We celebrated our daughter birthday. The food was delicious, and we could tell it was prepared with care. Sajan and Nathan was very helpful with us , They handled everything with a smile and great attitude.

Nandos staff messed up my order and would not bother make it right. Disappointing Nandos

Don’t often leave a review for Nando’s but me and my partner came here quite late and we received exceptional service from the staff, daisy in particular was very kind and helpful to us! Also lovely food + atmosphere.

I went here for my birthday with my friends and the service here was amazing. They have a large seating area for large gatherings. Some of my friends were halal and there were options for them too.

Very dirty place. The waiters bearly move and you can see clearly that they don't want to be there. Tables not clean, chairs not clean not to mention the floor absolutely disgusting! Food.....5 out of 10.....expected more..

Liver burned, then scraped of the grill to your plate. Taste bitter and looks like someone's ashes. Spoke to staff member about it, she said its fine, that's how it comes, and asked if I wanted it spicier?! 🤔

The food was good. They just missed the order. The water glasses was extremely dirty. I had wait for forks and knives. All the rest was good. Friendly staff

Such a lovely team of people looking after us and so accommodating. Kasia was extremely kind and nothing was a problem for her to do. She was really such a lovely waitress and did everything she could to accommodate us all. We even forgot to order something and it within 2 minutes. Thank you everyone :)

The manager went above and beyond to correct an order which was my error. An absolute credit to Nando’s and my first desire to leave a review for Nando’s I’ll definitely be back with friends for a bigger booking thanks to the service. A big thumbs up!

We were served by the lovely, Tina, she showed us to our table and accommodated to us throughout our entire time there. The food was good, well-seasoned and came very timely.

Service was very late. Waited 25min to get inside and anothet 40min to get food. Food was good. Staff was kind and helpful.

I almost waited 30 min to enter inside and then 40 min for just 1/2 chiken after order. Still haven’t received my order. This is too bad.

Standard nandos. Only thing was they didn't have the thing I wanted in stock on this occasion. Service etc was reasonable.

Definitely recommend Romford nandos. Very easy to order food online and exceptionally quick service. Food tastes amazing as always. Special mention to the host Kasia, who is very bubbly and friendly and provides excellent customer service.

The waitress cleaned my table before we sat down and thought to ask if there are any allergies staff were polite and friendly and the best chicken burger I've ever tasted

A nail in my food. Unacceptable. Absolutely furious .plus I have been calling to speak with a manager , unfortunately somebody thought it was smart to pick up the phone and left it on the counter - I could hear them chatting. Unhygienic and unprofessional. To me you have not met the basic requirements of food safety.

Amazing spot to share with family. Our host Jack was amazing, seated us quickly and demonstrated excellent service throughout. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious.

Nando’s is lit anywhere you go but here the customer service is where it’s best.

Fatal, The chicken looks like squab, chicken with potatoes, the typical pre-frozen potatoes, lack of cutlery, I already remembered why they didn't come back to Nandos, if it's a restaurant dedicated to chicken, at least it's good chicken.

Never a huge fan of nandos. But as am in area thought would give it a try. Pleasure to be not served stale or dry buns for a change. Things were looking up. Actually managed to cook chicken that wasn't bone dry. Seasoning could have been better and hot sauce could have been hotter,but, overall was good. Seriously impressed with the covid changes. Made it much more civilised and almost a pleasure. Scan the qr code to join queue and then all on phone. Interesting if you don't have a smart phone but I did. Pay at table on another qr code. Apart from getting food delivered and drinks refilled never left the table and didn't feel threatened by over bearing staff. Only one small improvement would be to have a system of summoning a server to get the refill drinks. But small thing in an otherwise pleasurable experience Went again. Had the new messy burgers. Which were lovely

Always a pleasant experience here. It can get busy as you’d expect at peak times but the front of house host always kept us informed and food was served in standard time. The menu has been updated over the last few months with good additions.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nando's in Romford and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Ordered from here a couple of times. This time will probably be the last. They couldn’t even be bothered to cut up the chicken in my wrap!!! Sauces for the wedges were missing and thighs were burnt.

This Nando’s is the worst I have been to so far. The lady at the entrance made it look like we will have to wait a very long time for a table. It was very unwelcoming. They also didn’t have the beanie burgers or the rainbow salad. This Nando’s needs a better staff and manager. Decor needs a redo. It’s filthy.

I'm honestly disappointed to write this Nandos review. I have never experienced bad food from Nandos. The food for the first time ever took 1 hour to come, and we got our starters 5 minutes after ordering. After the food arrived, however, it was where the problems started. First of all, the chicken was very dry, and we had to douse in sauce to get some moisture. I personally am a vegetarian, and I have never had chicken. My cousin was the one ordering and I ve seen him eat all kinds of meat. But for him to struggle to enjoy it was very concerning. Our vegetarian food, however, was the worst of it all. We ordered two beanies pitas. As stated on the menu, there should be some salad inside, yet there was nothing. Remember, the food was late as well. To make things even better, we found literal charred burnt pieces in the beanie patties that were as hard as rocks. In the end, honestly, we expected better from an establishment we have enjoyed over the years. This review is not to disrespect this restaurant but for them to try and work on quality control and improve the overall experience provided

Terrible experience today ended up leaving after being treated very badly as a customer. When arriving the place was busy we was told to wait 10 minutes for a table which was fine but three / four clearly available upstairs. After waiting and watching others being seated I pointed out there was tables upstairs as my young child was thirst and hungry. After being rude to me was shown upstairs where I pointed out all the empty tables. Was then spoken very condescending by the lady seating us and asked to stop shouting when I clearly had not been just because I complained about waiting and amount of empty seats which she did not like obviously. Was then visited by another member of staff accusing us of altercation ( customer asking to be seated is an altercation there) ended up leaving as ruined the experience and put me off my food. Seriously need to learn how to treat customers definitely won’t visit this place again.

It wasn't busy but few tables was not clean and it took between 20-30 minutes to clean dirty tables. The food is kind of tasteless. I would said it doesnt worth the money. The waitress was friendly and polite. Waiting time for food was around 20 minutes.

I eat here all the time and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Genuinely the best service and way above what you'd expect at a nandos. Usually get served my kaisa, Jack (i could be getting this name completely wrong but the young boy with the blondish hair), the girl with orange hair who's name I have forgotten and Anish(this could also be wrong as I have the worst memory with names). All the staff are such a credit to the store!!!

Let's start with the food, average food nothing special the issues was with the chicken that was a bit raw on the inside, also we chose the lemon sauce on top of the chicken and whenever they cook it the lemon will burn and it makes the chicken bitter, they should come up with a better idea instead of putting sauces directly on the meat while cooking, also the chicken breast we ordered for our daughter was so cooked it was all dry baby couldn't eat it. Overall can't really give a negative feedback since this was our first time and we didn't have the chance to try everything but on our first visit it wasn't the best in terms of food. Nice customer service especially from the manager that took care of us and our allergies.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service by the staff. However, the washrooms are nothing to write home about. There was no tissue paper when I went there and no staff around to ask for assistance. Overall the washrooms looked quite dirty.

Favourite Nando’s ever. Better than Westfield Nando’s. And I mean both of the Westfield’s. If you have an issue with this Nando’s it’s probably because you’re entitled. Service is always great so I don’t see anyone complaining about that. The food in my humble opinion is always 10/10. The Nando’s in both the Westfield’s always come 40 minutes later and most, if not all the time my quarter chicken comes burnt. However, Romford Nando’s is always great. Don’t usually write reviews but I always come here and I’ve never had any issues. I’d choose this Nando’s over the other ones near me any day.

Great place to visit before you go watch a film...

It was ok, the food was nice, although it took a long time for some of the dishes to come out, so some of us had finished while some were just starting their meal.

Had a great lunch the other day, food as always was served swiftly, hot and delicious. Staff are always helpful and polite. Totally recommned.

Very Disappointed with the way the manager Erika dealt with us . She also did not accept NHS blue card or Payslip to prove that I work for NHS, I have done this number of times I. The past. I will never come to this Romford branch again.

The staff is very disrespectful and they delay orders a lot, you have to wait more than an hour to bring the order. I was not satisfied like in other Nando's.

I can't rate the service highly enough. All of the staff were so friendly, informative (about where everything was, without me having to ask), helpful and genuinely kind. So refreshing to see good service still exists!! The food was good too.

Stuff are hiding so you won't ask th anything, food comes after 1h and I ordered olives as a started and I never got them even if I asked 3 times. They need more stuff

I was greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is filled with mouthwatering options, but their flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken steals the show. Each bite is a burst of flavour, perfectly seasoned with their signature PERi-PERi sauce, which adds just the right amount of spice, Staff Jade was very helpful and treated us like a VIP Guest.

The manager and staff was very good and provided a great service.

Was out with the partner. The place was quite busy . We enjoyed the food until I find out in the middle of our meal my chicken breast was raw in the middle. Told the staff about it and show them the meat while they were cleaning our plates and all I heard it was sorry and he just walk off with the plates. Not a enjoyable meal I’m afraid .

I was enjoying me meal everything was going perfect then I called over the manager simona to ask her if we could order more food for my nephew then the attitude on her was disgusting she wiped her snot with my napkin on the table then proceed to put it on the plate that I have finished eating on and take it away but she should not be a manager she is not fit for it her customer service is disgusting

I had the nicest nandos server ever, he had dark hair, was young and male and he was super friendly, super helpful and I was very impressed wait hang on his name should be on the receipt, it says Fitzgerald, he accomodated all my fussi"ness" and my dinner was so much more enjoyable! What a GOD Send server!!!

Absolutely shocking experience, went with my friend today ordered through the app, I had ordered a starter we both ate, then her mains arrived I sat waiting for my mains for over 20 minutes, when my friend politely enquired about it to whom I presume was the manager she cuts my friend off and responds with “you ordered separate” (don’t think it takes much common sense to assess that we both would like to eat our mains together) then she asked what I ordered in the rudest tone I responded with my order but before I could say the sides she just cut me off and walked away my food then miraculously comes straight over with the pitta hotter than the chicken, mash cold so I can go ahead and guess it had just been sitting under the heat lamp, by this time my friends food was cold and the whole experience was ridiculous the manager was female and I believe her name started with S.

It's ok if you want to order for example to eat extra mild chicken the gave me extra hot chicken bit other than that this is a good place to go if your hungry

7pm, they have ran out of fries. They bought us a drink over with mint in that looked like it was a week old. Dirty plates, waiting ages. All the staff chatting in the corner, we actually left straight after the starter which was OK to be fair. So not all bad!?!?!?!?!

Very busy, but I was late. Food was as I remember it, actually, I think the chip portion is larger than I remember it (during the pre COVID times). Awesome food. No cheap.

Poor experience . Normally Nando is very good. But today Abil (manager) was extremely poor at handling issue. Will be taking it up with Head Office. The rest of staff were great and food is generally always spot on, but today had issue with food which was dealt with unprofessionally.

Always come to the Nandos Romford branch. I have to say the service is impeccable and especially from two staff Members that really shine out. Abid and Mike, it’s always a pleasure to come and be served by them. I come with my brother regularly after gym and they just work so well and always have a smile and a great attitude. Well done and thank you !

Place nice and clean. Ordered on the app all okay. When the mean it's self service I didn't think I would have to go and chase for my drinks. Starter arrived relatively quickly. Then had to wait 30 minutes before I chased again for main course. Glad it wasn't busy as might still be waiting for food.

Well looked after by staff. Food reasonably priced, presented well & tasty. The air conditioning was blowing out cold air straight down huge pipes onto customers & staff. It was rather cold & uncomfortable, & I had to put my coat back on & zip it up to the neck to be able to sit there & eat my food. We left asap to go elsewhere for a hot drink (which wasn't available to buy in Nando's).

Nando's is Nando's, the food's always pretty decent and a great cheap meal out. I do expect to actually be brought what I ordered though; I ordered at the till rather than through the app since I had a gift card to use. My order came with peri peri chips rather than the spicy rice that I'd asked for, and my friend's meal also came with peri peri chips instead of normal ones, so both had to be sent back.

Ordered takeout and waited 2h for it. After calling the restaurant twice I was told it’ll take whatever time it takes to get the food and I’m not the only one waiting 😳

The restaurant was closed, just after I ordered my meal, due to a mouse running about. Food was received, chicken was great, chips were cold, and garlic bread was hard.

Friendly service. Good food and good atmosphere. We waited for a table for 15 minutes, and the service in the restaurant was fast.

Grubby restaurant, unclean toilets, dry chicken and portions have got smaller. Some of the staff looked a bit clueless on what they were doing. Get it together and clean the place up!!!!

Been coming to this branch for a while but since the pandemic they have gone downhill. Staff are awful which explains why the service is the worst I've ever come across. Don't waste your time waiting for over 30 minutes only to not enjoy your meal.

Worst nandos experience, staff couldn't care less about you, waited over 50 minutes still no food, then when approached staff mocking me and my wife behind our back I confronted the manager on shift about this and he is pretending like I didn't know what he was doing. Employ adults not children. Will never eat in this nandos again.

My first nandos visit since lockdown..these lot make my experience so unpleasant, the manager who name is Baha is very rude likewise few of the staffs, she absolutely has no idea to resolve customer complaints. How is she even a front of house with that abhorrent attitude. I ordered quater chicken and 10 hot wing and I waited nearly 45 mins only to be served cold chicken. I refused it and they tried to reheat the chicken not knowing I saw them. Because I refused the food she dashed it in the bin with such aggression, it completely ruined my appetite. Its fair to say I shall never set foot into this particular nandos. Ps. It's also seem they can't retain staffs likewise customers

Dirty menus. No fanta. No straws. The bun for my chicken burger was hard as rock. Will not be going back here. 1*.
