Brilliant staff....we wanted to go but had our dog with us, so the staff prepared us a table outside. 100% recommend

I give three stars we waited for almost an hour for froyo and a cheesecake we waited on staff rude and annoying the girl said 1 sec and that was a hour ago

Nothing to fault at all, Staff were very pleasent Sophie and the new girl that was being trained were happy and chatty which is perfect. The food was quick, hot and delicious. Butterfly burger, chips and Garlic bread was lovely and the warm chocolate pudding was to die for, so many flavours and the chilli wasn't over powering.

Dead in the restaurant, ordered a pick up for two people - said it would be ready for 8:30 l, I left at 8:50. This isn’t even a one off, this is just standard. Staff standing around chatting. One person who actually seemed to know what he was going and actually apologised for the wait, which was appreciated.

Nearly 50quid for uncooked chicken and a bad belly the next day for us both... wont be going nandos again ever!!!!

I love Nandos food however the Telford and Birmingham ones always seem to disappoint compared to the Shrewsbury branch. Portion sizes seem to differ greatly between branches but Shrewsburys is always generous and I never leave still feeling hungry or like I've been ripped off. We always go for the whole chicken to share which includes 3 large sides for about £20. Drinks are a little pricey at £4 for soft drinks however you get unlimited refills with them. Their bottled cider is nice and not to bad at around £5-6 for 500ml. Staff are probably the best I've come across in a nandos store. They are always extremely friendly and helpful when needed.

Everything was amazing just one order was missed and took a while to get done.

Fantastic place to go for a meal with family or friends. You have to wait a bit for the food, but you know that you will get fresh and not "old reheated cutlets"

The food was absolutely lovely. The service was top tier, ordered online and the drink cups were here within the blink of an eye. The lady in the striped white shirt was very efficient and lovely, making sure everything was okay for us throughout our visit. I love it here. Would recommend for everyone. Someone give this lady a raise!!

totally agree with the previous customer comment, manager was being hostile, i don't understand how saying "i would like to order the food with two sides" has any meaning of separate the sides into single order. I was accused repeatly of my own fault and how i ordered, i didn't even complained about the issue and just asked to resolve the difference that i paid. When you encountered someone doesn't listen, and not welcoming at all from the beginning, how would react to it. The worst experience in my whole life, telling a customer to leave the restaurant because your own fault, totally despised and insulted. If you think your staff is new then you better spend some time helping them instead of giving that as an excuse and put it on the customer. I don't think anybody would expect paying more the same items and same portion?! the one star service is for the manager grade, however all the other server were given excellent service, friendly and helpful. Again, as the other customer suggested, the manager could pick up some service skills from other stuff.

All 5 I will have to say ! Very impressed. I loved the food and I would recommend it to other people. It was quite expensive but you would expect it for the quality. Service was lovely, but u have to get your own cutlery. The atmosphere is beautiful and cool designs. It is definitely worth going if you haven't been before.

I have been wanting to go for ages!! Finally went and can say it was worth the wait, tried the smoky churrasco and it was perfect on the chicken, loved the chips and the dessert too, not to mention the lovely staff. Definitely going again.

Great place to eat if u luv chicken and spicey sauces. All very well organised. Lovely place but some of the furniture needs attention. The cinema is right next door so it's in an ideal location. Will return.

Food could do with being hotter.. and sometimes the corn isn't cooked enough.. service always good.. not always warm inside, have to go with a cardi/coat..

Let's be honest, it's Nandos and not a fancy restaurant, so keep your expectations realistic. That said, it's perfectly fine, you know what you are getting and the price isn't too bad. Two of us shared the platter (whole chicken and 4 sides) and also gave the new loaded fries a whirl. It was all pretty good, lashings of hot sauce and a couple of beers. We couldn't quite finish it all. Could I quibble that the chicken breast was too dry? Sure, but I knew where I was going and tailored my expectation. We enjoyed it, safe food made exciting by hot sauce. Lunchtime was quite busy. If I go again I'll try and go a bit later. Invariably there is a fair number of grey tracksuits in there, playing videos on their phones. If you want a booth and a bit if quiet, avoid Saturday lunchtime

Not a fan of Nandos (,only had it once lol) Daughter persuaded me to go. Must be honest it was a lovely meal.

New manager? Arrived and seated by a lovely chap who could teach the manager a few things or too about manners. Refused alternations to food when no other Nando’s I have been to have ever do so and also gave me the third degree over my blue light card, again no issues with other branches. The manager was hostile but the staff were lovely. Won’t be returning to this branch.

Never had a bad experience. Food is always cooked well whether eating in or takeaway. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere all depends on the time of day you go I suppose.

We arrived on a busy Sunday evening, just one table free. We were greeted and seated straight away, the service was efficient and a nice relaxed atmosphere even though they were busy. The food arrived quickly piping hot, fresh and tasty. All in all we were quite impressed as our first visit, we will be back!

What you see is what you get here. Always cheeky, a Nando’s hits the spot every time. The extra spicy sauce is brilliant, and the boneless chicken thighs are a timeless classic on this menu. I really recommend for some flavour in the mouth and a nice portion of food. Thanks very much

Fantastic restaurant, very clean, very hot outside so was nice they had air conditioning on. The staff were excellent, very helpful & very knowledgeable about the new items in the menu. I had the new garlic BBQ topping on chicken boneless thighs, was fantastic, cooked to perfection & the topping was a wonderful flavor without being too overpowering. Was a fantastic meal. Had 2 friends with me & their thoughts were the same. Excellent service, excellent food. Would highly recommend a visit here. You won't be disappointed. Thanks

Good food as to be expected of Nandos. Service was lovely and friendly and food arrived in good time.

Ordered half chicken with peri peri chips and grains. Waitress brought quarter chicken and chips no peri peri. Had nearly finished my meal by the time the peri peri chips arrived. Was quite dissatisfied but not surprised

Terry was fantastic as were the whole team when we went on a Friday afternoon. Food was quick and chicken was cooked to perfection! Meat fell off the bone and the new bbq flavour is delicious !! 👌🏻

Butterfly Chicken was a little dry. Also they had no mayonnaise, and the ice machine was broken. Bit disappointed in this visit as Nandos is usually v good.

Such a brilliant night. It was about 8.45 so the end of the day and still we were greeted with smiles by the amazing staff. We bought two bottles of wine and then ordered some lush food. I just want to say Thankyou so much for being so brilliant we will be back soon! Thankyou! Love Libby xx

ordered food 40 minutes ago after being told there would be a 25 minute wait, table next to us has had starters after mains, we havnt even had our cups yet. Getting a bit traumatic

hold on to this restaurant on the spur of the moment decided to order table that seemed to irritate the waitress she said, can’t you use your telephone? Are you slump initially I thought it was a joke, but it was obvious that this woman was being disrespectful. I told her I wasn’t comfortable using my phone to order food and that I would like to order from the waitress at this point, she said, I will send the waitress over to you. we let the instant Tash, and ordered butterfly chicken and a wrap. The food was OK but jet while we were eating it, the waitress continued to stare at us and sneer. I felt so uncomfortable I decided to leave. I approach the pay point by the kitchen and explain to remember stuff I wanted to leave at this point the woman approached me and said what’s the problem now I decided that I would leave rather than cause a scene and I didn’t want to create a problem so I said, can I just pay it and leave please she snarled at me. I told you to use the app were busy you know. I’m not very good with using the Internet due to my age and this is the first review I’ve ever done, but I was so insulted and let down by the staff member.

Was seated and served straight away as it was around 4pm on a Sunday so not too busy. The chicken was very tasty, and well cooked and presented.

Just seen newest Indiana Jones movie and fancied a quick bite. Nando’s ticked the box (it was at the other end of the car). Partner and I enjoyed our meal - spicy as much as you like, tasty and timely for a quick in and out. I’m writing the review because of the surprising server who helped us. Phil was great, quickly empathised with our first ever Nando’s experience and introduced us to all things Nando’s. We had fun and thanks to Phil a memorable experience. We’ll be going again.

Visited with family of six attitude of a waitress /manager was dreadful she very disrespectful and accused my son of trying to get something for nothing as his food was cold she said she would reheat the food We decided to leave instead my family was so embarrassed by the shouting manager a real attitude problem .

Standard Nandos fair, served relatively quickly and can't complain about the food. Even though it was a Friday night we arrived at about 6ish and went straight through tp a table. Wait of half an hour for a table by the time we left at 19.15.

Disappointing on many levels We went to Nando’s for a treat on Father’s Day and thought we’d use our ‘one for all’ voucher which we’d been saving for a special occasion. We were told at the till that my digital gift card was no good and they could only accept the physical card so they could swipe it, even though I could present the gift card numbers and code…. This was especially annoying as we over ordered because we knew we had a voucher! There was no apology from the manager, just a ‘there is nothing I can do’ tone. Why accept the card at all? Get Nando’s taken off the list of suppliers for this gift card! After I queried this with the manager, I was expecting to have something knocked off the bill, or a free frozen yogurt chucked in as an apology, but nothing… After this, they brought our starters out first, even after I asked for everything to come out together so the kids could eat with us, but no, just our starters which our kids watched us eat as they waited for theirs (they didn’t want any of ours). When the mains eventually came, they left 3 things off the order which eventually got brought out after we asked for them. Then We then went up for frozen yogurt for the kids, and found out they don’t have any teaspoons, just the dessert spoons which the kids and toddler struggled to use. What kind of restaurants don’t have any teaspoons?! Also no toilet roll in the toilets. The food was average, slightly over cooked and the service was poor, apart from one young waitress with long dark hair, who helped us a few times. Reluctant to visit again. £60 out of pocket, but I had a voucher for £50 which I’ll gladly use elsewhere… joke!

This is for Phil - the best staff member by miles. Food was amazing and service was even better, Phil is by far the best server we’ve ever encountered. We came by a couple of months ago and noticed how friendly he was and this time he was just as lovely as the last! (Everyone else is great too though!). This Nando’s is one of the better ones we’ve been to regarding food and we’ll definitely be back.

Had a fantastic experience here we turned up late on not long before closing not expecting to be served but got to order and had the food very fast with great service from josh, even give us free wings as they had that spare before closing absolutely fantastic

Fuming. Spent over £20 to have one meal delivered (the food was £16, delivery was £3 and there was a service charge for 1). Took ages to be delivered, when it arrived was stone cold and was refused even a partial refund. So much for a hot meal. For the price you charge, disgraceful!

Nando’s’ Delivery orders have been appalling, with workers not bothering to check their work or deliberately giving people with big orders half of what they ordered, more than twice, and still taking their money. It’s below standard service, as though they won’t need to take responsibility as it’s delivery. Some young workers at the restaurant also have a negative attitude when people point out a mistake they have made, Instead of positively accepting responsibility, their response seems as though they’re not there to work. So disappointing.

How Nando’s workers can take money from people and not give them their full order three consecutive times is beyond me. It seems as though the workers pay absolutely no attention to their work if food is being delivered as though they won’t need to be held accountable. It’s unacceptable, and greatly disappointing.

Visited Nandos Shrewsbury today with 8 other colleagues. We each went to the counter to order as this was our preference to ordering via the app as some of us were paying cash. The member of staff taking our orders, who we were later told was the manager, was surly and rude. She was refusing to take one of our parties order as she "...had to get the food out and there is only four of us in today". As there was only approximately 20 people in the restaurant 9 of whom were our party, I suggested that the food she was "getting out" was likely to be for our party and we would like to eat together but wouldn't be able to do so if she wouldn't take my colleagues order. Still she said "I'll do it in a minute". Having worked in restaurants myself I would have thought four people to cope with 20 customers was more than adequate. I returned to the table and one of colleagues went to ask again and still the Manager wouldn't take the order. In the meantime, our food had started to arrive. There was a hair in one of the wraps and the mushroom in my pitta was like leather and inedible. This was my first visit to Nandos and will certainly be my last.

Very clean shop, staff were very helpful and friendly. It was extremely dead when we went we were like the 2nd customers in there and it was the late afternoon, so the vibes were a bit awkward but overall it was really good!

Great nandos not far from the motorway. The they provided really good service when one of my sides wasn't quite right and were quick to rectify the issue. Try the green and grains with a fino pitta and chips if you're not already familiar

Really easy to park at the time we arrived (car park is shared with cinema next door so imagine at busy times it could be hard to find a space). Easy to order food via a QR code on the table. Our food order ticket was lost so food took a little while to arrive but the manager was very helpful and offered free desserts to apologise for the wait. Service was efficient. Good atmosphere in the restaurant which was really busy.

Absolutely incompetent staff! Delivery driver had to come back TWICE for missing main meals for my New Years Party after spending £80 and still somehow managed to miss one main meal. How is that even possible?! Nothing was done to rectify this and delivered food was cold as it took multiple trips. Will never order again.

Nando’s was my favourite restaurants to grab a quick bite.... until Shrewsbury one. I ordered the chicken in pitta, my partner the chicken and son a burger. It took a lot longer than we were used to. All the chicken was really dry and cold. The restaurant it’s self was very empty - only one other table but they seemed to have a lot of take out. My pitta was awful, two tiny pieces of flavourless dry chicken with much of the usual filling missing. Half way through eating a staff member came to tell us the toilets were closing and if we needed to use them to use the disabled ones - we could of done without the toilet talk when I was in the middle of chewing my dry pitta! A few minutes later the manager lady started cleaning the floor (this was 21:30 - they closed at 22:00) with the strongest smelling bleach! Well this completely put us off our food, so we left!

Good as any other Nando's. Yummy not too costly food, friendly service. We stayed in Shrewsbury for 4 nights & dined here 2 of them, which says a lot about it. We tried the brownie for the first time & it was delicious as well. On the second day, there was some delay on chicken wings so we agreed to have a few wings later & guess what, as a thank you from the manager (I am guessing she is the manager), we got a few extra wings as well, which prompted me to write this review, otherwise l had just posted the stars. Small nice gestures go a long way :).

The restaurant had about 3 tables busy. We arrived without a booking but as the restaurant was quiet we thought it would be no problem to be sat together, the staff proceeded to sit us on different tables with our back to each other, we approached a staff member and explained we thought we would be sat together could we push the tables together and that we don't mind doing it ourselves and put them back. They just told us no end of, I thought it was quite unaccomodating especially since the restaurant was practically empty and there where 9 of us so they just lost out on a £150 food bill as we walked out.
