Chicheley Hall in Milton Keynes

Not the best experience. My siblings and I booked afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. Made to wait 45 minutes for our pre booked table. Poor service, had to keep looking for staff for top ups of tea. Food was ok but for the price nothing special. Very disappointed

What a beautiful venue. Our company had a corporate Christmas conference and party at Chicheley Hall and can not express just how seamless the whole thing was. The staff there were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing, 3 courses came out without a long wait between courses, and the quality was fantastic. 100% Recommend.

Having just arrived to our room to find the toilet seat broken, a bulb gone in the bathroom and no plug in the sink. The sink tap also has a lot of limescale build up. We are a family of 4 with 2 dogs. I would have thought we’d have been situated on the ground floor as we have dogs but we were on the second floor. It feels a though the dog friendly rooms are not so looked after. The location is amazing, just make sure you ask for a good room!!

This was a reasonable hotel but needs a lot of refurbishment. The rooms are not very big, some of us were cold too. I could have done with a chair, could only sit on the bed. Having said that, the staff were really helpful, especially to me as I am disabled. All extremely friendly too. I would stay there again and it will be a lovely place when finished. It always takes time to do these older homes up. The gardens were really great to walk around and to sit in and my room looked out over one of them. Thank you.

I just want to share my experience. We had my dad's wake this week at Chicheley Hall and everything was excellent. Couldn't fault anything. Once again thank you

Beautiful spot for a wedding or celebration, staff is attentive and caring, smiles all around.

I came here for my schools Prom and it was amazing beautiful piece of land the house looked great and they were polite and offered to help where they could.

Very impressive grounds and away from the general public. All staff professional and helpful. The venue caters to all events

Went for Mother’s Day afternoon tea with fizz yesterday, what a beautiful place! I don’t normally leave reviews but wanted to because the food was really lovely. Sandwiches were pretty average but warm scones with jam and cream were delicious and all of the cakes were rich and decadent. Very well done, will definitely return on another occasion

We had a room booked for a weekend in April 2024, but it seems the hotel is no longer taking "Transient" guests, isn't that what a hotel is for ? I wonder who the hotel is let to now, aslym seekers ?

Thank you all for the Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea today. The setting was wonderful on a very wet Sunday afternoon & tea was delicious as was the glass of prosecco. Thank you also for the unexpected gift of a Peace Lilly in a lovely pot.
