If you like good value, tasty pizzas then Papa Chinos is the best place. Yes, we have Rudy's, Nell's, and Domino's which are are good in Altrincham, but Papa Chinos is the best value. Order on their website for the best deals.

Bought some cheesy chips last weekend whilst on a night out - they made me really ill 🤒 I had to stop drinking for an hour due to how bad the food was. Nothing is cooked from scratch - it's all fried frozen food from costco. Absolute shambles this place honestly

Food was cold. Garlic bread was like cardboard it was that cold. Couldn’t eat the fries due to the amount of salt that had been put in them. Pizza tasty but again cold. Sadly won’t be ordering from here again.

The pizza test so bad also soggy with no flavour I tried the second pizza and it’s also disgusting sorry never again.

Excellent as always although the burger bun was very dry and crispy this time.

Chips smelt bad and were greasy, probably cause the oil wasn’t hot enough or old. Kebab was alright not much flavour though sadly.

Didn't even show up with my food didn't cancel my order took my money left me waiting won't answer phone last time I use this place was a regular won't be anymore

Food was nice but one of our items was incorrect and also the chips were undercooked.

Order was delivered with one portion of chips missing.....but then courier turned up about 40 mins later with a fresh new portion.

Was only just warm delivered just in the box not in a keep warm bag. Was lovely though

Ordered 2 pizzas that were very lovely, however the kebab was so bad!! I had asked for no sauce with salad, however it came bare and pitiful with dry pieces of meat. This takeaway is usually a late night go to but not anymore!

They said it would be a bit late but it came about ten minutes late but was lovely and hot and very tasty and they gave us a free bottle of pop on the house to say sorry about it coming late 👍👍👍👍👍👍👌

BIG NO, too much salt on chips and no salt on pizza

second burger was supposed to be a meal deal but there was no salad on either burger and no chips with second burger, also drink was supposed to be a part of the meal.. This was our second time of ordering and both timed there has not had any salad.... Cheese was also over cooked Very disappointed .

Pizza was off it smelt bad as soon as I opened the box it smelt like the cheese was bad a strong sour smell. I tried to eat it but had one piece and it was definitely bad so had to throw it away, inedible. Also ordered kebab on garlic naan and came on plain. Not impressed what what so ever got a pizza that's supposed to be Chinese chicken and its basically just 5 spice on it, very spicy and no chicken on it then to be told I'm not giving anymore to customers like you as we were a gay couple holding hands when we walked in and didn't want to treat us like anyone else in there even though other people were ordering more than just a pizza which was the only option they gave us the owner is very rude

Ordered a Mexican pizza with a can or Diet Coke and some mayo. Pizza was tasteless- no spice beef or taste or spice. Had to ask for diet coke twice, didn’t get mayo. Stiff seemed very happy to be busy doing nothing and swearing loudly about a lazy employee who was “stupid”. No wonder they were so quiet!

Durag guy behind the till speaking to the staff put me off before I even ate the food. Was gonna eat in but I think I will give that a miss cheers. Won’t be back unless I’m legless one night that’s for definite.

Horrible customer service. The man who is behind the tills always swears at me and my friends, and speaks very aggressively towards people. After a certain point in the night they stop doing most of the menu. I will never be going there again, so rude !

Very rude customer service, told us to hurry up in a horrible way and I'm sure they wouldn't have said this had we been a group of men. Also smelled HORRIFIC in there so not sure what they were doing in the kitchen! Doesn't take much to have manners and cleanliness!

Ordered a spicy chicken pizza.for take out It didn't have much chicken or spice to be honest. Very poor for taste and ingredients used. Was only two of us and ordered the largest pizza and the man wasn't happy that we had only ordered one £15 pizza! Never again! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

The owner has changed and new owner doesn’t want to put that his meat is not halal anymore. Deceiving and unethical! Definitely not buying anything anymore from them and will be spreading the word!

I don't usually review but I am annoyed. Text half an hour late to say it's on its way. 20 mins passed. Called the place - 'we're busy, will be 10 mins' - Friday night, understandable (but why not alter timings to suit?). Still waiting 30 mins later. Called shop again to be told it should be reaching me soon and hung up.. Appalling customer service - not once did I get arsey (although justified) so I don't understand the unacceptable phone etiquette. Once finally delivered, driver basically thrust the bag at me and walked away. Food was surprisingly warm (how so, if left the shop over 50 mins ago?). Complete waste of money - although warm, food was inedible (stale bread with hotdog), hash browns practically black. Disgusting. Wouldn't recommend unless you're after cheap grease after a night out (even then, there are better places!)

I order pizza from papa chino but got very unusual mushrooms like it’s not even burnt pizza but it’s seems like mushrooms are burnt very negligible

The cheesy garlic bread is fantastic. We ordered cheese stuffed crust on the pizzas, my boys weren’t too keen on the cheese used in the crust. So next time we order we won’t be having the stuffed crust. Pizzas were really tasty though.

Our order was 30 minutes late from the given time of delivery. It arrived at 8.46pm though the driver logged delivery was 8.40pm.

Pizza came with toppings we didn't want and couldn't eat, hot dog was missing onions entirely. Not great.
