If you love croquettes and hate having money, this is your spot! Tasty, but tiny, croquettes wildly overpriced.

In Box Park. Hot, salty chips were delicious and fresh. Burger had perfectly balanced flavours and together with the chips - divine. Lovely little treat. Friendly server too.

Placed an order via ubereats. Delivery on time but the food was stone cold and missing items. Honestly what is all the fuss about a burger that looks as if someone has chewed it prior to being put in the bun and cheap fries smothered in salt ? Hot or cold this would taste cheap. I'd sooner a five guys for the money it costs. Never again.

We ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and it was really good and juicy

bumped me off with 3 mini fillets in the Chicken Ceaser burger, it weren't good this time, and Just Eat won't refund me.

Missing one of the burgers very disappointed

It's toooo gooooood!!!! I can't believe I ate all that. But it was absolutely divine. Chips to perfection. Way more meat than I should strictly need to eat in one sitting. But absolutely delicious!

Stopped by BoxPark Croydon. I was in the mood for a burger. I was not disappointed. NannyBills... It was a great surprise. I'm a bit picky, but this burger had me from start to finish. Excellent, meat, seriously tasty and satisfied. Well done! I'll be back with my little one😊

Got a plant based burger while friends had the meat options. Burger and ingredients seemed very good along with the fries but what let our meals down were the buns. But stale and dry that they fell apart in our hands. Otherwise had potential to be a very good burger.

The beef croquettes are to die for!

I had a good experience ordering from here before (quite a while ago), but this time it just wasn’t it. The Dalston dip burger was so very dry, both the meat and the bun, and the gravy completely tasteless - the only thing it added to the burger was the moisture it was lacking. Not sure what happened but I won’t be ordering again.

We were also missing part of our order (cooked brisket croquettes), so £6 lighter for the pleasure of terrible service. Tried calling both numbers, mobile and the landline on their website. Was hung up on once and never called back, despite leaving a voicemail.

I have been here twice already in two days! Something about Niya that is soo pure love here energy and shes very helpful - AND THE FOOD!!! Super tasty it’s HALAL and yummy can customise the burgers!! Absolutely LOVE this spot very reasonably priced especially for the quality of the food and delicious flavours/seasoning. My favourite is the chicken but my friends I have brought here love the beef with gravy.

The burger was delicious. I have been a regular so I their quality is top notch. They were kind enough to give me some extra nuggets when they ran out of mozzarella sticks. I was happy with the service and food.

Expensive for what you get. Tasted alright, but small £12 burger, fries 3.5 extra (tho a decent amount), charge £1 for ketchup. Guess that's London for you.

Me and my wife ate here a while back. We were looking forward to it as the Wembley branch is really good. However the burgers lacked flavour here, the gravy the gave us for our burgers was also cold. I wouldn’t of minded paying £15-18 per meal but this was trash and a waste of money. Wayyyy overpriced for what you’re providing. Service wasn’t good either considering the prices you’re charging. No smile, ignored initially etc. disappointed. Edit: gave this place another chance by ordering it on Uber eats. Ordered a family deal with 4 burgers. All 4 burgers were burnt and they forgot all of the add on sauces. Place is terrible compared to the Wembley branch.

Missed off an item, cold chips and warm drink

Ordered the Lula burger, best vegan burger I have ever had!! The flavours were insane! Aggy fries were also a delicious side dish. Front of house Kai was super cute and super polite , and massive compliments to chef Harry ! Food took a while to come out but was well worth the wait. Would highly recommend

I had The Dulston Dip and fries + coke twice. The burgher is very good but the service can been really slow... 15/20 minutes waiting. Also you don't get a device that vibrates when ready.. you need to go and wait there.. Not good. They should bring one extra person in and notify people when is ready rather than having to wait in front of the shop. Waiting time us too long.

Harryyy is the best I came on new years and had the jam burger avd they were out of bacon so Harry kindly replaced with bacon jam and wow it’s the best burger I’ve had !!!! I have gone back to try more little bits again (Mac and cheese bites ) avd they are DELICIOUS

Ordered a hot spicy burger from here , the beef was so over cooked and chewy I couldn’t eat it and full of gristle , I received a tiny slither of bacon which wasn’t crispy and mainly fat and the chips arrived completely cold. I wouldn’t recommend for the price. Quite possibly the worst burger I’ve had.

Delivery was unfortunately a fair bit late and fries missing from order.

2nd order from here now, and the food is amazing! Burgers are wrapped in paper, and not foil, so they don't get soggy and steamed upon delivery. And the croquettes, say no more! The food is really on point!, try them...

Thursday 5th October 2:20pm Website says open. But not open.

Chips arrived lukewarm and the drink was not chilled. Chicken in the burger was very bland and lacked seasoning. Not much Parmesan in the burger either.

It’s just ok The burger is just OK for the price, it’s nothing special But for the price it should be amazing, something to tell your friends about The burger patty was ok but not special, the burger sauce it was the saving grace not to give it under 4 stars Chips were not included although for the amount your paying they should be Staff were friendly and attentive no fault there The atmosphere was dark and tables were sticky (I don’t know if it’s restaurant responsibility or box park) charging ports at the every table though I would only eat there again if it was more affordable or chips would be included

My order took 30 minutes to prepare and the customer service wasn't great. No one to assist or acknowledge your presence. Food was ok. I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger with seasoned fries. Burger itself was very fresh and nice, but the coating was burnt.

One of the best burger joint in the whole London and the best at least in south London:) generous portions, juicy, and cooked to perfection both chips and burgers. Will definitely order from here!

I got the Bacon Double Cheeseburger with Salted Fries, Burger Sauce and Mixed Croquettes. Honestly, worth every penny. Their burger sauce though? Top notch. You could see the kitchen was extremely clean and both chefs were very sanitary in handling everything. They had precision in their work and the packaging was lovely too. The Mac&Cheese croquettes were defo a fave of mine too.

Burgers are really something special.. Dalston dip burger is just honestly unreal with the gravy! Fantastic. Chips are perfectly cooked and seasoned also! Highly advise and will be advising people to try!

Ordered online waiting an hours but still no signs of delivery, can’t be contacted, having kids waiting for their food.

Have tried to order from this restaurant twice via deliveroo and on both occasions they have continued to delay the order despite the rider being ready. Had to cancel in the end because the order was going to be more than 40 mins late. Restaurant does not answer their phone so no way to contact them. Would not recommend if you are hungry and want your food to arrive that day!

Bun was kinda stale. Burger was salty as previous reviews had mentioned, not worth the £11.50 asking price for a double cheeseburger. Average at best. Definitely wouldn't eat here again.

Absolutely LOVE these burgers! Definitely the best burgers around! Currently eating the Hot Box burger and it's amazing! Chips are also really good, perfectly salted and quite a big portion. would definitely recommend to others if youre looking for a good burger....

Food came cold and late, missed off 1/3 things

Missed 1 portion of chips from the order. Wasn't an uber driver yet they sealed the bag. Should have opened and checked it before i went home. Probably would have happened if I'd ordered via deliveroo except now i can't get a refund because i didn't order it via an app. Don't understand why they treat normal customers the same as deliveroo drivers.

Great delivery service. And although my drink order was not in stock the restaurant tried to reach out and provided me with two alternatives. That was very thoughtful- appreciated the gesture

Wicked burgers and we have had a fair few! The gravy was 10/10. Cooked medium and perfectly seasoned. Could be a little hotter but they were busy. Don't understand lots of these reviews

Burgers were far too salty. One of our group took their burger back because it was so salty he couldn't eat it. Literally tasted of nothing but salt. Usual expensive burgers and need to add the cost of chips on top, should be really good burgers at the price. Maybe it was just the batch of burgers..... We were told by box park staff that these were the best burgers at box park but you'd be better going to burger king across the road. Staff ignored us first time we walked in and then didn't know if they were open or not. They had to look at a tablet by the till to find out if they were open.
