Why is there no butterfly chicken in stock at silverlink ?

Ordered for collection, items missing out the bag. Not only is it a ripoff it's also apparently rocket science to check the receipt before giving the food to the customer

We went here for my partners birthday. There was 5 of us in total. We were seated in the middle and it was not that busy. The lady showed us to our table and we ordered via the app. Easy to do and came at a reasonable time too. I tried the chicken flatbread which was quite nice but I should of ordered chips too as it was a small portion. Everyone seemed to enjoy there meal. Only thing was that inside it was a bit hot as it was a really warm day and they could have opened some more doors.

Ordered a Pitta, grilled chicken, sides of broccoli and spicy rice. Omg absolutely delicious. The chicken soft white. Everything hot and steamy. Best Nando’s I’ve eaten. Staff really friendly. Place nice and clean. Lovin the African style music. All in all great 😊

Great venue, constantly checked by staff that everything's fine. The food was lovely and the service was super fast. Food served less than five minutes after ordering!

Really don't see the hype about nandos, expensive and portions are so small. Tastes decent but yeah it's not for me.

Aye the full menu here and will do it again! So so so good!

13/04/25 The young lady (whose name we did not get) who greeted and seated us was very professional and attentive. Her patience was very much appreciated as she oversaw my wife uploading the Nando’s app on her phone and ran through all the options available (eating in, ordering on line or takeaways/delivery) and furnished both grandchildren with colouring in pictures and crayons. Also the young lady who took our order (again, unfortunately we did not get her name) was similarly professional in manner and approachability. Both are an absolute credit to your company. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and I left feeling that we had a very reasonably priced meal, in pleasant surroundings served by lovely staff. A rare thing indeed, nowadays.

The food was fine, standard Nando's. The service was also fine, but again, standard Nando's. However, it lost a star in the atmosphere because it was absolutely freezing inside.

Took our two children to Nando’s Silverlink. The food was amazing. And would like to thank our server Glen who was incredibly warm and welcoming, nothing was too much to ask, he was accommodating and extremely kind. A credit to the restaurant. Will be visiting again. Thank you

Good for chicken lunch. Not sure if. It's self serviced or waiters service. Tables too close together. Only one cider on menu and it was out of stock. The starters were ok but main meal followed in a few minutes The highlight was the main dish chicken for sharing was first class. A place of extreme highs and lows

Quick served standard Nandos choices. The staff are efficient and welcoming. It's a big place and we have never had a problem finding a table but it is popular with a younger crowd so always has a decent buzz.

Dunno who does the hiring here but they’re doing a fantastic job, staff are always lovely.

Sunday afternoon. Restaurant was fairly empty. Food left on the adjacent table for our entire visit. Not cleated away. Lots of staff, standing about, talking to each other. Poor service from staff. Asked if the WiFi (free) was working. Answer was “ it just doesn’t work” . No order from table as a result. Generally, looked untidy. Felt poorly managed. No one really bothered. Poor from Nando’s. Not what you’d expect

Food is always lovely here but the floors are always disgusting every time i go in staff just sweep whatever was on the table onto the floor creating tons of mess! Needs to be cleaned more frequently not nice to eat your food in a dirty environment.

Can honestly say, I have never been served and had my food so fast at any Nandos ever, and that’s saying something. I’ve eaten at a lot of Nandos all over the country for over 30 years. Definitely the fastest. I even checked my receipt. Ordered at 6.13pm, we were leaving the restaurant at 6.31pm. And on a Saturday night. Well done.

Ordered through the app, we never received our food. Good luck getting intouch with the resterant directly as everytime you call the number, you are pasted through to the call centre. They are as much us as a chocolate fireguard. When you place the order you need to input address and pin your address on the map. To which nandos are saying we inputted the wrong address. Funny as I have screenshots of the map on the app to prove that not to be the case. The address was 100% correct. Also the driver contacted me twice to which we give directions and address too, we even sent him a text with the address. After 1 hour of waiting we eventually receive the update to say our food has been delivered, so whoever has received it enjoy your free meal. Absolute disgrace and zero help from anyone we spoke to.

Nice food but small portions for the price.

After having bad experiences last time I gave it a go again after 6 month nothing change feel like they served left over food everything was cold don’t think I’ll ever come back again very disappointed Nando’s used to be my all time favourite

Great service, food fab staff friendly

I had chicken thighs hot, with chips and corn. Also had there new topped chips with chicken and peri tamer sauce. Probably the best place for spicy chicken always tasty and fresh.

Looking a bit dated and dirty inside could do with a refurbishment.

Waited more than an hour as I sat I watched a bag with a take away spilt and they picked up the food and they just repacked it and send the food out for delivery. Finally I got served but the chicken was not cooked in the middle And slimy 🤮 had to cook after going out for take away very disappointed will not be returning and my little girl was sick just by biting into that poison of chicken

Great location, easy to park, fast and friendly service. The usual is on the menu but staff are on hand to help. It is a little loud when the restaurant is full, unsure how they can absorb more sound to be able to have conversation without noises around causing distraction. At times when full you can be sitting very close to another table, particularly near the main window but booths are available for slightly more private experience. They have NHS discount and a point system so you get rewards for frequent visits.

Not for me, food is nice. However, portion size vs price means value for money is very poor.

Haven't been to this Nando's before but this place is very good. Lots of free parking plenty of tables and the staff are helpful and efficient. The menu is varied and the food well described. It did take quite a while for our order to arrive but the drinks came very quickly. I must say I Was impressed with the variety of options and when it arrived it was plentyful very tasty and exactly as described. I'll definitely come back again when I'm up here.

Didn’t get greeted when we walked in. Sat ourselves down and ordered on the app. Drinks came and he placed them on the table aggressively. Food came and the correct sides were on different plates. We said this was wrong and he just walked away without making sure everything was okay. Got constantly stared at and didn’t feel welcome by the staff. We did not get talked to once.

Disgraceful service forgot add cheese in our chicken wraps and when new ones came out chicken was so so dry you couldn’t chew or eat it. No one asked if the food was ok past few times iv been pretty shocking

Let me start with; the food here was excellent. But unfortunately the service was somewhat lacking, dishes were missed and I waited nearpy 40 minutes between courses. It was quite busy though.

Two bearded senior blokeys wandered around listlessly while one lass brought food sat on the counter for 10 mins to tables. Haway.

We got food poisoning from this Nando’s for the second time! Two months ago I visited and got food poisoning, I went in on Friday and once again got food poisoning. We’ve been so unwell since Friday and I’m still unwell now on Monday night. They make the food as fast as they can to avoid complaints and what results is undercooked chicken and severe poisoning. :(

Prepared food sat on pass for 10 mins before anyone could be bothered to bring it to the table so food was cold. As was the restaurant

I go to nandos more than I care to admit. I always get the fino pita. Most places either forget or skimp on the garlic aolie, or the chickens bland, or the wrap just falls apart. Or they don't have have the XX hot sauce. This place had it all and did it all. And in the quickest time we've ever experienced. Tables were sticky and window blinds were covered in food however.

Ordered a click and collect close to closing after a long week. Service was 10/10 anyway. Made big difference to my day. Thank you

Best nandos chicken we have had, very tasty and not dry or cold like we have had at some in the past.

After avoiding such chains for years was finally dragged into one for a family event. Wasn't expecting much but was actually surprised as the half chicken was cooked as I liked more akin to a chip shop chicken.

Been 2 times and tonight was just even worse. Food came out at different times my friend was finsihed her food when my food came. Don’t have enough staff. Waiting ages to buy a kids drink.the App wouldn’t allow my student discount and the woman on the till said ‘do you want me to do something about it’ like obviously I want you to do something about it otherwise I wouldn’t have mentioned it. Atmosphere is good food was ok. Cold and corn on the cob was underdone

One of the smaller nandos I’ve been to but as you’d expect food quality is still really good. Service itself is nice, could be a little faster with cleaning tables. Had to move some things off myself but overall a decent experience.

Usually I love a Nandos. Sitting and dining in I have no complaints. But delivery. Always a small portion. Tonight I got one they forgot a starter. I put in my notes can I have plenty lemon sauces. And even rang up ad o have had the problem of them not listening before. And they said they will put them in and didn’t. Absolutely horrible eating it dry. Appalled

Staff and food really nice and quick service

Ate here twice, both times have been disappointing. The food both times was underwhelming and when dining in the place was quiet dirty. Even places like on the windows and blinds. It has its usual Nando’s speed which is always good and is located at silverlink so there’s places to park and a cinema etc. Just a shame about the cleanliness and attention to the food

Whey too expensive for what it is. A chicken burger and a chicken liver with water to drink £30. The food was ok, nothing special. I won't be going to nandos in a rush

This. Nando’s used to be a family favourite but been issues every time we come now . Waited over an hour for food and when it came the chicken smelt funny and didn’t look cooked. Left it ! I don’t think we will be returning. The toilets were disgusting!!!

Haven't been to Nando's for years and this was a last minute decision. Glad we chose to eat here, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The food here was good. Except the garlic bead and Portuguese roll (both stale and inedible) There is no service, you order and pay on your phone. I won't go back here as it desperately needs a revamp. The floors are disgusting, tables sticky and scratched, cutlery stained and bent. Aircon way too cold. Having been to a few Nandos both here and in South Africa I know they generally have quite good standards so we were shocked by the grime and inferior standards at this branch. But again the food was good.

We visit here all the time but the service today was impeccable. We made the order and within 1 min had our glasses and starter. The mains came out as soon as we finished the starter. Great fast service

Reasonable place to go for dinner. Order on the app and don’t forget the NHS discount. Potions seem to have got smaller over the years!!

After a loooong time we decided to visit Nando’s, got our meals which was good, chips were a bit over cooked but tasty. I don’t know why but sadly I used to enjoy Nando’s way more than I did now.

Took 40 mins for food to come which inevitably was cold

Visit the restaurant semi-regularly and always looked after by staff but a disappointing take out experience. Getting take out as a treat (no delivery to our area) to drive back home and find the chicken thighs we ordered weren’t in the bag, but a burger we had ordered was in the bag labelled up as thighs. Would have taken half an hour round trip to pick up our missing item by which point the restaurant would have been closed. Disappointed to have not received the full order we’ve paid for. Lesson learned to check the bag I guess 😕

Visited with my wife and we had lunch although I was told my chicken was going to be spicy 🔥, however, it was nothing close to spicy nor hot. However, we had a nice meal, accompanied with cold drinks as well. Might visit sometime soon.

Food was OK buy service was horrific. Brought mains out when we were in the middle of our starters. The cutlery literally still had food all over it. It was cold as well so had to leave coat on. Won't be back

Good nandos. Great atmosphere, staff were friendly when we went there. Food was as you would expect if you've been to a nandos before. If not it is descent grilled chicken.

I hate Nandos with a passion - very overrated

Over priced to start with , food arrived just warm. I ordered 4 x boneless chicken bits my son ordered a wrap. Yet to see the staff smile and interact with customers no uniform code , nothing crying out to say value for money. Nandos was my sons choice and he's barred from choosing again. Clearly the name justifies the price not the food or service

Standard Nandos food. Service was as expected, nothing stood out but nothing disappointed. Eaten here a few times before the Great North Run, would return because its convenient.
