Food did not arrive during my visit after waiting upwards of an hour for a single meal. If they cannot handle having this many customers then maybe they should reduce their seating.

Give Annie a pay rise right this instant jaunts chill asf. Big love for the chicken thighs ( with hot sauce lowkey slaps but got a lil kick ion gon lye) the hot sauce cracked my shield had to pop a big pot there and then.

Service was great even though it was SUPER busy! Food came so promptly even though I ordered vegan/ veggie food! Very impressed, and delicious as always!

I recently visited a Nando’s, and while the customer service was commendable, the overall experience was marred by the appalling condition of the restaurant. It's hard to understand how anyone could enjoy a meal in such a filthy environment. The tables were sticky, the floors were grimy, and the general cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Nando’s really needs to address this issue across all of their locations. It’s disappointing to see that this lack of cleanliness seems to be a consistent problem across the chain. It’s a shame because the service was friendly, but no amount of good service can make up for dining in such a disgusting place. Nando’s should be ashamed of letting their standards slip this badly.

Delicious food, clean restaurant and polite staff

My husband and I recently visited whilst doing some Christmas shopping on Friday 6th December. The food was great, as always. However- we witnessed the most awful staff bullying which was terrible. A lovely young girl called Amelia (apologies, this was spelt differently on her name badge!) showed us quickly to a table, even though it was busy. She cleaned one on the end especially so we had space for our pushchair. A fellow staff member, name badge saying Elijah was horrific towards her. Spoke down to her on several occasions, looked visibly disgusted to be in her presence and treated her awfully. It was heartbreaking to witness and Amelia looked so upset by it all. I love visiting Nando’s but it was horrible to see this behaviour going on and it also was really sad that there wasn’t any management present or anyone senior doing anything about it. We weren’t the only costumers to notice this bullying behaviour and it would make me think twice before visiting this specific branch again. I really hope this can be accordingly dealt with.

No thanks. Next time definitely Turkish restaurant due to number of issues with food quality and service.

My first time in Nandos and it's great, I'm not surprised why they're always busy. Nice service, clean, delicious food and great price.

Visited 16/11 and even though we had to queue for a table, the service and food was lovely. The food arrived hot, everyone enjoyed their meal and it was a nice atmosphere. Best nandos visit.

Woudent recommend going there on a week end can wait up to an hour for them guys to forget your order with around 20 people working poor think lotts training needed....

A well-known restaurant with branches in the most expensive countries in the world. I love it very much, which is why I like to try it everywhere I go.

Attempted to have lunch. After seeing numerous other tables arrive after us and receive their food I attempted to query, wasn't the easiest as most of the staff were busy chatting and hugging friends who were visiting the restaurant but not actually customers. We were the table closest to the tills and weren't checked on once while waiting for over 30 mins for our food. Turns out the order was put through as "take away". We took a refund away in the end. Cheers.

The coke did not taste like coke it was terrible. I told staff but they were so ignorant and did nothing about it.

Went in on my own today and food was delicious and really friendly staff. Not sure what the gentlemen name was he waiting buy my food and bag why I got coke. Had a check back done really lovely would recommend 👌 😊

I visit often and never been disappointed. Last visit I thought the chicken was a bit off, the manager immediately stepped in and offered to replace it with a fresh plate. Remains my favorite Nandos for excellent services and food!

The waiter got my order wrong! He looked stoned. The cocktails are £8 and they fill it only half way, the cup is very small. Chips wasn’t cooked asked for peri chips, stingy wasn’t even the word. Never going there again was rubbish

Best place ever, you'd never go wrong taking your kids, finance, or anyone there. Friendly service, lovely atmosphere wasn't crowded when I was there & the chicken platter & chips/rice meal was exquisite as usual 👌.

The food was great; freshly cooked and quick but the restaurant was dirty; the floors had food and general dirt on them. Didn't look like it was being swept after customer left etc. Drinks areas not being cleaned, ice machine overflowing with ice in the bottom tray causing a mess.

Don't usually review chain restaurants as they're usually all the same experience but just wanted to thank the staff this evening for their overall attitude and ensuring we had a good experience

I visited Nando's at the Milton Keynes Centre on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant wasn't too busy, which was a plus. The ambiance was pleasant, and the sunset burger lived up to its reputation – flavorful and cooked just right. However, the service didn't quite match the standard of the food. The staff members seemed preoccupied, and it took a while for them to attend to us. Additionally, there was a mix-up with our order as the dessert we were looking forward to was forgotten. We had to remind them at the till to receive it. While the food quality was good, the service hiccups did affect the overall dining experience. I believe with a bit more attention to customer service, my next visit could be a solid five stars.

Very busy nandos, but staff were friendly and eager to help. Food was cooked in a great time and brought to our table fairly quickly. Food was hot flavoursome and spicy (which I love!!!)

Incredibly disappointed. The food was decent while we were there and the service was adequate. However, the wait for our food (a fino pita with 2 sides) took a while: we waited 25 minutes until I went to go and ask how much longer it would take and it took 15 more minutes until it was finished. Ultimately, it took 40 minutes and it seemed that they’d lost the order so I suggest going up and asking after 20 minutes if your food hasn’t come out yet

A relaxed visit with friendly staff

I'm never a fan of high cost low service. You've got to get your own cutlery, drinks, and sauces. I may aswell cook the food too. Foods good but it's just chicken and chips for a high cost

My first visit to a Nando's restaurant, service was good, waiter explained the process of ordering - you can scan a qr code at the table, or go to the counter to order.. My daughter was with us and she knew the process which was easy enough. Food arrived quite quickly, and was good. I enjoyed my choice, which arrived quite quickly. The food was tasty although having chose the very mild plain ish option there was still some spice. It was tasty but if you don't like spicy you need to be aware! Soft Drinks and ice cream are self service are cutlery and sauces. Generally a good experience although can work out quite expensive. Very busy and popular informal place to eat in Milton Keynes.

I could not believe of service of this place. My daughter and I try to dine in this place on Saturday but because it was just two of us we were offered to come back in half an hour when 4 or more people were invited or asked to wait a little till tables became available. Obviously, 2 people are less profitable than larger groups, but is sad to see that companies choose profit over service. Very disappointed and making everyone aware that people for this company are worthless, newer go to Nandos again and newer recommend going there to others.

Fave place to eat in center:mk! The staff are amazing, food is hot and tasty! Will definitely be going back. My mum and aunt were first timers and they loved the sunset burgers 🍔 😍 😋 fully fledged cheeky nandoers 🤣🍗🍽 12/10 would recommend

It was my first experience of Nandos and I wasn't disappointed ! Wonderful food and very pleasant staff.

Long story short - The app took my money but didn’t place my order. Nightmare for two reasons - my money and having to wait for another 30mins !! Got there, explained to the young guy there Haiden. He explained this sometimes happens. The money will be back on my card and needed to place the order again. Haiden put it through as a priority, got it ready in 10 minutes. Which I needed as I had hungry toddler ( and misses) back home. Haiden handle it superbly !! Credit to him. Top lad. The whole team worked well together.

Unbelievable service at the Nando’s CMK, the half chicken was so delicious and also the Garlic Bread is unbelievable as well, this why I love Nando’s. Who needs a posh restaurant to go to

I haven't visited this restaurant yet but they don't offer halal food which i have confirmed from them. Just wanted to share as someone mentioned that they have halal food.

This is a good Nandos but definitely not the best. It's good because of the food but average because of the seating area and atmosphere.

Nandos in a shopping center is always going to be what it is. Having said that the MK one is always popular & the food is great, can't beat a nandos.

Food was excellent along with the service. Not been to Nandos for a long time and the new menu items were great, fair value for money. Some staff were definately more attentive than others who just appeared to want to talk to each other rather than concentrate on the job they are employed to do, not surprisingly it was the older staff who were getting on with things and attending to customers and most of the young ones who were to busy involving themselves with each other. I would return as the food was good and the member of staff who dealt with us was very friendly, helpful and engaging.

Great food! Even though it was a long queue, the server gave us menus in advance and we didn't mind sitting outside, so he offered us a table much quicker which meant that we didn't have to wait long - great stuff! I did find that there were quite a few staff members around, but they were all fiddling their thumbs, walking around like they were lost at times 😂, nonetheless we had a good time there.

As always good food at Nandos, however I have the double chicken breast with fries. The chicken breast was unbelievably small, more like 1 breast cut into 2. I double check led the menu and it was meant to be 2x chicken breast. Spoke to the server, who said yes they are small. Not happy I would think twice before going again.

I came to the nandos establishment at 11am as stated on the website the manager was very rude and shouted in my face saying we open at 11:30 I am disappointed by the customer service and response that he gave me .

It's busy it's inside the mall next to Boots. They have outside sitting good for the summer.

Staff at this hub is very welcoming and friendly. Service was brilliant and also offered us complimentary item since we werent aware we could use Bluelight discount and had already paid for the food prior. Definitely recommend a visit here and will be going here again without a doubt.

Couldn't order by fone. Got our order wrong which had been sat under hot lamps for ages.

Although we had to wait to be seated, the queue went down quite quickly. Once we ordered our food, it didn't really take that long to come out, considering it was busy. The service was good and we really enjoyed our food.

Always enjoy a nandos, this one is nice and cosy and always welcoming. The water dispenser wasn't working last time we went but the nice waiter was helping me refill.

Came here on Tuesday afternoon with my partner and newborn, and was served by the lovely Karis! She gave us a warm welcome, found somewhere cosy and suitable for us to sit with a pram and was very attentive throughout our meal - going above and beyond! The food was also wonderful and we didn't have to wait long at all.

Arrived just before 6pm in a group of 8, the restaurant was about half full. Was seated and told that there was a 20 minute wait for butterfly chicken which wasn't a problem as no one in the group was ordering it. We ordered via the app, the first four meals arrived around 15 minutes later and then the next two meals 10 minutes after that, this is when we were told that there was a 30 minute wait on all chicken. The team were friendly and apologetic, they brought a bowl of chips for the two people waiting for their meals, it wasn't until 15 or 20 minutes later that their meals eventually arrived and the rest of the group had already finished eating. As there was some young children with us, half the group had to get heading home while the rest of us waited for the other two to finish eating. Not exactly the best experience. I think the team just need better communication between one another so that customers are fully informed before placing an order.

No, we didn't like it very much, the chips were not hot, the food was not hot either, the service was very late.

Pretty happy. Slightly irritating that there are no allergens written on the menu. You have to sort of guess what you think should be ok, then go and ask the manager, who checks their tablet and says yes or no. The staff were all lovely and didn't seem to consider it a bother but it's quite a clunky system compared to other casual restaurants. Otherwise, food was great, we didn't feel rushed and there was a decent number of food options for our allergies.

Shopping at CMK and got a tad hungry. Little one at school so we decided to have a treat and a Cheeky Nandos. Never to date had a bad experience with Nandos and still haven't as this place was good and on Brand. Service was great and to spec. Manager stepped in to ensure no cross contamination due to allergies. THANKS Again Nandos for great chicken, superb service and a great atmosphere.

We called in for a glass of wine. Service was very good, and the wine was excellent. The place was clean and tidy and had a nice atmosphere.

The meal was good as always. On top of that I love the service here, they were so caring. One of my friends left for a while and they offered to keep her food warm until she came back. Lovely 😍 Btw, their extra hot sauce is my favorite. For extra-extra and extra-extra-extra ones are too sour.

It’s was very busy when I visited last week… I tried to book a table n came back after 30mins as they asked me to… even after I came back they made me wait for more than 20mins n the food was really very bad I have Neva experienced this kind of food in any of the Nando’s I visited before it’s dry n the chips are roasted n almost burnt. There is no one available there properly to ask or to talk about the food we have got. Such a bad experience

chicken livers was dry no juice, the full chicken was also dry. Not enough salad or greens. This is not my normal experience with Nandos. Very disappointing

Saturday night. 7.45. They have no chicken left! Seriously. A Nando’s with no chicken cos they close at 8. Total disgrace. Might as well close altogether.

The chicken was unfortunately dry and overcooked, and the chips suffered from the same dryness. Additionally, they had run out of corn on the cob and rice. While the staff were friendly, the service was disappointingly slow, with a wait of over 30 minutes for our meal. On a positive note, the Nando's atmosphere remains pleasant, accompanied by enjoyable music..

The meal side portions were small, I got broccoli and chips as a side. I also got spicy mixed olives for a starter, which were also on the small side.

Went to this Nando’s for lunch today having never had any problems at any other restaurant from the chain. I ordered via the app for myself and my partner. Our food came out and my partner was told that her corn on the cob would shortly follow as the waitress wanted it to be ‘fresh’. This waitress then did her best to avoid us for the rest of our time in the restaurant. 10-15 minutes passed and my girlfriend asked where her corn was - asking another member of staff. He just replied “ok” and then disappeared and stayed away from that area of the restaurant. We both finished our meals and she then approached the manager who amusingly decided to get behind the counter and produce a corn on the cob instantaneously. She explained that it was a bit late now as we had finished eating and she’d been waiting too long for it. She asked for that part of the meal to be refunded. He agreed with no attempt to apologise. He then went on to explain that the refund ‘may not come through’ and that we would have to return if it did not. Very underwhelming customer service.

Went there with my grandchildren I wouldn't have a clew thought at one time might have to wash up ,get your own drink get your own sauces order on app never again ,lucky kid were there,you need to make it old folk friendly

A really nice Nandos; very spacious and so ideal for families, fast and friendly service and of course the yummy Nando's food.

We visited this Nandos on a busy Saturday afternoon. The 10 person queue was quickly dealt with by staff and we were served our food in good time. Food was hot and cooked well. The salad was perfectly put together and I've tried them in a few Nandos! Staff were helpful. Toilets located upstairs.

Cashier was nice chatty young asian girl.

They put us in such a terrible place to sit peoples bottoms was in my face as they queued for the drinks machine...they refused to give us a booth even though there were some free..and they offered them to other people...who had the same size group as us!

Best Nando’s I’ve had in years. Great taste Great service

Visited Nando's in cmk shopping centre on Sunday evening. But it was a long wait for food service. Food was being served after an hour. Chicken dishes were served after more than an hour. Service was really very pathetic. After such a long wait we were being served with the wrong dish.

Went to Nando’s on a Sunday to have lunch. We were given a table and had to wait 40min to have what we ordered. We were about to go and ask for a refund so we can go somewhere else but the food came. The food came and then they came to ask us how is everything. We started saying that it was very delayed and the person said there a a 30min wait but they didn’t say anything when we sat. People next to us got their food 10min after they ordered.

We were here on a bank holiday weekend, very busy when we arrived at 12 midday. The chicken was a little scrawny but tasty
