After a disappointing experience initially, I’m pleased to say the lounge team has since taken great steps to address my concerns. I had left my headphones in the lounge before my flight, and they went missing under unclear circumstances. The lounge management reached out, investigated the matter thoroughly, showing their commitment to resolving the issue. Their responsiveness has given me a renewed confidence in the staff’s willingness to assist and amend issues when they arise. I appreciate the efforts they’ve made to turn this situation around.

Terrible attention from the two “ladies” from the entrance today at around 16:00. They would not even give their names when I asked for it so I could make a complaint. Made me and my wife feel like second class clients and were extremely rude for no reason. Did not let us in although we showed them the legal notice from their own website saying booking was NOT required to get in, especially when they did not even have the “full” sign at the entrance. Needless to say we did not want to “beg” anymore and just went to the other lounge from the airport. Everyone was complaining for the bad attitude of these two employees. I hope corrective measures are taken.

The Lounge is Accessible via Priority pass , but i will say avoid wasting your priority pass on this lounge , food options are very limited . space is always unavailable and you have to share the congested space with some stranger sitting across the table. and they allow you in lounge for 2 hours only this is un useful if you have a long stay in the airport

This is a scam. They only allow to enter 3 hours before the departure of the flight, and of the gate closes 1 hour before, so indeed it’s only 2 hours. So, if you have a longer connecting flight, you can’t use it.

People are rude and they did say online it has showers online, which is the reason we booked the lounge. They do not have showers and apparently they never did. The food is abysmal and the front desk staff doesn’t speak proper English. If you want a quiet area, sure. But besides that, this is a rip off and the carpet is dirty and smelly. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The seating area was smelly and when we raised the concern with the staff they just looked at us like we were mad. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. There were dirty cups and glasses which were not picked up. Asked the staff, who were talking to each other, and they just said someone will come, and just carried on talking. The staff seem to be doing the minimum and not putting the customer at the centre. Really disappointing start to the holiday.

Club Aspire has consistently provided me with an outstanding experience. I’ve visited several times, and each visit I’m met with exceptional customer service and a welcoming sense of humor, even when the lounge is busy. Despite the challenging environment, the staff goes out of their way to ensure you’re well taken care of. The food offerings are plentiful, and the salad bar is always fresh and well-maintained. While it can get crowded at times, it’s clear the team works hard to accommodate everyone. Overall, I’d recommend Club Aspire as a fantastic option that doesn’t often disappoint.

I was firstly very impressed by the friendliness of the receptionist on the front desk. She kindly explained that I was a little early to enter the lounge but then was happy to welcome me when I came back a little later. The layout of the lounge is comfortable and spacious and I enjoyed a meal and some wine. All the staff in the lounge were friendly and helpful and also smiled a lot which goes a long way with me. Joanna introduced herself to me and offered any help that I needed. Thank you all!

The staff (INACIO) were very helpful and attentive. We were departing from a 7 day London trip with a 3 year old and the lounge was a great way to comfortably rest before our long flight. Staff were interactive and playful with our kid which is a good short distraction for her. Only negative is the bathroom not being in the lounge.

Don't go here, especially do NOT pay for this lounge. Overall kinda bad experience. It's totally overbooked, so it's hard to get a seat. We had to wait like 20min to get one. It just feels like a cheap mass tourist hotel breakfast lounge, nothing like any other airport lounges I have experienced so far. Plus the food quality worse than expected. At least drinks are all free.

Be careful about booking in advance. The website allows you to book at your selected time however when you arrive you are told that you can only check in 2 hours before your departure. In addition to this the showers are not working (the main reason we booked) only to be told that the reason why you couldn’t book the showers online because they are not available. Too many surprises for tired travelers. Fly #Emirates or #Qatar any day. Also none of the phone charging ports work at #Heathrow.

From my time there I was able to observe and the efficient and professional manner in which she kept the lounge organised. Booked for 12:00-15:00 for our 15:40 departure in which we have maximum 3 hrs use of the lounge. But they can only get in 12:40. Company paid for more than €50 but they Only served few cheap vegetable curries, noodles and Rice, and not-fresh looking vegetables. I suggest you ask for voucher or reimbursement from your company to spend on a proper restaurant than going into this lounge.

Don’t waste your money! Huge queue to get in even though we pre booked. Very unhelpful staff being awkward when we asked to sit at a different (quieter) table which they eventually agreed was available and fine for us to use (she was later friendlier in her approach). Breakfast was whisked away before 11am (as that’s lunch time apparently)- there were even customers trying to serve themselves breakfast who had the breakfast items taken away from underneath them! What I did manage to get was poor quality. So disappointing.

Don't Bother, the lounge is the worst designed lounge I've seen, there is no space you will hear excuse me constantly you can't walk anywhere, most seats are uncomfortable and the lounge gets full often, the food is sub par, other lounges have all had better food, for example their hummus is goey and there is no good dishes, paste seems dead and there is rice and some chilli's with sauce but it's dry, definitely nothing worth it I recommend sitting on the normal chairs outside and there is no toilets inside either by the way you have to leave and come back, also the design is so bad they put the main staff door where people queue to take food.

Fell below my expectations for my first experience in a paid for lounge. 2 adults 2 children, from 11am in late August. A table/seats were resevered for us which was great. But food selection at this time was very limited. Chickpea curry, Thai curry, soup, cauliflower cheese, potatoes etc on the hot plate. Processed cheese & yoghurt on the cold plate. Kids ended up having a bit of cheese in a roll as did we. Perhaps some sandwiches or all day breakfast options would've been better. There is house wine & Poretti available for free, but all other alcoholic drinks are an extra charge. Soft drinks available in a fridge. Place was very busy & cramped. Service was good. Contray to other reviews there are toilets in the T5 lounge. Was not a place to unwind before a flight so we wouldn't choose this again.

I would agree with the other reviewers about people who have reservations being rolled out the red carpet, which I find frustrating because we all clearly have the same access…I tried for days to get a reservation for two and was consistently told there was no availability.

I pre-booked with Dragon Pass for 2:30pm paying almost £100 for my family of 5 despite 2 of us having membership. On arrival, staff said I couldn’t enter as I had more than 3 hours until my departure time. So why let the booking system book it earlier? plus boarding time was 45min before departure so realistically we couldn’t be in the lounge for more than 2hrs? The whole point of the lounge is to kill time and we had a 6 hour layover. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Aspire and Dragon pass. Staff at Aspire lounges are often not very helpful bordering on rude to pass holders. It’s almost like Aspire don’t want Dragon pass guests.

I have travelled all over the world and used several lounge from priority pass, Amex to Delta lounge. Unless you pre book they treat you like cattles to seat you. As soon as a table becomes available they stick the " reserved area" sign. One of the worst managed lounge Take limited amount of reserved bookings and let other passengers enjoy the lounge too. Just because they made a reservation doesn't means you have to treat them like royal and others like scum of the earth. Selection of food is very limited and very dirty lounge, seats are worn out and filthy.

Please don’t waste your money on this Aspire Lounge Heathrow Terminal 5. Basically it’s a corridor, elbow to elbow with the people on next table, seating terrible - more comfortable out in communal concourse, you have to use toilets out in concourse too! So not sure what Aspire is offering here for passengers looking for an airport lounge experience. It feels like I’ve been charged to wait in the doctors surgery which is more comfortable and better value ! I’ve been to Aspire in Terminal 3 which is far superior.

I used my Priority Pass account for this - easy to get in, but it was full! I didn’t pre-book but luckily Joanna got me a table. Staff is very attentive, food was replenished regularly at peak lunch, and Vera was always clearing tables so that more people could come in. Yes, the seats might be a bit worn, and no private toilets, but it is a great lounge, with view, if you need a place to collect yourself and work a bit.

Everything from the slow & non personal checkin, the crowded seating arrangement, the Holiday Inn Express type food selection , staff are non talkative and miserable looking. We decided to try this lounge as we like the lounge experience before a holiday but the experience was no different to grabbing a bite to eat in the main terminal. So much could be improved to make it value for money at £84 per couple. Such a shame for T5.

A pathetic lounge I must say. Extensive waiting times & hardly any service of significance. I would strongly suggest to avoid. Plus 15 pounds per hour is charges if u stay for more than 3 hours (For priority pass entry). So I had a 6 hour layover. So for 15 pounds per hour u can have so many options outside of this lounge. Unfortunately I cant give zero stars !!

This is the worst Aspire lounge I’ve ever been to. Although lounges in the UK mostly serve curry and pasta nowadays, this lounge surprisingly used Chinese rice noodles as a poor substitute for pasta. Do you really think that just because it looks similar, people won't notice the difference? I was also surprised that the cold dishes didn’t even include ham. As for the environment, it’s incredibly crowded with a lot of people, and there’s only one coffee machine, which sometimes leads to long queues for coffee. My suggestion would be to just sit at the boarding gate instead.

Caffè Nero at Heathrow Terminal 2 is appreciated for its convenient location and fast service. Travelers enjoy the variety of coffee options and light snacks, such as sandwiches and pastries. Despite being busy, staff members are typically friendly and efficient. However, the space can feel cramped, especially with luggage in tow. Seating is limited, and it can be hard to find a quiet spot during peak times. Overall, it’s a decent spot to grab a quick coffee before or after your flight :)

Café is on an excellent location. But being the only café it’s always super busy which makes the service slow and depletes the quality of the food I guess.

I was scouting for vegan dessert in the area and Amore did not disappoint! There was a selection of different desserts available, some were vegan. I had the vanilla cheesecake, which could be made with toppings - I chose Biscoff. The cheesecake was one of the best! Highly recommend this option!
