Nando's Trinity Leeds in Leeds

Went for some dinner and had good friendly service from the staff. The quality was decent as usual from Nandos but you don't get much for your money as my salad had barely two small pieces of chicken in it and the sides were small considering the price.

Over the years I’ve become a bit disillusioned with Nando’s believing standards had dropped. Came to Nando’s trinity yesterday and it was amazing. I felt like I did when I first tried the restaurant donkeys years ago. The service was fantastic. The food was actually grilled and you could see it which made the taste amazing. Moist chicken not dry or overcooked 10/10

We walked in close to close but were very well accommodated too we didn’t feel rushed food was really good quality, hot and fast Hannah was lovely we really appreciate the hospitality girl boss

We had to cancel our dessert order after waiting for 50 minutes. The house manager had assured us that the desserts would be ready soon but she had no explanation why they weren’t. Before that, we had to go ask for our plates to be cleared after sitting with them for quite a while, this was despite one waiter walking past several times (the used serviettes on the plates a clear sign that we were finished). No peri chips despite indicating in our Oder. And no apology despite raising this issues. This has left a bad taste for Nando’s.

Small portions, although a high price! £2.60 for some peas which were not of very good quality, not to mention that the sizes of the burgers etc. don't look anywhere near the same size in real life. Despite the food being nice, I would probably not recommend if you are hungry.

El pollo real tenía un sabor increíble.Después de nuestra comida pedimos postre, dos tartas de queso. Esperamos y luego vino un camarero para decirnos que no había más tartas de queso. Entramos para un almuerzo rápido. Tuve una ensalada de la casa con pollo a la parrilla. Gosh fue aburrido! ! Hay tantas ensaladas emocionantes, pero esta no era una de ellas. Solo un montón de lechuga (un poco más que lo mejor), pepino, tomate y algunas aceitunas. ¡Qué lástima! !¿Seguramente serían bienvenidas algunas ensaladas más imaginativas?

As long as you accept their way of service than the food is exactly what it says on the tin. Great chicken, that is what Nandos is about, quick and filling lunch.

La comida era obviamente consistente como en todos los restaurantes de Nando, junto con el ambiente y el servicio, sin embargo, fui un lunes por la noche con mi hermana y esperé 45 minutos para nuestra comida. Ate here on sat, was greeted at the door and asked for a table for 2 was told to go upstairs. Restaurant on 2 levels , stairs and lift available. Member of staff upstairs sat us down quickly gave us a choice of a few tables. Ordered and food arrived after approximately 15 mins. Food was nice. When my friend spilt her rice by accident over the table a member of staff quickly helped to clean it up and offers her another bowl. Read other review about rude staff but we did not experience this at all. tables, cutlery and toilet area were all clean too.

Nando’s cutlery and glasses are always dirty. It’s has deposits and stains of other people’s food and mouths. Every time I visit I always tell the staff but they never seem to be bothered. I would rate it 0 but the minimum is 1 star.🤢😡

Haven't had a nandos in years so have it a go.Good pointsFood was lovely, really nice share platter and for what we paid felt got good value.Bad points.Q to get food was crazy, took about 20mins and at one point more people in the Q than sat at tables.No knives- strange but had to ask.The mens toilet was disgusting!! Uranals overflowing, hand drier hardly working, the toilets just looked dirty like they hadnt been cleaned in ages (and wee all over the floor) Staff see a little abrupt - no hello, no how are you, thank you etc. Just a bit off.Overly an odd experience! But the food gave it 3*, everything else would be 1*

Fui a comer con un amigo como lo he estado muchas veces sin problemas. La comida tardaba más de lo normal y nos dimos cuenta de que el personal parecía estar ocupado pero también que cuando la comida se servía a nuestro alrededor, la gente se quejaba de que sus pedidos estaban equivocados.

Estábamos buscando una mesa de 5 minutos, pero no sé por qué si vi 4 mesas gratis. Más tarde nos pusimos a querer hacer un pedido de otros 15 minutos. Aguas simplemente caminando y limpiando otras mesas y nos ingore. Estuve allí la primera vez, pero la última vez.

Waiting for table 10 min when we get table we relized there was few more empty tables. Waiting another 15 min nobody came to take order. Staff working in slow motion absolutly not recommend this smokecage smells burn oil.

My wife and I ate here with voucher bought as present, ordered food and waited 30/45 minutes for food, chicken was average, chips were cold, sweet potatoes wedges were horrible, garlic bread cold and soggy, coldslaw was good, in all, very poor, won't be rushing back.

We take going to nandos as a treat, this will make me never go back ever again. We waited for over 40 minutes to be told they had forgotten about our order. They said initialy they were waiting for wings to come out but then served a couple sitting beside us with wings. These people had been sitting for10 minutes. They then tried to fob us off then admitted they had totally forgotten about us, they cooked our order in 2 minutes, but because we had been waiting a hour by then we had to rush out for our train. They begrudgingly gave us a refund and our order but now we're sitting on a packed train with drunken louts trying to eat our dinner because we are starving. Nandos at Trinity Leeds, never go there unless you want terrible experience. I'll never go there again.

The peri peri chicken was amazing. Price also reasonable. can recommend to anyone who love eat out. Definitely go back.

I eat here 3 times a week with my family but the staff sometimes are very rud and unhelpful. I also noticed that you have to pay extra for Coca-Cola which is strange as you are paying already £2.70 for a tap up soft drink but they still make you extra for coca-cola. A member of staff was rud and even kept arguing with us. We have been customers for 15 years at Nando’s.

First visit to a Nandos. My partner really enjoyed it. The only thing for me even the mildest dish had spices so didn't enjoy it as much as I thought. Great service from the staff.

Never found here too busy to get a table at lunchtime! Even though it is a busy restaurant, meals arrive quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful - worth a visit even if you are not too keen on piri-piri!

Food was good, wait wasn't so long. Took the food home only to realize there was no Peri peri sauce in my order.

Don’t usually do reviews but the last time I went the portions were small ( not usually like that’s!) Had a long wait even though it wasn’t that busy. Shame :(

I wouldn't usually review Nando's as we visit frequently and you usually experience the same level of service at each branch, always good but not exceptional. However, the service in this branch was excellent. All of the staff were really friendly, we were seated and served quickly and the food was great. Very good indeed!

The Nando’s chain is a very popular product. However it is expensive and not good value. Be prepared to pay over the odds for convenience and novelty.

It’s a Nandos... the food tends to be the same in most. However in Trinity they do tend to have plenty of staff on meaning they handle busy periods quite well.

This is as good as most Nando's food always tasty chicken and even though it was busy the staff had it in the bag

After an afternoon of shopping my wife and I called in at Nando's. Usual layout and presentation. Friendly waiter who showed us to our table. We both chose our usual order of half a chicken with chips (1 portion of regular and 1 piri-piri chips) with coleslaw. Drinks were cloudy lemonade and an English tea. The food was served in a timely manner. It was as usual very tasty and the portion sizes were to the usual standard. For desserts my wife chose the Portugese custard tart which she loved whilst I went for a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

We stopped by for a quick lunch on our six hour drive to Lake District. We were famished and travel weary, and the Nando's outlet served us a good fix before we hit the road. The service was quick, the food was fresh and we left feeling well satisfied. The portions were good and the service was friendly. Would recommend.

We ate here right on tea time on thursday and even tho it was very busy i food came out quickly and was very nice portion sizes were good and bottomless coke.

Even though we went at a very busy time I was made to feel very assured that I could eat there. As a coeliac it is very hard to eat out and feel ok.

We have been to several different Nando's in the past but this is by far the worst. Firstly, the corn on the cob arrived stone cold and had to be replaced. Then the main meals arrived. I agree with some previous reviewers in saying that the portion sizes, presentation and the lack of salad, the sloppy wet bread, the limp lettuce, the see-though tomato. It was appalling. We were hungry after eating our meals with sides. One of our party was so disgusted that they asked for a refund. We called the manager over to show him how disgusted we were with the the size, presentation and quality of the food. The young manager was an insult to the chain. He could not see anything wrong with it and asked what kind of issue we had. We said about the quality, portion size and value for money. He responded by saying 'don't raise your voice at me', which was a plan to make us look back, especially as voices were not raised. We asked for our money back on the meal and £8.29 was returned in a reluctant and aggressive manner. We had got two sides with the meal (£9.99), so I went up to get the remainder from a member of staff who was helpful. The manager saw me and came running over. I pointed out that we needed an additional £1.70. The manager got his phone out and checked and said it was £1.10. I pointed out that it was £1.70, which he again checked on his phone. I said that I am surprised that he needed a calculator to workout this simple calculation, he replied, that he would be surprised if we were allowed back in the restaurant. This summed up our meal unfortunately.

We visited around 2pm on a Sunday and got a table for 3 straight away. All the food was brought out fast enough and all correct. Tasted great, can't go far wrong with a Nandos!

Went to Nandos for a late meal with some friends after a long day at work. Always find Nandos a good place to go. Had a quinoa salad with chicken. So fresh and tasty. Staff very attentive.

There are several Nando’s in Leeds but this one was less busy that the other two we looked at. We were able to get a table for two with no problem. We knew what we were going to have having been to Nando’s before. We had Butterfly chicken in mango and lime. Savoury rice and salad plus corn on the cob no butter. The meal was Nando’s usual standard and very enjoyable. The only complaint we had was that the corn on the cob was burnt in parts - in all fairness to the waitress she did offer to get a discount for us but we declined as we were in a hurry to get back to the First Direct arena.

proper looking forward to a fat scran. person took my order couldn’t even speak english asked for all plain wraps n we got the complete opposite. well annoyed. payed 11.50 for a large wrap and chips. was the exact same size as a small and didn’t even get chips

Me and the fiancé went to Leeds to see my son and we decided to go to nandos because in Lincoln that is our favourite place to eat but I was just lost for words to be brutally honest the chicken was dry my finace ordered sweet potato fries and half were undercooked and the other half were overcooked so I presume they had had some old chips from a last order and just thrown them in with her order my chips were cooked perfectly but there was way too much peri peri seasoning on them almost as if the lid had fallen off and it's just spilled in top but the service was great but unfortunately will not be returning to the nandos in Leeds

Hadn't been to a Nandos for some time and after this will be a long time before I visit again. The welcome at the door was good but then it went downhill. The staff were busy talking amongst themselves. Food plates were stacking up on the hot plate and after a long wait we had to ask if our meal was ready.. The meal when it did arrive was poor quality and lukewarm, There seems to be a major need for some staff training.

I always like Nandos for 2 reasons, it always tastes the same and I have never been unhappy with one yet. This is another one in a very busy location which still maintained a fast and friendly service. We were sat quickly and very little waiting time to order.

Nando’s is one if the best restaurants of all time. Everything I’ve from there has been fantastic. They have great vegetarian options and a few gluten free options. It’s just a shame they their veggie burger isn’t gluten free too.

Love Nando’s obviously, a regular but never tried the Leeds one until now, was really nice warming service, there was a really long queue but they got down it quite quick. Will visit again when next in Leeds.

Came in with my partner and everything seemed great service was good and quick. My butterfly burger was luke warm at best in the middle....I think that should of warned me to be fair. I Didn't like the fact we had to wait outside the door till a table was ready but I understand there isn't a waiting area this would of been a good review but as you can tell by my tital I got home around 6 o'clock and have been throwing my guts up since. I'm not going to be a D**k and tell people to avoid because it was a great place I just hope this is a one off

If you want quality food then call in Nandos. The food is cooked to perfection and served at your table piping hot. There is a good menu to choose from from mild to very hot dishes. The peri peri chips are fantastic and complement your meal. The drinks are re fillable throughout your visit which is very good especially for the kids. The staff are very good and the restaurant very clean and tidy. Well worth a visit if you are in Leeds. Look forward to visiting again.

Just want to say ,me and the mrs where doing Christmas shopping and decided to go for something to eat ,we picked Nando’s and weren’t disappointed the food was top notch ,service was quick ,and reasonably priced ,it was my first visit to a Nando’s and I will be back absolutely loved it

I visited Nando's as part of a night out with Work, and I was absolutely blown away with the service provided by the staff here. They were efficient, attentive, and gave the staff enough space to enjoy their food. There were no issues whatsoever, and the food itself was outstanding.

Came here for lunch whilst doing some Christmas shopping and enjoyed a chicken pitta with the best restaurant served mash ever! Great service, it was fairly busy but they kept on top of everything and our food was served relatively quickly.

Great lunch, staff very pleasant and the choice of flavours and sauces were great, 1/4 chicken with salted fries and spicy rice is very good , also wings roulette is a fun sharer to have with friends

I regularly go to nandos in Newcastle, but i was away in leeds for the weekend and we went to the Nandos in trinity centre at about 12 on saturday morning. It was absolutely packed so we were expecting quiet the wait. but we got a table straight away and a good one at that! Ordered food and it arrived within 12 minutes since my partner is vegetarian it often comes in like 25 minutes after ordering as they dont have the mushrooms ready. But for our food to come so much quicker despite it being so busy! really impressed

It’s stand for its unique BBQ style and sauce flavored. Their services is excellent and ready to help for your options. The half or whole chicken items are most favorable

So I decided to pop in here as I haven't been to Nandos for a while. Why I don't know now. Within ten minutes of walking in I had my starter. I hadn't even finished it before my main arrived. I couldn't believe it. I hadn't planned to have dessert but I wasn't expecting such a quick service and still had plenty of time before my train, so I had one. My food was also made to perfection as well. Really good quality. And the staff were very efficient and friendly too. They always checked to see if everything was okay and it always was. Ps. The lemon lager ( can't remember the name lol ) give that a try.

This branch of Nando's is typically the same as all other branches. Plenty of seating, great food at an affordable price and friendly staff. Would recommend if you like chicken and chips.

my daughter wanted lunch here after shopping in Leeds. She had butterfly chicken and I had Caesar Salad. My daughters food was lovely. My salad was very disappointing. Taste was spot on but got no croutons and very little chicken. I mainly had lettuce. You need to give extra chicken and not to forget any items off the menu

Food was cold and is always so busy. Needs to be sorted out why is it so busy and my food was stone cold.

4 of us called for a late lunch after shopping in Trinity. Two had half chicken, one had butterfly chicken and 1 had chicken burger. The chicken was cooked very well, you choose which strength of peri peri sauce you would like. The soft drinks can be refilled as often as you like. You pick the sides you want, we chose chips, spicy rice, mashed potatoes, peas and salad. A varied choice. We enjoyed the meal and the air conditioning was welcome on such a hot day.

Food was cold, staff were grumpy and only interested in taking my money. Pretty much here everything that is wrong with a food establishment can be experienced here. I'm not going to waste my life telling you what's wrong with the place, just avoid at all costs

The staff at this place obviously dnt know how to co duct themselves in front of a customer, they showed us to our table and left the menus behind they then after saying twice can we have a menu they finally brought us one when we ordered our food they took 25 mins to get it too the table and that was just starters then 2 mins later they brought our mains so they took it back after we finished our starters they brought the main out which was obviously the same food previously brought out which was cold and just not nice we will not be visiting again as we asked to speak to the manager but never came over to us so we just left disgusting customer service

Yes, all Nando's are pretty identical but this one deserves a mention as the food was good, the aircon was on during a v hot day and the staff were quick.I stopped in for tea whilst on a business trip alone. Tend to use Nandos as you know how much it will cost and what you will get. And I only bothered to write this review because in this occasion the staff served me promptly, gave me a good table with a bit of view and the food arrived piping hot and very quickly.It's a bog standard Nandos, but full marks to the efficient and brisk service to this tired traveller.

Always come to this place when in need of a nando's. The food here is always good, quick tasty and reasonably priced to bring your mates or your girlfriend. Prefer this one to the one on boar lane.

I LOVE Nando's, but this Nando's was dry, hard sweet potato fries, dry rice. So disappointing as a Nando's lover. Go to a different one!

Visited this restaurant a few weeks ago. The food was nice and the service was good but it was a bit expensive for what you got portion wise.

Went to visit with a group of friends, me and one of my friends ordered halloumi burger. Not only they managed to forget the main ingredient (HALLOUMI!) in 2 out of the 2 halloumi burgers we ordered (HOW POSSIBLY?), but also the burgers were children sized! When I got a new burger with halloumi inside, the slice was so thin that looked like the slice of cheddar you melt on beef burgers!!! DISAPPOINTING.Should I add that I asked to have a plain burger and I got spicy sauce inside? No point on complaining again as all my friends already finished their dinner and they did not managed to do one thing right. By the way, it was quiet as it was a Wednesday night.Never again.

First time eating at nandos. Had the rice chicken n salad. Food was lovely. The special salad was amazing. Only negative was the atmosphere. Was very dull inside

Fast service, and good quality food as per most visits to Nandos, although having not eaten in this branch yet always good to see the standards continue.It was quite quiet which probably helped with the speed of service to be fair.Will definitely return.

Been to a few Nando's and although not a fan of chains you at least know what you are getting. The staff were friendly and attentive but we waited an hour for an order they had missed - a simple super food salad and butterfly chicken. When it arrived - after chasing - it was the simple chicken with salad rather than the additional butterfly chicken. Now tbh they rectified this by refunding the chicken and providing a voucher, and we were offered extras, which we didn't take. And the customer service was brilliant - they couldn't apologise enough. But the restaurant was freezing, and it was a really simple order so still very disappointed with the whole experience. Thanks for trying to fix it guyz - really appreciate it.

Nothing wrong with the food although one major problem for me was it constantly felt like I was battling the flys away. The cakes what you had for sale near the tills even had one trapped in which results in bad Food hygiene :(

This is the one of the best joints I have been to couple of times now. The food is great having to a great meal. The restaurant is friendly and is definitely a great place to eat.

Need I write a review? As an Aussie experiencing UK Nandos, you just can't beat it. Friendly staff, easy location...>GREAT CHICKEN

Had butterfly chicken hot with fries and peas washed down with A merlot, it was fantastic value and I will definitely be going back . Downside Make sure you get your loyalty card stamped when you pay they can't do it after you've eaten ?

Tasty chicken but very small portion. I had the Quarter chicken which was actually just a small chicken leg. The price of the garlic bread, which was very dry, was ridiculous for four slices. Chips ok. Good choice of dressings.

Standard nando's. Good food, food drinks, good service. We visit nando's often but this visit was a one off as we were away and we weren't disappointed.
