The manager aaron having no customer service skills or even basic politeness? Waiting 25+ minutes for a slice cake and then asking for a refund instead to NOT EVEN GET the refund or the cake in the end and instead get attitude from the manager? Yikes, won’t be coming back.

Food was okay - standard nandos. However the ‘atmosphere’ and ability to enjoy my food was completely ruined by the god awful trap music blaring from the kitchen. Could be heard way over the actual restaurant music, and not really a fan of listening to music full of expletives, slurs and swear words, especially in a restaurant full of children. Manager clearly didn’t care, and no check back was done to check our food was okay. Nor were our starter plates cleared, even when mains were dropped. Just a bit crap all round unfortunately

Have ordered from here multiple times on Deliveroo and every time swear I won’t do it again. Most recent order they were missing £22 worth of items - including my main course, dessert and was-30p-two years ago, now-they’re-£1.15 perinaise. Absolute trash experience and service.

Popped in for some food, was seated quickly even tho it was relatively busy. Everyone was warm welcoming and friendly. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating to our family of color and the manager Martin was very professional and friendly when ordering with allergies. Which was no issue at all. Extremely professional. Will definitely be using this store more often. Food presentation was spot on too.

I went to Nando’s for a meal for Valentines Day And we made our order and specified we wanted our chickens very very well done. The chicken came and I used my fork and knife to cut and eat I saw that the chicken was still very soft and tender which is not the texture or “very very well done” preference we usually eat here. This was the same for my Mothers food we had to return it. The Manager and Supervisor were refusing to put the food back on the grill and were telling me there is nothing they can do because I had cut and eaten my chicken (cross contamination) but my point was the chicken was still not cooked well to my taste, my sibling also disputed this and said they can either give me my refund or cook it to my preference even though my other family members had their chicken cooked very well and we brought their chicken back to show the difference. We were then told the difference in appearance is due to the sauce used - which for a household of cooks and people who clean and oven cook chicken or bbq chicken on occasion could not believe the attitude and the excuses being given. The other times we have gone to the Nando’s and asked for the chicken to be very well done it was done by the staff (black staff mostly) to perfection. I say this to highlight a difference in cooking standards and customer preferences. This should be seriously considered as this totally just ruined our experience of coming here and we spent £124 for the service and food. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Nando’s service.

Nicer than most nandos including the decore also the staff are really nice. The food is always nice and warm when it gets to the table 😋

They are so rude with delivery driver even after open the door after 10 min still asking to wait order is not ready

Ran out of kids meals except Mac and cheese. They still had chicken, so I asked if they could cut up a chicken butterfly into three kids portions (I wanted three), but the manager flat out refused to do anything for us. This was after we’d already waited half an hour for a table. I ended up having to buy adults meals, which cost me a small fortune, and don’t come with the ice cream I promised the kids. I got completely fleeced, manager was useless.

I’ve had enough of the poor service at Nando's White City, Manchester. Every time I visit to pick up a delivery, no one bothers to answer the door. What’s the point of having a doorbell if no one responds? To make matters worse, there are cameras installed, so they can clearly see when someone is there. Even after calling them on the phone to get their attention, no one answers! It’s only when I start walking away that someone finally comes out, which seems highly suspicious and unprofessional. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it’s happened multiple times. I won't be returning until this is resolved.

First proper Nando's experience was crap. Took my girlfriend there who had come all the way from Japan, only to be waiting an hour for food. Turns out the order had come through to only one of their screens, and the chefs "hadn't" seen it. Then, after getting it sorted out, we got only one water and not two, with no offers of refunds, plus the food was somehow cold. I also overheard a staff member scolding a customer for asking them something whilst they were busy. Absolutely disgusting service and the food was nowhere near worth it. Literally will not be going to Nando's ever again. Or at least not for a long time.

Although the main grill had developed a fault, limiting the menu slightly, I couldn't find any fault in the service provided.

Nando's chicken is always delicious and the wings are amazing. There's nothing to eat near Old Trafford Stadium, so come and eat at Nando's.

This is a hidden gem Nandos and the best I've been to in Manchester. Super cosy, not overwhelmingly busy, staff were lovely!

The worst Nando's branch in Manchester ever. No respect, no kindness to the delivery drivers. When you choose to eat from this branch, the food will arrive cold and lukewarm because they have dirty staff who do not treat the delivery drivers with respect, unlike other branches.

The manger Jazz was a so so rude we are regulars at this branch but we will 100% not be returning and I'll be ensuring any family and friends do the same 👍

Would give 0 stars if I could, not even busy and still somehow takes 30 mins just for a takeout order of 3 starters. Won’t be coming back

Honestly the manager Finlay is so rude. He serve the person in front of me and walked off when I got to the till. He did not even acknowledge I was even there. He stood near the grill and looked right at me and did not say anything. I waited 5 minutes before another server who was cleaning saw I was waiting and cane to serve me. Awful service would not recommend this nandos. I don’t understand how management are the ones giving bad service, what happened to leading by example.

One of my favourite Nandos. Great location and parking is never an issue. Always seen to quickly by attentive staff. Jazz and Martyn are so friendly and professional and clearly run a tight ship

Generally Nando’s is always good. At this outlet they are not geared to deal with a large dinner crowd, they ran out of menu items, an item on the hardcopy menu could not be ordered from the QR code menu and …. Music is meant to be a background noise, not over powering the atmosphere. Additionally, the waitress kept passing my food to me from behind the booth seating because, it appeared, she just couldn’t be bothered to walk the 4 meters to be on the correct side of the table. Redemption. I returned two days later. All items available and the waitress was friendly and attentive. Thanks Nando’s

Really nice atmosphere at this Nandos, staff are very polite and helpful and very friendly, visited today Tuesday 22nd October 2024 around 3.30pm food was really lovely hot fresh and tasty. Really enjoyable experience and will come to this one again :-) we had the loaded fries.

Food is very good and tasty, not exactly same as home (I'm portugese) but really good try. The price is ok for UK, there is enough variety of food, healthy, not healthy, vegetarian... Employees are very nice and smiling. The unique negative point: some knives and forks were not clean...

Appalling service if you order takeaway through an app like deliveroo. Three times now they have messed up the order. Forgotten items, sauces and have burnt the chicken, which was plain when we requested a flavour sauce. Called to complain, and they don't/can't do anything. Luckily deliveroo helped out and managed to refund some part of the order. It isn't cheap in the first place and even with a simple 1 item order, they seem to consistently get it wrong and mess up. Maybe they don't care about delivery or takeout, but they should as it's appalling. Order if you want but be prepared to call up to fix issues.

Food here was average. I had the chicken livers which was flavourless and dry. We shared half a chicken with sides and this was ok after we doused it in sauce. All in all this was super average nothing special and I'll cook myself instead of going to nandos

We were served by Noah. A completely pleasant gentleman who made our visit impeccable from the second we walked through. Old-school service and it was a pleasure. Thank you Noah!

The restaurant is so beautifully decorated. The food is pretty good too, you have to scan the QR code to order.

I took my little brother out for some food recently and I had an amazing experience. The waitress Reyna was very friendly and a breath of fresh air, we will definitely be coming again!

This was once a great Nandos store in Manchester. However, the service has become consistently bad over the last few months. Nearly every time I've been in, something's gone wrong and on occasions, I've walked out and gone elsewhere. There's clearly not enough staff in this store and it's impacting the quality of service. It should not take 20 minutes for food service in a half empty restaurant on a Thursday night. Dread to think what it'd be like on football day. Please look into increasing the staff resource here as this restaurant needs this.

Standard Nandos. Same as any other in the chain really.

Was recommended to me by a friend. And my goodness, what did it taste like! The menu takes a bit of getting used to at first because it's a kind of modular system, but it worked perfectly on the second visit. Drinks are free refill, which I found very surprising, and the sauces and cutlery are not at the table but you get them yourself. Ok, different but not bad. The staff was always friendly, polite, competent and took care of all matters. But the real reason to be here is the absolutely magical food. We had different menus on our two visits, and everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and I can honestly say I have never had better chicken. Now I know why there is always a long line here and a two-hour wait while the KFC opposite is deserted. This restaurant receives an absolute and unreserved recommendation from me.

Very interesting, something new for Germans. A South African restaurant chain with table and self service. Order and pay on your mobile phone. When it comes to refilling drinks, you get a glass and go to the tap yourself - as often as you want. Sauces for different levels of spiciness are available. The food was great, completely different than usual! I would go again...

1 of the best nandos in Manchester. Staff are always polite and kind. Service is quick. It's clean, not over crowded and no massive ques. My only critic is the food could be a little hotter, always come warm. But other than that everything else is spot on

Appalling. Ordered a takeaway which I sat and waited for. The restaurant was quiet and no one else was sat waiting for orders. The order was cooked quickly and placed on the hot plate where it stayed for another 20 minutes before they bothered to stop talking and messing around to bag it up and give it to me. When I questioned why it had sat there for so long, two members of staff accused me of lying and said it had only just been placed there. Total rubbish and sadly the customer service I have now come to expect from this particular restaurant. I will not be returning.

The guy who was welcoming us is so bad , not cooperative , once i was asking him for a service he was replying me in bad way , the manager lady was professional and kind she made our day , the thing i detected is all the employees were in bad mood

Seriously concerning that not one member of staff had their hair in a hair net. I ordered the new pulled chicken wrap and found 3 black hairs all tangled up in the chicken. One staff member offered me a replacement however after seeing all the kitchen staff I decided I didn’t want to eat at this restaurant. I was then offered a part refund for the wrap which is completely unacceptable. Staff had me waiting by a till for ages that when I’d gone back my friends had finished their meal. Dreadful service and very questionable food hygiene. Won’t be back

This is the best Nando’s we have been too, the food was really nice, all the staff were really welcoming, friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to entertain our little boy during our meal. Would definitely highly recommend this Nando’s.

Good service food ok. Just feel Nando’s has lost flavour in its chicken and there is a reliance on sauces to make the chicken taste less dry with burnt skin.

I dined at the white city Nandos amwith friends and our server Reyna was brilliant. She even introduced me to a new item on the menu which has become my favourite! Will be going again just for the service! Xx

I went there few weeks ago and as usual, Nandos had a great food and service too. Their staffs were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and I just made my kids joying the Lemon&Herbs sauce and they loved.

Group 12 arrived at 12 for work lunch aswell as many other diners, all in all we had a lovely lunch, bit of a wait for a couple of us, but the 2 members staff running the floor and taking orders did as much as they could as a team so credit to them I didnt expect thigh with my order and they swapped it no issue Thankyou from us all @kratos

Thank you to the lovely Faye on order desk. She was so patient and helpful when I was struggling to get my gift card vouchers on the phone. The food was excellent and fast it got to the table before I did. All staff was very polite and helpful. Keep up the excellent food and service.

We waited for 30 minutes to have a table. I asked if we can order while we are waiting not to waste our time. After we had a table we had to order through mobile app. Then we had a problem with visa pin code we are waiting now for more than hour and half to get our order

Very cold in there. Drab beige decor - not cosy at all with the decor and no heat in there. Fries not hot enough. Took a long time to get the food given the place was almost empty. Disappointing. Wouldn't go again.

We had lunch after the match and queued for half an hour. The food was amazing and service was top notch.

When I first walked in the music was a little to loud and with having autism I was struggling to decide whether to stay or not but a lovely gentleman called Cleveland noticed and turned the music down enabling me to stay and i ended up having a lovely meal with my family. Friday 8th march Ordered from Deliveroo who delivered the wrong order somehow (and never take responsibility) Rang the restaurant and spoke to a lady who was more than helpful, she re made my order for me to pick up and couldn’t do more to correct the mistake! I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was extremely helpful and is an asset to the restaurant!

Easily the best Nandos in the Manchester area. Food great. Warm plates. The place is always clean and tidy. Great service; the staff actually care, unlike the Trafford Centre. Had a minor issue with the app which meant I ordered a bit late versus the other person I was with on a Friday night. I didn’t say anything as it wasn’t a big deal. Without me saying anything, Noah noticed that I didn’t have my food yet, asked me about it, then went to to the kitchen and sorted it out. Been many times and the high standard is consistent. 5 stars

The food was amazing. I got the sunset burger which is my favorite item from here. Fresh, tasty, and nice ambiance, you can’t go wrong eating here.

Orders 5 wings, coleslaw and a kombucha. Drink went to wrong table while it took 35mins to get food, so changed to 'to-go'. Staff apathetic. Tables not cleared and cleaned around me. Very dissatisfied Nando's experience from a long time fan of this chain.

A lovely helpful young lady named Erin served my family and I today. It wasn't so busy around lunch time and after shopping for a new kitchen appliance the children were hungry. She was very attentive to our dietary requirements and informative about the restaurant. Food was good we would come back again.

We always go to the White City branch because of the friendly staff and the food always tastes really hot and fresh. Erin served us tonight and was absolutely brilliant! She was so friendly and attentive to making sure we was ok. 😀

A good place to go to eat. They have a very varied menu. The service is nice and fast. They are gluten-free. Most of the food is spicy. Reasonable price, taking into account the price of establishments in the country.

Typical Nandos! I wouldn't say better than any others. Food took rather long to arrive which was frustrating. However it was lovely when it did. Lots of parking but it is time restricted.

Waiters and waitresses love to gossip and do very less work while customers food go cold at the counter. I can see that thete is mountains of food just stacked up under the hot light but no one willing to deliver them to the customers tables. Quite pathetic service really!

Honestly the worst Nandos for delivery! 9/10 times there is a mistake, or the food is below par (slither of chicken, missing the extras or salad etc). Today I got delivered 2 drinks and no food. I won't be ordering from this branch again.

The Nando's experience was mediocre. While my order, especially the Spiced Grains & Butternut Squash, was good, my boyfriend's chicken butterfly was disappointingly small, equivalent to one chicken breast. The staff's lack of interaction, not checking on how the food was or not saying anything while we walked passed them to leave left a negative impression

Worst Nando’s in Britain. Every time I order something is forgotten, forget about ever receiving any sauces and dips, this latest episode I got the entire wrong order. £50 for hummus and chips. If it was just once I’d understand but it’s literally every online order I have ever made to this Nando’s - it’s terrible Avoid this restaurant at all costs

Store Appearance is not a priority here.

This is our local Nando’s. It opened recently in 2019 and the key thing about it is it’s NON HALAL. It is prohibited for Sikhs to consume Halal meat so this branch ticks are boxes and for many Sikhs who live around the North West. Keep up the good work NANDO’s with the continuous roll out of NON HALAL branches. There’s a few other branches like Manchester Beyond (Chill Factor) and Fallowfield that are non Halal and this is great as it just expands the options for Sikhs to go and enjoy a meal. Overall experience of dining here has been good helpful staff and the usual the sooner you order the sooner you get your food. The food is always of good standards, same with deserts. The restaurant is of decent size to capacitate a good number of seated customers. Also like to thank Paul Reason for everything. Keep up the good work!

Friendliest Nandos staff I’ve ever encountered :)

This Evening at 5.30pm I went to Nando’s White City to order a take-way. I was served by a lovely young lady called Kaizia What a credit Kaizia is to Nando’s. It was such a welcome surprise to be served by a well mannered lovely smiling young lady. Kaizia has a bubbly personality and was so well manner. I just have to call Kaizia out as she was outstanding! I will definitely be going back again if I know Kaizia on the desk or working. Thank you for serving me.. True Customer Care!
