Lovely food you don't have to book unless I guess u want certain time

Gorgeously cooked fresh food that was almost perfect. Very kind and friendly customer service and good atmosphere. I had half a chicken with two regular sides and a bottomless soft drink all for less than £20 so great value for money too!

I went here for my birthday. I had dinner with my mum and we ordered the full plater. Chicken was amazing but the mac and cheese...the mac and cheese.....WAS SOOK GOOOD. It was literally one of the best mac and cheese I've ever eaten in my life. SO CHEESY and the peri peri breadcrumb things were so good on top.

Second time eating at this branch. Food on spot as usual. Love it. With my many travels, the extra hot level of heat always takes me back home.

Nando's seemed expensive as I rated their portion of chicken vs £. It was tiny. No where close to peeping out of the bun like images represent. Maybe photos were taken with smaller rolls. I suppose having frequented Nando's in South Africa all the time, it is unfair to compare. Anyone who gets to SA and eats locally there, will know exactly what I am referring to. Hearty size chicken breasts in every bun! Staff I spoke to did not know origins of where Nando's was from. I know and supported the very first branch in Rosetenville. My brother in law played for their football team. I have fabulous memories of supporting them ever since. They did a chicken and rice snack box that was awesome and the chicken livers were superb.

We get there for mother's day, and it was full of course. But we waited about 20 minutes, but was worth it. Service was excellent, food excellent, and all experience was excellent. We love Nandos. Keep the good work. And this was the best Nandos in Greater London.

Quite possibly the best Nando’s around! Service is friendly, efficient and courteous. Food arrived promptly and is cooked perfectly.

There is this supervisor called Ali who gives disgusting service. His attitude was very threatening when he came and brought my food. What a stinking attitude! He also had another problem at the same time as me, but this time with a young girl, shouting at her face because she almost dropped the sources. I have never seen such a poor attitude towards customers, and would never come here again because of him. I advice anyone not to as well because he will find ways to reflect his negative behaviour on customers.

I have been to atleast 5 Nandos in my lifetime. I order the fino pitta everytime i go. This is hands down the most perfectly curated fino pitta i have ever got my hands on. The garlic sauce slathered inbetween the thought out layering of halloumi and chicken thighs. So yummy scrummy.

I was served by a lovely woman named Hazel. She was very attentive and her service was really fast. I think she makes a great addition to her team. The food was really good, cooked well and fresh. We also tried a variety of items from the updated menu and it did not disappoint. Once again, the service Hazel provided really made our experience great! 👍

It was freezing when I visited I mean everyone had their coats on.

I’ve had to send my chicken back every time for the last three visits because it looks like it was put on the grill for a maximum of 30 seconds. I then have to chase the waiters because it’s taking too long. The staff however are lovely, and the food does taste good once it’s cooked correctly. I will be seeking another local nandos soon, as the quality has decreased over the past few years.

Had food in Naneo's after a long time. They maintain their standards.

It was so busy when we got there , 🌧️ raining hard outside and was told could be a 20minwait at least ,but they were so helpful as I am 81 and said they would do their best to get us seated asap,as I couldn't climb stairs due to knee problem . They kept their word and couldn't have been kinder .The service was 100% and staff all deserve a bonus ,will certainly return

Really disappointed with Nando’s takeaway this time! Food was substandard had to cook the chicken wings more as they looked like they were shown the grill! My chicken pitta was tough and the whole delivery had to be warmed up! I know it’s Christmas but don’t deliver if you can’t deliver the goods in the way they are advertised! We have been having Nando’s since they first opened but feel they are now living off their name and not the quality. 😖

Staff is completely unhelpful. We asked a person if we could sit at a booth and she said yes (checked literally x 3) 2minutes later, a guy literally shouts across 2 tables ‘did you ask someone’ ‘you have to go back’ ‘you cant just sit anywhere’ ‘you just moved without asking’ ‘i asked my colleague and you didnt ask’ with the most patronising and accusatory tone without listening to what we had to say. Imagine shouting at a table when one of your colleagues literally said all good. Not hospitable and very unprofessional to shout across tables like that for everyone to hear, all for an attempt to embarass us? Weird.

They gave me such a small wrap, usually nandos give bigger. But the service was good so overall not a bad nandos.

This restaurant is located right at the centre of the Uxbridge town centre. Very convenient location for those who are at the Town to do shopping. Food here is really nice as in any other Nandos Restaurant. Service is pretty decent and the staff are very nice,friendly and helpful. Underground 🚊 Tube station is just couple of minutes away as well as very good connection of Bus services.

this was a lovely nando’s! especially the waiter ‘conner’ he showed care and respect to me and my friend, really made our meal out special, he’s skills and politeness showed through! most attentive waiter we had ever experienced!

Service and food was pretty appalling nor did I get my 1 chilli added to my Nando's loyalty card and was told "here is the receipt collect it later". I took my 2 boys there for lunch, perhaps this will be the last time at Uxbride Nando?

Went for a meal the other week. Food was OK. No peri salt on chips had to ask for it. Service was good. Food average not what it was.

food was great as always like cmon it’s nando’s… service could have been better tho, firstly the food took around 40 mins to come, we had to ask about it then it got served to us borderline cold. Secondly, no one was serving us so i walked over to the counter, waited patiently, no one offered to help, so i decided to ask a waitress walking towards me so i was thinking ‘oh yh she’s walking my way to help me cos i’ve been standing here for ages’ but as i was about to ask for help, she cut me off mid sentence by putting her hand in my face and saying “wait” :/ did not appreciate at allllll. but yh food was banging!

As much as I love Nandos, I must say this has been the most dirtiest Nandos restaurant I've attended. The lights above had cobwebs, you had small flies flying around, and the tables were just sticky! Makes you think how hygienic their cooking station is. The staff were lovely. However, some were clueless about what we were asking for. I won't be coming back to this one!

Alfie looked after us throughout the meal, even though we were too slow to ask for the right condiments all in one go, he was happy going off and getting more. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Yesterday was our first time visiting Nandos Uxbridge.. We got sat at a not so good table but didn't have to wait so didn't mind.. placed order with a guy called "Jake" I think.. Amazing guy.. he was polite.. helpful.. he most helpful Nandos staff member I have met in all Nandos.. well done kid.. Food was average.. came quick and tasted good.. only thing is that the halloumi was cold.. Apart from that Nandos Uxbridge is a good place to eat.. 4/5 ⭐

O, Dear! 1. The App/Order from the table - why do I have to log in to use this, so you can get my data I suppose? - If I order over the counter I do not have to give you personal data to use the app? Also, why can I not (on my visit) order Wine from the App - I had to go and stand at the counter, queue and do this - pointless.... 2. Front of house staff, one asked if we had been waiting long, and then ignored what we said and went about cleaning tables, when our food arrived another asked if we had everything, we said no, he nodded and walked off and did a tidy up of a table or two.... - pointless asking then! 3. Food, as nice as ever I suppose - but a few things need fixing folks... Back Oct 23... why better today!

Nandos is nandos, service was really good, got seated quickly, food takes average time to prepare and come. Does get busy during peak times so be careful. Food was amazing tho

Most Nandos stores have great cusyomer service but the young gentleman at the reception/ order till was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I recall his patience and genuine willingness to help me finalise my order from the menu was refreshing. Good lunch experience!

Wasn't too impressed. Nando's food is losing its flavors. The female person who took my order was helpful and professional. The rice was the most flavorful.

The worst Nandos I have ever used and it’s my local. They make error on error and blame deliveroo when they don’t put items in. Never do anything to reimburse my money, time or effort taken to resolve it. I call for sauces after my order and am repeatedly met with we’ll do our best. Yesterday was the last straw, made a huge order through deliveroo and called to ask for sauces which is a big reason many eat at Nandos. The incompetent idiot had the nerve to tell me he will do his best as they are busy. Very quick to take my money but never provide service. Dry and burnt chips (a regular occurrence with deliveries from Nandos Uxbridge) but overall, missing 10 wings, butterfly chicken and coleslaw. These guys are single handedly the worst of a bad bunch and I cannot justify eating from here again. I highly recommend avoiding this branch and going a little further out just so you get your monies worth and with good food. Also complaining does nothing. They literally DO NOT care if you are out of pocket and think the world has time to spend on drafting emails so that they can fix errors made by THEIR own staff. Pure ignorance at its finest here. Shame on you Nandos Uxbridge!! My intention is to provide constructive feedback to help enhance the dining experience for future patrons. Upon our arrival, we were requested to scan a QR code to queue online, a process we willingly followed. However, when our turn came, we were directed to a table located uncomfortably close to the stairs. This seating arrangement did not suit our preference, so we politely inquired if we could be relocated. I even offered to queue again for a few extra minutes if it could facilitate the change. To our disappointment, the staff declined our request, ultimately leaving us with no alternative but to depart Nando's and seek dining elsewhere. This incident highlights a lack of flexibility and an unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request, which, as paying customers, was disheartening and felt disrespectful. It is concerning when a restaurant prioritizes seating logistics over the comfort and satisfaction of its valued patrons. A dining experience should encompass more than just delicious food; it should also consider the environment and the needs of diners. I earnestly hope that Nando's regards this feedback seriously and takes it as an opportunity to enhance its customer service and flexibility. By doing so, Nando's can ensure that no other diners encounter such an unfortunate situation in the future.

For the record, love Nandos and the Uxbridge restaurant is great. I don't have a problem with ordering from the app from the table, actually it's quite helpful when your with an indecisive bunch and you don't have the pressure of someone coming back asking if you're ready and you collect your points easier. My only reasons for marking down 1 is that Nandos have now adopted this method of no one being around when you need and you have to go to the desk, the music makes me feel like I'm one of those elevator scenes in a movie, the feeling of waiting for something to happen but you also cannot use the app and then use a gift card on it so I had to cancel my order and go to the desk anyway. Other than that, will always go for a cheeky Nandos 😀

Tables need to be wiped and cleaned properly

Went for a Nando’s this afternoon after finding some spare time in my week.I must say this Nando’s was amazing,I have wanted to visit this location as I have visited the South Ruislip location many times and I haven’t visited this one in rather a while and I fancied going into Uxbridge today so I thought Nando’s in Uxbridge would be the perfect idea.It was a fantastic experience,we were actually very lucky as even on a school day Tuesday afternoon it was full and we were one of the last to get in.I can’t believe it was so busy for a Tuesday afternoon,the time where I think least people eat out.So be careful when coming here.I know this location is always busy,bearing in mind it’s not in Central London.The food was fantastic,my 1/4 lemon and herb chicken and chips was delicious and beautifully presented,good portion sizes and really piping hot!!!!!!!!I also noticed on the menu they now have boneless chicken drumsticks available.The staff were fantastic too,couldn’t be friendlier.Conner came up to us to ask if everything was ok before the food even came(which was great so I suppose it was like checking we were happy with our table,that we were happy with our view from the window,that the toilets and drinks machine were in good reach,happy with the condiments available,that we were satisfied with cleanliness and where we were sat etc).Also Tara our waitress was very friendly too.Food came out extremley quickly.The decor in here is nice as well,I loved the music and I loved that some of the tables were a different shape,that was quite cool.Also drinks machine was great too,got 3 waters from there.Toilets were quite clean too.Also as I had a gluten allergy they got the manager to take my order which was a great measure especially in such a busy restaurant.I also liked that the humous came with a peri peri drizzle dip and that our table could be split off by the condiments,so it can be used in 4 separate tables or one big table.Also I love it how you can order upstairs too.I love it that you can also grab some olives,a naughty nata or go nuts and grab some nuts before you go.I would recommend you asking a staff member about the Nando’s rewards card.Overall a very nice chicken fix and can’t wait to return

I ordered chicken thighs nd it seemed wasn’t cooked properly neither the chicken skin was crispy as it usually should in other Nandos.. the food was tasteless nd it was less busy but still they didn’t cook food properly… the staff didn’t care bout the way food was presented!! Worst experience ever! Never coming back again

Have been coming to Nando's Uxbridge since I was a student. Now with my wife and kids. The food, atmosphere and service are amazing. Thank you to Ali of Nando's for making our evening perfect.

Fino Pitta is my favorite go to option in Nandos

An absolute shocker of a restaurant which deserves to fail. We had been looking forward to coming to Nandos for some chicken (which is one of their staple serving) for a while. We arrived to be greeted by a helpful chap but what we experienced was mindblowing. Firstly, despite there being a helpful chappie to greet you, you cannot then request a table with him. You have to scan a QR code from a sticker Nandos have lobbed on a post in the restaurant. You then cannot wait for your table you have to vacate the premises(!?!?!?) and wait for a text that your table is ready, the waiting area is for take away only. We were then told that there was excessive demand for chicken so it would take 45 mins to an hour for their standard fayre to arrive. A restaurant that deserves to fail. An absolute shocker

The food was presented nicely , the staff checked on us multiple how we were enjoying the meal . I ordered a medium butterfly chicken it was juicy , moist full of flavour , spiced butternut squash grains and feta cream , cooked al dente one of the best branches I have been 🤍🦋

Ordered a spicy beanie pitta and they brought me a burger. They changed it and the ons brought back to me was all smashed up. I don't trust to eat it now. Very disappointed. I won't come here again in case I get sick.

This is a good Nandos. Very big with plenty of space to sit. The quinoa salad is really good as well as the broccoli with lemon. Only downside is the tables were very sticky and needed a clean.

It was my birthday so decided to visit a town local and a classic. To our surprise it was busy on a Tuesday evening and we had to wait for about 40 minutes. We tried the new Loaded fries. Although they tasted nice I feel like they were over hyped and over priced. just some sauce, onions and the tiniest bit of chicken. other than that we ordered a extra hot whole chicken with side of corn, garlic bread, mash and broccoli. The extra hot wasn’t hot at all! I definitely feel like they went every light with the glaze or have changed the strength of the sauce and unfortunately all the extra hot / vusa additional sauces were in use so Im guessing all the guests that day felt the same. none the less it was a great meal.

Chicken wings arrived luke warm but otherwise the food was delicious and well cooked. The service was above average for Nando's. Genuine and enthusiastic greeting at the door both coming and going.

Food was amazing and filling. I had the hot Boneless chicken with 2 sides being chips and garlic bread for £14.50 as a meal with unlimited drink included. Food was £43.50 total for 3 people. Atmosphere was good the waiter took me up to the top floor to sit and eat with a view of the street looking out the window. Service was good, I was greeted and felt respected and comfortable. Very helpful and nice staff and service. 5* from me!

Had a couple of home deliveries from here and eaten in a restaurant . Not the best nandos . Food is average at best and can be poor e.g skin on chicken not crisp but greasy and fatty . Not enough marinated sauce on chickens compared to their other restaurants. Disappointing if your a nandos fan.
