Usual maccie Ds nothing different

Big ques slow service, yet again, no recipients from machines. This seems to be a constant big mac luke warm

Chicken nuggets looked days old as if they'd been overcooked yesterday and smelled like they'd been warmed up today in a dirty sock. Gross!! Just dont!!

Constantly have missing burgers and no help or apology. I had a fillet of fish with the burger hanging out and lettuce in. Surposed to be no lettuce on that burger. The manager would not look at me when i complained and then made me wait a while for a new burger. The service is rubbish and staff are bullied by bad managers who don't want to accept responsibilitie for the really poor service. I would not go if i was you lancaster is so much better

If your going to go to a maccies go to the Caton road one these lot haven’t got a brain cell between the lot of them and you have a better chance of Stevie wonder getting ur order correct

Too expensive, food was rubbish and what a shock, the coffee machine wasn't working.

The delivery driver only came with a drink

food ordered at 16.11pm, initially told would be with us between 16.45/17.15, turned up at 5.45pm freezing cold! I'm sorry, but given I use just eat on at least 4 occasions per week due to my 22 year old highly autistic son having an obsession with McDonalds, and of whom I can't leave alone to drive there in person, I'm becoming more than frustrated with the shocking service of recent, and am still awaiting a refund 3 weeks after missing items, which is theft on your part!!!!!

Honestly McDonald’s Morecambe need to get their act together they never get it right and the food was so cold!! It’s not hard to get a simple order right sorry yourselves out

Awful, do not order from here. Why are they allowed to get away with missing so many items off orders and delivering cold food???

Waited in the drive through ages, then told no milk shake or coffee,tea. Staff wasn't exactly happy and helpful.

Didn't get the sauces that was supposed to come with the order. But disappointed

Wrong food. Someone else’s order and when I rang the only option to get this sorted is drive to restaurant . Also the order I did receive that was someone else’s was cold and looked like it had been kicked around the carpark before being delivered . Shocking

delivery took 45mins and my order was naff, bacon missing from chicken and bacon burger, gherkin missing in hamburger, no sauces, no straw, everything freezing cold. Just all round naff

Before I placed the order it stated 20 mins. After placing the order the estimated time kept getting later and later. It arrived 90 mins after ordering. If it was going to take this long from the start I would not have ordered. Some bits missing when did arrive.

This is the 3rd time in a row we have ordered something and it’s missing items, how hard is it to put the correct amount of items in a bag. Never ordering again total waste of time

Terrible service, always have to wait in the car park! Don’t bother ordering on any app either, takes over an hour. Use Caton Road!

Ordered no onions on the cheesy mcrispy and it came with no onions, no cheese sauce and no cheese slices so just a dry mcCrispy.

Food took over an hr and a half to arrive, food was freezing and ice cream had melted. Was offered a £6 refund on a £30 food order. Shocking

I ordered the food at 18.40 and I didn't arrive until 20 40. When I rang the restaurant, they initially said that it had been given to the driver at 19.10. I couldn't even complain on the app because it said that it was still being prepared. I was finally able to complain about it as it came over 1 hour late and freezing cold! Now the kids that were looking forward to this didn't have food and all it is allowing me to get back is account credit. I don't want credit back, I want my money back!

Driver was extremely rude… arrived in a white car and without hesitation immediately sped off without allowing me to check as the bag seemed extremely light.

Usual lottery from McDonald's where we have a bet on what's going to be missing, or stone cold. I don't like to order from them as they can't even get orders right at the counter but the kids insisted on a Macshit...

food was cold on delivery. Delivery guy stated the coffee machine had broken so no latte's and he informed me that I would have to contact McDonald's Morecambe . spoke with McDonald's who stated that the machine was working and tthe delivery guy was lying. This guy needs sacking, not to be trusted.

Really slow, those Uber and Just Eat guys just seem to take over the place. Always have to park up when using drive through. Soda is always flat and coffee not very hot by the time you get your meal. Everything always cold when u get home 5 minutes away
