Nando's - Uxbridge in Hillingdon

Only missing a star as they had no Coca-Cola when we visited , I visit many Nando’s regularly and have never come across one who didn’t have coke , apart from that , the same good food and no complaints

Ordered via Deliveroo from them, the food must’ve sat there for about 20 minutes before the driver arrived and no one seemed to notice that a whole meal was missing! Tried to contact them and it’s apparently not their fault I have to contact Deliveroo instead. Awful service

Shocked that they said they don't accept service animals. It's actually against the law. their reasoning... people don't like dogs and tables are close together. shocking, he is 4kg and fits in a bag! have all documents as well. will be complaining to corporate.

Food can sometimes take longer than the expected pick up time so I usually have to wait. A couple of times the food has been very cold but overall this Nandos is ok. Staff are friendly.

I m regularly customer at nandos Uxbridge and in many other locations. I have always been treated with respect and always cordial, except in Uxbridge by the manager call Camil. The first bad experience it was horrible, and coincidentally after couple of weeks after rating 5 stars at Google reviews and mentioned Connor as an outstanding staff, on which after last Saturday 25/01/25 I have decided to delete the reviews just now as again the treatment by Camil just put us off to go to the restaurant. The first bad experience: As me and my family of 5 people walked in he sat us on the table downstairs near under the stairs, on which the table was small for all of us 5 people having 5 plates and the plates with food and some extras that we ordered, so when the main food came we asked a member of the staff if we could take a empty single table that was next to us and put against our table so that we could have a way of putting all the plates to eat , the staff was very kind and did what we were asking, after a moment Camil came and started saying but not politely that we could not have that table like that and started talking our plates very rude away and put the table away from us not even gave us time to try to figure it out how we could do it, as it was impossible and he was the one that gave us that table without thinking that wouldn't git 5 people, the explanation was that it was a fire route in case of emergency, but it wouldn't block people passing by, I m attaching a picture,then again bad attitude last Saturday when we indeed got a good table upstairs and as we always do, not just in Uxbridge when Camil is not in charge but every other Nandos, I went to get the drinks plus some portions of olive plus garlic cheese pitta bread, while the rest of the family was ordering the main food at the table online, and again rudely he refused to give the drinks as I wasn't ordering the main course, what a find it estrange as I have being doing it many times in Uxbridge and everywhere else in Nandos, what if I finish my drink and would like another one; do I have to order it again with a main course as I m having it?...He is just a such pain difficulting our evening and being rude, we just can't believe a person with such bad attitude is a manager and have this kind of behaviour towards the customers. I really hope this kind of situation gets sorted as we love to continue to visit the Uxbridge branch, as we have been served by Connor in the past and Dylan on last Saturday on which he was spot on except Camil(manager).Hope to hear back from you. kind regards Fausto

One of the best chicken ive had, good service and friendly🫡

Me and my friend ordered within 5 minutes of each other. Within 5 minutes his food arrived unusually quick for a restaurant) and 20 minutes later mine did. When you go out for food together you expect to be able to eat together. Food was cold and no apology. Never received a glass so had to go up myself and ask. Zilch customer service. Never known a nandos to be like this. I'm normally not one to complain

Reasonable. med salad with grilled chicken. Pity chicken portion was small - deflation? Cheesy chicken burger was ok.

Staff were excellent but food needs more improvement in this Nando’s and the fizzy drink was smelly, might be the soap smell. We couldn’t drink it and asked for a bottle instead.

Food was quicker than McDonald's, no exaggeration lol definitely pre cooked but wasn't dry, was good. Ok restaurant, toilets could have done with a clean.

We didn’t order food because when we are going to sit upstairs the stairs was very bad condition, very dirty. And saw less cleaning we come back without eating

Tuesday, I visited Nando's at 5 PM and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The management seemed unorganized, and the staff appeared overwhelmed. To make matters worse, there was no cutlery or plates available when my food finally arrived, which was already delayed. I had to wait for a long time to even get basic essentials, and no one seemed to take responsibility. The lack of preparation and poor service really let me down. Nando's is known for its food, but the management at this branch seriously needs improvement. I wouldn’t recommend dining here until these issues are addressed.

My food took a while to come, but Amelia noticed and chased it up for me- she was absolutely lovely xx

Our server was magnificent, a sassy diva nonetheless. However the rest of staff were ignorant and insufficient, leaving much to be desired. My pitta lacked any garlic aioli and I’m sure my hot chicken was actually PLAIN.

Please dont go for my words specially in uxbridge Nandos, check first of all you will find the dirty sticky tables, secondly check the dirty cutlery, plates and glasses. I visited here after a long time paid for my meal and confirmed from a lady called Ruby she said the payment has gone through, waited for my meal and finally got my meal through a gentleman called Dilan, I dont know why he was in low mood and nasty face, just put the food on the table and went. As soon as we started our meal the lady called Ruby came and politly said that the payment hasn't gone through. I stood up to go with her to pay but she said that don't worry pay us later after finishing your meal. Soon after 5 minutes we were approched by a lady called kate repeating the same as Ruby. We said we know let us finish our meal and we will pay. She went off. Within the next 5 minutes again this rude and nasty gentlemen called Dilan appeared again with the paying machiene and tried to be rude and unproffessional repeating that you have to pay us now.I was very upset and also surprised that is he trying to be a gangster or he is begging us to pay because he was acting so rude and unprofessional as he himself has been raised on the streets where nobody can be trusted. Belive me we did not enjoy our meal at all. He stood there and not let us finish our meal despite being told that ok could you please leave we are coming. We do have some self respect than thease uxbridge Nandos staff beggers. Hence he stood there until my son had to leave his food and go with him. He spoke to Jags a temporary manager who was kind enough to let us finish our meal. But we did not enjoy our meal at all. We will never go to uxbridge dirty Nandos to see the unprofessional and rude staff in uxbridge. Shame on the dirty owner who hires staff just like him.

During our meal I was interrupted on three separate occasions by three different staff due to a miscommunication between management and staff. In particular Dylan was extremely aggressive and appear to be seeking to create an escalated situation despite me trying to diffuse the misunderstanding. Thanks to the restaurant manager who eventually stepped in and appropriately offered apologies and remedies steps. Action points for Dylan to learn the basics of customer interaction and service, if you do not want to be there find a more appropriate role and certainly brush up on basic manners and people interaction skills.

Kate was fantastic server.. Helped with any requests we had. She was amicable and polite. The food was on point today, delivered to the table hot. Thanks

We went on a Sunday evening, we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. The whole restaurant looked dirty, the floors & table were sticky. There were lots of rubbish on the floor. The food took 40 minutes to arrive after placing our order. We like Nando’s but the Uxbridge branch just doesn’t feel clean so will not be returning.

Food was great as always, but the SERVICE! (kisses fingers). Conner really went out of his way to make sure my family and I (with slightly particular eating requirements) had everything we needed. Thanks dude.

Please wait to be seated to then be told you order by your phone, pay in advance. Here's your glass, go fill it yourself. At least McDonalds fills your up for you! Oh cold chips too. Think I'm done with Nandos now, no amount of Fanta special dressing will make me want to serve myself again. Not when they are charging restaurant prices.

Really nicely run nandos, food and service was above expectations and what was really great was the service with a smile. We celebrated a milestone, and the staff naming both Kate and Conner definitely went the extra mile in ensuring everything was perfect. I have been many times and it’s always great service, thank you once again!

Place is suffocatingly claustrophobic, could be bigger. Never had bad service. In all honesty Nandos is overrated anyways but especially this branch. But guess what I always end up coming back!

Great food and very friendly staff. However, the hand dryer in the males toilet (probably the females too) have a film of bacteria/dirt building up at its bottom. The filters likely need changing too.

Fantastic service by Connor and other staff. Outside tables are a bit wonky and wobbly but nice sitting in the sun and fresh air. Inside air conditioning annoyingly makes food go cold, too quickly. The food is amazing! Every time!

Food and service great as usual, but the music is unneccessarily loud. You cannot hear each other speak across the table which makes it very uncomfortable.

I went twice at this Nando at Uxbridge near shepherd bush Market and I was not happy. The food was delicious but they delay serving. One day I waited more than 1hr until I forgot My Order. Management should do something if there are less staff. Thanks

It's such a favourite among chicken-lovers, but after all these years, it's vegan offerings are poultry!!!

Not been to a nando's for a while. Sadly will not be rushing back ...chicken was dry coleslaw generic bog standard And that is £15 sorry not for me Sticky table that was cleaned With the auful spray stuff and a cloth god knows if it's clean Since covid the antibacterial spray is all that's used my paper napkin stuck to it couldn't Use it ..note to management the tables do need a good hot wash first thing .. The plus of the visit was the staff front of house all very helpful and friendly.. But still wouldn't go back Not the nando's of old cheap quality food .

Giving 5 stars for service. Connor was great. Giving 1 star for my spicy rice bowl. Chicken looked anemic was cold. The spicy rice bowl was missing the brocolli and hardly any cauliflower. Everything was just cold and it looked unappetising, just looked like it had been thrown in the box. No care.

Never seen such bad customer service. Disappointed and not gonna recommend it.

The place is looking tired and a tad grubby, the staff are courteous and polite and the food is good and tasty.

Found a caterpillar in my food! Would be 1 star, however the staff were very good about it. They replaced the dishes and offered some drinks. Rest of food was good.

Ordered food via the app waited 45 Minutes and everything arrived cold. Very disappointed. Only got offered a £4 refund. They shouldn't offer a delivery service if they can't provide hot / warm food.

Always enjoy going to nando's uxbridge my favourite local eating out space

There is always certain expectations when going to well established restaurants and this one never fails 👌🏽. I've dined in, picked up and ordered delivery, on all occasions the food has been great. From those warm peri chips on delivery to friendly service from the staff when eating in.

Can get busy. But service quick and staff friendly

Quite ok, coke not real mix water and cold not nice. Tablets not clean still dump. I think they need improving clean tablet and fizzy machine too.

Visit Saturday 4th May.Missing items. Chips and two wings. I mentioned this to the waiter when he delivered the food. He looked at me like I was lying and then asked to see my receipt, to which I showed him. 5 minutes later, somebody else brought the chips to the table and left. Another waiter came to the table to remove the number and asked if everything was OK. Again, I mentioned I was still awaiting missing wings. He said no problem....However, it didn't arrive. I approached a completely different waiter and explained what had happened. (At this point, we had practically finished eating) He apologised and went downstairs immediately to sort it out. He brought it personally to our table and said this should never have happened. When we were leaving, he apologised again. I told him it's ok as it wasn't his fault, but those of his colleagues.

Friendly staff, came in off hours so overstaffed but very polite and good atmosphere. The wrap was mediocre compared to nandos in general but it might be a one off. Benefit of the doubt
