Nando's Trafford Centre in Trafford

Very quick service , helpful and polite staff. Food was lovely . Quite expensive but they are good size portions. Only had to que for ten minutes this time to get a seat.

I visited Nando's yesterday for a quick lunch and ordered 5 chicken wings, 2 slices of garlic bread, and a bottomless coca cola. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. I especially liked the variety of sauces they had, from mild to extra hot. The only downside was that they didn't offer student discounts at the tills, only on the app. I think they should make it more clear on their website and menus. The total price was £14.40, which was reasonable for the quality and quantity. I would recommend Nando's to anyone who likes spicy chicken and a casual atmosphere. I give it 4 stars out of 5.

I regret to inform you that my recent experience at Nando's was far from satisfactory. The customer service provided by the duty manager was extremely disappointing, as her demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, my order was delivered in a subpar manner, with essential utensils missing and no glasses provided for the cold drinks that I had paid for. The repeated inquiries from the waiter regarding the payment for the cold drinks were embarrassing and unnecessary. To add to the disappointment, the dessert that I had ordered never arrived, leaving me to repeatedly seek assistance from the waiter to inquire about its whereabouts. This experience has left me with a deep sense of regret for choosing to dine at this establishment.

Where were the managers? Why are there not enough tables to seat 5 people. We queued for 1hr 30 minutes and another 30 minutes before our food arrived which was cold. People in the queue for 4 people were going in and we noticed more of their party following them in and sitting with them in the booths so in essence jumping the queues. No one checks that these people are jumping because there isn't a table ordering service anymore. They do as they like and no rules apply. At least tell people how long the wait is, rather than have them wait for 1hr 30 with no where to sit. My back was aching. There was no communication for the customers in the largest queue and the queue jumping was ignored. I appreciate your busy but how is this fair. Disgusting customer service. Kids were exhausted.

Ripe old age of 50 and my first ever trip to Nando’s - can say never again chicken was cold wrong coleslaw given …… at least the chips were hot. Won’t be returning after wanting to see what all the hype was about and well I just don’t get it

Went to do some Christmas shopping at the Trafford Centre with my partner and thought since we were there we’d have dinner. Decided on Nando’s because let’s be honest why wouldn’t you. Queued up at the door for what we thought would be a while but actually moved relatively quickly and before we knew it we were in. We were asked if had been before and knew the score with ordering and were shown to a table for which if I’m honest was a bit cramped so after ordering again handled excellently by our server my partner asked if we could move to a more spacious table which was facilitated for us no problem. Our starters arrived at our new table no problems however, and this is where things get slightly disappointing, the mains took for what seemed forever to arrive. Once this reached the attention of the manager Lisha (sorry if I’ve spelt wrong) who was lovely. She quickly made sure that we were furnished with freshly prepared main as due to a breakdown in communication our mains had been taken to our original table and the occupants had eaten it. Lisha informed us she’d only been there a week and was doing her best to tighten things up she apologised profusely for the wait and furnished my partner and I with vouchers for money off our next visit. The mains arrived and were as predicted absolutely delicious and true to Nandos form. The five stars on this review despite our experience are for the excellent customer service delivered by the manager during what was clearly a busy service with staff under a bit of pressure as well as great food and being reallocated a table regardless of it being very busy. we’ll definitely be back. Really dirty restaurant, seats had food pushed down the back and on the seats, floor covered in food. Had 2 chicken breasts. Smallest chicken in creation tiny pieces of chicken and served luke warm. Not coming back.

The service here is awful and they need to smile more. Not only did I wait for over half an hour for my food, it was cold when u got it and the order was incorrect so half the food got taken back whilst I ate the chips which I wanted altogether, then when. They brought it back it was just thrown together and they just put it in the table no apology no nothing. Safe to say I won't be going there again.

Found me a table quickly and effectively. Asked me if I’d been to a Nando’s before and asked if I knew how to order. I used the QR code provided on the table, saves you having to queue. Staff were friendly, polite and with a smile on the face. There were quite a few people with the young kids? And the staff were on hand to carry a high chair if needed. Which I thought was great. Food came out nice and hot, staff asked if I required anything else. Presentation was what you expect from Nando’s. Would come to Trafford Centre Nando’s again. Staff said goodbye when I left and which me a good rest of my day.

Butterfly chicken yum yum ohhhh omg if butter couldn’t melt best chicken ever with salted fries skin on with side of garlic bread. I’m in heaven.

Quick friendly service. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. Asked if we needed any help ordering on the app. Food came really quickly & was lovely & hot. Plates cleared away quickly. Only complaint customer toilets were awful.

Nandos always hits the spot and the sauces are to die for. Mow you can simply order at the table its so efficient

The staff were rude on more than 1 occasions we asked whether the chicken wings which we ordered as a starter would be arriving with the other starters to a response "that it takes time to cook" even though another starter was a hot starter. The wings arrived with the ordered meals when we said we anticipated them with / as a starter we were told that we should have ordered them that wat the meals were just dropped on the table as they flounce away. Spoke to the manager who said "so what do you expect me to do about it". They then forgot to bring the order and paid for mayonnaise the whole experience was awful and the food was medioca

Never have an issue with the food here always nice & usually fast . But the staff are always very blunt . When we arrived here an older women was sitting us and two other women who wasn’t with us to a table . When she sat us down the two other women went to sit down on the table next to us and the hostess stated “ no I’m not sitting youse here I’m sitting youse on a better table” . Made me and my partner feel quite awkward . Made it seem like the lady was sitting people at nice tables depending on what they looked like?

Food was over cooked or old chicken like rubber. Bread or burger bun was rock hard! could not cut it,bite it or eat it. One piece of lettuce and a slice of tomatoe is not a salad. Chip/frys drowned in red salt, like the top of the shaker had come off. Coca-Cola was good and refreshing after the very salty chips.👍 Expensive rubbish on the whole. Save your money go elsewhere. Trafford Centre has plenty of food eateries, this one is not the best.

Having stood at the door for quite a while, we watched 3 members of staff look at us then continue their conversation, eventually a girl came over, another customer asked for children colouring sheet, she blanked us showing NO acknowledgment we were even there, got the sheet for the other lady,. She then came to where we were standing picked up some bits tidying the desk still no acknowledgment, at which point I’m afraid I turned to my husband saying, we are not here to be ignored and walked away.at that point she shouted “ I was helping another customer” to which I replied “I understand that but at no point when walking towards us, sorting the colouring sheets, tidying the desk have you even said I will be with you in a minute, let alone say hello’. Needless to say we didn’t eat chicken that night!

Fantastic service from TC nandos especially from Pernal he was really helpful made sure everything was fine with our food and very friendly.

Penell was friendly, helpful, attentive. 5* overall best nandos experience we have had in a while. Fab.

Very poor staff service, family next to us got their food first. Staff said to order on the app and then said oh it doesn’t accept payment by a gift card. Long wait for food.

We visited the Trafford Centre Nando’s on a Tuesday evening. I have to admit it looked like the Nando’s team had had a busy evening but the restaurant was honestly disgusting. Tables were left filthy, dirty rags on the tables which looked like they were being reused, food all over the floor and all up the wall on the corner table we had been placed in. Safe to safe we both looked at each other and said let’s leave… I won’t be rushing back to this Nando’s in the future. If that is the condition their restaurant is in, I’d hate to see the kitchen / food storage area which the public cannot see!

After queueing 25 minutes for a table, you are seated and then told to order using the app. Fine. But you can't order a glass of wine on the app, only a bottle. Ridiculous. You then have to go and queue at the counter behind people who won't order on the app, as the staff can't take your order.If you're going to enforce using the app, make EVERYTHING available on it please?!!The food came quickly and was okay, but I won't be visiting this particular Nando's again

Went for dinner was very disappointed to hear the food shortage as delivery not coming. We had to have take away with what ever available at the restaurant. Shame it happening after lockdown.

5/5 stars, lovely staff who were willing to help with anything we needed and gorgeous food. Everywhere kept clean with Covid in mind and we felt in safe hands. Thanks Nando’s!

Love nandos however this experience wasn’t that great tbh. Had to grab my own cutlery as non was provided. Food was tasty however the garlic bread and wings were quite burnt and left a not so great after taste

My worst ever experience at a Nando’s! And I’m usually a fan! The service was shocking! Knives and forks came 3-4 minutes after my meal arrived, food was cold, order was wrong, and after asking 3 times for our glasses to get a drink, they arrived just as I finished eating! We were dumped in the back corner of the restaurant, and the alarm on the back door beeped constantly the whole time, after I repeatedly asked someone to turn it off! I’ll never eat here again! Five guys it is next time!

First time coming to Nando’s in Trafford centre and the restaurant is lovely different colours of tables blue and red etc so very nice. Staff where friendly and refilled our drinks etc food was amazing.Definitely recommend the halloumi sticks as starters was our first time having a starter in Nando’s and was excellent.

We had a fantastic time at Nandos Trafford Centre. The chicken was very well grilled and and very tasty. Thanks to Chef Talib. Also, the waiters did exceptional ensuring that they tried their utmost best to make our outing enjoyable by giving 8 of us tables closer together. Thank you to the staff team.

Visited tonight with friend had a great meal food was great and also the service , all 4 of us had a great time couldn’t fault it especial from the waitress Caitlin she was very polite , efficient and couldn’t of been more helpfull

We love Nandos for its flamed grilled chicken. Chicken was juicy and properly grilled. We ordered some sweet potato salad which was nice but very small portion. Olives was very tasty. We will come again for your food.

Went to nandos Trafford for a quick bote to eat.We had to book at the front and were given a time slot of 46 mins.very well organised as you get a text 10 mins before .meant we could have a drink before.Food was very nice and for 2 meals with the eat out ti help out was around 14 quid.Service was good and staff friendly.I don't think you can ever go wrong with the quality in nandos. Only thing wrong really was a noisey family with a squaking kid who had his phone on loud watching pepper pig .Some people dont know there is such a thing as headphones.

I went to intu Trafford’s at Nando’s with two young children and my husband. I had the worst experience you can think of. I was waiting in the que through app for 1 hour 30 mins and then received a message that the table is ready. Upon arriving one of the staff was badly arguing with me and telling me to join the que. He had no manners and I asked politely if he can explain why. He said he wouldn’t like to talk to me and chose to talk to my husband instead. We asked to call his manager as he was rude to me. His manager of course took his side and she spoke in the manner as him. We just wanted the staff members to explain the procedure to us but instead they were extremely rude to both me and my husband. The staff at Nando’s have no customer training so please avoid this place especially if you don’t like someone talking down to you despite of you being polite to them because you came with your children.

We had put our name for table. After hour we haf call to came as table ready. We ordered meal platter which includes drinks. The food was good but the service could of been better.

Nandos's in Trafford Centre has reopened with a table service but with new rules to deal with Covid 19.You go to a scanner, it helps if you have a QR app on your smartphone. Give your details and you will have a waiting time. Mines was initially about 60 - 90 minutes which soon jumped to 2 hours.However after a hour I got a text that a table was ready and I needed to confirm if I wanted it.Of course we were walking at other parts of the Trafford Centre and you have 10 minutes to get back to Nando's.It gets a bit confusing at this point. Just because you have a text saying a table is ready. It does not mean you are going immediately to a table.You have to join a queue with other people who got a similar text. Then someone will hopefully take you to a table. We got sent to another line, this was people waiting for a table to be cleaned.This took about another 20 minutes after we arrived when we got the text.We were then shown to our table. Then told how Nando's operates. There is no till to go up and order. No getting your own cutlery, plates, napkins and sauce bottles. You do not even refill your own drinks.You now scan your phone on another QR code which takes you to an app (not the Nando's one.)You order online, pay by credit card, give your Nando's card details and table number. It is a bit like those big screens that some McDonalds have in effect.Your food is served to you as well as your plates, napkins and cutlery. The sauces arrive in a sachet.If you have free refill drinks, in theory you ask the staff to get them for you. You can guess the problem. The staff will be nowhere to be seen when you need a refill.It has not been without teething issues when we talked to the staff and I guess there will be changes. Also note that this Nando's does not do takeouts at the moment.However with the wait times, if you are starving, do not expect to arrive and get a table immediately.

Due to the current pandemic, changes have been made in terms of getting a table at Nando's! Completely understandable as it's a trial, have to go to Nando's Trafford, they take your details and text you when your table is ready. I went on Saturday 11th to find out that all tables were fully booked for the day. Then I rang on Monday 13th and spoke to Jama who informed me that during weekdays it's less busier and if I was to come on Tuesday 14th July the wait would be 45 minutes tops, whether its for 5pm or 6pm. I then rushed from work to give my details and was told by Fabio (who was kind) that all tables were booked and no more bookings were to be taken. I expressed dissatisfaction because my expectations had been falsely set, and he kindly called his manager to see if she squeeze myself and my mother in since we had been given the wrong information and had come from far. The manager came and upon seeing us made a face and was rude, ill mannered, and blamed the whole incident on us, and told me I wouldn't get a table any due to it being busy. I was very surprised to see how Nandos, a place I love to frequently eat at, that delivers great service, had such a rude and ill mannered manager. I was unlucky to not get her name, but I will be formally raising a complaint. I'm not sure whether she was racist or she was rude, but really upset me, and her attitude stunk. Not getting a table wasn't important anymore, it was just shocking the way she spoke. Get a new Manager Nandos Trafford, for she had a vile attitude!!!

Seemed like quite healthy options. Very tasty. Reasonable priced especially free refills on fizzy drinks and frozen yogurt. You can choose level of heat of sauces. Some thought the "very hot" wasnt, but maybe just not enough added. Service quite fast. Reasonably comfortable.

Nice place our table was cleaned on arrival the food was delivered very quickly and was delicious staff extremely busy but friendly.

The boss strolls around like he doesn't care and is half awake. Twelve people stand in a queue waiting to be served by two unfortunate staff whilst three tills sit idle. Plenty of staff around,most running about doing little I'm afraid. The Nandos at the Manchester Fort is far superior

The process for seating to get a table works really well and is fair. Ordering was quick and the staff are friendly. The meal was hot and very tasty. I’ll be returning.

After a long night we decided to have a evening meal at Nando’s as we was already in the Trafford Centre. I always expect cues so wasn’t put off but the waiting time. Once seated I was made to feel uncomfortable as the tablets are all bunched together to get more customers in. When my chicken wrap arrived I was disappointed at the amount of chicken that was given as the majority of it was lettuce.I think this restaurant could improve by possibly making it more roomy and setting up a booking system for customers to prevent long cues.

It has been some time since my last visit to Nandos at Trafford Centre.We went in later afternoon and we did not have to wait long for a table.As always this branch is always busy and it seems it has had a recent refurbishment.We ordered the food, it arrived quickly. I enjoyed my peri peri chicken. My son liked his burger.

Eat here during our day trip to the Trafford Centre. We visited in school summer holidays so had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated but from then everything was 1st class.The service was very quick and ordering the food was hassle free. The staff were very friendly and cheerful and the food was on par with all the other Nando's I have visited around the country.The restaurant was very big in size and plenty of seating, so if you see a queue, don't be put off it will not take long to be seated.

Only one drinks machine working again and your food goes cold waiting in a long queue.

We were sat on a table that was too small, so requested to move seats and was willing to wait, when moved, another member of staff came over and said we were not allowed to sit in the seats, even though we had just been moved once. We ordered our food, starters took 20 minutes and arrived 2 minutes before our main. With not enough room on the table for all the plates we had to send food back. If moved in the first place this wouldn’t have happened & food was served cold. We were very disappointed with the service we received.

I have visited many Nando's throughout the country and this one in the Trafford Centre Manchester is definitely the worse! Poor service, not very clean eating environment and the food was very disappointing. What happened to the Nando's experience - certainly does not apply to this restaurant ... Staff look as though they are always tired out and the management just stroll around giving orders. This restaurant is dragging down the brand names reputation. Give this Nando's a miss until they get a grip on providing a quality service and value for hard earned money.

For all those chicken livers this is the place to be at. I'm on a healthy lifestyle streak and they do some great choices for healthy eating options. Literally missed the queue, so got in quick and we all knew what to order. New drink machine which are a lot better than the previous ones. Staff always working hard and giving you the best they can to make it a pleasant visit.

On both occasions I have been to this particular Nando's with family and work colleagues, I have found the services to be poor, the food disappointing, long wait to receive the food and poor quality. The chicken at Kentiucky's taste better and that's saying something. The seating area was not clean and the management seem more bothered to chat to each other rather than look after the customer. The workers seem to be run off their feet thus the quality of service offered is of a very disappointing standard. If you dont want to hang around waiting to be seated and to receive sub-standard food, go to McDonalds or Kentucky, it carn't be any worse that's for sure!

We go to Nando’s quite often and have never had any real problem before, but this was absolutely awful. We placed our order and when the lady at the till read it back to us it was okay but when we checked our receipt somehow several items were missed off so we had to go and queue again to reorder these items. The chicken wrap was okay but the garlic bread was rock hard and completely cold, like it hadn’t been cooked at all. My partner took one bite and couldn’t eat it so we sent it back. Whilst we were waiting for the new garlic bread I started eating some of the mash, and quickly found it was hard, burnt and dark brown on the bottom where it had obviously been burnt. So I asked to send this back as well. We were very surprised by how quickly the food was returned, but then discovered they had sent back the same food that we had returned. The garlic bread still had a bite mark in where my partner had tried it. It had very obviously just been microwaved and warmed up a little, however parts of it were still quite cold and it was still rock hard and now very chewy from the microwave. The mash still had dark brown lumps of burnt potato in, and they had clearly just tried to scrape some of it off. We couldn’t eat any of it. When someone eventually, after maybe 20 minutes of us waiting and trying to catch someone’s attention, came to take our plates away and asked if everything was okay we explained what had happened and that we had been unable to eat most of our food. One waitress just said ‘oh sorry’ and carried on stacking our plates, whilst another who has overheard (this was the lady who had originally taken the bread and mash back) asked if we would like to take the bread home with us. I am not sure why they thought we would like to take it home after sending it back once and then not being able to eat it the second tome round. We received no further apology other than this. It put a downer on our day and we left hungry and disappointed. Won’t be back any time soon.

It's Nando's! It's so hard for them to get it wrong but we were initially met by a lady who asked how many in our party. The answer 4 seemed wrong as she then walked past us without another word and approached the next people in the queue. When we were seated, the only words we got were " follow me" no greeting or pleasantries and no indication about how we should place our order.

Came here with a friend at about 6pm on Wednesday, no queue and was seated quickly. Floor was dirty around he table. Ordered food, halloumi to share, this was fine. It went downhill from there. My friends chicken wrap was ok but I had Caesar salad with next to no dressing or lettuce, server came over and checked if all ok- I advised no it was not and she sorted the problem, I was ok with this but after that a member of staff pretty much barged into me in a rush to serve customers behind and then when plates were being collected this was done at such a speed the waiter was clashing them together so much that my friend and I could not continue our conversation, it was so rude and unnecessary. I stated this to him and also under the pretence that he was probably going to break something he replied- ‘’no I’m fine , been doing this for a long time’’ - Well if that was my waiter in a restaurant I ran I would be giving him a warning for being rude to customers and a lesson in stacking plates quietly so not to interfere with customers dining experience! Will not be returning.

Great food by Nando's standard. But always queues here, seriously consider another Nandos nearby. At the Chill Factore 2 minutes away, always get a seat there

Visited Nandos at Trafford Centre many times before never had any bad experience however this was not the case today.

Been here dozens of times, recent refurbished, changed drinks machine... now chaos and drinks are tasteless and flat.

Lovely meal as usual. Visited last week. Queue a little long but fast service when meal has been ordered

Once again excellent food and service at Nando’s Trafford. Love the new decor but not the new drink machine as the barcode from the bottom of the cup falls off so you have to ask for replacement other then this minor issue everything else is as excellent as always!

Really slow service. Wouldn’t really call this my favourite Nando’s. it might just be me but I’m sure you get smaller portions than usual??? - took 45 mins for our food to come. Staff all look miserable

Not a standout experience, but not terrible, the food and atmosphere were very pleasant, the drinks machine did not work and a staff member had to fix them, this compared the silly sticker on the bottom of the glass system needed to use the machine which inevitably get wet and fall off.

Been to this restaurant a few times in the past before refurbishment - always a very average experience but food and staff generally nice.

Well I am not impressed Nando’s at the Trafford centre has been closed for a month now and today we visited as we love it here.... or to say we DID what have they done?. Made it bigger but not better. Cold food, massive ques, drinks machines in the oddest place! Just ruined what was a perfectly good Nando’s. Think I’ll stick with the Bolton branch from now on.

We love Nando’s however this is the worst we have ever been too. The restaurant is scruffy, big queues, long waits for food. Staff don’t care less unless it’s their friends they are serving and then they get the nice booths. Whilst the restaurant is closed for refurbishment I think the managers need to overhaul the staff team as well.

Our family of 4 ordered the large platter, and we all loved the food. The peri-peri chicken was moist and tender, the peas were deliciously seasoned, and the chips were hot and crisp. We were all very happy with our meal, and we keep talking about how we hope Nando's opens more restaurants in the U.S.

We were staying at a nearby lodge and walked across to the Trafford Centre. The restaurant was very busy and we had to queue fro about 10 minutes. They have a good system of three queue lines depending on the size of the party. We were in the line for tables for two and were seated very quickly. Food and drink was ordered at the bar and was brought to our fable quite quickly. We had a sharing platter which consisted of chicken breast and chicken thighs as well as four sides. There was a choice of spices to be added prior to cooking and we chose Lemon and herb. The sides we chose were garlic bread, spicy rice, coleslaw and fries. The food was hot and tasty. For dessert my wife had carrot cake and I had pastel de nata. We really enjoyed our food and the staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient, Despite the business of the restaurant the service was good and we didn't feel rushed and staff took time to explain and advise.

The food was the usual standard for Nando's. However, the staff were very unwelcoming especially given the fact we had our little one in a pushchair. I know orders are usually taken over the counter, but our little one was irritable. So someone with some empathy could have come to us to take our order on this occasion. I had to make my way to the till leaving an agitated baby with her mother. When I raised this complaint on the counter all I got was 'this is our procedure'. Surely some common sense should be exercised at times when needed :( To top everything up the little one was sick on the dining area yet no-one mopped up the fluid on the floor. Dare I say that could have been dangerous if someone slipped over the fluid. Nando's management need to address these basic human flaws in their business.

On friday afternoon my partner, 2 year old daughter, 1 month old son and myself were out celebrating my daughter's birthday that day and decided to pick Nandos for lunch as I hadn't been in a few years and thought it would be something different to the numerous burger chains on offer.

We visit this place often because the food is nice but that’s where the good things end. All there staff need proper customer service training as they come across like it’s there first day (clueless). I’ve noticed on many occasions staff members letting there friends in jumping the cues while we wait for 50 minutes to be seated. The whole restaurant is a mess with food everywhere on the floor, seats. They spray the table cleaner while you are eating next to them just wiping all the crap on the floor. I could keep going.. NANDOS you need to start reading these reviews and doing something about it. Where are the health inspectors when you need them.

Went to Nando’s in the Trafford centre with the Family.

Visited the Trafford centre Nando’s today food ok customer service was terrible was greeted by a young man who pointed to a table then preceded to throw the nandos stick on the table didn’t even speak to us or make eye contact I believe customer service is key and for that reason I wouldn’t return to this restaurant

Never had a bad meal here. The chicken is tasty and I love the peri chips. If you’ve never been got to give it a go. Usually have to queue though.

Food was amazing like usual and fully halal certified for those who need.. we went on Boxing Day which was crazy busy but service was very good.. ques where long but we’ll organized by staff.. we had to wait around 15mins for table which was not so bad.. great service..

We ordered half chicken well done came normal. And sweet potato was like mash potato. Service was also very poor.

Last time I went here they had ran out of spicy rice and the table we have been seated on was dirty my chair was wet from someone spilling a drink had to wait over half a hour for my food then I ask 2 members of staff from extra thighs 20 mins later still nothing then when I had finished my meal I told the manger she come back straight away with the thighs will not be returning to this nandos again its a joke.

One of favourite péri péri chicken meals. I have been many Nandos over the years and have always found the Trafford branch the best. Great service and food portions are better than the others.

Today we visited the Trafford Centre. My daughters have various food allergies. They love Nando’s.

Ordered some chicken wings as a takeaway option... first the waitress forgot to give me them then became rude when I reminded her of her mistake!

Friendly staff, fast service (both being seated and waiting for food) but could have been slightly cleaner. The food was a bit icky where we were sat but I never expect it to be perfect in Nandos. The food was really very good. The churrasco burger should be a permanent item on the menu!

We normally LOVE Nandos and were very much looking forward to the meal after some heavy shopping at TC. Sadly....service and food were a let down. Lafy serving at till didnt seem to have a clue. I had to repeat order quite a few times and even then she got table number wrong. So food took forever to arrive as went to wrong table then just sat there till I went to enquire where our food was an hour after ordering. Even then only part the order came and I had to go hunting for the rest. The portion size was so tiny! Chicken leg was a baby chicken and thighs were more size of wings. We asked for medium...the chicken was bland and completely dry with no sauce....the garlic bread rock hard ftom having been there for ages..drinks were so full of gas there was no flavour. Sadly dissapointing experience all around...

I really like nando's and go a lot with my family but this one just isn't good.

Just been to nandos and God I am not happy, food is good but the staff ruining this place.

The chicken choice is extensive and very tasty.You can choose how hot you want it! There are loads of sides to choose from and you can keep refilling your drinks from the soda fountain.

It couldn't have been worse! Wrong food arrived, the waiter then just took off the cheese and handed it straight back! The second was cold and the third attempt, although not contained limp lettuce and fatty chicken. Very disappointed.

Visited here when myself and my sister came for the day as a shopping trip. Food was lovely and staff were delightful.

Our first wait was outside in one of three queues waiting to get a table for two. I don’t know why this was necessary as when we were eventually seated, 20 minutes later, there were several unoccupied seats, can’t help but think this is part of their marketing, ‘ look at the queues outside Nando’s, must be worth waiting for’ sadly in my opinion it’s not.

Came to Nando's earlier in the week. Lovely meal with tasty food. Brownie and gelato good as well. As an occassional treat, it is very nice 😎

We usually go to the Chill Factore one. This was our first visit to the Trafford centre one. First of all the queues.... we didn't realise until someone pointed out that there were seperate queues for tables of 2 and 4. We were a family of 4 queuing in the table of 2 line but we had no idea. The lady who took us to the table said ot happens a lot as the signs are so small & can be easily missed. But on the positive we were able to be seated. However the table was a little dirty from previous diners. It needed a wipe down. It still had a dirty knife & fork on it. There was a lot of food on the floor too. Pretty gross. My fella took ages at the till - when I asked what took so long he said the person didn't really understand our order and kept getting it wrong? Then had to get someone else to sort out the drinks. When the food came it was wrong! They managed to cock up my sons order amd my fiances. The food wasn't as piping hot as it should be. It was mediocre. We also had to also ask for the colouring pencils etc for children where as at the chill factore one they are just really "on it" and bring it. We ate our meal batting away the fruit flies (prob trying to get at all the bits of food around the floor) we left as soon as we could. Sorry but massive disappointment and won't be returning. Oh... also.... we ordered a large wine and it was LESS than 125ml so my fiance had to go back and return that too!!!! Staff need training, oh and another thing... my fiance said theloos were disgusting and we didn't want to take my 7 year old in there so i took him to ladies. Which whilst wasn't disgusting... it certainly wasn't great. The sinks were full of tissues? Messy floor. Think it hadn't been checked in a while. Sorry Nandos.... we are big customers but we won't be returning to the Trafford Centre one again. Dirty!!!

It was busy when we went but we were seated quite quickly. The food (meal platter and livers) arrived on time and was tasty as usual. This time the peri chips were the best we've ever had (crunchy & flavoursome). Highly Recommended.

‪Imagine really looking forward to Nando’s (as it’s your favourite place) ordering your food and receiving wrong order after waiting for 30mins while everyone around and who arrived after received their food. Then getting forgotten completely while you wait for further 30mins. I have had issues at this branch before but this was by far the worst and felt very personal. ‬Shittest experience ever, worst service and rude and disguting behaviour of staff. I visit this branch a lot and this is first time ever I’ve asked for a refund anywhere (where I was handed cash when I paid by card because apparently they don’t refund on card which was very annoying as I tend not to carry cash). I don’t think I’ll be going again.

Went Trafford centre yesterday with my mum, decided to go and have something to eat at Nando’s, we got seated pretty quick. We ordered the butterfly chicken with coleslaw mash and chips, was very tasty and got our food quite fast, great atmosphere very relaxed would recommend to go for something eat.

First time we’ve ever been bothered to queue for a table and got in pretty quick... it was very busy but the food was still of the quality you’d expect from Nando’s, good food at a good price 👍

Arrived to find a queue at the door but were soon seated although it was massively busy considering it was Monday lunchtime. Equally long queue to order food (in this day and age you would think they could get someone to walk down the queue taking orders on an app or ipad to speed queuing?) and to be really honest staff were a bit blank faced and robotic. I guess I would be too when ts so busy but a bit of personality would be nice. Anyway, food was typically Nando's, no complaints and the potion of chips served seemed generous. Tried the summer burger which was a bit bread heavy for me as I'd also ordered a side of garlic bread. Fine for a quick bite to eat but wouldn't make a special trip to this branch.

Came here for a bite to eat however when the food arrived it looked a little unfresh and garlic bread was undercooked I felt. The pita had one leaf of salad on it. I was expecting at least a handful. I was asked how our meals were and I actually said it was ok. This was where I should have said it wasn't good enough but It was busy and just didn't feel it was worth it.

Bit disorganised..we were..and staff quiet helpful Tried the chicken livers Bit hot and a bit dry Otherwise usual Nando’s Safe and sound

We didn't stay to eat. Call me old fashioned, but queuing to order your food and paying before you've received it I can do in a fast food burger joint.

Just went in for some lunch on my own. Not a please or thank you from anyone who I spoke to in the whole visit. You go the till, they don’t even say hello. Just ‘table number’..... staff plonk food down in front of you and just walk off without saying anything..... chicken in wrap cold, fries cold, halloumi cold..... and as it happens so are the staff. No thanks

We arrived early (it frequently gets very busy). The staff were friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly and was correct. A spillage occurred close to our table and it was cleaned up immediately. Further seating has been added to ease the lunch time rush but as we left (around 12.30pm) there were people queuing for tables.
