I order 2 things only yet they forget one of two. I would understand forgetting something if it’s a large order…also they call it a wrap yet it came wrapped in nothing! Not even bread on the side!

First time I'm ever doing this but this place was so bad I had to they had flies in the maple syrup and when I told them one of the workers says they know and the boss will do something about it soon. This shows just show disgustingly little they care about their customers to not even take them off the tables and the vibe overall wasn't good wouldn't go here if it was the last place on earth would rather start fasting or eat grass

My daughter and I visited this place twice a few days ago. Every time in the evening. The food was delicious and the service was very polite and smiling. We were always served by a young boy and an older man. Both smiling. We also saw two other people there, but also with smiles on their faces. We are from Poland, we visited London for a few days and it was the people who made the best impression on us. Multiculturalism is not ubiquitous in our country, but we were delighted with it in the UK.

pizza arrived cold as delivery driver didn't even have it in a bag to keep it hot. otherwise a good pizza just a shame it was cold.

They were rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn't care less about customer service. When I politely asked for a recommendation, the waiter rolled his eyes and gave a sarcastic response. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. Old and Stale Ingredients The pizza was an abomination. It was clear that Napoli Pizza uses old and stale ingredients. The toppings were wilted and tasteless, and the cheese was rubbery and unappetizing. The crust was hard as a rock, making it nearly impossible to chew. I've had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store! Unhygienic Conditions The hygiene at Napoli Pizza is severely lacking. The tables were sticky, the floor was filthy, and I even spotted a cockroach scurrying across the restaurant. I can't even begin to imagine what the kitchen looks like if this is how they maintain their dining area. It’s a health hazard waiting to happen. Outrageous Prices Despite the terrible quality of the food and the deplorable service, Napoli Pizza has the audacity to overcharge for their abysmal offerings. The prices are exorbitant and do not reflect the substandard experience provided. I felt completely ripped off. Final Verdict: Never Ever Use Napoli Pizza Napoli Pizza Restaurant is a disgrace. From the rude staff and outdated ingredients to the unhygienic conditions and outrageous prices, there is absolutely nothing redeeming about this place. Save your money, your time, and your taste buds – avoid Napoli Pizza at all costs!

A lousy experience , the guy who served us a young blond guy , made disgusted face to all customers when they asked him something specific , did not care to understand , I asked for a little more sauce and they looked at each other and began to argue in their language , a grotesque experience while strange a little out of the ordinary , happy new year to all , hopefully this year Arsenal win the league .

Our go to late night food joint! Simple menu but great value and delicious. One of the most reliable places in Turnpike Lane for a guilty pleasure. Be it kebab, pizza, or chips. Always serving food quickly, whether in person or delivered.

Have been waiting an hour and a half for a pizza ordered from Just eat that should have taken 15-30 minutes. No more updates coming through and there is no number to call. Outrageous

Disgusting, finding a cockroach running around your table, I didn't want to eat anything else, because I thought it came out of my plate... I have frequented this establishment for 4 years, and even ordered it via UBER... it is really disgusting to find yourself in this situation and that the staff answers you, YOU CAN CHANGE TO ANOTHER TABLE IF YOU WANT... after making me pay for the food they still look at me with a bad face... as if it's my fault for finding a cockroach... I WILL NEVER COME BACK

Horrible lady at the front! Short, skinny lady who has no interest in giving good service. Shocked how the owner lets her work! Poor service from her nothing new! Pizza was made by her horrible! Mix wrap was decent. I use to come here all the time u don’t think I will go back.

Nice but no cigar. For the price we paid the amount of toppings on the pizza was not enough. Also plenty of donner meat which was great but not enough chips 🍟

I've been a regular customer to Napoli for nearly 5 years. This is the only place in Wood Green I buy my Beef Burgers or Pizzas from, around 3 times a month. They have had a change of staff at night in recent months, so all I can say is that if you have had a bad experience previously for some reason, please give them another try? Very good value for money. Also since the change of staff, I have been able to buy Pizza as late as 02:30 on a weekday too 👍

Great food! Probably the best kebab I ever had in this area. Friendly host,Metin and Damyana are 5 stars as a people. Customer service and attitude towards a guest make you feel as you would walk in your best friend place. Absolutely amazing!

Under the one star I can't...very Ruth all staff...I ask for the French fries and they say we don't have...after I'm living they put out the fries 🍟...and the food dirty , most of them is expired, as well the salse ketchup and mayo it was discuting...becareful don't go in that shop! I had to throw a way my food cause it was expired the salse and it was dangerous for me!!!

If you want a amazing pizza, here is you best choice, ask them how you wanted done and they will make a dream! Totally recomand!

wanted a simple order, wanted a quarter pounder with chips, staffs response no burgers as it was late night. we said no problem, can we kindly have Mix donna x 2 with chips, chips were still uncooked inside.

Went to this restaurant on new year's night 2023. I request to order a Pizza and they told me that they were out pizza dough. so we left the shop and later returned to get a kebab but upon arriving to the shop I see them selling pizza to another customer. the lady at the shop was extremely rude and giving attitude for no apparent reason, with the gentleman who was serving the kebab.

Ordered though Uber eats , no update on how the delivery was getting on and I tried to call the restaurant who didn’t pick up despite them showing opening on Uber eats and Google food never arrived . If you after a pizza go else’s where !

I'm a guy who loves good service and I normally eat in here. It's not a gourmet place of course, but the service is really good. The food, kebabs and pizzas (try halloumi on your pizza!), are excellent and you absolutely can not knock it. You are treated very well here and the staff do their best to make you feel like you are served well and they are very welcoming.

I ordered 2 pizzas with Burger sauce and Mayonnaise, and I received both pizzas all over with KETCHUP which we don't like and eat. If they want they can come and take their Pizzas back I refuse to eat and pay for this.

A pleasant experience at this local kebab place. Staff was friendly and seemed happy to help. I stayed in for a meal, but they also offer take aways. A lamb doner with pitta bread was very tasty. Thanks!

I made a delivery order when my food come it was completely wrong couldn't eat it i called napoli they were not helpful at all they said my order was not from there as there uber eat ordering machine was broke they even had the cheek to put a smiley face on the container of my food snd wrote enjoy will never order from there again no customer service and will definitely take this complaint further

Got chicken when I ordered lamb

People were very nice but there was a cockroach on the plate. They did give us a refund but until that’s sorted can’t say we will be returning

Amazing food and very fast delivery.

Customer service was so bad it made me want to leave my order without paying. Blonde woman at the till has an attitude problem and was blatantly talking about my friends to her colleague. Kebab was binned on the way home.

Extremely bad service. The worker told me to set after I ordered chicken shawarma wrap, it took more than half hour, then he gave me half of my order without asking me what to put inside the shawarma. He said we are busy so you only can take this order or we’re closed.

Sadly not a great experience, I got overcharged however I was refunded when I challenged it. They then forgot about me but upgraded my pizza to a large then forgot about the salad I had paid for. I got most of the way home to realise that they hadn’t included the toppings on the pizza I’d paid for and the salad was not worth the £2.50 I paid for. The lettuce was old and floppy and sadly the red cabbage tired and old. I then found meat in my salad!!! I’m vegetarian so I’m very upset and shocked as there was no care. Very disappointed from my experience

Walk past this place and you see the sign for a £4.50 kebab wrap, bargain (you think)! Staff pile it full to the brim of meat, salad and sauces and think you’ve got yourself a great deal! You take it home, peel the tin foil off (with difficulty) and find a soggy wrap, full of cheap fatty meat, dripping from the bottom, tasteless and completely disappointing. If you order the chips also expect them to be way undercooked. Ive tried it a few times now and has always been the same

Went to get a small lamb doner kebab and when I got home found out they fried the lamb and put 12 chips on top the kebab which should not be in a doner kebab. also me and my friend saw a mouse at their establishment and when they were questioned about it they had the audacity to tell us it is "normal" and that it will go back outside in a bit. Overall shocking service and I do not recommend getting your food from here as this is not the first time they made a mistake with me but this by far is the worst mistake and service they have provided me.

Horrid tasteless Donner kebab ! Chicken had under cooked skin containing stringy substance, Lamb containing more skin than meat ,irritated NFG attitude customer service. Potions smaller compared to other kebab shops . gave second chance as it’s under apparent new management never bloody again. Highly NOT recommend, stay well clear . As for the food , Binned !

Shawirma was nice and prices good, staff are helpful, restaurant is clean. Little improvement in English is required specially for the one takes orders to get them right.

My boyfriend just came home with a pizza that I was looking forward to enjoy. It was specially said "just a little cheese"... But my pizza is drowning in cheese! Please listen to your customers better. I tried taking most of the cheese off, but under all that cheese is soggy dough, few pepperoni slices, a see through thin slices of mixed peppers and few olives. Somehow the pizza is still burned 🤯 this must be some sort of a talent, soggy but yet burned! What happened here?? I'm not eating my pizza 🙁 oh, and BTW, you are NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE!

I just picked up two 10inch pizza tonight it's terrible, disappointing a lot use to be so good the pizza there. When I order specially mention it little cheese but my pizza was only chees I think.

Walked out with out paying even the staff agreed the food was not fresh. Do not enter only thing its good for is shelter from the rain . Waste of time .

Ignore the reviewers with 1 or 2 reviews to their name and the local guides, they are all fake reviews. Nasty under cooked chips in pitta with salad for £4.50, not worth it and not nice had to bin it. No masks, hands touching money, tills and food. Fresh pizza used to be nice, but the hygiene is shocking.
