Food was lovely, friendly staff

Actually not bad for an airport restaurant. Of course it's efficient and big and not very personal. Ordering is done online. The delivery was very quick and someone even came to ask if everything was OK. The food itself was ok.

Every time we are at London Heathrow we come here to have breakfast or lunch. Today I give zero stars. I had the badest and most disgusting breakfast ever in that place. I ordered scrambled eggs on toast. What I got had nothing on conmen with scrambled eggs. I don’t know what it was but it was definitely no eggs on it. Maybe out of a tetra pack or powder with water. It has a disgusting taste. A disgusting bite. Was watery. I got sick anger a few bites. I am so pissed and disappointed today. How can you serve such a mess to your customers? When you book a 50$ motel in the US you get better eggs in the morning. Service and location is great like it always is.

Breakfast was decent, coffee good as expected. Fast service - drinks 3 min, food 5 min. Clean tables, pleasant staff. A good experience all around.

We loved the fish and chips. It brought back memories of our trip to London in 2022..

A good coffee for a good breakfast, I was surprised by the quality, which is not always found in an airport. The staff was very kind, especially Sandra. I had a good quality cappuccino (Lavazza) and a croissant that was good but not excellent. A large display inside the café provides real-time flight information. There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom ten meters from the lounge. A great place to wait for your flight. Recommended.

The food arrived very quickly (within around 5 minutes) it was well cooked and a staff member even dropped by to ask how the food was. The floors were also clean.

A very tasty meal before our flight to Johannesburg. Highly recommended. Pizza, pasta and certainly the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl with rice. Friendly staff and fast service.

Love wetherspoons but this one is way too claustrophobic for me. No room for any carry on bags anywhere. People beside are basically sitting in your lap. Super expensive but good service.

Not bad, but not so good. Children’s menu should be better, but a beef hamburger didn’t seem to be worth the price.

Genuinely so impressed with how this Wetherspoons is run for being in the worlds busiest airport. Got the Korean spicy chicken fries and they were really tasty well cooked and beautifully presented, there was staff going round checking on peoples meals cleaning up tables and floor rapidly and any drink ordered came within 5 mins everytime despite the place being jam packed. Props to the management team here they run a great spoons, way better than back home in Belfast.

Service very quick, just what you need before getting a flight. They do very well to accommodate the large demand and service quickly to accommodate peoples needs. Drinks very reasonably priced for an airport bar!

Great choice for the airport. It’s a bit of a squash but the food is a decent price for airport food. The service was really fast and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food was ok.

The price just went up so much that it doesn't make sense anymore. Additionally they don't give you a drink with your meal.

Today, this Weatherspoons delivered and delivered well! It is a humble airport Spoons but the food is really well cooked! A genuinely really nice tradition breakfast! Further to that, the staff are very pleasant and it’s very CLEAN! Nice job to the managers and team!

Straight forward wetherspoons, exactly what you expect at an airport

Absolutely disgusting food served as English breakfast. Scrambled eggs were so runny I needed a towel Everything was cooked in some awful oil. Impossible to get waiter/tress attention due to table ordering system. Don’t waste your money here.

Not sure if we just got lucky but was not overcrowded like most airport weatherspoons, service was quick through the app and drinks tasted amazing at 7.30 am lol

As a local guide, I was impressed by this spot. The service was top-notch, staff friendly, and my order arrived swiftly. I ordered Margarita Pizza. That sourdough? Pure magic. I skipped a drink, but the cocktails I saw looked tempting. Prices were fair compared to other airport eateries. Left happy—long live this gem!

Excellent dining option at London Heathrow. Seat yourself and order through an app - QR codes at every table lead you to the app and menu.

We had 30 minutes before boarding. Quick and tasty chicken tikka, perfect. I can recommend, great service.

Convenient place to park up and wait for the outgoing flight. Depending on timing the bar can get pretty busy but there are plenty of seats and tables. Food and drinks can be delivered to the numbered table so easing queues at the bar.

Do NOT order the ramen and if you decide to ignore this and do it anyway, do NOT add the pulled brisket. The ramen noodles felt way overcooked. The brisket look like a soggy mess and it was definitely not worth the additional price tag. The servers were friendly and stayed busy and it is a good place to seat for a bit.

Rubbish Food - unfortunately Heathrow T5 has limited options. Don’t do it.

Tried to pay with Scottish notes. They didn’t even look at them , just refused them on the grounds , that they may be counterfeit . Insulting at best

Staff totally indifferent Walking around like zombies I only wanted to start with a cup of tea. Order via QR code. Chap came and ‘threw’ a mug at me, mumbling and pointing to a machine in an adjacent area. Had to collect my bags again and make my own tea - then struggle back to a table to drink it. Totally terrible experience. !!

Fancy spoons for a nice airport. Much better than giraffe or whatever the name of that terrible restaurant upstairs! I really liked the burger and loved that I could order a pint of juice instead of a small glass. Good team members. Everything is great, thank you. Burger is delicious 😋

What a shower! Useless order at table meant we gave up and went elsewhere.

Excellent service, attentive, friendly and efficient staff.

We had a second breakfast while waiting for our transfer flight. The food was well prepared and fresh. Nothing to complain about. When tranferring at Heathrow again, we'll probably come back.

The naga chicken burger was a disappointment looked in the picture like its soaked in sauce like a chicken wing but in reality a little blob of the hot sauce and the blue cheese. Not hot really and tasteless.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had in Britain, and maybe 2nd worst globally. Mostly batter, little fish, and no tartar sauce. The beer selection is good.

Food was horrible, but service was great as staff friendly and polite. Would recommend eating somewhere else and then getting drinks here.

Can't beat a good Weatherspoons full English and Guinness before flying out.

The bar says Wetherspoon Upstairs Bar with Runway Views. False advertising. Visited today but 2 staff including the manager says the bar is closed upstairs. Didn't say why. Quite disappointing. Don't put the sign up if that won't be accessible whenever the staff don't feel like it.

It's a very busy place but very chaotic. Ordering online, prepaying every course was annoying. Asking for basics like utensils and napkins was troubling. We left!!

On the plus side: The service served the ordered dishes efficiently. Minus: The food was very difficult to digest, my wife threw up the entire dish on the plane, and the flight back to the country was a nightmare.

Should have known better. As many seats crammed in as possible, overcrowded and certainly not safe if they ever needed to evacuate. Food was tasteless and over priced v portion sizes. Asked for a VAT receipt and the waiting staff had no idea what I was asking for. Honestly best avoided.

Honestly, never been to a worse spoons. I don't expect much but when food takes 30 mins, online "can't process payment" but still debits my account, staff are hapless, more than double the price of my local spoons and food is actual trash, it doesn't make for a good experience. If it didn't have a major monopoly within terminal 5 I cant imagine it would get the level of business it does.

A nice pint of Guinness and a good glass of wine. Limited seating but couldn't fault the drinks.

We got a number of times a year and service is always consistently good. Lots of customers and quick turnaround. What’s hit and miss is the food. You can be lucky and have a perfectly edible meal (but bare in mind it’s notoriously just the quick and easy food cooked with a deep fat fryer and a microwave) or you can get something that’s been nuked and barely recognisable like our fish was today. Cheapest sit down meal you’ll have at the airport tho for sure! Our best meals and experiences have always been at breakfast time.

Waiting staff and bar staff range from the indifferent to the downright rude. First and last visit.

Self service scan and order. Self service tea and coffee. The food came and it looks like child plate. This is what the world has come to and there will be no human interactions anymore! I would have felt better going to fast food chain.

You have to give your email address before you can even order (QR code only, no human option). The app says you can swap items in your breakfast, but I couldn't see how. For coffee, they bring you an empty cup and you have to take it to a machine. If you're travelling alone, this is when someone might unknowingly steal your table. The food was fast and not bad, but the service experience was frustrating.

Chicken tikka masala was delicious and affordable prices even in the airport

First time eating at this establishment, helpful staff and great to get an English breakfast one last time before flying out. Cannot say enough about one staff member Oscar, superstar of Customer Service in my opinion, he was helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the experience. That is something I do not always experience in a fine dining restaurant. Well done, will definitely eat there again when I am in the airport again. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Please pay attention and dont make the same mistake like me. I ordered through the QR-Code on the table and it charged my credit card but the order didnt go through. Some employee called Arnav told me to order again and contact wetherspoon directly. Contacted Wetherspoon but no feedback.

Allergen information on their menu is not accurate. While I was offered a refund, It was incredibly time consuming

The well-attended restaurant had a warm, cozy atmosphere. The selection of drinks was great and the price-performance ratio was okay for an airport. The burger tasted solid and the portion size was just right for a little refreshment. Would definitely visit this restaurant again.

It’s incredible how smoothly and well this airport branch works in incredibly difficult circumstances. The kitchen for example from which the staff collect food orders is across a direct path of heavy foot traffic around the terminal before they can get to seated customers. The staff are amazing in working under such difficult conditions.

A sad, dishevelled burger, cruel to bring it into existence. I ate it out of pity.

So I had a burger and chips. Food good, but I am mainly putting in a high rating for the excellent staff who looked after me and also refunded me following an issue that was not of their making (random drunk traveller nicked my burger right in front of me). The staff were super helpful and made sure I was OK. 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service!

This is by far the worst burger I ever had for 17 pounds. First they brought uncooked bacon and unrelated cheese, once I complained they microwaved my burger, with my lettuce and tomato inside. You can have a drink buy its a waste of money on food. Service people are nice

Ordered double beef burger. The beef parties were barely warm and tasteless. If I could give the food 0 star, I would. It is expensive too.

Midday flight so stopped for lunch. Tables available and ordered via app. Ready to use and prompt service and can recommend the gourmet burgers.

Very convenient and large outlet. Very good got food options. I enjoyed some pasta (veg) and Ramen bowl (vegan) Service was good and space was open though crowded. The menus were stocked on the other side of the passage way which was a bit confusing - but the staff was quick to guide and help so full points for that. The experience was as overall great- so I am surely coming back again 😀

Convenient ordering, friendly staff, but absolutely nothing good about what I was served. The chicken and bacon "BBQ" panini was tasteless and expensive for what it was. The Citra IPA I ordered was warm and flat, making me do something I rarely do: not finish a beer. Avoid avoid avoid if you're in terminal 5.

If you want to go for a drink it's fine, but do not order food - in the salad there were old leaves, burger was small and without almost any sauce and not very good either. As well waiting time was longer than in the app. A positive is that drink arrived fast.

Plenty of seating and reasonable atmosphere. Self order on their app but not easy to find breakfast extras so went without sides. Ordered the small breakfast which came quick but not worth the £9.60 especially the tasteless sausages and mildly warm baked Beans etc. Best but the endless self help coffee from the machine. We will avoid next time and stick to Starbucks or the other bar at the south end of the terminal.

£9.85 for a sharing portion of Nachos. More guacamole than tortilla chips.

Horrible staff.. Kicked us out stating “no food from outside” even though we have ordered 3 plates from them, my wife had certain allergies and food restrictions so she had to bring her own food. NEVER AGAIN!

Trash. Trash. Trash. Food is ABSOLUTE trash. I ordered a double cheeseburger. Never mind it cost 15 Euros and was the size of a McDouble, the burger patties were more dry than saltine crackers. Then, they brought out the trash margarita pizza. I’m not sure why they call it a margarita pizza. It was literally just cheese. Nevertheless, the cheese and dough were more burnt than an Irishman in the Sahara Desert. Do not eat here.

Food is as plain as eating cardboard. Ordering process is cumbersome. Food was delivered quickly. Atmosphere is average. Will not be back. Ever.

Location located inside Heathrow's Terminal 5. The staff is really kind. The food is expensive and of poor quality. Even the beer was nothing special, it seemed to be diluted with water. Given the prices, they could improve the quality. I don't recommend it.

Best airport Spoons experience I've had This is about the 4th or so Spoons in an airport that I've been too. Its a good size and there were plenty of tables. Staff were extremely friendly, breakfast came within 10 minutes of ordering. My mcmuffin was very tasty and hot. Would recommend for a well priced drink or food away from the chaos of the airport

The Margherita pizza is highly recommended. Nice big and fresh dough. Ordering/payment works online via a QR code. After ordering, the food came quite quickly. It is also recommended to order a coffee, as you can refill it as often as you like.

I asked for a pizza which was delayed 20 minutes. Nobody asked me anything after waiting. Not even the one in charle Who told me to get back but he didn't worry about my order. Nonetheless, Deondray a waiter asked and in 3 minutes he gave me my pizza. I really appreciate her effort to serie as nobody did. And in fact very kind person. Thank you very much Deondray!

Typical spoons food, but 3x the price it normally is with it being in an airport
