McDonald's in Lancaster

there was no dips for the mozzarella bites , and everything was cold. didn't enjoy at all

Young servers who don’t smile, too busy interacting with each other instead of the customer. I sometimes think about driving to another McDonald’s but the Lancaster one isn’t much better.

Brilliant, i put the wrong address down but the girl at maccies sorted it for me thanks alot, driver had to go to wrong address first but brought it to me without a problem, really good service thanks so much🙏

No sauces ever added to order whenever I order online which is annoying

Chips needed slightly more salt everything else was brill

double check orders before sending out deliveries its really not that hard is it

Coffee was nice and just the right temperature had an americano.

do any of your staff actually know what dips look like as for the 5th time after pay £40 there missing from the order plus the fries were freezing an hardly cooked maybe a training program would help

no straws, asked for extra pickles and onion, got plain burger instead, asked for ketchup and bbq sauce, got one.

Delivery always quick but food was only slightly warm, doesn’t bother me too much because I understand it’s hard to keep food warm but they always without fail forget the dip pots!!!

Legit can’t you read your comment. 3x I asked for a pot of pickles,paid for a bag of carrots to cover the cost. Food also freezing cold! You get my order wrong everytime I order. Delivery or come to store. It’s not hard or rocket science to read comments is it?

my daughters meal was missing, the fries were stone cold and once again ALL our sauces were missing. it's frustrating when a family member is missing a meal and items are missing as it really does disappoint the experience . I also over ordered sauces to have extra and so it was clearly seen when making the order so it was not missed and I can't understand how it was?

Ordered a special treat for grandchildren. Never again was a waste of almost £30. Food cold, wrong items and added ingredients we had asked to be left off. Customer service didn't want to know, just said it was delivered in a reasonable time, that wasn't the issue the food was clearly sat waiting and cold when it left restaurant.

food cold. like it had been sat around

ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffin meals, pancakes and pineapple sticks and only half the meals turned up and no pineapple sticks. how can they get such a small order wrong?

on ordering, delivery time shifted 20mins more than expected immediately then continued to shift later and later. in the end it took 1hr and 20mins for one small order, which arrived stone cold, with no sauces and the wrong drinks! very disappointing

was due to get the meal at 10-15 and didn't recieve till 10-45.i ordered another meal after the first one and it arrived on time.Then the delivery driver brought my 12 yr old granddaughter a cold meal

mcdonalds Morecambe should be shut down, how hard is it to make sure the entire order is there! too many times this has happened now, forgot the bigmac to the bigmac meal. Let downs, never send sauces absolutely shocking.

Vanilla milkshake came as banana milkshake and the mozzarella dippers were completely different from usual

Food was freezing cold, granted ordered via Uber eats but it was freezing cold when arrived. Also been in the restaurant in the past food again freezing cold. Promised myself then I'll never return but to another bad judgement and the Mrs wanting a McDonald's attempted this evening not worth the money, also drinks were missing I'm assuming the delivery driver is collecting them, please avoid this McDonald's it will be a disappointment. Very very unhappy customer 😕😕😕
