It was full when we came with a kid in the rain. They asked us to wait and after waiting for about 15 min, they told us to move out and wait in the rain with a kid. The behavior of the staff was so rude to ask a family to wait in the rain with a kid. I would have been ok if they inform us initially that they don't have a waiting area but they kept us waiting for about 15 min after taking my name down and then asked to move out. Never go to this restaurant.

Solid 3 stars (slightly above average)… it’s just ‘okay’ - overpriced food for the quality. Over £15 for stale chips, stale mash potato & decent chicken 🤯. Lovely staff and good atmosphere helped avoid a 2 star rating.

Disappointed, was asked to wait 30 minutes with quite a few tables available. Was asked to leave and come back once I got the message . Just lost a customer.

I ordered food for delivery which never came despite the app saying it was delivered. Upon calling to check the status I was told the driver couldn’t find/contact me despite me being waiting at the entrance. Nandos customer service were of no help and would not contact the driver. Terrible customer service!!

Fantastic experience 🙂 I enjoyed the ambience of the venue, and the staff were most welcoming. Tasha (Natasha?) took our order and was most attentive and professional in doing so. The Windsor branch of workers was great on the whole. No complaints. 🙂

Staff is slow at giving your food. Waited nearly 45 minutes and still nothing until i had to ask 2 waiters for our order!! Food was cold when it arrived. Avoid!!

I popped in for a quick dinner and was met with great service as soon as I walked in. The food came quickly and the staff were all polite. The lady who served me Tasha was particularly friendly, she kindly got me new cutlery when she noticed I dropped mine, despite it being self serve. She also seemed to be attentive to her colleagues, swiftly taking over the till from one of the boys who's shift seemed to of ended but was still taking orders. I visited Nando's in Windsor for the first time, although I usually frequent locations in my area. The food in Windsor met all my expectations, just like in other areas I've visited before.However, the service experience was horrible! I visited on a Tuesday evening around 4 pm on the second of April. Initially, I was served by a lovely guy who I guess was about to finish his shift. He was assisting me at the till when a lady approached him, not even realizing that I was in the middle of a transaction. She was very rude to him (I assume she was the manager on duty, as she was wearing a shirt and had curly hair), not even allowing him to finish the transaction, saying, "YOU GO NOW." I felt very bad for the boy. Eventually, she did assist me herself, but with a very rude tone, unpleasant and loud voice.All the other staff members were lovely and helpful, especially the Chinese lady who always smiles and the boy with glasses, who was very helpful too.My advice for the regional manager is to have a meeting with your employees about this female manager. It's clear that they are very uncomfortable working with her, and I could sense they are afraid too. Not pleased.

I went to nandos windsor Saturday evening with my family. Special Thanks to Ahsan despite of handling the busy crowd his lovely arrangement for us and how he served and looked after us, such a gentleman. We really appreciate how manager Muhammad was responsive to every details to us. Glad that nandos windsor is providing quality food with great customer experience. Food was on-top served with care.💯

The girl at the till redeemed my chili from my loyalty card. I didn’t want to use it and she used it without telling me. I got home and noticed this was missing from my card. When I looked at the receipt, my chili was gone. I did call the restaurant and the manager on duty promised to get back to me. What a smart girl. Red chili is not £9.70. Now I will keeping an eye on my rewards. Ashford Kent branch, I am coming. I know you’ve done this as well but now I know how my rewards are being misused.

Nando's is my go to. The peri chicken 🐔 is always a banger. I've been to many Nando's and this is always good 👍. The only complaint is that the ice cream/yoghurt is never on(the only problem with every nando's)😢 please fix .

We had a dinner at Nando’s after long time, a bit of disappointment. They no longer have a normal mayo, only the vegan option, which isn’t great for people that don’t want vegan - if you know what I mean… Food arrived quickly, service was okay. It’s just annoying that now they charge you for literally everything. We asked for spicy jam sauce and the gentleman said it’s £1 for a little tiny pot of a sauce 🤦🏻‍♀️ In overall it was alright, but don’t think we will be visiting this branch again.

Went to your restaurant last night for a meal was turned away before 20.00 empty tables staff very rude and unhelpful.

Not so sure the music was right for the atmosphere, quite a loud environment to be in, the food though was superb. Good service.

Food took a long time to arrive at the table and portions are noticeably smaller than 6 months ago.

Phil was an amazing waiter. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I haven’t had someone go above and beyond like him. It made the food which was great even better. Will definitely come back and recommend this Nandos go friends.

Nandos is an amazing place with family. There was a queue when we arrived but with the online queue we can go out and when the table is ready we get notified via a message. The customer service was top notch and they managed to switch us to a better spacious table. The Nandos team is very welcoming. And coming the food it is always great experience with all the spicy sauces.

With views like this, I will be coming back to Windsor again! Nandos is always a safe bet when with kids!!!!

The atmosphere was lovely, especially the customer service I received from the delightful Stephanie– she served with a smile, and the food was great.

Very slow service. Food was over 30 mins late for a takeaway and there were several items missing. Unfortunately this has been the case on more than one occassion so I think this is more than a one off issue. There were other customers who were also waiting a very long time for their food.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic however there were a couple issues regarding service which I won't make public but it did let me visit down a lot.

On 24 of July went in Nandos to be told there is a 40 min queue . Left my name and mobile no and the host said I'll be getting a txt msg and they will hold table for me just for 2 mins. 2 hrs and 30 mins left I'm in my hotel room , ate a pizza and no txt from Nandos.

Had to wait around for someone to come and get us seated. After ordering and waiting around 30mins, we received our one starter. Around 30 mins after that we received our mains, one of which was cold. We had to remind a member of staff we had ordered 2 x perinaises and a bottomless. We asked 3 times after having to get up myself to go to the counter to ask for my glass so I could have my drink. No one came to the table at any point to make sure everything was okay. Service was very poor. Wouldn’t visit again.

Amazing food and service. This place has changed for the better from pre covid when it wasn’t run very well. However The new team here led by Mzo and Nori are awesome. Super smiling service, they enjoy working here and always give the best food. The restaurant is super clean always. Eleonora took our order and was very friendly and great service Will always come back with my 2 boys and wife. Great work guys! Gary

Had to wait very long for our food while others were served before us, we were then served some dead chicken wings, no taste, no flavour & cold. Ordered peri fries & received regular fries. Chicken burger was ok but not enough to save the day I’m definitely not going back

Always great to eat in Nando’s when we’re in the UK. Plenty of searing available. Good good. Our son loved his Nandino meal.

I tried hot-flavored chicken wings which were tasty, not as spicy as I expected but everything was great, especially, the service from Mr. Mubin who took care of us from the very beginning along the way until we got out of the resturant was super excellent. Impressive!

Great food and exceptional customer service from Ben and Manpreet. Really friendly, accommodating and catered for our needs to a great standard so very grateful. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I love Nandos but cant say that for Windsor branch. Waited 45 mins for a table, only to be told they have run out of chicken. We still ordered what they had as kids were hungry then half of the order came and we had to chase them for rest of the items

Love this branch, always friendly , just wish they offered more chicken as they seem to close down kitchen too early, especially as they are open till 10pm

Came for dinner tonight and had Ben who served us and all I can say is he made our whole evening so much better! He was such a bubbly pleasant young man and if anyone is there for lunch or dinner make sure you ask for Ben!!

Always go to Nando's whenever visiting Windsor. Mostly need to book table because they always busy but today got lucky as the trip was not planned. no matter that, service always good, we always greeted with a smile , restaurant clean and food taste as good as always. Definitely keep coming back for more. Shout out for Inna who make may day today.

Lovely restaurant, clean, quick service and the staff were amazing.

On arrival was told that there would be 15 minute wait for a table. Gave a phone number went for a look around Windsor High Street and was informed when our table became available. Food was good as is usual for a Nando’s. Waitress, whose name I didn’t get unfortunately, was excellent with my grandchildren. A thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Finally got a chance to eat Nando's again. It's a shame it's not available in Netherlands. Love the chicken, the sauce, the menu. If only they have drink selection like their Dubai branch, it would be even better. The service is also good.

Short walking distance from the Windsor Castle. Great chicken dishes with nutrition and calories displayed on their menu. Highly recommend chicken liver with sweet potatoes. Nice staff and chill atmosphere 🙌🏻

We as a family are great fans of Nandos and have visited since 2000. My local Nandos is in Reading and has excellent food and service, so we are attracted to Nandos. on the 9th of January 2023, I visited the Nandos branch in Windsor with my visitors, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service and food provided in this branch. Sadly, I must refer to a female host who appeared to be the manager of the day, she was unprofessional and was not interested to engage with customers and did not even want to have eye contact with us. we ordered a meal platter, which comes with side dishes, she did not even bother to ask which side dishes we wanted and she did not even ask us whether we wanted to have any drinks. Most importantly, personally, I felt she treated us differently due to our colors. Previously I have been to this branch with my visitors 3-4 months ago, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and everything was perfect, however, this visit was very disappointing due to this particular staff and there was two other staff, who were great.

We waited 50 minutes for our food and watch all other tables around us eat and leave by the time we was there. We asked for an update on the food and clearly they had forgot to put it through no update was given to us after that and only a drink was offered as complimentary after a over 40 pound bill for two. Very very disappointed with our experience.

25 listopada, byliśmy że znajomymi na kolacji. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu moje zamówienie zaginęło. Przyjaciele skończyli jedzenie a ja z żoną nadal czekaliśmy...okazało się, że nasze zamówione danie jest już niedostępne. Sytuację ratowała miła menadżerka, która zaproponowała darmowe piwo i cider i wybór innego dania. Pospieszali kuchnię na tyle skutecznie, że ostatecznie kurczak był częściowo surowu. Wyszło słabo ale myślę, że to raczej wypadek przy pracy.

top place i enjoy it every time

Never go wrong with Nando's but I think the one in Windsor is the best so far. We tried vegetarian burgers and wrap and they were excellent. Service is awesome and the atmosphere is great. Definitely try Portuguese Beer.

Went to this branch tonight and have to say this restaurant is in a very good location, HOWEVER this restaurant has one BIG problem and that is the management. The actual manager is very VERY arrogant and does not even treat staff well let alone customers! Was very shocked by the service received and sadly it was not the first time I had encountered this behaviour from this person. She definitely needs to be humbled, with this attitude you will get no where in life. Very disappointed to say the LEAST. Nandos definitely needs to reconsider the head manager of this place or soon more customers will catch on to this and you will loose your Windsor reputation.

Not very impressed with this place. Ordered the burger and chips but wish I hadn't. The burger 'bun' was a hard undigestable piece of cardboard. Utensils were hard to find and the service was poor. Will not be visiting again any time soon. Worst of all the price was extortionate.

The chicken is just great. Wings are to die for, but the ordering system with an app is inconvenient and the wraps are embarrassingly lacking in ingredients. It feels like there's just chicken mayo and lettuce in there.

Food came quickly but unfortunately I had to go and ask for my drink staff never bothered to check if everything was OK till after we had finished eating.

I went to have dinner last Monday. They left me and my partner seating in a table, no attention. No one came to ask our order or show interest. Worst experience in Windsor.

I went with a party of 5. When we entered we felt immediately how cold it was and a staff member even agreed . After deciding what we wanted went to order and the staff told us there was no more burger buns . We were then ordered something else we could have and that came with a bun because of what we were ordering??? All very strange wouldn’t return .. miserable experience

Worst place to go to in Windsor. Went to the restaurant for some dinner. Unfortunately, they can’t accommodate us even though there were 2-3 empty tables. That’s fine. I was happy to wait for the 25 minutes. Had my kid who is less than 6 months old, asked if we can wait inside rather than in the cold outside for 25 minutes. But no I need to wait outside with my kid in the cold weather. Goes to show how much Nando’s is dedicated to being and accommodating as a family restaurant as well. Bravo 👏

We like this store branch, always visit here from west london. Car park free after 6pm near riverside and 10 minutes walk to Nando’s. Always book a table in advance, normally it take 20-30 minutes. Food quality good, staff service good, toilet facilities can be better. Recommended.

It's nandos, quick & convinient in a busy spot. Service was so-so but again ... It's Nandos!
