurant/bar before and I have never spoken to my guests the way that I was spoken to at the end of the night. Avoid the stress and book your event elsewhere! In response to their comments below: even more reason for you to avoid this place. I’ve seen on other reviews where they gaslight people who have complained. Absolutely hilarious response and completely untrue but of course you will comment like this because you truly have 0 customer service skills. Absolutely shocking that you would respond like this but thank you for showing people why they should avoid your bar! P.s the device I brought was an iPhone but sure blame me again, really showing your excellent customer skills there ;)

Absolutely shocking establishment. Staff were extremely rude, drinks were below average and when I was directed to management they acted in the same way. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! There are so many really nice places to go in Camden and this isn’t one of them.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my friends Hen Do on saturday and it was a great experience. Letrel one of the amazing staff who was taking care of us stood out with his exceptional service he made sure that our needs were promptly attended to making our celebration even more enjoyable and he surprised us with a touch of entertainment adding a fun twist to our evening! The food was amazing and the fries were just delicious! I will definitely be coming back soon!

We recently hosted our summer party at Studio48, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our event was perfect. The team truly went the extra mile, even bringing up a TV so we could watch the football semi-finals – what a game-changer! Their thoughtfulness and flexibility made our day even more special. The venue itself was amazing, with great food (enough to feed the 5000) that everyone thoroughly enjoyed, they catered for all our dietary needs with no hassle.. We reserved the roof terrace which was great especially with the sun beaming through and the open air concept. The comfortable seating areas provided a relaxed atmosphere where everyone could mingle and have a great time. Overall, Studio48 exceeded our expectations and made our summer party unforgettable. I can't recommend them enough for their outstanding service and the wonderful environment they provided. We will definitely be back for future events! Huge shout out to Jason and Joanne, you guys are amazing! :) and not to forget the entire team for making our event so memorable!

Went here for bottomless brunch and had a good time. The restaurant is very cute and much more spacious than it seems. There’s a rooftop section as well as a downstairs section it looks like is used for parties. They were quite fast with drinks refilling as well and the food was tasty.

Booked for the 3:30 bottomless brunch attended 30 mins early. At 3:30 all the other groups were being seated. Approached staff twice about being seated and was told someone would seat us. After 15 minutes into our booked brunch time we decided to leave. Would not recommend if you’re in a small group as clearly forgotten about

We arrived early for our brunch booking and was told to wait for our time. After waiting 40 minutes and cutting into our brunch time we left. All the big groups were sat and we were still waiting at the bar for nothing.

Really good food and drinks, everything was gluten free but adaptive, very quickly seen to and exceptional service from Joanne, thankyou!

Overall it was an ok bottomless brunch, the food for the most part was nice but there were a few little things that people mentioned weren’t great, waffles were very dry and crumbly (not freshly made?) and food was just to say warm. the staff were amazing but just not enough of them to deliver a proper bottomless brunch, we were waiting for a long time for drinks (many were pre made in jugs too) which.. when paying for bottomless you don’t want to do and you couldn’t order your next drink until you had finished your first one which would have been fine if the service was quick, but it wasn’t. I think we had about 5/6 drinks each on average over 2 hours which for bottomless is a fairly low number but would obviously be more than the price of the brunch so swings and roundabouts. Again this is no reflection on the staff as they were working as quickly and efficiently as they could for the amount of people they were serving, we couldn’t fault them one bit.

The gluten free brunch menu is great, generous portions and tasty food! Just all a bit slow. Will definitely be back for a visit!

Came to Studio48 for the GF food, and wasn't disappointed. Had the fried chicken, padron peppers and chicken wings and all were good. My partner had the steak and she enjoyed it too. The beer was crazy prices - a BOTTLE of Corona (330ml) was £11.50! Daura Damm (330ml) was £12! - £12 for a BOTTLE that you can get for pretty much £1.50. Needless to say, for the same price as a bottle of beer we opted for cocktails, which were nice, but tasted different depending on who made them (we had a couple of the same). The decor is lovely, but our visit was spoiled by being sat right next to 2x tables of really large hen do's (talking like 20+ people). There were multiple complaints about them from tables to the staff, but nothing really helped. If the team at Studio48 need to cater for parties that big, in a space that isn't that large, alongside other diners - they need to consider putting them in a separate space - it completely ruined the vibes and we (and several other tables) left as soon as we'd eaten, sadly. 50/50 if I'd return - the food was great, but the ambience not so.

I took my friend here for her birthday & we went for the bottomless brunch! We got sat upstairs on the roof which was a cute little roof too area. The food was perfect size & yummy! My friend went for an alcoholic drink and I had mocktails. We enjoyed it very much and the staff was attentive! Don’t know why there’s horrible reviews. Definitely recommend here if you fancy a bottomless brunch 👌🏼

If I could make a formal complaint, I would. It started with arriving and being told they were fully booked (we had booked a bottomless brunch). They firstly sat us at the door near the entrance (where there would be no room for food and where we would most likely have been ignored), we said that we couldn’t sit here as we’d be unable to eat as couldn’t fit 3 plates on the tiny table. The member of staff then got another person to come to us, she then moved us to the lounge area (on a sofa), we then had an issue with the table being so far from the seating that we’d have to eat food on our laps. At this point, we just felt like an after thought. We then got moved for the third time to the middle floor, along with a huge hen do group. We sat there for 30 minutes, being ignored by the staff. Not being offered food, drinks etc so we got up to leave as by this point, we were just fed up. As we were about to leave our table, another member of staff came over to us and asked what the issue what, they said they would take our drink, food orders now and would also take half off our bill and would also give us the half an hour back added to the end of the brunch so we agreed and sat back down. For the last half an hour of the brunch, we got moved again downstairs and didn’t get offered a single drink while down there so really, the brunch wasn’t even worth half the price. I then realised I didn't have my bag with me. I told a member of staff and they said they’ll look for me, they looked and came back and said they looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. I was at this point really upset and stressed. They then went to watch the cctv (I regret not watching it with them), they told me I didn’t have the bag when I walked into the venue. I panicked and thought someone must have stolen it on the street. I hadn’t been to any other bars that day. We were then pressured to leave and pay the bill, with a member of staff even saying to my brother “This is not on us”.. Also had the audacity to add service charge. We searched the streets all evening for my bag. I eventually had to give up and go home. I posted photos of my bag on multiple Facebook lost and found pages, messaged countless email addresses including studio48 (near & far). Had to cancel all my bank cards, had to pay for new keys etc. Just to receive an email 10 days later from studio 48 that they found my bag. Turns out they never checked the entrance on cctv, they just checked the 3rd place we got seated. If they actually let me actively look around, if they actually watched the cctv of the entrance to the bar, if they didn't move us around multiple times.. I wouldn't have had to go through all the stress of cancelling my cards/losing my staff nominee oyster and money replacing keys/train fares etc. I'm so relieved I have my bag back but I think it's fair to say that I never want to come back here. I used to love it but honestly, this experience from start to finish.. was a mess. In response to the reply - I never said that we were forced to move. I do think if you were busy, then our booking shouldn’t have been accepted because the tables we were seated at, weren’t for eating at (there wasn’t enough room and we would have had to eat our meal on our laps if we stayed at the sofa area). We definitely didn’t have an extra half an hour of brunch. Our brunch started at 3.30pm, we didn’t get a drink until 4pm and then got moved 5:30pm (where there were no seating so had to stand) and didn’t receive any more drinks so we had bottomless for 1.5 hours. We never refused to pay and I never accused anyone of stealing. Your staff told me they had watched the cctv and that I never entered the venue with the bag which was clearly a lie as 10 days later (not a few days).. I then got the email saying you had it all that time. My review wasn’t rude in any way but the fact you responded so abruptly and dishonestly is so awful. I’ve also NEVER had to leave a review like this before because have never experienced this before.

We ate very well. The waitress was very friendly and they have the entire menu of gluten-free food, in fact, if for example you want a bun with gluten for the hamburger you have to let me know because they default to a gluten-free one. In addition, they adapt the dishes to vegan options and have a very good selection of cocktails. It is close to Camden market but it is much quieter than the hustle and bustle there and certainly with many more guarantees if you are celiac. The place is also very nice, they gave us a terrace at the top and it was very comfortable.

Slowest service received ever for a bottomless brunch. Price we booked at literally doubled oh and to top it off they accidentally fed my vegetarian friend red meat!! Not impressed one bit

Had a great night with my Girlfriend, it was our second visit and we really liked the new look of the building and art murals, the staff are super friendly with great tunes The food is 100% gluten free which is perfect for my girlfriend who’s is celiac, her favourite is bbq burger, I had the smash burgers, delicious as always Our server Eric was amazing friendly and polite, he checked in on us often to see how we were doing and made the evening feel relaxed and effortless Look forward to out next visit 🙂

We had our belated staff Xmas party in March there last night.Food was tasty fresh, presented really well.They had happy hour 5- 7 and cocktails were amazing.Very good atmosphere, I would highly recommend it.

The one star is for the lovely guy who greeted me when I came in and showed me to a table. He was so welcoming! Unfortunately I then sat at the table for the next 20 mins with the waitress avoiding me, serving other tables but didn’t come over to take my order even though I tried to get her attention several times. I was by myself and just didn’t feel great sat in the corner ignored so ended up leaving.

Friendly customer service, a well pleasing atmosphere & the food is well spicing

Arrived on time for our booking to be told we had to wait for our table to be ready. Stood in a cramped bar area, wasn’t offered a drink. Half hour later the table was ready - this should have been a sign. Mocktails took 40 minutes to arrive despite chasing up multiple times. Also asked for a glass of wine three times, to which a bottle was brought which we said we didn’t want. A friend had 2 mocktails as part of her ‘bottomless’ brunch. Food was shocking, the only good thing seemed to be the chips. You don’t expect the food to be amazing at bottomless brunches but at least edible. The manager was apologetic and said they were short staffed, but the whole place was chaos. No one knew what they were doing. When I asked to change my meal as it was like rubber (obviously sat waiting for us to be seated), the waitress said well that’s what you ordered you can’t change it. The general manager did then agree to swap. On the whole it was the worst brunch experience of my life! It was carnage. We have to laugh about it because it was just awful. The place also doesn’t look like the photos. Very run down, not clean, smelly untidy toilets with no hand soap. If you’re looking for a bottomless brunch this is not the place.

Avoid at all costs. Such a shame that such a lovely looking venue is atrociously staffed. We had an awful experience - management are rude, dismissive and at one point were seen mocking and laughing at members of our group. Especially if you're a group of people of colour, you probably want to avoid. Update: post the venue's response. POCs, you know well what the gaslighting sounds like. The venue's response is the classic example of this, focusing on a minimum spend that was not the basis of the criticism in my review. They are unable to dispute the behaviour of their staff but instead make up that our group attempted to 'storm' the office. An alternative fact that has prior to this response never been mentioned. Finally, I was not at the venue myself that day because my business hosted a pre-meet for our event at Near & Far and I had to set up the event but my team was in attendance as were attendees at our event that were treated horribly by the venue. Given the behaviour our group experienced, this gaslighting response is entirely unsurprising

We done a last minute bottomless brunch - we were not disappointed. The food and drinks were amazing and our host Evan made the experience even better. Could not recommend enough.

Came here for the 1st time last night. A very cosy and lovely cocktail bar with amazing GF free food and drinks. Their crispy chicken is almost like your eating KFC without the allergens. The mixologist was fab with a Pina colada to die for. Great decor and staff and a tequila shot for the road. Will defo be back.

Service is great, cocktails average, food meh

Food was good at came out really quickly however when we arrived it took them a while to get the table ready and our first round of drinks got spilt. The staff offered to have this taken off the bill for us however when it came to settling up it took a few try’s to get the bill correct. Overall the food was good and the pulled pork tacos are worth a try along with the large nachos. We did get a discount for the food which made the total cost of the meal good value.

This place was amazing for Sunday brunch. Wonderful staff. GF no worries for celiac. Good NA drink menu as well.

Very poor experience. Went there for a brunch with some friends, was very disappointed that cocktails were served in jugs which soon made them watery and tasteless. Our glasses were barely ever topped up. We were sat surrounded by dirty plates for solid 20 minutes. The staff wasn't attentive. The way the manager was interacting also felt very annoying and cold. Probably okay for a one time visit, but won't come back.
