Well cooked food. Funny guys in there. Not the most memorable bunch. Always get orders wrong. Food is good doe especially there chicken & lamb sheesh, good quality meat. There pizzas are also spot on. @whatwehavingnow - on instagram for our full review & more vids/pics. (Like, comment, follow)

They are such lovely people, and hardworking individuals who put their energy in exceeding customer expectations, and don’t even get me started when it comes to the food they serve, because it’s honestly delicious and fresh and made with care and love . I would highly recommend to everybody .

I have been eating from here for ages, £19 for two sides of Lamb ribs, even asked for them to be medium rare...... Maybe it's a Saturday thing, photos of the Lamb was before I tried to eat them, pity I no longer have dogs. Precooked reheated in one portion, fresh and edible in the other??

Extortionate prices ! Might be nice, and it’s ok but £9 for a donor kebab. £16 for ribs . I’ll pass. Lower your prices

the worst possible food , they even make fun of the costumers I ordered a package, I threw it in the trash, it looks impossibly ugly, you couldn't eat something like that

Yesterday we were at queen’s hospital as my son was very unwell, we called restaurant to see if the driver could bring it to the main entrance of the hospital and meet us there, the person who answered the phone was so helpful he helped us and said when the driver picks up the food he will call us to confirm location - as we were stressed already this pleasant call and the turkish man being so helpful was very very assuring. When the food arrived the portions were sooooo big, so filly and yummy! I highly recommend this place as it is very cheap, the food is top quality and very filling. I hope Allah blesses this business as this is a business which deserves the best as they go out their way to fulfil customer needs. dun hastaneye getirdiginiz icin tesekkur ederiz

Update for the 1st of December 2023... they still haven't learned to read English! Can't read a sign saying no Leaflets in the door... so wouldn't trust them to cook your food.

My order was never delivered. They cancelled it without even telling me & worse still terrible uber eats charged me fully for a meal i never recieved!!! Disgrace!

the worst döner, don't order anything from there. I ordered 4 chicken döners and I got two boxes of boiled rice and smelly and raw meat. I'm very angry and threw everything away. I will never order anything from there again. Complete scammers.

I have ordered mix kebab and Ive got only chicken for £30 when I call them to ask what includes they said to me -go sleep no answer nothing, just go sleep. Lovely.. what can say

They charged me for delivery even though I collected. Didn't realise until I got receipt via email. What a joke the food ain't even all that, mixed Donna looked like dog food. Definitely won't be going there again thats for sure.

This place used to be ok 4 years ago but the quality and customer service has gone so bad. Their chips are very dry and does not taste nice. Donner is ok but could be better. Once that gave uncooked chicken in my meal so had to go back to change this which was an inconvenience. Another occasion we asked if they do fried onions in the burger over the phone and they said they will do it. When my husband went down to collect the food, the man made excuses saying his too busy and couldn’t do fried onions, so this was very misleading. For the money there are much better places nearby.

Wow, Why is there no Turkish geezers on the tele like Gordon Ramsey. Every time I think I've had the best Turkish cuisine another hidden gem pops up. Top top notch

On 17th December 2021 i Orderd From these lot on Just Eat App the ONLY THING i did not LIKE when i wrote a NOTE saying please Ring My Number When Arrive also can You Put Receipt 🧾 in the Bag BUT THEY DIDNT DO NONE OF WHAT I ASK... But the Food was Nice the chips 🍟 was little bit dry but the portion i got was very Nice

This is the worst takeaway in rush green second time I have been the first order was wrong but thought we would give it another try but nope even worse than last time AVOID AVOID AVOID got it completely wrong this time as well even though it was very carefully explained to them in detail and cold no good at all !!!!!!!

The Pizzas we had delivered yesterday were probably the best we have had from anywhere. And we've had a lot.

The delivery service and response from restaurant absolutely terrible! 1 Hour and 45 minutes for the food to arrive! we ordered the food at 7:15pm and was given a time frame of 8:05pm, great! 8:05 came and went, so waited until 8:30 to contact the restaurant. call after call after call, Line busy... contact Just Eat to chase up on order, was then told sorry for the delay your order is on its way, time now 8:50pm ! 9pm i finally get through to the restaurant speaking to this girl i couldn't understand, then proceeded to talk to another colleague in a different language whilst on the phone to me! then get put through to some guy who just says they are busy, and next time they will look after me.. i understand a restaurant can be busy, but don't give a time frame of 50 minutes if you can not keep to that time, or at least let your customers know they there is a delay.. The food when it did arrive was very nice, great size portion, hot and very tasty. I'm very disappointed by the service of this, and will think twice before ordering from here in future.

This is my new go to place after our regular place went down hill. I've been here a few times now and never been let down lovely food prices are good and they gave us some lovely Turkish bread with our meal this time would recommend to anyone delivery always spot on great job guys .

It’s so unfortunate because staff are friendly and treat customers well but the meat is tough! I had lamb and chicken and honestly I dipped in the chilli sauce and went through 5 bottles of water. The meat is very chewy, dry and spent about 10 minutes getting it out my teeth. Maybe a bad batch or just needs a new chef who can cook meat tenderly

DO NOT ORDER HERE!! was a loyal customer when first opened and kept forgetting things from my order but always made up for it. Then sent me a chicken shish one year ago with no rice or salad and one pita for 2 kebabs claiming they run out of food but still charged me anyway and sent 6 cubes of chicken as a kebab!!! A year later I give them another go and they send a mushroom and sweetcorn pizza instead of DONER AND SWEETCORN?!?!? No answer on the phone complete waste of money!!

I appreciate hustling and all but please let your promotional staff know that if people say "no" to junk mail, it means they should comply junk mail. Unfortunately, they just earned you a negative review without us even visiting your place.

We give order our food is come after 50 min and is cold. And our bill is 34 pound they try take 48 pound from me.

Do not order from this place, horrible service and very mediocre food. Very slow to admit mistake and rude.

This is used to be a beautiful restaurant before but they have changed into takeaway only. But still delicious food.

Best kebab house staff very friendly and amazing food

As a regular customer I’m normally ok with 1 in 10 orders being very average. Today however I’m in shock. I ordered the special chicken shish and a yogurt based side. Food turned up very friendly driver as ever. Opened the food and the chicken was very chewy (don’t really mind can let it slip as prob no 10 in the 1-10 principal). What amazed me was the mould growing on top of my yogurt side I ordered. Yes mould. I was angry and miffed as I had asked specifically for it to be made fresh as the last time it did not taste right. I called the resultant and spoke to some guy who had no idea what I was trying to tell him so asked for a manager and explained again. The manager was very apologetic and reciognised me as being a regular which was nice. He said he was waiting for some other manager to come back and would sort this out strat away. To his word ten mins later two men were on my doorstep with a new yogurt side and a apologetic bottle of tango. They offers me money back for the side but I refused it as I thought that the least that they could do was refund me for my meal which I had put in the bin apart from the mouldy side. They apologised and when in there way with the mouldy side. I cannot allow for this to go without some action as my kids could have been eating this which could have lead to many issues. All in all they have lost a loyal customer as I cannot bring myself to eat there again. Even tho they did try to do everything to get it right 2nd time.

Excellent customer service. I ordered my food today and pita bread was cold i called them and they literally send me the fresh hot bread within 10 minutes even though i said no they sent it and apologised. Food was great too. Keep it up👍🏼

My son and nephew have been eating from here so I thought I'd give it a try. I had a large lamb shish with all the trimmings and it was delicious!!! Meat was tasty, tender and juicy, the bread so soft and lovely, the rice was great with the juices from the meat and the salad nice and fresh. The garlic and chilli sauce went down a treat too. I'm glad I got around to finally trying it, I'll be going back for more

We order through the takeaway and lamb donner and chicken shish and hallumi, it was on time, however small thing was that the lamb donner was a little cold. Overall a 4 star and will use again.
