Great pub to watch the football and play some pool

Didn't have food, so I can't rate! But had a brilliant night, staff very helpful and friendly will definitely go again 👍🏻😊

Went to a party with a great Dj. I wouldn't recommend the draught cocktails very expensive for a tiny frothy drink.

Lovely atmosphere..great staff..

We popped in for a couple of drinks while visiting family. Never been before as we normally go on the other side of the road. The bar was noisy until we walked in and it went silent, the guys at the bar just stared, it was so uncomfortable so we left that bar and walked through the exit to another area. 😂 This was much larger with big leather sofas. We enjoyed our drinks in here, we were the only 2 in there apart from a couple of young children who were playing pool and bat and ball games. Not quite what we had envisaged but it was ok, wouldn't go back though.

Great room for a party! Staff were very attentive and helpful. Very flexible with food options. Overall great party.

We recently held my daughters christening party at the Brooklands Tap and it was honestly fantastic! From start to finish, Zanete listened to all our requests and was so accommodating. We went for the sandwich buffet and our guests were raving about it! It was delicious and very generous. They were amazing with my two gluten free guests and as it was a christening party, were so caring to the many small children we had. The hired space is generous, beautifully decorated and super clean. I could not recommend it enough. We will definitely go there again for both a pint and for our next party. Thank you Zanete, Gabby, Steve and all your great staff.

Hard to put more as it was just a flying visit for a coffee, girl behind the bar was sound and the UTD memorabilia is ace

I held my Birthday party at the Tap recently and everything was fantastic. It's a great space for a party, and Zanete and her team helped arrange everything we needed and were great hosts on the night - lots of compliments from other guests. Definitely recommended.

We recently held our sons 21st party there and the whole night was fantastic, the bar staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was made available to us to set up that day and was a perfect venue. It was at a private 18th birthday party, it was all laid out great to accommodate the party and the football match.

Great pub, awesome beers and great staff

Received a Parking ticket despite taking 5 paying customers there and then the pub refused to assist in overturning it. Totally unfair to allow paying customers to receive parking tickets whilst at the establishment - especially when parking in the dark and in awful weather.

My grandparents were the publicans back in the 60's, brought back many happy memories of helping my Grandad bottle up!

Great place to socialise and watch sport,good atmosphere and very close to metrolink

Barman very helpful and pleasant, popped in for a drink after the Sale FC rugby as we knew we'd get a seat and pub would be nice and quiet, we would have stayed for another drink but someone unleashed some very, very noisy children and made it into a creche. Therefore we didn't stay for another.

Loved the place even though I was attending a funeral, good place, but drinks were a little bit expensive, but overall a great experience.

Zanete was so helpful when planning the buffet for my birthday party. Its a great room, nicely decorated with plenty of seating. We were lucky with the weather and able to sit on the outside decking, again plenty of seating. Great atmosphere and all staff friendly and helpful. The buffet was delicious, everyone commented how tasty it was. Thank Zanete for all your help.

Nicely decorated, looks good. No good if you like ale though as there isn't any. Boddies keg !!! , keg IPA and that's it. Seven lagers though if that floats your boat. Not planning on coming back, shame really as otherwise seems fine.

Haven't seen this pub busy but the beer was a reasonable price and it is quite big inside with a jukebox and lots of seating including comfy couches. Shame its usually less busy. Would reccomend if it was busier more often

Really nice pub, like a pub of two halves with a lounge style on one side and public bar style that opens out to a terrace with open and covered seating Came here to watch the footie, well run decent pub with very cool quirky toilet decor. Worth a visit.

Held an event at the Brooklands Tap in July 2021 and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is a great size, nicely decorated and drinks were good prices. The best thing by far was the staff - in the lead up to the event the Landlady was in touch to discuss what we had planned and she made everything so easy. They were really accommodating and flexible with room setup and arrangements and put some lovely touches on the day with a personalised sign for the event! The staff were incredibly keen to help on the night and could not do enough for us - great attitude and really helped with the vibe!! Would massively recommend for anyone planning an event or just looking for somewhere good for some relaxed drinks!

Green King isn't normally a good start but when cask ales advertised on the door but nothing just further disappointment. Overall more of a lager focused venue.

Been twice recently with friends. I've lived in Sale for year's but never been here. Didn't need to book or anything we just sat in one of the lounge areas outside and waited for a bartender to arrive to ask our orders. We paid upfront and drinks were delivered promptly in clean glasses and cold. There was some language barrier with some of the staff but we got our orders so we were happy and weren't bothered. Will come again sometime.

Sports bar for regulars Obviously loved by them but it was made very clear to me that I was sat in someone else's chair. Also bartender told me they had no Bells Scotch until I pointed it out to him behind him I left

Smells like smoke inside, probably due to people smoking outside and the doors being wide open letting it all drift in. Benches outside are pretty old and kind of unstable. Not going here again.

Good tasty food, great value for money, premises clean and presentable. All staff friendly even with my two small ones creating a bit of a mess, lots of toys to keep the little ones occupied. Glad its my local.

Good pub with two bars. Made to feel welcome with 2 kids. They went out of their way to put the rugby on for us in some comfy sofas.

He vivido cerca de este pub durante 17 años y nunca he entrado por la puerta. Me di cuenta de lo que parecía en la Tastecard app así que decidimos probarlo. Parece que ha sido recientemente renovado, así que está dentro. No un menú enorme, pero eso es bueno en mis ojos! El tío detrás del bar era fantástico y se aseguró de que estuviéramos bien atendidos y contentos con todo. Teníamos entradas y platos principales, ambos deliciosos. Vino muy agradable también. Sin duda volveremos, incluso sin la Tastecard fue una buena relación calidad-precio. Me alegro de que por fin hemos descubierto este sitio!

Reservamos aquí en el último minuto y estoy muy contento con nuestra decisión. Esto es bastante local con nosotros, pero nunca hemos comido antes. El pub ha sido reformado y es bonito por dentro, la comida era excelente, gran tamaño de las porciones. El servicio era genial también. Sin duda volveremos. Incluso sin el Tastecard es un gran valor.
