Compact showers, and the temperature kept alternating between cold and warm even on the warmest setting. They didn't give my husband and I two separate showers even though they had more than one available shower. They made us go one after another which isn't ideal when you have a flight to catch!

My family and I tried to use the lounge on 12/28/24, got in after waiting for more than an hour and from the start were treated so poorly by the manager(Tatus or Titus) and the elderly hostess that we decided to leave before we even started to get food. They clearly prioritize paying/booked customer and not priority pass guests (although the sign says "priority pass members welcome) We were asked to join the waitlist nd we did so, got an email that we had space but even then they kept saying we are full and we had to wait. Several times we had to come up and ask to if we could go in already but they kept saying it is full even if they were letting groups more than ours in just because they paid. We even witnesses several people who did not seem to have a boking but were willing to pay to get in escorted so cordially into the lounge. Maybe because I insisted that I received an email saying there was space for us, she obliged and said they were full and we had to be separated. I said fine so she let us in directed us to individual spots for us to sit in, really far from each other which was fine at first. When this lovely couple witnessed how the hostess was treating us, she offered their table because they were about to leave. I moved to that table and called my husband to join me. When the hostess saw that we moved to a different table together, she made us get up and said I told you where to sit and I told you that you will not be sitting together. I replied that it was okay when there was no other choice but a table opened why could we not sit together. She said that other guests would be using the table. It was at that point that I called my daughters decided that were leaving because of the treatment we were receiving at that lounge. I spoke to the manager and he was equally rude and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. When I asked for his name and told him that I would post a review, he did not seem bothered at all and just replied okay. We felt were discriminated against and treated horribly maybe because we were non paying Asians and not white? What's also peculiar is how he asked to scan our passes when we were about to leave to void our stay. We have never been so humiliated , embarrassed and so looked down upon until that moment. Those two people need an intense lesson on how to treat guests in a more humane way .

Appalling experience. I can't believe this is Heathrow airport lounge. My wife and I were speechless. The place is extremely small and crowded. The quality of the food is very poor (I worked for a charity for homeless people and we served much better food) with very limited choice (overcooked Mac n cheese, tasteless red beans, some sort of chicken with pale potatoes and white rice, no dessert, except for jelly...), we have been to many different lounges in different airports and we had quite high expectations from one of the most important airports in the world! Thank God we only paid £10 because we had passes but I feel sorry for those who had to pay the full price. Avoid at all costs!!

The staff at the front desk are the rudest. Inside it’s like a flee market. The order system is not working. Coffee machine either full or no milk. Food looks so terrible that I decided to go out and buy something in Cafe Nero. Horrible horrible and one more horrible - well deserved. One great news- the lounge has no rest room:) Please don’t come. Priority pass please remove this lounge from your lists approved lounges.

We have membership priority pass to access almost all lounges . This lounge we pre booked, paid £12 for booking, but when we arrived they charged us £24 more! Why? They couldn’t explain, and we gave up to understand them, we paid. But what we had inside this lounge!? Mamma Mia!!! Packed staff, some green leaves, rice, and that’s it. So poor menu, actually no menus at all, some little things to survive. And it’s definitely not worth £24 +£12. For this money in the any cafeteria we would enjoy more and pay less. This service is not worth even 1 star

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have used many lounges at different airports, it tends to be a nice way to kick start travels/holiday. I cannot stress enough to avoid this lounge, it was disgusting! Paid £75 for two of us. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the food was dreadful, very limited choice just two hot food items, a bit of dried up cheese and one soup. Desert was a chocolate brownie, bar area was dirty and packed, had to wait ages to get served and they give you the smallest drink ever It was chaos, they were allowing walk'ins when the tiny lounge was already rammed. We were place on the smallest table in the walk way, people were bumping into us as we tried what food was available, which wasn't the best. We actually saw people stood up eating food, have mo idea how they can allow this to happen, absolutely nothing premium about it It really spoilt the start of our holiday and I so regret it, honestly witherspoon would have been far better When I get back from holiday, I will be submitting a letter of complaint

This lounge is definitely not worth the money. When we arrived, the staff were very rude, other than the bar staff, they were very friendly. We got taken to our table of 6 & it was not suitable to eat from, it was so low down & small, we ended up eating with the plates on our laps, lunchtime options are very limited, plates were very dirty, & the food was average, there’s only 1 beer on tap, & they don’t even have a toilet, you have to go back out the lounge to find one, i will definitely not be booking this again, very disappointing.

All of the staff were lovely, the food was great, but Tomi the barman was especially delightful. He was so warm, welcoming, friendly and funny. He remembered my husband’s bloody Mary preference (extra spicy) and they were exceptionally delicious. It’s a funny little space, but the exceptional staff made it a lovely experience.

This is the worst lounge out of of the London airports. Service is non existent and so poor, there were literally no seats free.. there were lots of seat areas marked ’reserved’, we asked one of the staff if he could help - his response was all of those are reserved online. He said if you can’t find a seat you can leave! Food was also absolutely awful. How this lounge has gone so downhill!

The staff here is extremely rude, dismissive, and often pretended not to hear requests or questions. The service is disorganized and chaotic, with no enforcement of separate queues for those who booked versus walk-ins. Despite having a reservation, I was left standing without a seat while they kept tables reserved, which made no sense. The ambience is cold and unwelcoming, reminiscent of a hospital rather than a relaxing lounge. The food was a particular low point—repetitive, bland, and seemingly the same every day of the year. On top of that, they hardly replenished items once they ran out. This lounge utterly failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking comfort or quality service.

I hate the staff of this club they r extremely rude the staff is telling me if i come again he would block me and I wld not be able to use the club just imagine the hospitality. And the trick is you are allowed to use it 3 hrs prior to ur flight they would check ur boarding .not to forget even if u turn up 3 hrs prior they would ask u to wait for half hr in waiting list then ideally u r left with 2 and a half hour .then inside they will make u share the table with unknown Pathetic is the word . I hate this lounge

Be careful as lounge only accepts bookings 3 hours prior to your flight DEPARTURE (which means that you pay for 3 hours but can only use 2 hours). This is hidden in between the lines so chances are that you will find out after cancelation deadline by a very unfriendly and snob receptionist. A VERY unfriendly receptionist. Nevertheless, from my previous visit, the options are limited, internet is bad, very few seats which makes a very overpriced option. Go somewhere else.

I've been to many airport lounges and this is by far the worst I've experienced. I arrived with my partner at around 11.30am and was taken to the reserved seating which was in the worst location in the lounge as to get to anywhere you had to go down a narrow walkway passing people queuing for the mediocre food offering. The lounge is too small and has no toilet. Most shocking was that there was an extra charge of £6 for a glass of prosecco - I heard someone else complaining about paying £80 for entry with their partner only to be asked to pay £6 more per glass for a low quality prosecco. As a clear cost cutting exercise they also only serve half pints of beer. As what I can only assume is an attempt at a joke, they also have a contactless tip machine at the understaffed bar so that when you do eventually get served, you can thank them for the privilege of being served a £6 glass of prosecco which you have paid £80 to access the lounge for. We left after less than an hour as the atmosphere was awful and it put us in a real negative mood before our flight. I will be emailing to ask for a refund of my reservation fee and for my Priority Pass entries to be reinstated to my account as this was the worst experience I've ever had in an airport lounge. If you are ever in Terminal 5 be sure to avoid this lounge!

Really good experience. Visited the lounge at 5:20am on a Saturday morning. Given it opens at 5am it was quite empty but did fill up fast in the hour I was there. Great food offering and lots of spare seats. Would recommend.

Limited lounges in T5 so didn't have any choice but to go here. Queued a bit to get in, but as pre-booked at least we were guaranteed a seat as was crowded. Booked through holiday extras, and seats were sort of along the corridor. Not the comfiest seats and position. Food limited small selection and nothing special, but they did replenish. Drinks again fairly limited. Only a couple of each red/white/rosé. No sparkling wine unless you pay. Staff pleasant and areas kept clean. Having experienced a few lounges this is definitely my least favourite and would not use again unless the only choice.

Refused access with lounge key, even though this lounge is listed. Rude staff and offered no explanation, as an excuse told us we need a dragon pass. However this is not the case as the bank confirmed that access is available with lounge key. Because of incompetent staff we missed breakfast before our flight

No working showers, no washroom (use the main airport’s) no universal sockets or adaptors, no resting areas, awful bland food, filthy carpets and incredible congestion. The area immediately outside the lounge in the main airport is nicer and free. They give very little information on their website so be prepared to spend a little time to understand all the restrictions if you are on a long layover. They only give a three hour booking for priority pass holders and charge you for the rest.

What a difference a day makes! Used this lounge yesterday. Reception staff were better suited to a doctors surgery even though we had pre booked but once you had got in, the staff on the bar and clearing the tables were friendly, particularly Veronika and Joanna. 24 hours later after a cancelled flight to Singapore, we arrived to try again. Unfortunately when we tried to pre book on the app we couldn't make a same day booking. So we turned up and went to the right hand side of the queue for non pre booked guests. Thete was and board at the front of this queue with a qr code to scan and you would receive a text if a table came available. After waiting about 20 minutes, the guy who was managing the queue said we were next on this waiting list. After about 20 minutes our text arrived. Hurrah we thought. After a long and stressful 24 hours, finally our holiday could begin. Sadly, Sue brought it all crashing down. She rudely told us that as we had not pre booked we were not entering. We tried to politely explain that we had joined the non booked queue, scanned the qr code and received our text. She still refused entry. After a heated debate we went to the Plaza Premium Lounge. What a different experience, warm welcome.e, told they were busy but would get us seated ASAP, seated with 5 minutes. If Sue was correct, then why was there a sign on the right hand side of the queue allowing you to scan a code, join a waiting list and be texted when apace was available? If Sue was incorrect, then frankly she needs some training as she was rude and humiliating. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Had pre booked as long wait between flights. The reception wasn't happy with the time I had selected to come in( they made their feeling known to me ) as you are only allowed 3 hours and they insist this is to the time of the flight, this means you do not get 3 hours in the lounge, as you would always need to be at the gate earlier than the flight time. Service staff inside were friendly. Food was nice but minimum breakfast items. (Don't drink alcohol so didn't pay much attention to bar) was very busy and had to queue inside for food. Web page states no walk ins on day but they do allow, but this is £45 so much dearer. Not worth it for 2 hours. Was not worth the money for a comfy seat.

Was moved from an area that was closed off and empty. Everywhere else was packed. Food was ok and enough of it. Drinks were not great. No toilets!!! Had to go outside the lounge to go to the toilet.

Poor selection of breakfast foods... sausage, bacon, beans, scrambled egg and hash brown. No vegetarian alternatives to the sausage and bacon. Some fruit and yoghurt, cereal and some burnt croissants. Have to pay for sparkling wine and have to leave the lounge to use the toilets in the airport. The seating is ok though and you get a view of the aeroplanes.

My family stopped in for a quick lunch during our layover. All food options were vegetarian. Lots of beans, vegetables, and curry. My favorite thing (and other guests also enjoyed) watching the mini pancake making machine. Service was great, workers came and cleaned often. Food was stocked well. The space is cramped but we found seating fine.

The Club Aspire Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 is a great spot to relax before a flight. The food was tasty with a good selection, and it was a nice touch having the chef, Joanna, come out to ask for feedback. There’s plenty of comfy seating and charging points, which is handy. The only downside is having to leave the lounge to use the toilets, hence the four stars, but overall, it’s a decent place to unwind away from the busy terminal.

We had a great experience, Joanna was welcoming, showed us to our table made us feel welcomed and asked about our dietary required, none for us. The lounge is modern, clean and tidy. The breakfast was great and we liked the pancake station and yoghurt selection was great. Then came on lunch with great veg red Thai curry and cauliflower bean dip! Tasty. Hands up to Balbir who was so attentive and kept the tables clean and picked up used plates, cups and cutlery. That is most importan! Balbir and Joanna did great front of house!!

I absolutely adore the respite that the Aspire lounge provides from the airport and from travel. Joanna was wonderful in helping me find a seat. The food is always delicious and I appreciate just stepping away from the hustle and bustle. I am concerned. Maybe it's getting a little too crowded. I'll be sad the day I get turned away because there's too many people! It such a wonderful part of my travel that I look forward to!

It's a small place and you have to leave the room to go to the bathroom. They have airport Wifi but it works well. For breakfast they have green juices, infused waters, soft drinks, coffee, porridge, English breakfast, bread, and some fruit. I liked it and I felt comfortable, I was able to rest and charge my electronic devices, and the service was very good despite the room being very full.

Terrible experience. Gaining entry with dragon pass was a nightmare. A lady processed one of our passes on app (it entitled my partner) but a very rude gentleman came up and snatched my phone saying my partner couldn't come in. He would only look at the male of our couple and clearly preferred to ignore women! I'm not sure it was worth getting in anyway as food seemed all very spicy stuff and there was nowhere to sit and have a coffee. Jammed packed and very rude staff. Best to stay in terminal!

This is a sad little place and it feels like an after-thought for some unused space. The food is very lacking and the tongs to pick it up are hotter than the food. The bacon was only just cooked and tasted of water, same as the egg. You are squashed in with no room to move and no room for hand luggage. The staff were friendly but that’s about the only positive.

The lounge was evidently over booked! There was a very poor choice of food and the lounge was dirty and in need of some repair. Save your money and don't bother with this. Very crowded and a slim walkway to get everywhere in the lounge. Joanna helped us and made our visit memorable in a fantastic way. I’ve met her before in terminal 3. She is an absolute star and an asset to your company. I would return to this lounge only because of her and the amazing service she provides.

Despite being tired from a long-distance trip with my child, Joanna’s exceptional service made the experience much more pleasant. She was thoughtful and understanding, going out of her way to accommodate our needs, which made a huge difference after a tiring journey. Her kindness and efficiency truly stood out and were very much appreciated. While I greatly appreciated Joanna’s outstanding service, I found that the food did not meet my expectations. It wasn’t as satisfying as I had hoped, and after a long-distance trip with my child, we were hoping for a more enjoyable meal. However, Joanna’s attentiveness and care certainly made the overall experience better.”

The lounge is quite nice, although very small. Great view of the runway. We got a table straight away by making a reservation, but we had to find it ourselves. We then just took one that had a Reserved sign on it, since we had reserved and the receptionist said we could take tables like that. Then after a few minutes a cleaner with a strong Eastern European accent came and complained to us that we weren't allowed to sit there. Afterwards she meekly admitted that we could stay seated. For the rest of the stay she was on our backs and was incredibly rude to us. So: Horrible staff, apparently from Eastern Europe, ruined the stay - there were several people who behaved like that, as we noticed. This must seem even worse to the polite Brits than it does to us...You end up paying a lot of money for your stay and have to let yourself be made a fool of. With such staff I will not visit this lounge again...

Worst lounge we have been to. Tiny space where they cram everyone in and at times ask people to share tables. We pre booked and were told we might not even get a table. Didn’t matter because we left after 5 minutes. Food looked awful. No restrooms inside the lounge either. It was busier inside the lounge than outside in the terminal. Complete opposite atmosphere of what a lounge should be. More akin to a zoo! Very disappointing.

Very poor experience, not worth spending the money. We booked on the way back from the USA as we wanted to take a shower before continuing our trip: the showers were out of order, there are no toilets in the lounge and we had to use the public airport restrooms. For £40, you can have a great meal at a good restaurant in terminal 5.

Arrived, asked to pay to enter the lounge, but the woman at the counter kept saying it was £45... Seemed to think it was too much to pay... Oddly didn't do the same with others waiting. So obviously prejudiced and obviously unacceptable. We'll never use again. Avoid.

There are no bathrooms in this lounge. You have to exit the lounge to use the bathroom and then re-enter.. it is very cramped compared to other lounges. The service, however, was excellent

Update 2024: I increased my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Service was excellent! The staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. They offer rice and curry, fruits, and desserts. Overall, this lounge is much better than Plaza Premium Lounge. 2023: We were able to enter with a priority pass without having to pay £6 to reserve a seat in advance. We arrived around 8:20 AM, and it was already quite busy and crowded. There are no restrooms in the lounge, so you must go in and out to wash your hands. I like that they have smoothies. When it's sunny, you can see the sunlight shining through the terminal panels.

Condescending staff at reception and when speaking to her manager about our request, one lady was not complimentary about our party, which was overheard by me. Aspire does not acknowledge booking times or the length, as per the terms on the website. Maximum of 3 hours, yet, due to our booking, we will only get 2. A complete waste of money.
