I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Janna's exceptional bartending skills at the Club Aspire Lounge located at LRH. From the moment I approached the bar, Janna greeted me with a warm smile.

The lounge was superb, but Joana made the experience that much better 👏🏻 👍🏻

Tiny lounge which seems to always be overcrowded. Food selection is tiny and no hot vegetarian options. The staff though, particularly Joana, work super hard trying to make guests comfortable and make the best of it. Thanks Joana for all that you do!

Coming off a long international flight, I was quite lucky to be greeted by Sue at the check-in desk. She went out of her way to welcome me with enthusiasm and sincerity. She really made my travel experience much more personal and memorable by offering me travel tips and all the relevant information to make my stay in the lounge more enjoyable. Great customer service was truly the highlight! Breakfast food was quite basic but fine, sadly fruit offerings straight out of a can.

One of the best lounges we've been to so far. We are travelling with kids and they didn't have seats for all of us together, they kept apologizing but we were ok with separating. Then Joana came and got a seat for us to sit together. She was great and wanted to make sure we were comfortable during our wait for our flight.

We had a really good experience at this lounge. Joanna was amazing and very kind. The lounge was very busy when we visited and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for the whole duration of our stay(approx 1.5hrs). Thank you Joanna and thank you Club aspire. We will visit again next time we are in heathrow.

Came here on a very busy Tuesday during the Easter holiday weekend. Was immediately helped by Joana who helped us get some seats after we were struggling to find a place to sit. The food is very good and lots of variety.

This is a shout out to Maria, who took such good care of us recently during a long layover. In a crowded lounge, she made a space for us, made us feel welcome, and found a place to charge our devices when most outlets were full. Much needed respite from the rest of the airport!

Pretty poor food overall. 3 hot dishes and rice, some salad, soup and 1 cheese. There was no pudding course available. The plugs are set at a height where my laptop charger wouldn’t fit into them. The place was really overly busy - we initially had to eat at a high bar before managing to get a table. The staff then closed half of the lounge and made it feel busy again (despite people leaving). They have reserved seats but don’t make it clear how you can reserve them. The worst lounge experience I have ever had sadly.

Food is bland and limited. The soup was empty and of a really low quality. Veronica was very friendly and making sure the lounge was as clean as she could make it. She interacted with a young family and was very sweet with the children. The lounge is cramped and they have closed several spaces. Not worth it unless it’s free.

Thank you Veronica for outstanding service on this which must be the busiest of weekend's, you made our visit much more pleasurable.

I visited the lounge on a Sunday afternoon and waited in a decently short line to get in. The lounge was very packed and there was only one open seat that I was able to find when I got in. There were some hot dishes and a nice salad bar that was decent but nothing super special. They had beer and wine and simple cocktails too which was nice. Someone came around and cleared your plates which was nice and the guy working behind the bar was very friendly and warm.

If you look in a dictionary for ‚average lounge‘ a picture of this one should come up.

Edit: to answer the business's response. You're insulting my intelligence if I think I agreed to those terms and conditions! You're actively scamming your customers to pay for more hours they can actually use the lounge for. Shame on you for your awful business practices. I won't go back to an Aspire lounge ever again! If I could give zero stars I would! We booked the lounge for 3 hours but we were rudely asked to wait outside for an hour because we couldn't come in at the time we booked the lounge for since their policy is to only allow access less than 3 hours from your flight time. At no point in the booking I was told about this and in the end we ended up using the lounge for just 2 hours because of our boarding time was 1 hour before the flight. Beside the poor and dreadful host the food inside is disgusting. It's just four plates of soggy, overcooked pasta topped with slimy sauces. There was also a rice dish with goulash that tasted like chemicals. Drink selection is also very limited and the quality is typical to what you can find at Aldi. They also advertise the luonge as a place where you can work but that's not true at all. The only have high chairs and they wifi seems to have a dead zone right where these high chairs are. I would never come back here again as you pretty much stay at any restaurant at the airport for less than the price you pay for this lounge and get better food, drinks and most importantly service.

The Club Aspire is a nice place to spend a few hours. Some of the best lounge food I’ve had. I particularly wanted to mention Vera, who was so kind and attentive and kept our area spotless during a several hour visit. The staff at the bar were also very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Staff were lovely and attentive in particular Veronica who waited diligently to the tables. Food was palatable but lacked taste. Good choice of drinks and the bar manager was very polite and knowledgeable.
