I quite literally stumbled across this absolute gem of a restaurant whilst wandering through Liverpool and I am so glad I did. I was tempted in by the £5 pizza lunch time offer. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff welcoming and friendly and the food excellent. You really should share this secret.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, staff were wonderful when booking and upon arrival, 10/10 would recommend to anyone who doesn’t know whether to go. We had Fabiana as our server, she’s incredible! Make sure you go! I’m a vegetarian and there were so many options for me to choose from- cocktails were incredible and generally a great atmosphere!

James & Esme were amazing, so kind and the service was amazing, would highly recommend!!

I was absolutely starving when I arrived. I was probably cutting it fine as far as last orders but James and the team allowed me in and I was not disappointed. I’d definitely eat there again. Beats Pizza Express any day.

Fantastic restaurant. The food was delicious, great portions and super tasty and. Highly highly recommend the truffle parmesan fries and the pistachio tiramisu is just beautiful!! Try and book a table at Neapolitan after each liverpool home game. Pizzas are fantastic and service is usually fast, would definitely recommend. A special mention to James who has served us on the last two visits. Very charming and helpful

We wanted somewhere to eat before going to the theater but we didn't want a chain restaurant. We found Neapolitan on Google maps and we were very pleased with the recommendation. James, our server recommended parmesan truffle fries as a side and pistachio tiramisu for dessert, they were absolutely delicious. We completely cleared our plates. All in all a lovely restaurant, amazingly friendly staff and delicious food 😋😋

Best food we have had during our UK travels. We had olives and the fig & prosciutto burrata to start which was so fresh and an amazing combo of flavours, followed by the lasagne and Neapolitan pizza (both signature dishes) which were INCREDIBLE. The raspberry pavlova for dessert was a nice sweet finish. Excellent service from everyone working there and food came out quickly, can’t recommend this place enough for a lovely night out. We got the wrong pizza I think. The other pizzas that came out looked better (steer clear from prosciutto e fungi). James was an exceptional server and the atmosphere was great.

Cannot fault this restaurant. Incredible food at very fair prices. The best mozzarella I have ever had in a salad. Great service and lovely atmosphere.

Visited today for the first time with my family. Cannot fault at all, gorgeous little restaurant, good vibes and good music while we ate. Excellent value for money, we had the £5 lunch deal with some extra sides, the food was delicious and as my 13 year old said "the best pizza I've ever eaten!"! Impeccable service from all staff but especially Fabiana who chatted to us cheerfully about her experience living in the UK after moving from Brazil. Fabiana consistently ensured we were happy with our food and that our dining experience was enjoyable. Cannot wait to visit again!

Came for 2 pizzas with my wife. Lovely atmosphere - pizzas were delicious. Fabiana the waitress was an absolute star and very good at her job. All the staff very polite. Only thing I didn't like is the a pint is 6.50£ and a half pint is 4£. Why does someone who wants a half, have to pay more? Bit greedy - but apart from that really can't fault the place. That's why 5 stars

Extremely disappointed. I rung Neopolitan over a week prior to try and book a table for two today (28th December). I was told on the phone that booking's couldn't be taken at this time as they were unsure on demand over Christmas. My details were taken with a view to call me back however no return call was made. Me and my partner decided to just visit in person on 28th and were met with a couple ahead of us who were provided a table but told they only had 45 minutes because of a booking due afterwards. Out of principle we walked straight back out. Clearly, bookings can be taken, it just depends who you speak to on the phone.

We were a party of 6 adults out between Christmas and New Year. Went here for some food and we were not disappointed. Two of the party are vegetarians and there is plenty of choice for all dietary requirements This was the second time I have been but the first time for my friends. We had sharing garlic bread with cheese, meat feast pizza, Neapolitan pizza, mushroom pizza and lasagna. It was all perfect. The pizzas are wood fired and the dough is amazing. We also had drinks including a nice bottle of red wine. Bill was just under £25 per head which is really reasonable.

Lovely place with friendly and helpful manager who got us an ice cream that wasn’t on the menu. Be sure to ask for Ari(anna), who is a Master of Foreign Accent Recognition.

Ari was a wonderful waitress, kept us fed and entertained all evening! The calbrese pizza and jalapeno & chilli cheese fries were so delicious, definitely recommend!
