Really yummy and fresh food & coffee! Friendly staff. We had a jacket potato and a focaccia sandwich. Both delicious! Big menu with lots of vegetarian options. We would definitely return

Sausage sandwich last week £3.70. This week, £4.50, and increase of over 20% and totally unwarranted. What you get is just one and a half not great quality sausages in a very ordinary roll. Cost of ingredients I would put at around 30p, plus lets be generous and add £1 for other costs so gross margin 78%. It is places like this who are keeping inflation ( and therefore interest rates) high and we all pay for it. I will not be going to this place again.

Best coffee in Westminster. food freshly made, brilliant breakfast and lunch venue. very nice staff family run business who couldn’t be more helpful. 5 stars

It's a sandwich/cafe place with great breakfast, brunch and lunch options, from regular flatbreads, to more elaborate sandwiches, soups or pasta. They have many different bread varieties, as well as toppings, and you can, of course, also create your own version. Very nice tastes, very generous contents.

Grumpy old woman serving food. Doesn't listen when you order. The food came out and we were given ours and it was slightly wrong so we thought it was because she hadn't listened. Then the right food came out and thepeople on the next table were given our order without any explanation of it not being what they ordered. Then the old woman came out and berated customers at both tables. She's rude.

Now I don't usually go out of my way to write a bad review, but this is the 4th/5th maybe 6th time I've had a problem with this place and I've yet to learn my lesson (well I have now) They're just downright rude in there and are very well known for it. Todays encounter - I walk in and they have all the usual stuff a sandwich shop has, they've got all the cold meats, salads etc in a window behind the counter, you know, to make sandwiches with. Textbook sandwich shop, great, I'll have a chicken and sweetcorn sandwich please. The bloke behind the counter just said "no" I was like "what do you mean no its right there" And he just pointed to their pre made sandwich menu board and said "only these" So they're a sandwich shop that don't make fresh sandwiches for you, you have to have one that's been sitting there for who knows how long. Potentially from the day before? Who knows. This is not the first time this happened and I kick myself for trying again. The man who I assume is the gaffer/manager I've had be rude and short to me before and have seen him doing it numerous times (I walk past it 4/5 times a day) and the older lady, who I assume might be his mum, is even worse. Literally seen her shouting at people. They have a strange system of ordering and taking your order number to the till to pay as well, and god help you if its your first time in the shop and you don't know how they work. Lots of tuts and sighs. Outrageously expensive as well This lot need a serious dose of customer service. Never again!

Outstanding full English breakfast! A diversity of fresh items, freshly prepared, attractively presented, in generous portions, on a capacious platter. And the coffee . . . wow! All at amazing value prices. Service is swift, welcoming and responsive.

£8 for a sandwich and part of it looked like the picture attached. The food is super tasty, the people are really nice, but opening my sandwich and seeing this today I was less than impressed.

The stocky large man serving was very rude and had no idea of customer service. I went with a friend at lunchtime and we both got sandwich. Despite being served at same time I was still waiting 15 mins after my friend got theirs. When I went in to enquire about mine I was immediately told to wait in line and then told to get out. The guy was aggressive from the start. Avoid this place as I certainly won't be going back.

Nasty rude staff. Didn't end up eating here. At 1pm they finished and were obviously keen to get home. No service culture. If you are the owner get rid of these staff and replace with people who want to serve customers.

I adhere to social distancing guidelines as CLEARLY marked on the floor. A customer behind me however decided to just barge in and place himself closer to the counter and the lady behind the till decides to serve him first. I then intervene to advise her that I was here first and yet haven’t been served, she walks right past me, IGNORES me quite blankly and then carries on to serve the guy. I then proceed to asking her why I’m not being served first (in the most polite manner) and she shouts “for salads stand here and for hot food stand there that simple” and carries on serving him.. I explain that I was standing in a very very small shop in a place MARKED for social distancing and then she continues to ignore me entirely. Such shocking and disrespectful service for a regular customer in such difficult times!! such disrespect is not at all appreciated and I will never be returning again. Take a lesson or two in customer service as that is NO way to treat people!

The lady was very rude. Ordered full English breakfast. She microwave the hash brown. And I asked to take the bread and put halloumi. She said no. And she got fit. And she gave me another microwave hash brown and a slice off bacon. Caesar sort your cafe out. Your safer bet go to caravan.

Been going here on & off for 25 years, also when the cafe was on the opposite side of road, where the restaurant is now, always good, quick pasta dishes and soups. Coffee is as Italian as a Vespa.

Just round the corner from us so for convenience also quality of the Sandwiches fair enough but the problem is how cramped and badly laid out the space is especially the back area where they serve up their hot stuff and take payment almost always resulting in uncomfortable delays, so after all these years surely its time for a change of lay-out ?

We where with a group and the food was realy good. Nice service also super friendly people and nice athmosphere.

We visited Nani's twice for breakfast. The menu will offer something for everybody (porridge, toast, full English, fruit....). We loved the food, big portions and great service. Would definitely go again.

The spaghetti and meatballs were amazing - maybe even the best I've ever had! Staff are very friendly and helpful. However decor is lacking a bit.

Nothing is too much trouble here from the wonderful staff . From the various choices of food to a plain ham and cucumber wrap the coffee is good too.

Fui a almorzar y pedí la pasta arabbiata. Esperaba que esto se cocinara recientemente en un wok o algo así, pero se sorprendió al ver que pusieron todo en un recipiente de plástico (ni siquiera seguro de si es apto para microondas) y lo calientan en un horno de microondas y cobran 6. 25 por esto. Sin embargo, el tamaño de las porciones es enorme. En retrospectiva, podría haber obtenido esto de los cercanos Sainsburys o Tescos por la mitad del precio y calentarlos en un microondas.La foccasia y la ciabbita parecían buenas pero caras para un café.Uno para evitar, ya que hay mejores en un rango de precios similar.

A variety of sandwiches and foccacias. Sandwiches too. A variety of breakfasts Too salty halumi though. And youbcan buy pasteis de nata (good but average)

Delicious full English brekfast, super tasty, quick service, friendly Italian staff, simply perfect. Huge choice too.

Nanis café is a lovely place close to Oxford Circus. Their sandwiches looked delicious and we tried their breakfasts. Simple but very good ! Their products are fresh and well cooked. & sweet personnel, attentive to their customers.

I had a very nice English breakfast and the staff were lovely and provided me with good service. This place can get very busy during lunch but off-peak hours you can definitely get better service. It's a small place and seating is not super comfortable.

Tuve el halloumi pan plano para ir y ojalá me hubiera pedido para comer como en la vuelta de la esquina y a la oficina que abrieron y era demasiado aguados a recoger. Cayó en mis manos. Desesperado para comer el almuerzo yo ya había pagado y no con suficiente tiempo en mi descanso para comer a llevar cogí un cuchillo y tenedor de un compañero y trató de hacer que funcione.

The team here went the extra mile, and was refusing to accept anything for it. They can't be thanked or praised enough. The food was amazing too you cannot go wrong with a stop here for some grub.

Así que, ¿por qué es el Pret está frente al completo? desafío británicos a aquellos paquetes de plástico de la comida que se parece a comer y probar la comida fresca. Incluso puede que parezca. What a great fresh salad , brilliant service and very good value. I have been 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Every time I have been impressed.

Tuvimos un comienzo temprano el domingo y nos lo 30 minutos para tomar el almuerzo entre soundcheck y me encanta su desempeño. Algunos de nosotros queríamos un bocata rápido rápido de bacon, así que metimos a Nani con Pret está.

Have come here a few times for lunch, offers a great selection from create your own pasta, jacket potatoes, a great selection of ciabattas and salads. Very recommended!

I've been going here (great Portland street branch)for the last few months on and off and I must say this is one of the friendliest places I have found. Everyone greets you with a friendly hello in the mornings, the food is great and well presented. A must if you are in the west end.
