Been to every napoleon in the country and Hull is absolutely my favourite. Great staff great food always make you feel welcome, fabulous thank you

Visited on numerous occasions over the years, but my visit last night was the pinnacle so far, hence my first review here. From first stepping through the doors, the welcoming and bubbly attitude of the female receptionist was amazing. The exceptional welcoming continued in the bar area, we were served very promptly with our complimentary drinks of choice, then shown to our seats in the restaurant area shortly afterwards. The attentive, helpful and very professional manner of the waitress throughout was impeccable. The food is always very good, but tonight, just like the service, was absolute next level, the food was an orgasmic reaction in the mouth, everything was perfect. On the gaming floor, there has been a positive change in layout, what I did notice particular, was a massive improvement with the valet service, there was not as many “staring” security staff, so was a lot more relaxed for sure. Thank you to all concerned. Highly recommended.

Yet another great dine in style deal, the food quality for £37 is outstanding, staff are always great and the steak is unreal, I’ve paid well over twice that at Tomohawk and it does come close to Napoleons.

Had the bacon cheese burger tonight, was spot on, fresh and bought out quickly and piping hot. Full of flavour. But as always the highlight is jason behind the bar, exemplary service as always me amd the wife always comment how he knows everyone's names and remembers what everyone drinks. Couldn't ask for better customer service

Took my parents to Napoleons for the dine in style deal, absolute bargain for £35 a head, Beer, 3 course meal and a £5 chip, firstly I would like to mention the staff, the main lady was so friendly and a good laugh, and the staff in general were lovely, we even got an extra dessert for free by mistake, all the food was great quality, the steaks especially were better than some high end restaurants who charge more than £35 a steak for, on a whole we had a great time, quality food and a fun time in the casino that took all my money 😂

It was a refreshing experience to go out as a large group and not experience one problem, beyond the fact I had placed the wrong order for one guest. The customer service was excellent throughout the evening and they even corrected the order without any fuss at all. The food came timely, was absolutely gorgeous, not one complaint from 14 of us, vegan was catered for with some nice options. Any little dietary requests were dealt with smoothly. I totally recommend it for a fun evening out with family and friends

Perfect night. Never had a bad night yet, at Napoleon's Hull. The food is excellent, service is excellent and my apologies to the chef👨‍🍳. It must go against every chef rule in the book, I really do enjoy my steak burnt, my requests to have it done this way, are always met. Thank you all.

I had a charity fundraising night here to raise vital funds for the NSPCC and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Penny has been brilliant to work with, helping me plan and organise the perfect evening in the run up and during the night itself. The night was just brilliant- all of the staff were so attentive from helping me set up and throughout the night Itself. The food was amazing, and we raised an incredible £780 for the NSPCC. I can't think everyone at Napoleons Hull for such a brilliant event, you are all ace! ☺️

Having not been to Napoleons for a few years we decided to go on a Sunday for the 3 course meal with a drink and betting voucher.What a great deal it was..Large choice of drinks..cosy restuarant..amazing food and great friendly service and a win on the gaming machines to top it all off..This deal is really great value for money and we definately will be back!!

Gaining entry although straight forward you may well have to wait and “outside” as the lobby area can be “snug” for a lot of people. To me this casino needs bringing into the 21st century building/accommodation wise. Restaurant and food is highly recommended.

Well what a pleasant surprise Napoleons turned out to be ,right from the warm welcome from the very helpful girls at the reception desk to the excellent waitresses and bar-staff.The quality and presentation of the food was on a par if not better then some 4/5 star restaurants i have visited ,the menus are both imaginative and very tasty as well as outstanding value for money.The restaurant itself has just the right level of subdued lighting and background music to make for a really nice ambiance .A complimentary £5 casino chip is a nice added bonus.Now the casino itself ,very very very user friendly with superb croupiers/dealers who are more then happy to explain the rules of each particular table.Don't panic about blowing the weeks house keeping money,you can get chips for as little as .........25p which is really good as it gives you a chance to get your bearings without costing you an arm and a leg.In summary a great way to spend a very pleasant evening in lovely surroundings and nice people.

As a family we love Napoleons restaurant and have visited may times over the years. We booked a special Boxing Day meal and this wasn't any exception-it was fantastic as always.Sam looked after us and we couldn't have felt more special. A first visit celebrating a family birthday (with a birthday meal voucher for a FREE 3 course meal) The bar and restaurant are very welcoming and the staff were lovely and very attentive. Visited Napoleon's on Thursday night; twenty of us, opting for the 'Dine in Style'. This is three courses, with a drink voucher (pint, glass of wine, spirit or soft drink) and a £5 gaming chip. Some of us weren't members but were quickly signed up as guests. We were seated quickly and drinks orders were taken. We had pre-ordered our food from the April menu & our starters arrived within minutes. Selections included: fresh tomato soup, duck rillette with a celeriac coleslaw type thing (lovely), prawn cocktail and a melon medley (salad?) All were hoovered up very swiftly!Mains:Swordfish - sadly a thumbs down; described as "tasteless, watery and boney"Brisket of beef was delicious, and HUGE.Pork loin was moist and tasty.All accompanied by Delphenoise potatoes, and fresh mixed veg (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and green beans). All hot & fresh.Puddings were gorgeous. Peanut butter cheesecake, frangipani tart, banana brioche etc.Service was spot on.Definitely be back.

Only been once before but was nearly 8 years ago, went again for the mother in laws birthday and cant rate it enough! I'm quite picky so wasnt overly confident in the choice for the february menu, i went with chicken ceaser salad for starter, the steak and prawns for main and trecle tart for dessert. I canot fault one thing with any of dishes, absolutely perfect and so so so nice, very well presented and very generous portions. Will definately be going again! Plus its actually quite a bargain when you take off what you'd spend on your free drink and the £5 chip you get to play with. Incredible!

Having gone to the casino on Saturday night, & having not made a booking for the restaurant, ( big mistake). We were lucky enough to be treated like royalty & had a table made up especially for us just off the restaurant,The food was excellent, beautifully cooked & the portions just sufficient to satisfy without overfacing.This restaurant is excellent, the service peerless & to be highly recommended.I would certainly return, but would book in advance to ensure getting a table.The casino itself is very busy with a varied clientele, & having visited lots of casinos over many years, I was very pleased to note that some sort of dress code applies. There were no hoodies, baseball caps etc that I have seen in other casinos.Well done Napoleons.The only thing I could possibly criticise would be the lack of interaction between players & dealers, but that could have been down to the sheer business of this excellent casino.Thanks to Mick & all the staff for an excellent night out. We shall be returning.
