Nando's Holloway Road in Islington

We were curious to try out the Nando's chain while visiting London and the Emirates Stadium. We had 3 teen boys with us, and they absolutely loved the food! Our group tried several dishes and were please with all. Service was friendly too. I'm glad we stopped in.

I’ll not review the food. It’s Nando’s. You know what you’re getting. The service though is abysmal. I’ve been 3 or 4 times over the last 6 months after meeting my girlfriend from uni and on every occasion there’s been a problem. I keep giving it another chance but no more. Here’s a taster of recent issues. 1) we have no whole chicken, half chicken or quarter chicken. Really. Nando’s? 2) We have no halloumi starter. 10 mins later they serve the table next to me halloumi. I enquire (maybe it was last one…oh he mixed up halloumi and hummus. 3) 45 minutes to deliver garlic bread having followed up 3x and been given a different answer each time why it’s delayed (by the same person!). Ranging from we have no garlic bread to what garlic bread order? Awful awful awful training here

We visited on a Saturday Night in January, we were quickly seated and food came within 30 minutes - which is pretty normal for Nando's and quick considering how busy it was! Our order was perfect and hot, the service was amazing. The waitress serving us dropped one of my drinks when putting it on the table - something I completely understand as I've done this many times before working in a pub. Her service was outstanding and she quickly cleaned this up and got me a new one, apologising with lovely service. She was so kind and well mannered despite her obvious panicking due to dropping it - leading to me tipping her as she deserved it so much! Thank you for a wonderful meal and please celebrate that waitress for her excellent service - I can't remember her name but she was quite young and had short brown hair - and was working the night of 14th Jan!

Items are missing, pitta is firm, missing items do not get sent out again, peri fries don’t have peri salt, houmous arrive without breads

Phoned to complain but got told there was nothing they could do. Ordered Chicken in Pitta plain, but when it arrived there was cheese in it, I'm Lactose Intolerant so it was a case of eat it and be ill or throw it in the bin, you can guess what I had to do.

Came to have quick bite! Pretty busy, seated quickly. Sadly no water and I was a bit rude to the guy on the counter in all honesty, Patrick the guy behind and counter handled the situation very well. Good customer service. Would return. Appreciate it.

This nandos is literally okay, the food comes a tad cold. Maybe the delivery drivers need better thermal carrier boxes.

I ordered from Nando’s Holloway Road on Deliveroo as I was offered a promotion. The food was picture perfect and the butterfly chicken had been cooked to perfection, I ordered regular rice and chips which were fantastic. This order made me order again.

Iv just left Nando’s Holloway as I ordered a takeaway ten minutes before finishing my meal and after waiting another fifteen minutes the girl brings my order over on a plate even though my ticket said takeaway, so on getting it home my daughter who’s dinner it was is annoyed as it’s cold , not good at all !!!!!!

Good late night visit, the food was up to the usual standard although there was no chicken in the Chicken Caesar Salad. This was quickly rectified.

We went on match day and it was v v busy !! But v well organised with name registration on arrival and subsequent call out. We waited 20min to be seated and then were told it was a 30min wait for food : all explained in advance Great food, good service and great value for money

Well what can i say food good but the MANANGER What a joke im eating my food and a çustomer is washing like its his personal shower and then get the joke he is SPITTING in the basin like he is brushing his teeth so a worker says 'everything ok ?'No wheres your manager ?she comes out smiling ,usual sphill 'Everything ok' me 'NO'so i explain what i saw , sorry no understand she says ,so why are you a manager? Anyway explained again she tells me she is going to clean, ok cool, but at same time ..PUT A SIGN UP ..NO she sends out some poor girl to clean basin while she goes back to office, and get the joke even further more she doesn't even offer anything for any whatever but im not looking for freebies im looking for CLEANLINESS and THEN a big FAT FLY lands on my forehead...YUK EWWEE..so for anyone going to HOLLOWAY ROAD NANDOS .be ware

Today myself and a group of friends visited Nando's on our lunch break. We ordered at 12.40pm and by 13.15pm there was no sign of half of our tables food with no explanation to how long it will be or why there was such a delay. Instead of apologising a server tried to bring over food and takeaway boxes for us to pack ourselves. When we complained we were told it was our fault for not asking for our food sooner when it is not up to us to know when our food should be arriving. This is the most disgusting customer service I have received at a Nando's as I frequent the restaurant regularly.

Lovely food. Clean. Calm atmosphere. Only down fall, the workers. They spend too much time standing around chit chatting, that they forgot my tea Three times! Other than that, great!

I went for lunch 2 weeks ago. The staff were professional and efficient. The food was delicious. I had a fresh salad and a coffee and chicken of course. The place was comfortable with lively porteguese music. A reasonable price and not over priced

The most tasty chicken in town with their famous Piri piri sauce. Great new restaurant, very spacious, clean. Goid service. Avoid on Arsenal match days, too many people.

The staff in this branch of Nando's were friendly and efficient. Despite being a fairly busy Friday night the wood arrived promptly and was up to the usual standard.
