We thoroughly enjoyed our Margherita pizza and lasagna at Neapolitan in Liverpool. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings, while the lasagna was rich and satisfying. Our server, Tamer, provided exceptional service – he was attentive, friendly, and really made our meal enjoyable. Highly recommend for delicious food and great service!

Trust the star ratings, this place is amazing! We went here for lunch after visiting the art gallery, while we were waiting to see a matinee performance at the nearby theatre. We got seated and served pretty quick, and the staff were very nice and professional. The decor is lovely and they were playing some great background music. We ordered the sweet chilli pizza to share and their signature tagliatelle neapolitan dish. Both were absolutely delicious! They make some of the best pizza ever! I’d definitely go here again and recommend it to anyone else visiting Liverpool. It’s just around the corner from the train station, so it’s the perfect place to visit on your way in to or out of the city.

I wanted to thank this restaurant that went out of their way in difficult circumstances on a very busy day the premiere league parade. They got us seated in warmth they put our phone on charge and we had some lovely food. This restaurant looked after the people that were struggling to get home and needed some solace out of the rain. Visited with family on a busy Saturday afternoon, warm friendly greeting from staff, seated straight away. All of us had pizza, they are huge, authentic with super fresh ingredients. Reasonably priced, will definitely visit again.

The best Italian restaurant we've ever eaten at! Such a pity it isn't in Manchester, our home town! The food is absolutely delicious. The staff are amazing and friendly. All in all, a delightful evening out. We were served both nights by Jolie - a delightful young lady! Thank you all.

Went for an early dinner before the theatre. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and efficient even though it was busy. Loved the atmosphere and my daughter also complimented the background music playlist 😂. Would absolutely go back if we were in the area.

We ate at Neapolitan for my 40th birthday and everything about it was excellent. The pizzas were so tasty (and a decent size too!), service was friendly and exceptional (and the free dessert with it being my birthday was much appreciated too!) All in all definitely worth a visit!

Pizza was good – not the best I've ever had, but tasty. Unfortunately, the rest was underwhelming: The side salad was very heavy on truffle oil and almost completely lacked tomatoes and onions. The espresso was served in a cold cup and was only lukewarm. The cheesecake seemed to come straight from the freezer and was still completely frozen inside.

The food was served extremely quickly and it was absolutely excellent ,staff are amazing ,the atmosphere was very chilled ,very family friendly, all in all a great place .

Overall really good like would I go back?... yeah, yeah I would! Food was absolutely amazing. We had the pepperoni and meat feast pizzas and what really made them amazing level and worthy of 5 ⭐ was the base sauce 🤌 perfect. Also had the cheesy fries, as cheesy chips go these were classy, good strong cheddar I'd say as well, seemed like a mix of cheese which was nice. And Bolognese which was also lovely. Service was a touch slow but it was busy. Not bad service but would be good if they just immediately took a drink order as most people know what they want more or less on walking on then wouldn't feel slow. Lovely atmosphere overall and whilst service was quick the staff were lovely.

A MUST WHEN IN LIVERPOOL, IF YOU LOVE NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA. I am a chef and visited the Neapolitan Pizza & Bar and I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Service from Ollie was a 10 the Pizza was as close to a world champion Neapolitan pizza makers I had in Naples! On a score of 1-10 it is a 9.99! Just a tick below perfection! I know my pizza, I have a fire oven and my flour and tomatoes come from Italy! I have mastered the craft and this Establishment should be on your must visit list when in Liverpool. The lunch was 5 Pounds for a Margareta Pizza but you must purchase a cocktail, well worth it. Where can you eat a true Neapolitan Pizza in Liverpool for under 10 pounds. Even if it is more it is well worth the trip. Try it you will be completely satisfied.

We had a great meal here earlier this week. The pizza's and pasta's were great, the service was outstanding!! The team were great - James, Meg and Taylor. James looked after us all evening and we had a very enjoyable meal and great banter. Will definitely be back!

Completely dazzled by the reviews I tried this place to try a different pizza in Liverpool. Prices from London, which at least as far as I'm concerned are not worth the product. I ordered a margherita: the mozzarella arrived overcooked, completely frayed, which also ruined the general taste (the dough and the tomato were good). For £14, you expect much better. The initiative of giving part of the Service Charge to the local pediatric hospital is nice. The environment is nice (nice) and the service is average. I expected much more and I think there are better places in Liverpool at the moment (at least for pizza).

Food was very nice, service awsome... so why only 1 star? When the check came, there was an extra 10% service charge included in the total. After reviewing the menus, there was no indication of such charge. I would just find it fair to advise the customer in advance that a 10% service charge is going to appear on the check. It just ruined the whole experience feeling forced to tip. I gladly show my appreciation for good service, but I prefer to do it spontaneously, rather than being forced and unaware.

Amazing Neapolitan pizza! I'm so happy we found this Neapolitan gem while visiting Liverpool. They offer a broad selection of pizzas – hard to choose between them, but everything I tasted was really good! If you're sensitive to loud noise, that might be a challenge. There's quite a bit of noise from the kitchen, other guests, and the music. The service is great though, and they were quick to find us another table when I told them I don't do well with loud noise – though that might not be possible during rush hours.

My friend wanted a ham and pineapple pizza(Hawaiian to other folk) which wasn’t on the menu and Elisha said she would order a margarita with extra ham and pineapple pizza without throwing any shade.

The place has a nice, clean, modern vibe. But the service wasn’t great, it wasn’t even that busy, just a few other tables, and they still kept forgetting stuff like silverware, napkins, and drinks. The pizza is solid and sticks to the Neapolitan style. Nothing amazing, but it hits the spot if you’re in the mood for wood-fired pizza.

Food was ok but my lasagne was badly charred around the edges. My wifes pizza was ok. What was't good was the state of the gents toilet. No toilet seat and no handtowels. If they can't look after the bathrooms what state are the kitchens in?

We had a two course meal for our family of four and everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was very good.

3 staff eating lunch while we waited 6 minutes After our food was served to the table for pepper and Parmesan to go with my pasta which I ordered and it was not edible tasted like corn flour in the sauce. The pizza was full of oil and soggy. Drinks order was forgotten after waiting 10 Minutes reminded them to be told they were delayed making coffee for another table. Do not go 56 pound and the food went back
