it was all nice except for the peices of chicken were very dry

the zinger tower burger was missing from my order

food was not delivered - went through the refund process and was basically blanked - terrible customer service and it appears that there is no system of redress

Food wasn’t very hot. Chicken didn’t seem fresh.

Wrong food delivered ended in bin as said no cheese but it was on it

The amount of chicken purchased it would have been nice to have different pieces of chicken every chicken piece was a drum stick not happy

I had a terrible experience at this location. The cashier, an older lady, acted as if she was donating food instead of selling it. I specifically requested my meal to be hot, but she rudely refused and insisted that I take whatever was available. Her attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, making the whole experience unpleasant. If you’re looking for good service, I strongly recommend eating elsewhere. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated like a burden rather than a customer.

Visited yesterday, not sure if this issue is specific to this restaurant or all KFC's generally, but my burger was tiny. It was like a chicken nugget in a bun. Disgraceful that they can charge such high prices and deliver such crap.

Went here with my 4 month old son for a bite to eat. Food was excellent as usual, but the atmosphere was completely rubbish. 3 hooded and masked teenage thugs (Caucasians) came in, did not buy anything sat down and started to make trouble. One of them threw some cola at another one, and it wet my babies buggy. The manager came out, looked and walked away. He did not do anything, probably frightened that he would be attacked if he did. I did not say anything for the same reason, also if I challenged them the police would arrest me for doing that. Its not the managers fault, it's the fact that uxbridge is just a rundown, and dangerous area with parents that cannot control their kids and just let them run wild. Also, I thought seating was for paying customers only, well, not at this KFC.

Order was placed to arrive at 14:40 it arrived 13 minutes after. There was no gravy even though I ordered a large gravy.

Food was great. Good deal. Delivery quick and easy 👍

The food quality is actually atrocious. We tried several times and every time the fried chicken quality is appalling. Drenched in oil, soggy and smelling of overly used oil. When would they change??? Don’t these franchises get audited? Why’s the terrible quality persisting?

The owner loves saving money by turning the heating off the upstairs also is closed permanently it’s been a year it’s closed their low on staff pretty much and the toilet is dirty 24/7 probably the worst kfc I’ve eaten in a while this one tops it stop saving your money mate hire more staff

**1-Star Review: KFC Uxbridge** Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a Zinger Burger meal, and it was dry and tasted burnt—completely inedible. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund and never answer their phone when trying to resolve the issue. Terrible food and even worse customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs!

3 chicken pieces missing and chicken is very cold worst service can I get my refund please

Food arrived cold, drink was pressed up against the fries, wrong drink sent. And the driver wandered around for 5 mins instead of calling, so extra cold food.

Got the wrong food. Had another persons name and number spent £40 and got some pop corn chicken

Bought some original recipe chicken. Did not taste anything like KFC. The most blandest chicken I've tasted and did not all resemble the colonels secret recipe. Other branches it tastes like KFC, Uxbridge branch does not taste like like KFC. Gave most of the chicken to my dog.

Dip missing. Chicken pieces looked like they needed more cooking.

Slow service. They drop food then put it back in keep warm. Disgusting. Update: i wrote the review before i got my food. They gave me the wrong order then they laughed about it. Walk and work so slow. I highly recommend eating ANYTHING AND ANYWHERE ELSE. Absolutely awful

My order was an hour late from the initial artival time, and when the order finally arrived, most of the items were missing. Don t recommed it. If you can t cope with the orders, don t take anymore..

not sure if they were busy but for the 1st time the chicken wasn't cooked enough the same wwith the chips, maybe not be early but cooked properly next time

Paid over £20 the burger was flat and floppy, was sliding all over the place, it's just not good and wrong to charge so much for such poor quality

I was given 6 pieces of chicken where all of them were breast pieces. Not even a variety of pieces.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for delivery through Just Eat from this KFC location, but the driver never delivered my food. Instead, he marked the order as delivered. Frustrated, I went to the restaurant to sort this out, but the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They told me they couldn't do anything since it was the delivery driver's fault, and they don't have any details about the driver. Shockingly, they mentioned they've seen delivery drivers eating orders in front of them and just laughed it off! I was appalled. No concern for customers or accountability for their delivery partner, Just Eat. I have no idea if they even took any action against this behavior! After speaking with the staff, I felt like I was the one who made the mistake by ordering from here. Absolutely ashamed of this experience. This happened on 12/10/2024 between 21:00 and 22:14. Avoid this place if you don't want to be cheated by their delivery service or deal with terrible in-store service!

I didnt receive my order and would like to get my refund as soon as possible

I ordered for food from this KFC through JustEat and never received my order. The order was said to be delivered even though it showed the driver to be around 1 km away from us. Me and my friend went to the restaurant to know what can be done and they weren't really helpful when it came to the delivery. They were not ready to take accountability for the misplaced order and were asking us to complain to the Justeat customer service. The worst part is that they themselves have seen some delivery drivers eating the delivery food and they said it. It's a really annoying experience for me and my friend and have decided never to buy food from KFC and JustEat in the future.

Iv been to this KFC on three occasions in the last several months. I definitely wouldn't recommend comming to this KFC because the food is below average and other people have highlighted the cleanliness of the toilets but yet this KFC are not checking and cleaning the toilet as often as they should, they are always left in a absolute foul and disgusting way. It's also very difficult to find a place to sit majority of the time if not all the time due to how busy it gets in here (probably due to it being in town and close to the shopping center). Staff here also tried to clean and wipe my table while i was sitting down and eating my food, causing crumbs etc to go on my very expensive clothes I wear. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and for all these reasons I dont want to come back here again myself. I'd definitely recommend going any other KFC that iv reviewed and completely avoided this one like the plague! I give this KFC a 1/10. Avoid it! Thanks for taking your time and reading my review. Delivery arrived on time but was just dumped it on my doorstep & driver had gone before i could open the door. Upon opening bag for my meal half of it was missing. Looks like the outside bag had been tampered with & stickers unstuck. Sack the driver!

I’ve been coming to this KFC for a long time and everytime I visit the toilets are absolutely disgusting. The smell and mess is unbelievable for a restaurant. This should be sorted out asap as it’s extremely unhygienic.

First time disappointing experience with KFC. the quality of bucket chicken has depleted to the ground.. there is no more juicyness or crispyness..chicken is nothing but oil n cornflour coating coming off..no fresh n hygienic feeling. Never recommend nor try. Burgers were better, but not even arranged or piled up properly.

You should allow customers to finish their food, not disturb them asking them to move so that you can clean as you need to finish your shift. Your website states closing time of 10:30pm, so why are all the seating areas closed off at 8:45pm??? Food was ok, terrible service and staff manners.

Chicken was well over cooked really hard considering how much it cost coleslaw was gone off had to put in the bin is there any point in writing this as who ever reads it you never get any feed back serving gone of food

The driver took a really long time to get here, a lot longer than it usually takes. Absurd service.

Driver could not find address, but app said it was delivered before I went out to find the driver. Second time this has happened within a week

the food was delivered early but the food bag was ripped . the portion size for the chips were shocking. we received half portions for all the two zinger box meals . that's just daylight robbery for £11.99.

I am extremely angry. The courier went to the wrong address he rang me shouting at me, I explained to him where to go, I use just eat so much and no one has ever had an issue finding my house, I live on a main road but he was on a side road on the opposite side of the road.when he did eventually arrive he very intimidatingly shouted that I put the wrong address when I showed him on the app map that it was correct he took my food and left swearing at me, I am so upset, I won’t use just eat again.

Late in the day and the food wasn't the best but the staff tried to be helpful.

Food is all cold, beans and gravy stone cold, chips soggy and cold, chicken is also cold

Went into a nearly empty restaurant, early evening. Staff were rushing as if it was packed. Service was quite fast. I initially let it slide that I changed one of my sides to corn on the cob and still got given gravy. I opened my box and the food was all over the show on the inside. At least it was all in the box, I guess.
