Domino's Pizza - London - Croydon Central in Croydon

Croydon Central put the phone down on me twice mid-conversation when I enquired about my order. The person who answered the phone was rude and belligerent. I wasn't disrespectful. I waited 20 minutes for my order when it was “live” on the tracker. The pizza arrived with a lazy cut. For some reason, the staff felt the need to cut it in half. Considering how rude the staff are, whom have no customer service skills, I expect they talk to their wives in the same manner, I won't buy from this franchise again.

The worst experience I ever had!!!! My son is a 6-year-old autistic boy and he loves dominos, but today the man on the counter shouted at us that he would not take any more orders if I wanted a pizza I should go back in an hour to order or go to a different shop, but literally screaming I left as quickly as possible cuz I was scared of him, he was very abusive and aggressive with the words and body language. I would never go back there

Most rude staff. The tables were dirty. The lady working had served me with the wrong order of drink. When asked for a refund or replacement. I was asked if I have eyes to check when collected. As if it wasn't their job to deliver the order right. I had to chuck it in the bin. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

This branch is a delivery and collection type set up. There is limited seating for quick bites, but not for a full dining experience. You basically place one's order, wait & collect. Staff are friendly and helpful.

First time ordering, they sent me burnt nachos, I rang back and asked if it would be okay to have a replacement and they sent more without any issues and were really fast. On the phone very kind man, very happy with the service will return. Thank you frm Dingwall xx

I do frequently order pizzas from Domino's, as Italian I can say that this is not the classic Italian pizza, I'd like to say that Domino's has got their own type of pizza which in my opinion it's not that bad when compared to other ones in Croydon. Honestly nothing to complain about. Keep it up.

This has to be the absolute worst pizza I have ever had (that wasn't burnt to a crisp)! The dough was so thin that it was flaking as if it were a sausage roll! I thought you were rolling pizza doughs not pressing pants?! On top of that, not a single attempt was made to cut this pizza so this made for a messy, terrible pizza experience!

I always get my pizza's from here, they are normally very good. If they get it wrong they put it right. Great service

After being let down so many times by other local pizza restaurants within croydon I decided to revert back to Croydon Central Dominoes for the fresh ingredients guarantee, I’ve Only eaten here Twice and already love the quality of pizza the staff are making here, Sure it may cost abit more but totally tasty, filling and worthwhile, the staff are great and straight to the point Also, Manger please Commend your staff 👍🏽 Very clean environment and nice and quiet to eat in, I usually eat a whole medium pizza and be on my way, nice and warm inside the store also, staff do not bother me or stare while i am eating which is super great for me, Very tasty Pizza, exceptional quality & made very nicely by staff, thank you for being Top Quality and giving me a great meal experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤝

Just discovered that i cant order a gluten free pizza from dominos. They wanted me to order it online even though i was in the store-Due to a policy on handling allergen information. Yet i was able to order a chicken feast and the vegan peperonay. Oddly there was no restriction on ordering the vigan pizza. How this makes any sence is beyond me. Overall really good pizzas despite their flawed ordering method

Overall food & service is good but not enough seats to sit and eat. Most preferred way is to take away.

The food was good (in fact we've never been disappointed with quality) but the staff (not all but a few) were unfriendly (experienced twice) and had no time to explain any deals or offers. Probably not going to visit this Dominos Croydon Central store forever.

Generally speaking, there are better pizzas for better prices and in other stores

3 Stars because it's Domino's and the food is quality but unfortunately the staff aren't quality. All staff members were very unfriendly to almost ignorant.

My wife and I ordered today for the 1st time and must say the pizza was gorgeous. Well cooked and well balanced with the toppings. I wish you could give a tip to the person making your pizza 🍕 because there is one of them when they just get it perfect. Thank you!

Generally fine. But on this occasion they delivered my order to another address and they accepted it (even though they hadn't ordered pizza - who does that?? just accept a delivery from pizza company even though they know they haven't ordered one!!!!) Remade my order are a little I confirmed three times I hadn't received my order.

I do notrealky have much to say about here, except that it does not accommodate dining in. There are no tables and chairs for you to sit and eat your pizza. It's more a place to collect and online order, or take your order to go. The staff are patient and let you know of the options/ deals available. To conclude, don't come here to eat in, but you can come her to pick up an order or place an order to go, if you live close by.

Terrible customer service. The 40% off deal doesn’t go through and it messes your order up. When you call they tell you they can’t do anything about it. Do you expect me to pay full price for pizza I can’t eat??

One of the staff very rude today 7pm iam there to buy a pizza . I cover my face with piece of cloth but the woman in the counter refuse to serve me she told me I have to bring a mask to get serve same time she not use the mask inside the shop and preparing pizza with out wear mask

Ordered a pizza online for delivery - 1 hour later it was still being prepped. I called the shop who rudely told me it would be another hour even if I collected it myself. I asked to speak to the manager who said I could pick it up in 10 minutes. When I walked in to get my food the worker had such an attitude. The shop was quiet. And after waiting over an hour, arguing with little miss attitude and having to drive out to get my own food do you think I got a single apology or any kind of compensation? No.

Pizzas takeaways are getting cheaper and more competitive these days not to mention sourdough pizzas which are also trending. At Dominos, you can now get a pizza deal with two toppings for 2.49 from 12-4pm. If you google this, you will find that it was only 1.99 some time ago! Anyway, tried this pizza deal and it was not bad. The quality is just your usual pizza while the taste depends on what you chose! The pizza is sliced which makes it convenient to eat.

Great deals on offer, super fast delivery, tasty slab of carbs! What more could you want.

Quality is paramount for the team running this outlet. No compromise. Really appreciate this.

Not friendly staff and not good pizza

Delivery is very quick if you live in central croydon, the delivery guys are friendly but somehow they'll ALWAYS mess up your order somehow. Last time I ordered they forgot one of the sides, they've forgotten extra dips that we ordered, and this time they forgot TWO pizza toppings. Cost cutting technique? Not great.

Dominos pizza stopped using them. Dominos pizza is great but a bit pricey and they have good delivery timing but they have a terrible customer service i went to there store and i was disgraced but the gents that were serving me and also there drivers are riding there bikes like crazy and dominos obviously doesn't care. Thats why i have stopped using them.

The pizzas are normally fresh and yummy but since they have moved there base the pizzas have gone down hill, hence my review.

Food never arrived after 90 mins of waiting for a VERY SMALL order. Called and cancelled after I was lied to and told food was 5 mins away. They stole my money - did not refund.

It’s okay, but when ordering drivers are getting lost. Once called the shop and ordered pizza for 18:30 delivery a girl took my order... I called them at 19:05 to find out that nobody knew about my order...

The pizza itself was fine, however having decided to collect the experience was pretty bad - the technology side was fine and keeping me updated however the in store staff were pretty useless not coming to give my pizza even though I was the only customer in the shop with the order clearly visible on the screen. The staff were too busy either talking or on mobiles checking social media to bother serving so that experience was pretty bad though the food itself was to the normal standards you expect from Domino's. Maybe delivery would have been a better option, but I guess that's why you get a better deal for walk ins!

What a great lunch! These guys always deliver on time and the staff are so friendly; led fantastically by their awesome boss, Sagheer. He's a real gentleman and could open his own pizza chain tomorrow and i'd invest in it! The food was amazing and on time!

Waited nearly 30mins for a collection

This is by far one of the best pizza shop out there in Croydon area. I'd rate 5*s for the taste but 3* for delivery. Pizzas are usually fresh and very tasty from this place. For collection, there are always great offers.

Very disappointed with dominos Croydon today. Placed an order for asap delivery at 7pm. Checked status at 7.40, showed as prepare, phoned them to be told that the order is not yet prepared and delivery time is 2.5 hours. No mention of this until I phoned. Poor!!!

Disgusting service, ordered a pizza at 3.15pm today and I haven't received it yet and it's 4.39pm now. Terrible time management skills as it should never take over an hour to get 1 pizza. Seriously will not recommend this branch to ordering your pizza and will never be purchasing from them again. Terrible and disgusting service. I suggest know one to order from them ever!!

In fact, ZERO stars as rating. Ordered pizza delivery from this branch and used the tracker. The pizza NEVER CAME but the tracker said order has been delivered. Called the branch but poor customer service and it takes a week (or more) for a refund. Lousy lousy lousy! Better order from a different branch and NOT from this branch.

Poor customer service rude staff who don't listen and can't be bothered to correctly spell your name out of lazyness often give in correct orders so I now use purley.

Pizza good. Delivery fine. starters not sent out after already charging for delivery and then initially refusing to re-send them out. After 3 phone calls he blames the delivery driver (who in turn blamed his manager for packing the order!) Starters arrived 1h later COLD. Good food staff issues

Ordered my food. Was waiting for over two hours...tried ringing the shop to see where my food was....kept hanging up on me and putting me on hold. I prefer dominos over pizza Hut but not going to buy from that shop again.

the customer service is atrocious. They got my order wrong and refused to own up to their mistake (this isn't the first time either). they hanged up the phone after a timely debate on my order. in short do not order from here especially if you want bbq stuffed crust, they will get it wrong every time.
