Roosters in Trafford

Decided to eat here, had to wait 10 minutes to order because the cook who was completing an order was also the order guy. And there was a guy packing the boxes but didn’t take the order. So I ordered a burger meal and wings. Attitude was so rude. Took my order and realised later when I arrived home the wings were missing. When I called to let him know, he told me ‘well I was on my own’. But did apologise. Good luck but I don’t think I’ll be returning

Don't order from this restaurant. The food arrived over 2 hours late and was not needed as I had to cook a meal for my kids who had been waiting for the food to arrive. Staff were unprofessional when I called then and said they didn't know what time it was going to come. So disappointing and a waste of time.

They were absolutely disgusting after I rang to confirm and they just ignored what I was saying I wouldn’t order here if I was you never again it’s vile and dog wanna nd terrible customer service

Don't order from here, I ordered a burger meal, and ate it, now I am talking to you, from the afterlife, no all jokes aside, my honest review is, the burger arrived stale, cold, quite like concrete, drink was warmer than the weather today, and the fries, oh yes, the fries. I mean, fries surely means chips right? Well no, this restaurant mistakenly gave me hard and short bones from some form of animal, that appeared to be chips, also to add, the presentation was appalling, the side profile of the burger looked as if someone who was wearing boots, had stepped on my meal as it was flatter than a piece of paper, I have left this review to prevent any further issues, don't eat here, even if it's the only choice, because I can assure you, you will be sent to the after life, and trust me, those stones were not worth it, thanks guys, hope you all live safe.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered food. They took our money. Didn't bring the food. Ignored our calls and messages. Avoid at all costs. It's not worth the hassle

I’ve been ordering from Roosters for 3 years now. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. We think the wings are the best in altrincham. Great value for money, chicken bucket meal deals are what to go for. Thanks Roosters!

A truly ethereal experience. Roosters chicken may have changed the game forever with their unique take on fried chicken. Would recommend eating in the restaurant for an authentic roosters experience. Lovely staff and great atmosphere.

Tried one of their burgers recently. The bun and fries were good but the chicken itself was too dry and cewey. Quite bad for the money that we are paying! Possibly my last visit!

Food is ok, you get what you pay for. Decent chicken, dry fries. Ask for sauces as they won't add or include them. Shop is tiny, needs a makeover and a clean. Footmarks up walls etc. Can't see kitchen which may be a blessing in disguise lol. Service was ok. No seats as there is no room.

What a terrible place which has got worse over time. Recently ordered twice in the space of 10 days on ubereats. Both times late by over 1.5 hours and gave me the wrong order, when I contacted the takeaway and complained, the manger said they cannot do anything and wait another 1.5 hours to get the right order delivered as they are busy, they are happy to take my order and money, but not deliver with the right order ,food is always cold and fries always burnt,. Talk about losing customers, Never again and don’t expect your food to come on time on any delivery platform you may order from, just stay away

Ordered via ubereats, no answer whilst trying to ring to find out how long it'll take- estimate was 1am the calls were around 1:20/1:30 after order was accepted and apparently "being prepared". All calls went to voicemail, wouldn't be annoyed if the phone wasn't hung up every time we tried to contact them. Massive shame, we were looking forward to the god as well.

Ordered the jumbo mix. Service was quick. Pizza was nice. Chicken pieces and wings were average. Chips were over done and dry. Chicken burger was below average. Chilly sauce was awful.

Foods nearly always good, I’ve had one or two occasions of not to good but not everyone cooks the same, I would still pick these over kfc!

Disgusting service, order was missing for 4 hours and my brother called multiple times, we live on a crescent so checked the other doors to see it was delivered on the wrong road and was stone cold. Person on the phone refused to believe us or give a refund and was adamant the driver delivered it when it was at the wrong street!

The garlic bread was like cardboard not hot. The chips were cold and the chicken wrap was also cold. Won't be ordering from here again.

Chicken has really gone off recently which is disappointing. Used to get really nice white breast chicken. Now to much brown meat. sort it out guys👍

I’ve just ordered from here and I got 2 pieces of chicken. They looked rather pale not like the golden brown crispy look it should have been. I started eating the chicken and it was pink bloody and raw undercooked. Terrible I’ve started to feel sick I really hope I didn’t have food poisoning. Really disappointed as I did like roosters.

Placed order 4.40pm. Now its 6.13pm rang no oder still. Rang at 5.26pm apparently orde had left. Rang again at 5.42pm apparently order had left again!! Rang at 5.56pm and order was apparently on route!! Rang again 6.09pm to find order still hadnt arrived. Was told driver had a flat tyre after waiting for 1 and 50min food arrived cold. I asked for a refund and the gentleman didn't even entertain it. 4 kids under 5 waiting to food, let's they were not happy!!! Food arrived freezing cold....won't be ordering again. Really poor customer service. Very disappointed

Fries tasted like they'd been cooked hours earlier, the chicken was dry and chewy and there was a random onion ring in with my food and I hate onions so that wasn't a pleasant surprise. Couldn't eat most of the fries as they were rock hard. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered fries online a lot of cheese was put on it. Disappointing!

Food was good but the hotwings were soggy, cold and not spicy so not really worth eating. I'd order everything again, but definitely not the hotwings.

When I placed my order I was told it would be 70 minutes. There was no communication from roosters, so I called them at 90 minutes to ask for an eta on my food. At that point they hadn't started cooking it, and told me it'd be at least half an hour. I then was unable to get a refund, as they'd started to prepare the order.

Just ordered for a delivery, the food was here fast, hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend giving it a try to anyone 👍

Ordered a bucket, chicken pieces & 4 chips. Inedible. I would NOT order food from here again. Sloppy chicken coating had slid off the chicken by the time it was delivered. It was so greasy, all my family agreed to throw it in the bin. Yuk

This Takeaway is a very good place to eat from. i recommend eating from here as The food was very delicious and fresh and it came on time when i ordered it. The best local chicken place to order from and highly recommend to order from here again.

Low quality chicken, low quality service. The person taking the order didn't know what was included in the bucket meal and tried to charge extra. When got home and opened the package it had no chips! The rest of the food was cold. Cannot be compared to KFC.

Great food love the wings another branch in Gatley. Opened Sep 2019. Clean and great service.

Terrible service and food, spent a good £50 the other night for a big group of us. The food took ages even though we are round the corner and it was all cold. The chicken looked undercooked too. Won’t be returning

Only ordered as delivery, Star Meal with an Oreo Milkshake. Chips: Alright taste and texture. Needed a bit of salt/seasoning but perfectly fine. 7.5/10 Burger: Decent size and texture. A bit disappointing, opted for spicy but was lacking in flavour. 7/10 Wings/Chicken: Excellent. Very well-seasoned, succulent, some of the best fried chicken I've had. 9/10 Overall: Milkshake was also very good. The deal was very good value for money. I was disappointed with the burger, which is a shame as this is what I usually go for when I get fried chicken. However, I would very highly recommend the chicken and would consider getting this again, and it is handy that they deliver. 9.5/10 on the basis of excellent chicken and delivery.

Food could be really good , but even though its 5 minutes away , food always arrives cold . Shame as you want to support local businesses , but have thrown so much food away as it's too cold & not safe to reheat . Not what you expect from a food place on your doorstep !! 😠😖😠😠

Not had a bad experience with these guys. Chicken and pizza are great. Sometimes the delivery estimates are a little off. Sometimes it can be under, sometimes over.

Reasonable prices, above average tasting chicken and reliable service. The milk shakes are rather nice too. The delivery service is speedy and reliable too.

Good fast food, but ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. These guys get distracted sometimes and you walk away with something that makes no sense.

I went roosters last night at around 10.30 pm. I was told there was no chicken at all and all the prices on the board were covered with blue stickers.. apparently as the prices were going up! I was offered a cheese burger which i agreed to, to be then told it was £3.19!! Priced at £2.69 under the sticker on the board! I got my wallet out and was then told £3 would be fine! I payed and was also given a menu. After leaving i realised that the inflated price in the menu for a cheesburger was £2.99 and this was infact for a meal! Obviously not to happy! Burger was ok but the price was made up and very expensive just for a burger!
