Domino's Pizza - London - Croydon Central in Croydon

Generally had no issues at this store and found them to be pretty good. However my most recent order arrived a bit squashed! EDIT: Discussed with the branch who were extremely helpful and have not received another squashed pizza, so I do recommend this one!

I ordered a small pizza at 8:57, it is 22:34 and my pizza is NOT here! It should have been delivered half hour ago, they press "delivered" on the app, but NO ONE come with my order! When I called them, he said that his collegue was here, but is a BIG LIE because I have concierge downstairs and they haven't seen no one! Check your staff on today's shift and train them well! I am so so upset on this situation!

It was a pleasant experience eating at Dominos pizza - Ceoydon Central. The food is nice and hot and the staff are courteous and friendly. Always a nice time eating therewhen waiting for my sons boxing class to be over.

We ordered two large pizzas and some sides to celebrate our son’s birthday. Both pizzas are rubbish and not cooked enough all soggy. It’s spoiled our birthday party. Please don’t order from this branch they don’t have good enough trained staff to cook I think. All wasted

Got the pizza yesterday for my girlfriend birthday party I got the stuff on time and the driver was very pleasant and I went there again it’s going to be my go to place.

the food was barely even warm when it arrived and went cold really quickly. I ordered the garlic dippers and when it turned up it wasn't even cut up

I usually receive great service and the right order 85% of the time. However, I received the wrong pizza even though I have paid extra for stuffed crust. No biggie, everyone makes mistakes so I called dominos to let them know so they can refund me the difference to use for my next order. I have called 20 different times in the space of 10minutes, but no answer whatsoever.. and it’s close to 9PM so I wouldn’t imagine it being busy. I finally got an answer once I called from a different number that I didn’t use to order. The gentleman on the phone proceeded to put me on hold to see “what happened” and proceeded to keep my on the line for 17 minutes (I’m still on hold as I’m writing this). I don’t believe in writing bad reviews, but this really seems like they only answered to stop me from constantly calling and put me on hold to hush me up.

Wasted nearly £50 on this order, but the biggest disappointment was the nachos, all four portions arrived burnt. Never again!

If I could give 0 for this place I would absolutely disgusting they also charge whatever they want I went in 4 days prior to today and paid £7 something today they tried to charge over £20 absolutely ridiculous and I have the proof on bank statements in case anyone from corporate wanted proof of this :)

i ordered my pizza for take away on tuesday evening when i asked about information and allergens they really did not care about my questions very rude staff

Gone down the past few years. Ordered two pizzas and they came wrong, ordered again and let us keep the first two. The second batch was also wrong. We ended up getting 2 more. In total 6 pizzas in the space of an hour and a half. Ridiculous!!

Got takeaway on a Friday night, ordered about 6.30 pm and had delivery about 30mins afterwards. App really good at the updates, delivery driver was pleasant (and accepts tips in cash/coins). Food was warm on arrival and tasty, particularly liked the tomato sauce base they use, and mozzarella cheese. I'd recommend both their classic and Italian crusts. They add about £2.50/3 for delivery.

Croydon Central put the phone down on me twice mid-conversation when I enquired about my order. The person who answered the phone was rude and belligerent. I wasn't disrespectful. I was told by the person on the line that the app wasn't working, but I could see it was. During the second phone call, i was told aggressively that the order “will get there when it gets there”. I waited 20 minutes for my order when it was “live” on the tracker. The delivery driver eventually arrived and apologised for the delay as he stated there were roadworks that delayed him. The driver was pleasant. The pizza arrived with a lazy cut. For some reason, the staff felt the need to cut it in half. Considering how rude the staff are, whom have no customer service skills, I expect they talk to their wives in the same manner, I won't buy from this franchise again.

The worst experience I ever had!!!! My son is a 6-year-old autistic boy and he loves dominos, but today the man on the counter shouted at us that he would not take any more orders if I wanted a pizza I should go back in an hour to order or go to a different shop, but literally screaming I left as quickly as possible cuz I was scared of him, he was very abusive and aggressive with the words and body language. I would never go back there

Most rude staff. The tables were dirty. The lady working had served me with the wrong order of drink. When asked for a refund or replacement. I was asked if I have eyes to check when collected. As if it wasn't their job to deliver the order right. I had to chuck it in the bin. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

This branch is a delivery and collection type set up. There is limited seating for quick bites, but not for a full dining experience. You basically place one's order, wait & collect. Staff are friendly and helpful.

First time ordering, they sent me burnt nachos, I rang back and asked if it would be okay to have a replacement and they sent more without any issues and were really fast. On the phone very kind man, very happy with the service will return. Thank you frm Dingwall xx

I do frequently order pizzas from Domino's, as Italian I can say that this is not the classic Italian pizza, I'd like to say that Domino's has got their own type of pizza which in my opinion it's not that bad when compared to other ones in Croydon. Honestly nothing to complain about. Keep it up.

This has to be the absolute worst pizza I have ever had (that wasn't burnt to a crisp)! The dough was so thin that it was flaking as if it were a sausage roll! I thought you were rolling pizza doughs not pressing pants?! On top of that, not a single attempt was made to cut this pizza so this made for a messy, terrible pizza experience!

After being let down so many times by other local pizza restaurants within croydon I decided to revert back to Croydon Central Dominoes for the fresh ingredients guarantee, I’ve Only eaten here Twice and already love the quality of pizza the staff are making here, Sure it may cost abit more but totally tasty, filling and worthwhile, the staff are great and straight to the point Also, Manger please Commend your staff 👍🏽 Very clean environment and nice and quiet to eat in, I usually eat a whole medium pizza and be on my way, nice and warm inside the store also, staff do not bother me or stare while i am eating which is super great for me, Very tasty Pizza, exceptional quality & made very nicely by staff, thank you for being Top Quality and giving me a great meal experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤝

Just discovered that i cant order a gluten free pizza from dominos. They wanted me to order it online even though i was in the store-Due to a policy on handling allergen information. Yet i was able to order a chicken feast and the vegan peperonay. Oddly there was no restriction on ordering the vigan pizza. How this makes any sence is beyond me. Overall really good pizzas despite their flawed ordering method

Generally fine. But on this occasion they delivered my order to another address and they accepted it (even though they hadn't ordered pizza - who does that?? just accept a delivery from pizza company even though they know they haven't ordered one!!!!) Remade my order are a little I confirmed three times I hadn't received my order.

I do notrealky have much to say about here, except that it does not accommodate dining in. There are no tables and chairs for you to sit and eat your pizza. It's more a place to collect and online order, or take your order to go. The staff are patient and let you know of the options/ deals available. To conclude, don't come here to eat in, but you can come her to pick up an order or place an order to go, if you live close by.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery - 1 hour later it was still being prepped. I called the shop who rudely told me it would be another hour even if I collected it myself. I asked to speak to the manager who said I could pick it up in 10 minutes. When I walked in to get my food the worker had such an attitude. The shop was quiet. And after waiting over an hour, arguing with little miss attitude and having to drive out to get my own food do you think I got a single apology or any kind of compensation? No.

Pizzas takeaways are getting cheaper and more competitive these days not to mention sourdough pizzas which are also trending. At Dominos, you can now get a pizza deal with two toppings for 2.49 from 12-4pm. If you google this, you will find that it was only 1.99 some time ago! Anyway, tried this pizza deal and it was not bad. The quality is just your usual pizza while the taste depends on what you chose! The pizza is sliced which makes it convenient to eat.

Great deals on offer, super fast delivery, tasty slab of carbs! What more could you want.

Not friendly staff and not good pizza

Delivery is very quick if you live in central croydon, the delivery guys are friendly but somehow they'll ALWAYS mess up your order somehow. Last time I ordered they forgot one of the sides, they've forgotten extra dips that we ordered, and this time they forgot TWO pizza toppings. Cost cutting technique? Not great.

Dominos pizza stopped using them. Dominos pizza is great but a bit pricey and they have good delivery timing but they have a terrible customer service i went to there store and i was disgraced but the gents that were serving me and also there drivers are riding there bikes like crazy and dominos obviously doesn't care. Thats why i have stopped using them.
