Brothers Kebab House in Croydon

Decent Kebab the only thing ruined it was there chilli sauce it has a strong mint sauce taste in it.

Every Friday night I get the doner kebab with all the salad and burger sauce. Its delicious. I don't have much else to add, I always phone in my order for collection and it's usually 10 minutes so I'm very happy with the service.

Was recommended by my old kebab house however was refused service dispite being during advertised hours then had abuse hurled at me by staff when asked why not a friendly establishment

The chicken kebab is not that good.i tried a couple of times and The chicken feels dry and garlic sauce feels watery.

Extremely gone down hill. The extra Donna bread with white cabbage was disgusting. It obviously came out of a jar preserved in vinegar. Been using them for years but no more The kebab was a joke. I assume you have changed owerniship?

For this duner they charge me almost £15 . I will never recommend them to a friend or use them again.

This place was absolutely amazing, great food, great people, excellent customer service.

Very poor! Ordered small chicken doner with chilli sauce and all salad but turned up no salad and chilli slavered on top of the tasteless chicken!! Corn on the cob as dry as eating dirt!! When i rang to complain I was accused of being drunk and they was going too call the police?? Thought they was the best kebab house in Croydon, obviously changed my mind now!! STOP using on line and speak to people!!

Go someone where else. Rude staff, had heard good things. But waste of time. Man behind the counter seemed rude and aggressive. Not worth the wait. Go some where else

One of the freshest shish kebabs I've tried. Visited in person as well as ordered over the phone for delivery. Delivery arrives promptly and food always tastes fresh and portions are quite generous. The staff are very friendly and always willing to have a chat and a laugh. I would highly recommend a try as I'm their regular customer.

I travelled from Donegal to Addiscombe today, and the only place I wanted to go on my 1st night... Brothers Kebab. Great food, as always.

Delicious kebabs, best in the area. The staff are very friendly. We bought dinner for 5 of us and they threw in some free baklava and a bottle of sprite.

Very nice lamb kebab a little bit to much salad for my liking garlic sauce nice but the chilli sauce wow nasty as hell no taste no spice it was warm I wanted chilli sauce not soup I expected it to have a bit of a kick but no my hamster has more kick will not recommend that to anybody

Popped in here for the first time in years this past weekend, used to be my local Kebab place before I moved & the food myself & my son had was really tasty! 😋👌 The staff were really friendly & provided great service, the food was top notch. 💯 Will definitely be grabbing something to eat from these guys the next time I'm in the area. 👍

Overpriced! The chicken burger was like eating an old boot! My husband' doner kebab was overcooked, tough & dry. Would never use this Kebab shop again!

Uber Eat delivery food. Arrived and the portions of salad and chips were large.

Order a doner chicken kebab using uber app. Took 10 minutes from ordering to my door step! Chicken dry and salty!! That means it wasn.t cooked fresh and they added the salt to preserve the food!!

Been going here over 30years. Always had great kebabs, burgers. On a few occasions the chips have been off. They just need to add red cabbage to their salad choice.

Best kebab shop in Croydon no doubt. Long years serving top quality food. Best in the business.

Food was good but delivery service was disgusting! The driver (a child with a chip on his shoulder) phoned to say he was outside the block of flats. I have a broken foot so asked him to bring it in. When he got to the door he said, after seeing me with a broken foot, “I won’t be bringing it to your door next time, it takes too much of my time”. I have to tell the restaurant when I order next time. Words were exchanged, and I phoned the restaurant to explain, they were very apologetic but the damage is done, a good place destroyed by the staff they hire.

Best Kebabs in Addiscombe (and all of Croydon probably). Served properly with the meat, salad and sauce in the pitta bread.

Customer service good but the donor was dry and I was put off by grisle and fat. Not enough meat for the price.

The portions are small in comparison with other kebabs on the same street. They are not very friendly so I don't think I will come back.

Not sure if they have changed hands but dry shish, generic kofte and not sure what they have done to the chilli sauce not the brothers I recommend to people...

For 3 orders placed 3 were messed up! Even if you call them and say that they have messed up they won't admit it. Poor really poor customer service. Won't order anything again.

Was looking for a late night snack, Brothers was the only one open till 2am Saturday turns out the chicken shish was cooked properly and the chilli sauce had a little kick. Just right after a nice social night out.

You do get a decent kebab from here. No red cabbage but meat is good and fresh so no complaints here. Get red cabbage and 5 stars

I grew up just down the road from this place. Truly was tremendous. I ate here for over 20 years. The quality of their food was always great that entire time. For what it was; awesome greasy kebabs, low key food and burgers. Everything they made from their Shish Kebabs to their Donner Kebabs to their Chicken Burgers to their Veggie Burgers -- all delicious. I'm reviewing this 3000 miles away from another country I live in. Memories man. What a place.

As much as I have to roll my eyes at the sheer number of times they've given me the wrong change, I always come back here. I've tried kebabs in other restaurants around the UK, and I have to admit that they just aren't as tasty as the ones from Brothers. My mum also adores their chicken burgers. It's not that mushed up rubbish, it's an actual chicken fillet plain to see. The shish and doner meat is well spiced, pittas are soft and the chips are crispy. Just give me the right change! I still highly recommend though!

Great place, been coming here for years. Advice don’t hit too late on cause they seem to slack off a tad and get a bit lazy, don’t give you full salad, sauces, service etc.. But generally a good shout.

Voted 'Best Kebab House' in London. After 20 years, different owners but still amazing food. Travelled from Guildford to Brothers in Addiscombe in Croydon just for a kebab, but what a kebab, wasn't disappointed.

From someone who's eaten well more than his fair share of kebabs over the last 20yrs I can safely say that this was one of the worst.

Rang this establishment by accident however there were no regrets. ..HUGE juicy chillies, tasty lamb doner ...& crunchy fresh salad.

Ordered two chicken burger and chips on New Year's Eve and waited over an hour, I understand it was probably busy but I they didn't even notify me of how long it could be. I also rang after an hour to ask were was my food and they didn't even apologise for the delay. When the food finally arrived it was cold and probably the worst chicken burger and chips I've ever had, it was like eating cardboard. I was so disappointed because their food is normal very good, and I'm not particularly fussy.

Don't expect good customer service I ordered a few items that were cold and the chips were not fresh and said that i would be paying card the delivery driver forget card machine said someone will phone up in 15 mins well no one did three days later i had someone ringing my doorbell mad he was rude and still didn't bring the card machine stay clear they have got bad over the past couple of months i have used them for the past couple of years and this is how they repay you with freshness and Customer Service

Always friendly service, great local lovely food and quick delivery can't complain at all 10/10
