Nando's Lancaster in Lancaster

so I went at about half 6 on a Monday night and we had to wait about 5 minutes by the door because no staff were coming over. first thing that went wrong as the guy working there said they didn’t have wraps and that’s all I get from nandos so that ruined it already. I tried ordering my food on the app and said it didn’t go through even though 12.09 came out my account! NOT HAPPY then I went to the same guy and said this ain’t acceptable and he didn’t do anything about it, like why don’t he give me free food? I finally managed to order it 24.18 later. and it took half an hour to be ready even though all I got was some chips??? now after eating them I feel sick, I think they’ve given me food poisoning. also the staff were abit odd and there was some strange customers in there, like don’t let them in. this was the worst nandos experience ever

The chef forgot to cook burger after it was dipped in hot sauce ! Child yeah child attempted a bite , was so put off after plenty of water he just ate chips! No refund offered! In the time there smoke alarm went off “ cause if grills “ Meals came wrong Worst Nando’s ever and I go to other Nando’s a lot Kids Menu also recently changed not in favour of children, can’t even get a kids further now. Kids Pitta we got. Added pinnape and it clearly wouldn’t fit but was still served

Chicken wasn’t hot but let it slide as thought it may have been sat on the side for a few minutes waiting to be brought to table (they were very busy) . But to my horror when I cut it, through the centre was a large raw bit. Luckily I saw it and didn’t eat it!!! Literally my first ever Nando’s and won’t be going again. Just full of regret for not speaking to management as would’ve liked a full refund really!

First time visit to Lancaster Nandos but the food was excellent and we were served by Lily who was very helpful

I'm new to Nandos and I must admit it was a great visit to the restaurant. Great food to choose from with plenty of seating. A nice relaxing restaurant
